Feliz Navidad! To me, saying the phrase ‘Feliz Navidad’ is like saying that I want to wish you a Merry Christmas in a spirited way. According to www.wikipedia.org, the song ‘Feliz Navidad’ is #8 on the list of all-time best-selling Christmas/holiday digital singles in SoundScan history. It was also recognized by ASCAP as one of the top 25 most played and recorded Christmas songs around the world.

Since it’s almost Christmas(12/25), the music video I want to recommend to you I found in www.youtube.com. Based on a few of the comments from youtube, I’m given the impression that this singing group is called Voctave, and youtube has a section for them that is also called ‘Voctave’. So, what I am recommending for you to watch is a Christmas carol from the song ‘Carol of the Bells’ performed by Voctave in what looks like the insides of a church. I was originally looking for a bunch of Christmas carolers in a certain context singing ‘Carol of the Bells’ somewhere outside on snow, but instead I found Voctave. To find this performance, search for phrase ‘carol of the bells voctave’ in www.youtube.com, and the selection is listed as ‘Carol of the Bells of Notre Dame’. This video was recently released Nov. 29 of last month, so it’s only been out a few weeks. They don’t start ‘Carol of the Bells’, not until 25 seconds into the video. Their performance ends 1 minute and 10 seconds into the video. So, their performance of ‘Carol of the Bells’ is like flash rain(according to my definition, ‘flash rain’ is when it starts raining very quickly, and then stops raining soon after). When you look at the video, the caroler’s faces are presented in a gleeful, tv show like context. I don’t know what the rest of the video is showing. I am only recommending Voctave’s ‘Carol of the Bells’ performance.

Also, another plus about Voctave’s performance is that they’re ethnicity is diverse. It’s like attending a high school that has an obviously mixed ethnicity. After all, America is a county that has many different ethnicities.

Self appearance:

It’s now 6:07 PM EST for me, so I’ll try to finish this as quickly as I can. I know I said I’d explain ‘Unattended’ last week. I simply forgot about bookmark ‘Self appearance’. So, I’ll start with the 1st reference. It begins in episode 1.1 ‘Precious Place’ from animated tv series ‘The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan(2015)’. According to Amazon Video, the scene starts 6 minutes and 3 seconds into the episode, when Asakura(Bridget Hoffman) asks Kyon(Crispin Freeman) if he can hold her groceries for her, because her hands hurt. As Kyon is holding the groceries, Asakura is complaining that her hands are cold. She then chose to put her hands on Kyon’s face cheeks as Kyon is holding the groceries. That is when Asakura says to Kyon, 6 minutes and 27 seconds into the episode, quote:

Asakura:-‘Now, now, stop thrashing. You don’t wanna break the eggs.’

The 2nd reference is from sci-fi episode 4.01 ‘Voyage of the Damned’ from tv series ‘Doctor Who(2008)’. If you have Amazon Prime, the ‘Doctor Who’ episode is included with the Amazon Prime service. The scene begins 57 minutes and 57 seconds into the episode, when The Doctor(David Tennant) without saying a word, accessed the use of the robots in order to get to another part of the ship.

So, in the ‘Precious Place’ example, it’s used to illustrate what could happen if you commit to a certain responsibility. When Kyon agreed to hold Asakura’s groceries, even when Asakura’s hands were placed on his face cheeks, in that moment, he wasn’t able to move away from her or stop her from putting her cold hands on his face cheeks, because of his obligation to hold Asakura’s groceries.

The ‘Voyage of the Damned’ episode is used to illustrate what a person is capable of when that person does not have any extra responsibilities to change his use of abilities. In this example, The Doctor did not even need to speak to those robots in order to have primary control over them, since he had no other responsibilities to tend to. Of course, this reference is refurbished for this advice.

Now, here is the reference I was using the previous 2 references to prep you up for. To give me more strength to type it in, I watched a certain moment in that ‘Carol of the Bells’ video a few times before now. OK, here it is: Years ago, either I heard it from someone else, or maybe I read about it in the internet, I don’t remember exactly how I heard about it, I heard that a lawyer while in a court of law was told by the judge that either the color of the socks he was wearing or the tie he was wearing was inappropriate, and that judge told that lawyer to go home and replace it. That caused the lawyer to cry. (I feel better, now that I typed it in). Anyway, whether or not that story is true, and I am not even going to bother(make an effort) googling it, I believe it can be true. I am not a lawyer, but based on how I imagined it, when a person has responsibilities, those responsibilities may tax somewhat your normal sense of self awareness of self reliance, of self acceptance. Let’s say that, during a specific moment of circumstance, while you are maintaining certain responsibilities, whether it be at school or at work, let’s say an instigator imposes some sort of instigation upon you, and no words have to be used by that instigator to impose an instigation upon you, let’s say that imposed instigation was meant to exploit how you are trying to maintain certain let’s say job related responsibilities. And when that happened, it caused you to feel sad, bothered, and mildly miserable.

The solution I have invented for such situations is identified by bookmark ‘Self appearance’. Since I am assuming many of you have read the ‘Blinking’ idea I have offered you at the beginning of this blog, all you have to do, so to speak, is to ‘look’ at your sense of self appearance that relates to your sense of self reliance and self acceptance, and to give it more of a balanced feeling, when such an instigation occurs. For example, and of course this is speculation and imagination, but when that lawyer was told by the judge to go home and change his clothes, I imagined that he experienced an obvious waning in his sense of self reliance and self acceptance, and since, and I am just guessing, and since he did not have an obvious technique, like these bookmarks, to manage such a feeling, he simply became that feeling of waning self acceptance, which caused him to cry. Now, when you experience such an instigation that is exploiting how you circumstantially maintain your responsibilities, you can contemplationally say bookmark ‘Self appearance’, and you can use your experience with the ‘Blinking’ idea to manage better that sense of waning self acceptance the instigator imposed upon you to experience. One example of having such an experience, it is like a ‘sour’ composure response that you can cause to incrementally dissipate after you say bookmark ‘Self appearance’.

One reason why I am offering you this idea now is…

[It is now 7:32 PM for me, and so I have to stop this explanation now, even though I am almost done with it. I’ll finish this explanation next week, and I should have more time next week to also give you another idea or 2. So, until then, Feliz Navidad!

12/24/2016

It is now 8:47 PM EST for me, and I want to finish this idea today, so that tomorrow, I can start with a brand new list. It’s a refreshing experience for me to start a new list. The bookmark I plan to explain tomorrow is ‘Unattended’. I wanted to give you another example, but I realized that such an example was created from expectations that I have not given you yet. Since you have ‘Self appearance’ for only a week, the new example may not be as compatible for you to have. And so, what I thought about in the past 20 minutes or so was to give you another ‘crying’ example, some sort of illustration involving crying. I chose not to do that either, because the example I gave you, the ‘lawyer crying’ example, was made by intent for you to find useful in a context that I cannot casually just create for another ‘crying’ example.

To be frank(direct and unreserved in speech; straightforward), I recommend that you use ‘Self appearance’ when the instigation and/or inadvertency you experience encourages you to mildly cry, but you believe it is inappropriate for you to cry, or you do not choose to cry. So, when that effect occurs, you contemplationally say the phrase ‘Self appearance’, to help you collect yourself in a preferred context, and in a minute or two, a more preferred context should occur. Keep in mind that, when you choose to use bookmark ‘Self appearance’, I am assuming that you are doing so because the use of the idea, with your personal upgrades, probably provides better results for you than what you did before the use of this advice. I believe that such a comparison, your basic ‘before and after’ comparison, should show you that using ‘Self appearance’ is actually helping you.

Some viewer discretion for anime series ‘The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan(2015)’, since I only watched the 1st 2 or so episodes of the animated series. Violence and viewer discretion for sci-fi series ‘Doctor Who(2005+)’. Use only refurbished for advice references recommended. Throw away rest of episode and series. [Use mental bookmark ‘Self appearance’ for reference, allocation, and prevention when needed.
