Greetings! Because this is the ‘Not agree to address’ list, I decided to give you an idea before I offer you a routine music video. That way, hopefully, the music video may have a more acceptable priority as you think about this idea over time, if you choose to use this idea. I’m pretty much just going to type what I know of this idea, since I just invented it a few hours ago. Also, for me, it’s now 12:46 AM. I want to type something in now before I begin explaining the ‘Not agree to address’ idea later today.

Repurpose mannerisms:

The 1st 2 illustrations of this idea, refurbished for advice, of course, is from episode 1.8 ‘I Will Remember You’ from series ‘Angel(1999)’. It references what Angel(David Boreanaz) offered to The Oracles portrayed by Randall Slavin and Carey Cannon the 1st 2 times Angel met them. According to Amazon Video, the 1st time Angel met them started 18 minutes and 36 seconds into the episode. At 18 minutes and 54 seconds into the episode, Angel offered his watch to The Oracles. The 2nd time Angel met them was 36 minutes and 17 seconds in this episode. This time, Angel was more prepared to give them what he believes to be a suitable offering. He offered them what I think to be a valuable vase.

The point of this example is that, when Angel offered The Oracles the valuable vase, the offering represents one way to try to communicate with another. The vase itself represents the reasonable repurposing of something that you already have, but based on your sense of preference, at least in the beginning of using this idea, those things that you already have, such as certain mannerisms, you would rather not use in such a manner. For example, and I am just making this up, I don’t know for sure, a woman takes her husband to a particular social event that she knows her husband will complain about, but her husband wants to attend that event. Throughout the event, sure enough, her husband is complaining about many things to his wife about the event, and his wife, because of all that complaining, says to her husband quote-‘That’s why I don’t take you anywhere!’ The husband is complaining because, over much of his life, many of his mannerisms were given a grumpy outlook and use by many of the minor instigations that he has experienced. For example, when he chose to have a certain grumpy mannerism, a certain minor instigation that he had experienced that coincides with that grumpy mannerism would compound his chosen grumpy outlook’s effectiveness, making such a grumpy use of mannerism even more grumpier!

Now, when Angel gave The Oracles the 2nd offering, the vase, that represents Angel making a sincere effort to repurpose some of his mannerisms, even though he would rather not use such mannerisms originally in such a manner. My point is that, addressing the kids, teenagers, and adults, many of you have a preferred use of mannerisms. If you chose to communicate with someone else, it’s possible that you may want to reasonably repurpose a few of those mannerisms in order to allow yourself to communicate to that person. In my opinion, a common example is when an adult man wants to communicate to a woman he is attracted to. If it is reasonable for him to do so, that adult man may choose to repurpose a few of his mannerisms in a context that may allow him to more conducively communicate with that woman he is attracted to. I don’t know if they’ll delete it or not, since the episode is not available in Amazon yet since it just aired yesterday, but when I watched the episode yesterday, the episode was 1.17 ‘Ruler’ from action series ‘MacGyver(2017)’, Jack Dalton(George Eads) was telling the others the identity he used 7? years ago before they enter the apartment of a woman he met 7? years ago. Jack and his friends are undercover agents. That way, all of his friends know what his identity is, based on the identity he presented to that woman 7? years ago. If you watched the scene, his friends, even though they seemed reluctant to participate, they chose to participate very quickly before they entered the lady’s apartment. Watching that scene for further understanding highly recommended.

I’m going to spend a little more time deciding what music video to offer you. Hopefully, if you use the idea I just type in, you may be able to prioritize the music video better. I plan to start explaining ‘Not agree to address’ later today. See you then!

2/25/2017

I finally found the music video! I have been thinking about what video to use for over 2 hours..!. I finally decided to use the dance scene from the movie ‘The Intouchables(2011)’ starring Omar Sy as Driss, and Francois Cluzet as Philippe. Basically, Driss is encouraging the others to dance by dancing himself. It’s the positive effort Driss uses to encourage others to dance that makes this ‘music with dance’ selection acceptable for me to offer you. Of course, the scene is refurbished for advice, since I encourage kids to be skeptical. I don’t want you to put any unnecessary thought into it, so to speak. It’s just a ‘music video’ reference. You can watch this illustration for free in www.youtube.com. If you choose to watch this illustration for free in youtube, just search for phrase ‘the intouchables dance scene’, and it’s the selection that has over 100 thousand views.

I’m going to the supermarket soon. When I get back, I plan to finally start explaining ‘Not agree to address’ today. See you then!

Not agree to address

It is now 5:21 PM EST for me as I begin explaining bookmark ‘Not agree to address’. I offer you the 1st example for the idea. The illustration, according to Amazon Video, is in episode 1.16 ‘War of the Gods: Part 2’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Battlestar Galactica(1979)’. The illustration starts, according to Amazon Video, 23 minutes and 33 seconds into the episode, when Commander Adama(Lorne Greene) is using his mind? to move an object on his desk that looks like a bird towards him. While Adama was doing that, Captain Apollo(Richard Hatch) walks in and is startled and surprised that Adama was capable of such a thing.

In the previous episode, 1.15 ‘War of the Gods: Part 1’, Count Iblis(Patrick Macnee), succeeds in performing 3 miracles of the Colonial’s choosing if they will surrender leadership of the fleet to him. That explanation was just from www.imdb.com. You don’t have to watch that episode. If memory serves, when Count Iblis succeeded with those 3 miracles, it seemed like everyone believed him, everyone except Commander Adama and Apollo. That is where I want to put that incident, when Adama moved that object and had a conversation with Apollo. The point I am trying to make is that even though almost everyone in that show believed in Count Iblis after he succeeded with those 3 miracles, Adama and Apollo were still able to believe in another perspective. The illustration is used to give you an example of how certain instigations may try to overwhelm you with how fortified it is, and to give you something to practice with, something to help you make your own foothold so that you are not so affected by how fortified such an instigation may seem to you at first. In other words, I am offering you an example to help you ‘snap out of it’, so to speak. And, of course, the illustration is refurbished with inapproprieities removed. For example, the illustration is not used in this advice to compare anyone to Count Iblis.

OK! And now, an explanation for ‘Not agree to address’: When you choose to make your ideas, you may encounter contemplation interjections that can be a bit taxing, overwhelming, inappropriate, or maybe you simply do not want to continue thinking about such interjections and/or notions. Let’s say that, when you are thinking about such interjections or notions, you are doing something that does not have to give such quandries any active relevance. For example, you are sitting down in a public bus while you are thinking of such things, you are at work, but you are sitting down in your break are during your lunch break, you are basically doing things that does not need to give such thoughts an active priority of interaction. So, if you are in such a situation, if you choose to, you can use bookmark ‘Not agree to address’ to discontinue the use of such thoughts or notions, since they don’t need to be given an active priority of use.

Here’s an example: I don’t know if this will ever happen to you, but let’s say you’re thinking of something that has a certain priority of contemplation, and you have difficulty to simply stop thinking about it. The 1st reason, although this reason may not work by itself, if this is the case, is that you’re having such a contemplation in a non-active priority context. For example, you’re just thinking about it while you are just sitting down in class. It’s not something you need to give active priority to. Besides, you’re supposed to be doing something else.

The 2nd reason is that you can use the logic of what idea ‘Not agree to address’ means to stop thinking about such an adamant(inflexible) contemplation. When you use ‘Not agree to address’, you don’t have to confirm or deny what it is, you don’t have to agree or disagree with it. You are simply choosing not to addess the notion any further, or to not address it at all. For example, your focus is not infinite. You can’t put everything on the top of your head. When you are at work or school, you are prioritizing your actions. You can’t be everywhere. Therefore, based on that reasoning, you can choose to not address the notion any further, since you are doing something else at that moment. Even if you are are not doing something else, you can just choose to not address a certain notion. It’s not like you are doing anything to that notion. You simply do not want to address it. When you are using ‘Not agree to address’ in this context, let’s say for the next few months, be aware of your circumstance to help identify if using the idea is for a notion that does not need an active priority.

Here are a few ideas to help you use ‘Not agree to address’:

Just because a person is capable of doing something, doesn’t mean that (such a) person is guilty for just having that capability:

While you are making your ideas or contemplationally making more tenable an experienced instigation, you may encounter the possible discovery, consideration, speculation, or maybe it’s just a casual thought, of something that identifies a possible capability from an instigator or from an instigation. This is just a friendly reminder that having the capability alone does not necessarily mean that a person who is associated with that capability is guilty of doing something. For example, in my thoughts, I try to allow people to metaphorically keep their teeth, their teeth represents various capabilities that they have. I have been doing that for a while now. That’s why I don’t give it much thought. However, if you’re a kid, or are new to having an obvious technique to more tenably experience instigation, then maybe this idea may help you more objectively identify capability.

The truth alone is not understanding:

I just recommend using ‘The truth alone is not understanding’ as an option to not be unnecessarily overwhelmed or bothered by the effects of mild to moderate out of context instigation. I have actually said that phrase in my mind in the recent past from time to time.

[Since I don’t want to proofread all of this today, I plan to continue typing the rest of this next Saturday. That way, I might think of something else to add to ‘Not agree to address’ during that time. See you then!

3/4/2017

Mellow ambiance:

He-llo! I still imagine some? of the kids, mostly girls, saying the word ‘He-llo’ in their minds, and then in their minds seeing the word ‘He-llo’, but with letters that have different colors. I think it’s important, at least for the kids that are actually doing that, that I let you know this, said with respectful maturity and humility, of course. I want to finish this list today. I plan to do so by going over what I have already discussed in this list. But before I do that, I want to offer you a mellow sense of ambiance to use the idea ‘Not agree to address’. It is my belief that you will probably use ‘Not agree to address’ many times as you make ideas concerning your ability to better cope with instigation. For example, I don’t think most of the kids really know what type of expectations they will experience in the future, as they get older. Based on my extrapolated experience, there may be expectations kids have yet to experience that would be made more conducive to evaluate with the use of idea ‘Not agree to address’.

So, to help you consider the use of a mellow ambiance to use bookmark ‘Not agree to address’, I want to answer the question-‘Why a mellow ambiance?’ Of course, using a mellow ambiance is not the only way to use ‘Not agree to address’ when you think it’s useful to do so. I think it’s a popular, effective way. Once you have this option, you can always choose to have other options. Here are 2 illustration examples that I can think of for using a mellow ambiance for idea ‘Not agree to address’: The 1st illustration example is in movie ‘Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason(2004)’. According to Amazon Video rental, the illustration begins 25 minutes and 50 seconds into the movie, when Bridget Jones(Renee Zellweger) and Mark Darcy(Colin Firth) are attending what is called a ‘Law Council Dinner’, and a quiz is about to begin. The Quizmaster(Ian McNeice) says quote:

Quizmaster:-‘Ladies and gentlemen, let the quiz begin.’

Starting at 26 minutes and 36 seconds into the movie, it is illustrated that, since Miss Jones cannot answer any of the questions yet, she is sitting down, obviously bored, with her face resting on her left hand. There are other examples where she is lulling the time, since during that moment, she cannot answer any of those questions. Soon, the movie even illustrates how Miss Jones conducts herself as she is finally able to answer a handful of those quiz questions. Of course, that entire illustration is refurbished for advice.

Now, the point of that ‘Law Council Dinner’ illustration is that, in the context of using a certain mellow ambiance in order to participate in the quiz, Miss Jones is doing very well, as compared to someone who does not participate using mellow ambiance. If you watch that quiz scene again with Miss Jones showing that she is bored, what she is also doing is knowingly participating and using a mellow ambiance. For example, the participants at the dining room tables are all calmly sitting down as they all listen to what the quiz questions are. Of course, they can all do something else, but they all know how to conduct themselves during the quiz, including Miss Jones. Using a mildly refurbished format of the ‘Law Council Dinner’, I can imagine many kids of different schools of thought participating with the adults. Let’s say that there is a girl who is now 10 years old who has been participating in a certain variation of the ‘Law Council Dinner’ ever since she was 8 years old. Even though she has never been able to answer any of those quiz questions, she does have 2 years of experience as to how to conduct herself during such a situation. So, here’s another variation of the quiz questions in the ‘Law Council Dinner’, except to answer such questions leads to an obvious benefit. Let’s say that the benefit has obvious money involved. Now, the kids that are able to attend such a quiz with the adults have never been able to answer such questions. The important thing to know is that, eventually, as they get older, many of them, if not all of them, will eventually be able to answer such questions, and that in order to directly benefit from answering such questions, you still have to be able to conduct yourself appropriately, and that means you still have to be able to interact with the mellow ambiance of such a quiz situation. In other words, you may need to interact with a mellow ambiance in order to benefit from such situations. I recommend that you use your sense of boredom as a possible indicator for something that you may need to interact with. For an illustration of boredom being used refurbished, I offer you how Miss Jones was obviously bored during the quiz.

The 2nd illustration is from episode 3.18 ‘Shades of Grey’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Stargate SG-1(2000)’. The illustration according to Amazon Video starts 1 minutes and 31 seconds into the episode, while O’Neill(Richard Dean Anderson) is negotiating a treaty with the Tollan. Here is a synopsis as to what happened provided by the Stargate Wiki web site. Here is the web site:

http://stargate.wikia.com/wiki/Shades_of_Grey

‘SG-1 goes to Tollana to negotiate a treaty with the Tollan, asking for technology to help defend Earth against the Goa’uld. The Tollans have not changed their policy about sharing their technology, and refuse to give them anything. In response, an angry Colonel Jack O’Neill steals a device that disables weapons. After SG-1 returns to Earth, the diplomatic incident caused by the Tollan’s discovery of the theft forces O’Neill into early retirement.’

During that illustration, which starts 1 minute and 31 seconds into the episode, you see that the rest of the SG-1 team following O’Neill, even though O’Neill is obviously no longer interacting with a mellow ambiance during their treaty negotiations. Notice that the rest of the team believes that O’Neill’s actions are unacceptable, and that his actions caused him to be removed from the SG-1 team. From the perspective of watching the entire episode and then reviewing what he did in the beginning of the episode, you may interpret his actions to be unbelievable, and that even the rest of the SG-1 team did not truly believe that O’Neill would do such a thing in a genuine context. However, even though the rest of the SG-1 team did not believe O’Neill’s actions to be genuine, they still tried to respond to such actions using genuine legitimacy. After all, O’Neill did get officially removed from the Stargate program because of such actions. Basically, I believe the ‘Shades of Grey’ illustration may be very useful to you to see how interacting with a mellow ambiance using idea ‘Not agree to address’ may be useful to you. For example, in that episode, you get to see how O’Neill interacts individually with the other SG-1 team members regarding his inappropriate actions with the Tollan. And, of course, even if you watched the entire episode, the illustration is still refurbished for the advice.

To be clear, the ‘Shades of Grey’ illustration is a caution example, refurbished for advice and not taken literally, of course. When O’Neill no longer continued to use a mellow ambiance, so to speak, the illustration showed that none of the other SG-1 team members agreed with what he had done. Daniel Jackson(Michael Shanks) in the episode even visited O’Neill at his home, and the conversation demonstrated reasons why O’Neill’s actions were unacceptable.

So, if you find useful the option/notion that interacting with a mellow ambiance may be useful to you, then I have 2 songs with the option to associate such songs with its music videos that may help you establish and maintain a certain mellow ambiance as you are using the ‘Not agree to address’ idea. It’s just something to use from time to time when you feel like it’s useful to do so. Basically, you just think of the song, and maybe a little of it’s music video, as you are using the ‘Not agree to address’ idea. It doesn’t have to be exact. Maybe you would want to think of the song playing in your head for a few minutes, to help you maintain a sense of mellow ambiance. Keep in mind that these 2 songs are the best songs I can think of right now, in my opinion. You can add other songs that help with mellow ambiance. Maybe you would want to choose to not use these 2 songs, but it’s idea of being useful may be useful to you.

The 1st song is from the Twin Peaks theme (instrumental) from the tv show ‘Twin Peaks(1990)’ starring Kyle MacLachlan as Special Agent Dale Cooper. You can listen to the song as it is used by it’s music video in www.youtube.com. To watch it for free, just search for phrase ‘twin peaks intro’ in www.youtube.com, and watch the music video from selection ‘Twin Peaks – Opening Credits Sequence’. It has over 500 thousand views. Just a few hours ago, I watched the entire video. Although I don’t the video is ‘great’, with the Twin Peaks theme song, it does help create in my mind a mellow ambiance. I used the Twin Peaks theme song while I was in the bus earlier today, and I looked at the people as the bus passed. As I used it, the ambiance felt like the people and the neighborhood wanted a ‘Twin Peaks’ mellow ambiance, refurbished for advice to be benevolently mellow, of course. Although I don’t think the use of the Twin Peaks theme song will work all of the time, when it works, it should really work. I also checked the buzz using the google search engine associated with the new ‘Twin Peaks’ series which is due to start May 21 of this year, according to www.imdb.com. Here is a quote talking about ‘Twin Peaks’ I found in google. Here is it’s link:

http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/visiting-twin-peaks-a-place-both-wonderful-and-strange.aspx?pageID=238&nID=101417&NewsCatID=381

‘With the impending arrival of the show and a town and its residents we are all too familiar with the fandom has hit a new high. Not that “Twin Peaks” fandom had died after the show. On the contrary, “Twin Peaks” festivals, books and websites have never gone out of style. Fans have been reliving and reviving the fictional town as their hometown since its early demise in 1991.’

If you have Amazon Prime, listening to the Twin Peaks theme song is included in your membership. Otherwise, you can just purchase the song from Amazon for about a dollar, or you can get the song from somewhere else, I guess. If you have Amazon Prime, just go to your Amazon account and search for phrase ‘twin peaks theme’ under category ‘Digital Music’. A few of the selections highlighted in blue let you know that the song is offered from your Amazon Prime membership.

The 2nd song with option to use it’s music video is ‘Dreamlover(1993)’ by Mariah Carey. Here are 2 quotes from web site www.wikipedia.org about the song ‘Dreamlover’:

‘It experienced strong worldwide success, becoming Carey’s seventh chart topper on the Billboard Hot 100, remaining there for eight weeks. It peaked at number one in Canada and became a top-ten single in Australia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.’

‘According to author Chris Nickson, the video’s carefree setting harmonized well with the song’s soft instrumentation. Due to the song’s strong radio airplay and extended charting, the video received frequent play on several music video channels throughout the summer of 1993.’

I am recommending song ‘Dreamlover’ for you to use because, based on my experience using the song, it can help you maintain a sense of mellow ambiance when you are using idea ‘Not agree to address’. Earlier today, I watched the entire music video for ‘Dreamlover’. To watch it for free, go to www.youtube.com, and search for phrase ‘dreamlover mariah carey’. The selection with the music video has over 14 million views, as of now. Keep in mind that when you are using the song, it is in the context of allowing you to maintain a sense of mellow ambiance. According to www.wikipedia.org, in 1993, it was a very popular song worldwide. You don’t have to use the song literally. For example, here is a quote from www.wikipedia.org regarding the song ‘Every Breath You Take’ by English rock band ‘The Police’:

‘When asked why he appears angry in the music video Sting told BBC Radio 2, “I think the song is very, very sinister and ugly and people have actually misinterpreted it as being a gentle little love song, when it’s quite the opposite.”‘

The point is that, according to what Sting said, a lot of people use the song ‘Every Breath You Take’ as a love song. Here’s another quote from that wikipedia page:

Sting:-“One couple told me ‘Oh we love that song; it was the main song played at our wedding!’ I thought, ‘Well, good luck.'”

You see? Within reason said, of course, you decide how a publicly played song listened by millions is to be used in your own mind. The song ‘Every Breath You Take’ seems to be used as a love song by millions of people, even though Sting says it means something else. So, when you use the song and video ‘Dreamlover’ in your mind, you decide how that song and video is to be used. After all, ‘Dreamlover’ was also a very popular song in 1993. When I watched the music video, I imagined that some people may find the video unacceptable in a certain context, when some of the men are dancing without shirts. If you want to listen to my opinion, it’s like sometimes when teenage males and men play basketball, when one side is wearing shirts, and the other side is not, to distinguish one side from the other. In the music video, only some of them are dancing without shirts. Also, keep in mind that this opinion, at least from me, is just given to you as words in a blog, not ‘face to face’ for example. It’s not like I’m recommending to you directly.

[I’ve been at this for a few hours already. Next Saturday, I plan to finish ‘Not agree to address’, so that I can start explaining bookmark ‘Not my effort of understanding’. As part of finishing the idea, I plan to proofread this entire list next week, not today. See you next week!

3/11/2017

Bonjour!(According to www.wikihow.com, ‘Bonjour’ is ‘He-llo’ in French) What I plan to do today is just go over and add more information based on what I have already typed in this list. After that, I plan to proofread and close this list, and finally start with the next bookmark called ‘Time’. Last week, I thought that the next idea would be ‘Not my effort of understanding’. Soon after typing that in last week, I thought about changing that, but I chose not to. It’s not a big deal, in my opinion. Hopefully, in a few weeks, I’ll finally finish explaining these ‘Proof’ ideas. As a reminder, the reason I am making an effort to give you these ideas is because after I invented bookmark ‘Lean’, which is probably over 5 months ago by now, I noticed that the quality of my ideas improved. Based on my experience, it is my intent, my hope, that when I offer you bookmark ‘Lean’ and you choose to use it, along with the other ‘Proof’ ideas, you, too, will also experience an improved ability to make ideas, for kids, teenagers, and adults. Based on my experience, as you are reading these ideas, you are probably noticing that you are already making more ideas, an effect that you may have interpreted as encouragement to continue reading. So, after ‘Not agree to address’, there is ‘Time’, then ‘Not my effort of understanding’, then the last one is ‘Lean’.

Exert remove:

Before I continue, there is an idea I invented yesterday while I was waiting for my Kentucky Fried Chicken order. The specifics as to how I contemplationally made that idea while I waited for my KFC chicken order while I was in that KFC restaurant is refurbished for advice. The details, although it’s possible I can type them in, is unnecessarily embarrassing for me to do so. To continue, idea ‘Exert remove’ is part of a bigger idea that, hopefully, I will be able to explain to you a few months from now. I believe this idea will help you use ‘Not agree to address’. Of course, it will probably be useful to you generalistically. The priority right now is to offer it to you to help you learn ‘Not agree to address’. I call this idea ‘Exert remove’. So, here is the situation that I imagined: I know I encourage you to be skeptical, so, to be clear, I am not blaming you for learning to be skeptical. I believe that idea ‘Exert remove’ may help you manage better your ability to be skeptical. For example, let’s say that your use of skepticism has caused you to think of something that involves an exerting sense of removing something. For example, imagine that you are in a study group in school that talks about these ideas. Many of the students in that study group talked about removing something pertaining to these ideas that involves skepticism. It was very funny and very serious. Eventually, the students in that study group, including yourself, agreed to continue learning from these ideas, even though what you talked about earlier involving an exerting sense of removing something was quite involved in your thoughts. It is my belief that, when you experience something that involves an exerting sense of removing, even though you choose to continue, that exerting sense of removing may tax your chosen use of latitude and objectivity somewhat. Sure, it is my belief that many kids, teenagers, and adults have such an experience. After all, we are not all psychiatrists. I believe that such an experience can be managed better.

All I recommend for you to do when using ‘Exert remove’ is to check the notions that you have created using your sense of skepticism, and see if they’re using some sort of sense of exerting removing. If they are, and you have already allowed yourself to continue using the idea/s associated with such notions, then identify the aspects of those notions using an exerting sense of removing using bookmark ‘Exert remove’, and that’s it..!. The identification may help you manage better the exerting sense of removing associated with such skepticisms. Of course, ‘Exert remove’ may also manage better certain experienced instigations, but I want to finish first the explanations of ‘Not agree to address’, ‘Time’, ‘Not my effort of understanding’, and ‘Lean’ before I explain some of the new discoveries that I have made.

The best illustration, refurbishedly toned down for advice, that I can think of right now for idea ‘Exert remove’ is from near end of episode 4.12 ‘The Wounded’ from sci-fi series ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation(1991)’. In the illustration, Captain Picard(Patrick Stewart) is talking to Gul Macet(Marc Alaimo). You can find the quote in www.imdb.com, and if you have Amazon Prime, the episode is provided without needing to buy it from your Amazon Prime membership. According to Amazon Video, the illustration is located 43 minutes and 39 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Gul Macet:-‘If you believe the transport ship was carrying weapons, Captain… why didn’t you board it, as Maxwell requested?

Picard:-‘I was here to protect the peace – a peace that I firmly believe is in the interests of both our peoples. If I had attempted to board that ship, I’m quite certain that you and I would not be having this pleasant conversation – and that ships on both sides would now be arming for war.’

The definition of ‘exert’ I am using for ‘Exert remove’ is from www.dictionary.com, and it means-‘make a strenuous effort’. And the definition of ‘strenuous’ is also from www.dictionary.com, and it means-‘demanding or requiring vigorous exertion; laborious’. The sentence provided by www.dictionary.com using the word ‘strenuous’ is-‘To think deeply is a strenuous task.’ When you use ‘Exert remove’, it doesn’t have to be so obvious. For example, it doesn’t always have to involve a vigorous exertion. It could be something that just mildly bothers you, something that would be clarified more by using this idea. In relation to advice said, you decide the involvement and purpose for the use of idea ‘Exert remove’.

I want to add one more thing, one more recommendation as to how to use ‘Exert remove’. You also use ‘Exert remove’ on the impression of the experience, the impression of the notion, even though that notion may contradict what was originally presented to you. For example, I remember watching re-runs of episodes of ‘The Munsters(1964-1966)’. Here is a brief description of ‘The Munsters’ from www.imdb.com:

‘A family of friendly monsters have misadventures, never quite understanding why people react to them so strangely.’

Based on the episodes that I had watched, what happens most of the time is that, when ‘The Munsters’ would get visitors, those visitors would run out of their house experiencing some sort of minor sense of panic, since those visitors would believe that the appearance of ‘The Munsters’ is some sort of panic induced threat to them. What is not shown, but I believe is implied, is that those people later regain their senses. My point is that ‘The Munsters’ didn’t do anything intentionally wrong to those people. However, it took some time for those visitors to acclimate to that truth. Now, it’s 2017, and I believe it is possible that, now and then, you may be experiencing an impression of experience that may be a contradiction as it is compared to what you should be actually experiencing. Impressions of experience still exist in your minds, even though such impressions may contradict what you believe you should be experiencing. Here’s the best illustration example I can think of right now that demonstrates, refurbished for advice, how a person may be experiencing an impression of experience that contradicts what that person believes he/she should be experiencing. That illustration is in episode 3.10 ‘Sabrina and the Beast’ from fantasy tv series ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch(1998)’. You can get the quotes from www.tv.com. And if you have Amazon Prime, the episode is offered without paying extra with your Amazon Prime service. According to Amazon Video, the illustration begins 8 minutes and 16 seconds into the episode, when Cousin Susie(Sonje Fortag) is talking to Sabrina(Melissa Joan Hart) in Sabrina’s room. Here is the quote:

Susie:-‘Sabrina, do you have a problem with the way I look?’

Sabrina:-‘No, you’re a very nice wart… woman!’

Susie:-‘Beauty is very important to you, isn’t it?’

Sabrina:-‘No, I’m just not looking at you because I’m… being coy.’

Those are just the obvious words that indicate that Sabrina is experiencing an impression of experience that is contradicting what she believes she should experience. You can watch what happened earlier, when Sabrina meets Susie for the 1st time, refurbished for advice, of course. Notice that Sabrina’s body language is also an indicator that she is experiencing an impression of experience that is contradicting what she believes she should experience. So, if you choose to use that ‘Sabrina’ illustration, it is my belief that, if you use idea ‘Exert remove’ within reason for impressions of experience that seem to contradict what you believe you should experience, that such a use may help you manage better such experiences.

Now to go over the advice. When I was addressing the idea I now call ‘Repurpose mannerisms’, I talked about episode 1.17 ‘Ruler’ from action tv show ‘MacGyver(2017)’. This is an illustration of government agents repurposing their mannerisms quickly in order to more reasonably communicate with a civilian. The scene is located 19 minutes and 34 seconds into the episode, when Jack Dalton(George Eads) is telling the rest of the government agents the identity the lady believes Jack has, and to be on the same page with him. Here is the quote:

Dalton:-‘Hey, listen, listen. I’m a fashion photographer from Miami, you guys are my team, I hate oysters, and my name is Bryce Villanova. You got it?’

Let’s say, refurbished for advice, that all three of Dalton’s teammates were reluctant to go along with Jack’s identity, but they still quickly repurposed their mannerisms in order to interact with their host. In the actual tv show, Riley(Tristin Mays) illustrated that she was the most reluctant out of the three. Her illustration of being reluctant starts 19 minutes and 42 seconds into the episode, soon after Dalton said ‘You got it?’ Her first reluctant expression is shown at the upper right hand of the screen. Her next reluctant expression is how she slowly enters the lady’s apartment. She even sighed as she entered the apartment.

Now, I know that I am not obligating you to use the music videos that I am recommending to you at the beginning of these ideas. So to speak, you can throw them away, if you want to. I’m letting you know this because the reason I offered you the idea ‘Repurpose mannerisms’ in the first place is because I imagined many of you throwing the music videos away. And then I thought, for the kids, that is like exclusively using mannerisms to exclude the use of music videos. So, based on that, the basic definition is that a certain sense of mannerisms may be used exclusively, even though certain mannerisms may benefit that person with the occassional, reasonable repurposing of it’s use. In the ‘MacGyver’ reference, the team chose to repurpose certain mannerisms quickly in order to communicate with the lady host more acceptably. So, even though Riley was very reluctant to repurpose her mannerisms, she still did so quickly in order to interact with their new lady host more acceptably. I thought her illustration of reluctance would be useful to you.

Another example of reasonably repurposing certain mannerisms is that an exclusive use of mannerism may also represent a capability you are only using exclusively, even though such a capability can benefit you considerably if allowed to be repurposed from time to time. Let’s see this from an imagined participation with mild to moderate instigation. Suppose that instigation can cause you to adversely make certain mannerisms that are available to you exclusive in it’s use. That means an instigator may cause you to not use certain capabilities in the form of mannerisms by making them excessively exclusive to only certain notions. There are, of course, mannerisms that should be exclusive, that should not be negotiated with. That still means that there are a lot of other mannerisms that may be available that are susceptible to be adversely manipulated by instigation.

[It’s almost 5:00 PM EST where I’m at, and I’ve been adding to this list for a few hours now. I’m going to stop now and continue next Saturday. I think the reason I wasn’t able to finish this list now is because I added idea ‘Exert remove’, an idea I invented yesterday and did not originally plan to add today. Next Saturday, I plan to finally finish this ‘Not agree to address’ idea, and I also plan to begin explaining idea ‘Time’. See you then!

3/17/2017

Hola!(He-llo in Spanish) I plan to try and finish this idea tomorrow. Right now, I want to clear up what I said in the beginning of this list concerning from episode 1.8 ‘I Will Remember You’ from series ‘Angel(1999)’, when Angel gave the Oracles the vase as an offering. For example, if you plan on role-playing that scene, don’t use something that is valuable that might get damaged if it is dropped! For example, 2 kids are copying that scene using the words from that ‘Angel’ episode, and they treat a baseball as the vase, one kid pretends to be the vampire, and the other pretends to be one of the Oracles. When the one pretending to be a vampire tosses the baseball to the other pretending to be the Oracle, in case the other kid does not catch that ball, the baseball that they use for playing baseball when dropped or not caught won’t break. In other words, use something that is safe to use, don’t use something that is valuable, like the portrayed vase in that ‘Angel’ episode. The reason why I did not add more ideas last time was because this vase caution that I planned to type in last week drained some of the enthusiasm out of me. I wanted to get this out of the way.

Obvious:

The 2nd reason I am typing something in now is because I invented an idea yesterday that I believe is very important to type in. So, if I type it in now, it allows me to finish this ‘Not agree to address’ idea without compromising too much. The understanding idea is called ‘Obvious’. I don’t want to say too much about it because there are other concepts I haven’t given you yet, plus I don’t want to spend too much time on it. I just want you to have the basic idea of it so that you can improve upon it’s use over time. I may address this idea later, after I finally finish these ‘Proof’ ideas. The idea is an upgrade of bookmark ‘Private thought interaction not the same as obvious interaction’ that I offered you in Wishlist #1056. I found where it was a few minutes ago by just typing in phrase ‘private thought interaction’ in the www.ionicbreeze1.com web site’s search option, located at the lower left corner of it’s first screen. I typed that in in case you would want to find a bookmark phrase quickly when you go to ionicbreeze1.com. Basically, when you make your ideas, I wanted you to have the clarification that many mild to moderate instigations that you may experience, especially the casual instigations you get from strangers when you use public transportation or when you are in public places, if you experience such instigations, many of those instigations could be imposing upon you a false impression of obviousness. I believe you would be able to understand this idea if you have been using these ideas for a while. For example, it’s been almost 2 years since I have offered the ‘Blinking’ idea in the beginning of this blog. I believe it is possible that there are people that have been using that ‘blinking’ idea for over a year already. So, the idea is that, if you experienced instigations, whether they are experienced at school, work, or in a public place, I am assuming you experienced those instigations without choosing to experience them. For example, you did not agree with the instigator to experience instigations, especially the instigations from strangers. So, if you meet that criteria, then the obviousness from the instigation’s identity was not yours to experience. If you haven’t done so already, I recommend that you read bookmark ‘Private thought interaction not the same as obvious interaction’ from Wishlist #1056. In that idea, I identified that certain instigations were trying to make certain characteristics of private thought interactions the same as obvious interactions. The upgrade of that idea, and you can use the upgrade as a separate idea, you don’t have to change the original idea, or you can make 2 separate ideas, one that is upgraded and one that isn’t, is that the instigator is also trying to cause you to commit to a sense of obviousness that is probably distracting for you to think about as if such a sense of obviousness was from you. For example, the obviousness is from the instigator, not from you. Of course, if you do what the instigation is influencing you to do, so to speak, you will make that impression of obvious as an actual sense of obviousness that is coming from you. With the help of this idea, hopefully, when you experience such instigations again, you will be able to more objectively identify such inclinations of obviousness as a sense of obviousness that you choose to evaluate as not coming from you, or at least that you choose not to commit to. Of course, in the beginning, the instigator would want you to identify something about the instigation that has a distracting sense of obviousness. However, instead of what you may have been doing before, which was committing to that sense of obviousness, making it come from you, with the help of this idea, you may soon be able to not need to commit to that sense of overemphasized obviousness. The bookmarks you may choose to use when you experience such instigations are ‘Obvious’ and ‘Not my sense of obvious’.

Here are 2 illustration examples to help you understand the idea ‘Obvious’: In case you want to know, ever since yesterday I have been thinking on and off about the 2 illustrations I am about to offer to you. Even though I believe people in general, including myself, can create ideas very quickly, these 2 illustrations I am letting you know in advance I have been thinking about since yesterday. OK! If you want to ‘dial it down’/reduce the effects that this idea may have on you, for example, if you want to reduce the hype of it, you can use the idea itself, the phrase ‘Not my sense of obvious’ to change it’s intensity. Also, keep in mind that I just invented this idea yesterday. The idea is even new for me to use..!.

The 1st illustration is from episode 2.2 ‘Jane Seymour’ from tv show ‘Hi-Jinks(2006)’. The description of that illustration from www.imdb.com is that it’s a ‘living painting’ scene. Basically, parents are causing their kids to experience a tv show created prank. The specific prank is to watch someone wearing a costume jumping out of a painting that is in a museum. There are several examples of parents showing that prank to their kids. TV celebrity Jane Seymour, according to the show, also brought her twins John and Chris. (According to www.wikipedia.org, Mrs. Seymour in 1995 had twins John Stacy and Kristopher Steven.) The illustration examples I am referring to from that ‘Hi-Jinks’ episode are from the responses of the kids that are experiencing the prank. Refurbished for advice, certain aspects of those responses represent a sense of obvious that an instigator, so to speak, wants them to commit to. I am recommending that you use those responses to help you understand this idea, and of course those responses are refurbished for advice. The episode is available from Amazon Video, and according to Amazon Video, the illustration starts 16 minutes and 50 seconds into the episode. If you haven’t watched that ‘Hi-Jinks’ scene before, I think many of you may find it entertaining to watch.

The 2nd illustration is from movie…..

Sorry for the interruption in explanation. I forgot to mention another issue I wanted to address. It involves idea ‘Exert remove’ that I explained in this list. Here is the quote:-

‘The specifics as to how I contemplationally made that idea while I waited for my KFC chicken order while I was in that KFC restaurant is refurbished for advice. The details, although it’s possible I can type them in, is unnecessarily embarrassing for me to do so.’

I think it was a day later after I typed that in that I remembered that the moment I used to make that idea, although I believe it was not inappropriate to think about, it is inappropriate to type in specifically. The reason I didn’t see that at first was that the idea itself in my belief was not inappropriate just to think about. However, the specifics if typed in may be interpreted as juvenile and inappropriate to be in this list. In other words, although I don’t want to say it this way, I was telling the truth the 1st time I typed it in. However, a day later, I remembered more of the details of the idea that should be added to this blog that I did not remember the 1st time I typed it in. Regardless, in the 1st explanation, I did say that it was refurbished for advice. I still believe that you should know that. Also, since I am here, so to speak, if you are making ideas like this, I believe that many of you have been in a somewhat similar situation, that you have also typed something in with genuine sincerity, but later remembered something about it that you did not consider originally. I believe you made some sort of procedure in case that happens. If you are interested to know, in my case, since I was genuinely sincere as far as I can remember the 1st time, I usually leave that alone, unless I have to add something to it that I did not remember the 1st time, for example. After all, this is just advice to me, not something I have to use in a court of law with the help of a lawyer. I don’t want to unnecessarily keep adding addendums all of the time.

Getting back to the ‘Not my sense of obvious’ idea, the 2nd illustration I recommend is from movie ‘Me Before You(2016)’, starring Sam Claflin as Will Traynor, Emilia Clarke as Lou Clark, and Janet McTeer as Camilla Traynor. Keep in mind that, when you use this illustration, it is just a movie. For example, at the beginning of the movie, you see Will Traynor able to walk and move about normally before he gets into that accident. The illustration I am about to recommend to you shows Will Traynor in a wheelchair. However, in the beginning of the movie, he was able to walk normally. That’s just one obvious indicator that Will Traynor being in that wheelchair is not real. He did not actually experience that accident. It’s just a movie.

If you want to see it instantly, the movie is available from Amazon Video. According to Amazon Video rental, the illustration begins 11 minutes and 31 seconds into the movie, when Lou Clark is introduced for the 1st time by Camilla Traynor to Will Traynor. The illustration I want to offer you is the expression on Lou Clark’s face as Will Traynor is causing her to feel surprised and awkward. I am recommending that you refurbish Lou Clark’s facial expression and imagined response to represent some of your responses when you experience an instigation that, within compatible reason, tries to give you a sense of obviousness that you believe is bothersome, or you believe you should manage it better. In other words, take out what Will Traynor is showing Lou Clark, and just use Lou Clark’s refurbished facial expression as a reference to help you use the ‘Obvious’ idea. For example, you can contemplationally say to yourself ‘Not my sense of obvious’, then remember Lou Clark’s awkward facial expression as you search your memories to see if you can find certain instigations that can be made more tenable by the ‘Obvious’ idea.

So, when you use both illustrations, I believe you can better understand how idea ‘Obvious’ works.

[I plan to finally finish explaining this ‘Not agree to address’ idea tomorrow. See you then!

3/18/2017

Bonjour! I want to add a few more things to idea ‘Not agree to address’, proofread this entire list for #1081, and close it by today. That way, I can start explaining idea ‘Time’ by next week. A few seconds ago, I just made up a name for a certain way to use idea ‘Not agree to address’. I call this idea a ‘Sprocket’. I like the sound of the word. So, this is what a ‘sprocket’ does: As you are addressing and making ideas in your mind, you may think of a idea or notion that you don’t want to address. For example, you no longer want to use that idea or notion for what you are thinking of, or it’s an idea or notion that just seemed to ‘blurt out’ out of nowhere, and you want to clarify to yourself that you don’t want to address it, you don’t want to use it with what you are thinking about. So, what you do is contemplationally say the phrase ‘Not agree to address’, and that clarifies in your mind that you are not using such an idea or notion with what you are thinking of. Now, since I think I am explaining this for the 1st time, with respectful maturity I want to say that, even though you say this phrase in your mind, and you are new at using this idea, you may still contemplationally experience certain aspects of such an idea or notion. In fact, it might be possible to say that the idea or notion is still there..!. I will give you an illustration example as to how this idea works soon. Sometimes, when I use the idea, when I contemplationally say the phrase ‘Not agree to address’, sure, the idea or notion is still contemplationally there. However, I am now aware that I am no longer using such an idea or notion, and that awareness to me makes the difference. You no longer have to agree with it or disagree with it, you no longer have to confirm or deny it, it’s identity can be pretty obvious, but you no longer have to address it. And that makes the difference.

Less than a minute ago I think, I realized that the illustration I was thinking of giving you is not the one for this advice. So, instead, I am going to offer you the illustration that I imagine, not know for sure, of course, that I imagine that many of the boys probably conceptualized when using idea ‘Not agree to address’. I’m not trying to spook anyone when I type this in, so here it is: I imagined a boy saying to someone quote:-‘He’d better say it.’ The reason I am choosing to say it, so to speak, is because if you read the recent idea ‘Composite’ that I had offered you, I already encouraged you to imagine from the movie ‘Ghostbusters(2016)’ Kevin portrayed by celebrity Chris Hemsworth to test a composite of ideas, and those ideas are represented by Captain America’s shield. The 2 examples I offered you was 1)Kevin blocking eggs using Captain America’s shield from hitting Principal Kraft’s car in a ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch’ episode, and 2)Kevin using the shield sort of like an umbrella when it was raining. Now, keep in mind that Kevin is testing the shield. What I may not have specifically said before was that the use of the shield represents the structural integrity of how effective your use of idea ‘Not agree to address’ would be. So, if you have seen the recent movies depicting Captain America by celebrity Chris Evans, the shield is also used to protect Captain America from being physically hit by his enemies. So, I did not think of this before, but later I imagined kids, mostly boys, imagining a person that they are familiar with in school having an uncomfortable look on his or her face. Let’s say that person is on the right side of the screen. When you move the screen a little to the left, you see Kevin from the ‘Ghostbusters’ movie smiling and holding Captain America’s shield. What happened was that the person with the uncomfortable face punched Captain America’s shield. According to the internet, the shield is made of vibranium, and that person of course did not damage the shield’s structural integrity indicated by the uncomfortable face that person is showing. And then when you look to the left, you can see Kevin smiling, showing to the kid that the ‘Not agree to address’ idea works.

Of course, I have also used that conceptualization myself. I have imagined a few people from where I work having a mildly grimacing(an distorted facial expression, as of wry humour, disgust, etc.) face at the right of the screen, like the image was shown on tv, and then I would move the available image to the left, and I would see Kevin smiling as he was holding the shield. For example, I would use such an illustration to help me ‘not agree to address’ certain notions or ideas. The individuals having the grimacing face would represent someone I would think of somehow related to encouraging me to address an idea or notion I do not choose to address, and that idea would allow me to better not address such notions or ideas.

Of course, in relation to advice said, you can change that conceptualization to suit your use for it.

To be clear, the intent of the use of such an illustration is to show to yourself that you do not agree to address something. Even though the person in question may show a grimacing face, that does not mean you want that person to actually experience discomfort. The use of that grimacing face is meant to show you that your use of idea ‘Not agree to address’ is actually working for you. For example, you don’t want that person to actually punch Captain America’s shield with that person’s hand and actually experience a discomfort indicated by an uncomfortable facial expression. What you want is a private illustration that helps you sense that your ‘not agree to address’ idea is actually working.

When you use such an idea, I recommend that you give the idea some variety. I don’t recommend that you just use it when you need it, so to speak. Of course, you want to use the advice when you need to. What I’m saying is that you don’t want the instigation to dictate how and when you use the idea. If you only use it during and/or soon after an instigation, for example, such an exclusive experience may adversely influence how you use such an illustration in your mind. I recommend that you give the use of the idea some variety, to avoid an adverse influence of use. For example, as practice, you also use the idea ‘for fun’. Imagine people who are not instigators punching the shield for non-important reasons. Avoid only being serious in it’s use.
