Aloha! It is now 11:27 AM EST for me. Before I introduce to you what that video is, I want to tell you that the reason I chose this video is because, if you read the previous idea, then you are just coming from reading that idea that highlights that children’s rhyme. So, based on those expectations that I think you may have developed, I decided to offer you a music video that is not only catchy, but it also has some sort of diverse appeal to it. And so, since I choose a music video based on it’s music and video content, the only music video I can think of right now, and I am not in the music or entertainment industry, is called ‘Most Girls’ by American singer and actress Hailee Steinfeld. I chose ‘Most Girls’ because of Hailee Steinfeld’s movie performance as Petra Arkanian in ‘Ender’s Game(2013)’. There is also an article about the song ‘Most Girls’ in www.wikipedia.org. Just search for phrase ‘most girls hailee steinfeld’. Here is a quote from that article:
Jonathan Currinn of Outlet Mag wrote that the song’s lyrics “are incredibly clever, really proving that Hailee Steinfeld has what it takes to inspire women,” and also praised the “rhythmically groovy” but not over-produced beat.[4] De Elizabeth of Teen Vogue called Steinfeld’s vocals on the track “catchy,” and wrote that “you’ll want to be listening to this jam all weekend.”[1] Mike Wass of Idolator wrote that “Most Girls” is “as catchy as it is relatable and inspiring.”
Arielle Tschinkel of Idolator wrote that the video’s premise emphasizes “that girls can be whoever they want to be,”[11] while the Daily Mail added that Steinfeld is “celebrating being a woman” in the video.[12] At the end of the video, Steinfeld is joined by a group of young women wearing t-shirts emblazoned with positive attributes such as “fearless” and “relentless.”
So, in my opinion, what you have here is a music video that is made very well using a movie and singer celebrity. For those of you that don’t like the video, I’m recommending that you see this video based on it’s quality, not it’s specific meaning. For example, when I think of this video, I think of Hailee Steinfeld’s portrayal as Petra Arkanian in the movie ‘Ender’s Game’. Of course, that thought is sort of associated with the music video ‘Most Girls’. I did not see the entire music video. I only went to different parts of the music video to try to watch it’s highlights. To watch the music video for free, go to www.youtube.com, and search for phrase ‘most girls hailee steinfeld’. It should be the 1st option offered to you that has over 31 million views. According to wikipedia. the song was just released April 28, 2017, and according to youtube, the music video was just released on May 22, 2017, about a month ago.
Before I begin idea ‘Take’, I want to give you advice based on my experiences with allergies. I am not making money by doing this. I just want to offer you advice. To start, if you want to read it, there’s this article on ‘seasonal allergy’ in www.wikipedia.org. Just search for phrase ‘seasonal allergy’ in wikipedia. I just glanced through the article, but you may find it useful. Probably during spring, summer, and fall, my nose would sometimes itch. I went to the dermatologist, and he performed some sort of test that placed a lot of patches in my back. The tests indicated that I am not allergic to the things that I was being tested for. I used Cortizone when my nose, ears, and forehead would itch. It was better than not using anything at all. Eventually, I used ‘Benadryl Allergy’ liqui gels, the dye-free version. Recently, as I have recommended to you earlier, I started using insect repellent ‘Off!’, and my forehead and ears does not seem to itch like they used to anymore. That still leaves the nose itch problem that I would have sometimes. So, when my nose would itch, such as before I would go to sleep, I would take 1 capsule of ‘Benadryl Allergy’ liqui gels, and within 1 minute of taking that capsule, my nose would feel better.
So, basically, I am recommending ‘Benadryl Allergy’ liqui gels if you have a nose itch problem. Based on my experience, it’s not the type of itch that you would scratch. It’s the type of itch that would cause you to squeeze and move your fingers around your nose in order to relieve yourself of that nose itch. So, in my opinion, if you are using insect repellent ‘Off!’, that helps somewhat if you had an itch problem for your forehead and ears. For your nose, I recommend ‘Benadryl Allergy’ liqui gels to help free yourself of that nose itch problem you may sometimes have, if you have such a problem. The allergy gels are something you can just buy without needing a prescription from your doctor, but of course you should look at the directions on the box. Ask your doctor if you think there might be some unique concerns you should address.
Star Trek Voyager:
Because of the circumstance that I was involved in that caused me to invent idea ‘Take’, I believe that I should introduce to you one of the ideas I explained in Amazon.com called ‘Star Trek: Voyager’. Basically, if you have watched the ‘Voyager’ episodes, you would have noticed that, when the Voyager crew would get into some sort of trap or calamity(a great misfortune or disaster, as a flood or serious injury) with another alien race, they would try to figure out a way out of that trap or calamity. That figuring out involves learning something about that alien race. And as far as I can remember, when Voyager would learn something about that alien race, that alien race wouldn’t use ‘human’ based discouragements to discourage Voyager from using such information.
Now, just an example, this may not actually apply to you, if you experienced some sort of mild to moderate instigation at school or at work, and as one way of pursuing a solution, you would actually learn something from the mild to moderate instigation you experienced, what may also happen is that the instigation and/or actual instigator may discourage you from using what you have learned from that instigation experience.
Basically, if you were to experience something from the instigator or instigation that discourages you from learning what you believe to be non-inappropriate things that may help you resolve and/or make more tenable your instigation experience, I recommend that you use the examples from sci-fi tv show ‘Star Trek: Voyager’ to remind yourself that you are trying to get out of some sort of minor trap or minor calamity with what you have chosen to learn from the experience. When you think of ‘Star Trek: Voyager’, keep in mind that the aliens that have placed Voyager in a trap or calamity do not make comments to Voyager, comments that instigators in the past may have made to you regarding what you may have learned from the instigation experience. Of course, it’s kind of obvious why the aliens don’t make comments, simply because they don’t know what humans and The Federation are yet. Still, idea ‘Star Trek: Voyager’ has proven to me to be an effective reminder that helps me to figure out how to get out of certain minor instigation traps, even though some of those traps may also be associated with comments that are supposed to discourage me from logically pursuing some sort of solution.
The best illustration example I can think of is in episode 5.20 ‘Think Tank’ for sci-fi series ‘Star Trek: Voyager(1999)’, when the Voyager crew encountered what Captain Janeway(Kate Mulgrew) called the ‘Think Tank’. The plot of the episode can be found in www.wikipedia.org. The 1st illustration is when Janeway and Seven of Nine(Jeri Ryan) are introduced to the ‘Think Tank’. If you have Amazon Prime, the episode is available to be watched without additional payment. According to Amazon Video, that illustration begins 15 minutes and 59 seconds into the episode, when Janeway and Seven teleport into the ‘Think Tank’s ship. While there, one of the ‘Think Tank’ members, Kurros(Jason Alexander), gives them a tour. The 2nd illustration starts 35 minutes and 51 seconds into the episode. Here is a quote:
Janeway:-‘Pure tactics, psychology…That’s how they solve problems. That’s what we have to do.’
For this advice, the point of the 2nd illustration is not what the Voyager crew specifically did. The point is that the Voyager crew clearly tried to learn many things from the ‘Think Tank’ using their Prime Directive. I recommend that you look at the 2nd illustration, which includes that entire interaction involving Y’Sek(Christopher Darga). That illustration starts 34 minutes and 16 seconds into the episode, when Janeway is talking to Y’Sek, and ends 38 minutes and 12 seconds into the episode. To be clear, if you watched that illustration, I am not encouraging you to cheat(In that episode, Seven(Jeri Ryan) solves a puzzle by cheating). The illustration is just used to show you that Voyager learned many things from the ‘Think Tank’ using their Prime Directive.
Take:
The reason why I gave you idea ‘Star Trek: Voyager’ before explaining idea ‘Take’ is that, after the fact, after I have had some time to think about the incident that caused me to make idea ‘Take’, based on expectations, not based on how I feel or believe, the incident seems kind of petty(of little or no importance or consequence) now. However, soon after the time of the incident, I was kind of upset and angry. I don’t want to describe what actually happened, since enough time has passed to allow me to be a good sport(a person who plays fair, accepts both victory and defeat, and stays amiable) about it. However, I will describe what the incident was like. It was like buying food from one of those restaurant drive-thru’s, and when you get home and check on your order, you realized that something you ordered is not there, and of course you’re not going to drive all the way back just to get that one order. When I think about it with the ideas I have now, I believe I have more of a structural integrity as to knowing why I am doing what I am doing, which, in theory, should allow me to at least not get as upset in case some sort of mild to moderate grievance occurs again. However, first things first(used to assert that important matters should be dealt with before other things). Before I achieved that attitude, I invented the idea ‘Take’ to cope with that incident.
Contemplation effort to resolve:
The ‘Take’ ideas are based on managing your sense of contemplation effort to resolve. The best illustration example I can think of right now is in episode 7.19 ‘Landing’ from crime drama series ‘The Good Wife(2016)’. If you have Amazon Prime, you don’t have to pay extra to just watch it. According to Amazon Video, the refurbished with inapproprieities removed illustration starts 27 minutes and 4 seconds into the episode, when Holly Westfall(Megan Hilty) is angrily leaving the office. Of course, to see how that happened, with inapproprieities removed for advice, that illustration starts 25 minutes and 39 seconds into the episode, when Holly Westfall enters the office to talk to David Lee(Zach Grenier) and Diane Lockhart(Christine Baranski). So, this is how Holly Westfall angrily leaving the office is refurbished for this advice: Diane wanted Miss Westfall to experience a certain contemplation effort to resolve with a certain ambiance identity that was designed to make Miss Westfall angry, to leave the office angry, and to continue being angry. Since Mrs. Lockhart has years of experience being a lawyer, she clearly had the ability to do that. So, the illustration I recommend for you to watch is when Holly Westfall angrily left the office, which starts 27 minutes and 4 seconds into the episode. Of course it’s a tv show and she is an actress, but the illustration can still be useful for this advice.
Refurbished for this advice, of course, Holly Westfall does not have an obvious technique to manage her sense of contemplation efforts to resolve induced by other people. It is my hope that, at least for certain mild to moderate instigations, these ideas allowed you to manage your experiences of contemplation efforts to resolve induced by other people. For example, in a much milder context, of course, if Diane Lockhart said something to you that would induce just a minor contemplation effort to resolve, you would be able to manage that experience better than how Holly Westfall managed her experience with Diane. In other words, when Holly Westfall experienced that ‘contemplation effort to resolve’ from Diane Lockhart, it went straight to her head, like her response was just 1 golf swing, sort of like an unavoidable reflex action. And as she was leaving the office, even though she tried to re-collect herself, she wasn’t able to reinstate her preferred perspective. However, as an example, when Diane Lockhart caused some sort of ‘contemplation effort to resole’ of course in a very mild context to you, the ideas that you have learned from this blog allowed you to manage such a sense of ‘contemplation effort to resolve’, at least a lot better than how Holly Westfall was experiencing it. I recommend that you watch that scene when Holly Westfall angrily leaves the office several times so that you can get a sense of what ‘contemplation effort to resolve’ is. As to what Diane Lockhart did to Holly Westfall, of course she used bad language. Keep in mind that Diane Lockhart doesn’t need to use obvious bad language to create that effect on Holly Westfall. According to the show ‘The Good Wife’, she’s a really effective lawyer, and since Holly Westfall doesn’t have experience managing ‘contemplation efforts to resolve’ in such a level, she didn’t have a chance against what Diane Lockhart did to her. I know I’m relying on my imagination here, but Diane Lockhart probably could have done all sorts of other things to Holly Westfall that didn’t need obviously bad language to still cause her to angrily leave that office with the same effect, other things that are just as obvious as using bad language, and of course, that being said, that ‘bad language’ used in that ‘Good Wife’ episode is refurbishedly removed for this advice. You don’t need it for the idea to be understood, in my opinion.
So, here’s the goal that I reasonably hope you will achieve after you read the ‘Take’ ideas I plan to offer you, that you will be able at least for mild instigations not need to commit to certain aspects of ambiance that an instigation wants you to commit to in their ‘contemplation effort to resolve’ instigations. The best illustration I can think of right now, refurbished for advice, is from movie ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail(1975)’. Although the illustrations should be in the movie, I got it from www.youtube.com. So, for a free illustration, just search for phrase ‘monty python swamp castle’, and it should be the 4th option offered. It’s title is ‘Guards! Make sure the Prince doesn’t leave this room…’ and as of now, it has over 600 thousand views. The description of that scene you can get from www.imdb.com. Just search for ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’ in www.imdb.com, click ‘MORE’, then under category ‘STORYLINE’, click ‘Synopsis’. The explanation I think is in paragraph 19. Here is a quote:
‘Herbert is reluctant to participate in this land-grab, and wishes to express himself in song, but the king shouts down the erupting music and forbids Herbert to sing.’
There are 2 examples in that scene where Herbert would try to sing, and actual music would be playing, but the King actually stops the music from playing. So, here’s a quote from the 1st illustration from youtube. That illustration starts 55 seconds into the episode:
The King:-‘I’d rather what?’
The Prince:-‘I’d rather just sing!(While The Prince said that, music begins to play)
The King:-‘Stop that! Stop that! You’re not going into a song while I’m here!’
The 2nd illustration starts 1 minute and 43 seconds into the scene, The Prince begins to sing and the music starts again, and The King says quote:
The King:-‘Cut that out!’ Cut that out!'(stop talking or doing something)

[It’s now 7:06 PM EST, and I am going to stop now and continue explaining ‘Take’ next week. Hopefully, I’ll be able to also finish ‘Take’ next week, since just starting this idea in my opinion is the hardest part, and I have already achieved that. So, if you choose to be here again next Saturday, then I plan to see you then.
7/1/2017
Salutations..! It is now 1:55 PM EST for me. 1st, I want to introduce to you another music video. If the advice takes more than 2 weeks to explain, I’ll try to give you another music video from now on. The music video is the tv show intro from the British drama ‘Downtown Abbey(2010+)’. You can watch it for free from youtube.com. Just search for phrase ‘downtown abbey intro’ in web site www.youtube.com, and it should be the 1st selection offered that says ‘Downtown Abbey – Intro’. Even though the selection says that the clip is 31 seconds, when you play the video, it’s 30 seconds. It starts with a man walking with his dog, and the dog’s tail is wagging. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org of what ‘Downtown Abbey’ is about:
‘The series, set in the fictional Yorkshire country estate of Downton Abbey between 1912 and 1926, depicts the lives of the aristocratic Crawley family and their domestic servants in the post-Edwardian era…’
So, basically, if you watch the ‘Downtown Abbey’ intro, the purpose is to offer you a tv show presented ambiance of what it was like in Yorkshire between 1912 and 1926. The ‘music video’ only lasts for 30 seconds, but if you haven’t watched ‘Downtown Abbey’ before, and I have not seen that British drama show before, you may find that ‘Downtown Abbey’ video entertaining in the context that it offers you a different sense of ambiance than what you may be usually exposed to. If you watch the video, it gives you obvious examples of ambiance that try to illustrate to you what it might have been like in Yorkshire during the 1900s.
I have invented several bookmarks within the past week that I believe may be very useful. This past Tuesday I invented bookmark ‘Concede’. This past Wednesday I have invented bookmark ‘Not solve’. And this past Thursday I have invented an idea that I call ‘Can’, such as an aluminum can. I believe that all 3 ideas should go to the top of the list to be explained. So, what I will do is start explaining those 3 ideas now in this list, and in the next list I want to explain what I call ‘Guilty’. After I explain all 3, I want to explain another bookmark, it’s name I plan to reveal when I start setting it up, and finally I will begin explaining the ideas associated with idea ‘Take’. So, hopefully, you may have watched the ‘Downtown Abbey’ intro before I start explaining idea ‘Concede’.
Concede:
According to www.dictionary.com, one definition and sentence example of ‘concede’ is:
‘to make concession; yield to pressure or circumstances; admit defeat: She was so persistent that I conceded at last.’
This is my belief as to the importance of ‘concede’: When you ask a favor or make a special request from someone, you may have to go to their place of authority, or to go to a place where such a favor or request could be made. In order to do that, you may very likely have to be aware of the concept of conceding. For example, let’s say I was still a teenager in high school, and for the sake of another school project, I would have to make a request from a teenage girl who also attends the same high school I attend. That request has to be made while she is hosting one of her regular school and student related parties. So, what I would do is request an invitation from her and the reasons why I would want to attend. Let’s say she approved of such an invitation. When I would attend such a party, I would have to wear the proper clothing. And while I am there, I would have to present myself with a certain awareness that conceding is involved, and of course a certain humility. And then there is the actual verbal declaration of making such a request to her directly.
Even though I just imagined those formalities, I imagined it using a sense of conceding. And so, here is the reason why conceding is used as advice: An instigator may improperly inhibit your sense of conceding as it relates to ongoing or past experiences with instigations. Here is a refurbished example using the definition of idea ‘Preexisting condition'(Wishlist #1083). The illustration is from episode 2.19 ‘The Dirty Half Dozen’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2015)’. According to Amazon Video, the illustration starts 19 minutes and 12 seconds into the episode, while Grant Ward(Brett Dalton) is giving a presentation. This refurbished example is supposed to illustrate that everyone listening to Grant Ward’s presentation are shown to have an inhibited sense of conceding because of what Grant Ward did to them in the past, refurbished with inapproprieities removed, of course. The episode shows the obvious composures and facial reactions of those trying to listen to Grant Ward’s presentation, an illustration I highly recommend for you to watch in order to get an example of what it’s like to have an inhibited sense of conceding. The inhibited sense of conceding was so obvious, Grant Ward said 19 minutes and 21 seconds quote:
Grant Ward:-‘Can we just address the elephant on the plane?’ I know this is weird. Mistakes were made.’
My contention is that you may have experienced instigations and/or are experiencing instigations that intentionally inhibit your sense of conceding. I am not saying that those experienced instigations are completely removing your sense of conceding. However, I believe that such experiences can significantly discourage a more preferred sense of effectiveness to be used at your school or job.
The solution I want to recommend for you to use, if you choose to use this advice, is to create a very mild sense of conceding that is separate from the experienced instigation. The purpose of having a separate sense of conceding is to prevent an instigation from excessively inhibiting your sense of conceding. For example, if you experience a minor instigation from a student or co-worker that discourages your sense of conceding, you should be able to at least remember that you have the ability to create as a separate issue a mild sense of conceding. You don’t have to actually create that sense of conceding for many such instigations. You should just be aware that you are able to create a separate sense of conceding.
To help develop your sense of conceding, let’s start with a sense exercise using the ‘York Peppermint Pattie’ commercials that you choose to use from www.youtube.com. Just search for phrase ‘york peppermint patty commercial’ in youtube, and there are like 10 or so commercials to choose from. Most of those commercials have the same theme. A person in that commercial would say that theme, and then that person would describe his/her unique experiences from eating a York Peppermint Pattie. Here is the common theme:
‘When I bite into a ‘York Peppermint Pattie’, I get the sensation…’
If you look at a few of those commercials, they’re kind of goofy. After you looked at them, imagine that you are able to project a mildly cool mint induced sense to an individual(also feel that cool mint induced sense for yourself as you project it to another), and that such an individual can also project a mildly cool mint induced sense to you. Now, if you choose to, you can use a sense derived from that mildly cool mint induced sense to represent a sense that can be used for your sense of conceding. Practice doing that with those that are not instigating you, since I don’t expect instigators to give you an ideal situation to practice on them. For example, I practice while I am in the bus or waiting for a bus in a bus terminal, a place where strangers walk back and forth regularly. Let’s say that, while I am waiting for a bus in a bus terminal, I see a man walking from a distance, probably going to a specific bus. I would then sense my chosen sense of conceding, and I would also imagine a vertical bar going up, the vertical bar represent a sense of conceding refurbishedly measured by a vertical thermometer. The vertical bar would surpass the measurement of the imagined vertical thermometer. You may even imagine that bar ‘popping’ out of the thermometer, and then it would stop, and that sense of conceding would represent an ‘above and beyond’ sense of conceding. Of course, this sense of conceding is separate from other evaluations. That way, in case a person instigates you while you are using the ‘Concede’ idea, you may allow the evaluation to continue, since it is a separate evaluation. For an example of what a thermometer looks like, just search for phrase ‘thermometer’ at www.wikipedia.org. Google probably has it to, but I haven’t checked that search engine for thermometer images. Once you are used to the ‘thermometer’ idea, you can put a number next to it to represent how many thermometer vertical bar graphs you are using. Since this is a recent idea for me, I remember using the number 20 to represent 20 vertical bar graphs associated with certain individuals. The color of the bar graph is up to you. I tried to use the color of that thing that, when you press it, it changes color. I also used the color green for the vertical bar graphs. It depends on the circumstance. You can also use a color to represent another color.
That is an obvious example for real time experienced instigations. You can also use the example for mild to moderate already experienced instigations you may recall.
I predict that, soon after you use this idea, you will probably create several new ideas of your own, real ‘zinger’ (surprise, shock, or piece of electrifying news) ideas, since certain burdens will probably be resolved with your chosen use of this idea. [7/4/2017: For the record, I used the word ‘predict’. I did not say I was certain that you would make a few zingers.
Not solve:
[I’m going to stop now. I think I spent a lot of time again today looking for a music video. Also, I have a minor sense of lower back pain I took medication for. The pain subsided, but the discomfort still makes me feel restless. The good news is that I am not working July 4, so therefore I will be able to continue then. By then, I will have more time to work on these ideas. After I finish explaining ‘Not solve’, I plan to explain ‘Can’ in this list as well. Then, I will close this list, and explain that other bookmark. I will let you know what that other bookmark is when I get there. So, if you are going to be reading this blog on Tuesday, July 4, then I plan to add more ideas to this blog then.
7/4/2017
Ahoy!(Pirate greeting). According to wikipedia.org, the swashbuckler movie ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’, which was released in May 26, 2017, has already grossed over 700 million worldwide. I’m not recommending the movie for the blog. I’m just trying to give some credibility to the ‘Ahoy!’ greeting.
Change of plans. I want to finish this idea now, and explain idea ‘Can’ in the next list. Then after ‘Can’, I want to explain an idea I invented this past Sunday, 2 days ago, called ‘Not expand’. I am going to type in the disclaimer, and then proofread this list.
Violence and viewer discretion for sci-fi series ‘Star Trek: Voyager’. Violence and viewer discretion for drama series ‘The Good Wife’. Violence and viewer discretion for comedy ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’. Violence and viewer discretion for sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Use only refurbished for advice references recommended. Throw away rest of tv show and movie. [Use mental bookmarks ‘Star Trek: Voyager’ and ‘Concede’ for reference, allocation, and prevention when needed.
Before I start explaining ‘Can’ today, I plan on seeing the entire music video ‘Most Girls’, to see what I have been missing, based on how I imagine girls complimenting that video, in a reasonable context, of course.
