Aloha! It’s 7:45 EST for me. And so, here’s the music video I recommend. I just finished watching it for the 1st time less than a minute ago. I just typed in phrase ‘new music videos’ in www.youtube.com, looked at the selection they had, saw her face, and clicked it. According to www.wikipedia.org, ‘Echosmith is an American indie pop band formed in February 2009 in Chino, California.’ The music video is from their song ‘Future Me’, and it was just released on youtube on Aug 18, 2017. As of now, there’s no description of what the song is about in wikipedia. In my opinion, it’s soothing with clear and involving natural special effects, and it’s a relaxing video to watch. To watch it for free, just search for phrase ‘echosmith future me’, and it should be the 2nd selection offered, with almost 6 million views, and it’s only been made available in youtube for a month and a week.

All right. I changed how I used the laptop table today. I no longer put my legs in between it’s legs. I suppose if you’re a kid, you’ll easily fit into it. For me, I manage to get my legs in there, but it’s a tight fit, and that tight fit agitates the lower right side of my back muscles. So, what I do now is, when I use it on the couch, I put the laptop table on top of the couch and to my left. That allows me to lean on the lower left side of my back muscles, the side I don’t think has a problem. That way, the use of my lower right side back muscles tolerates that position. That option allows me to put the laptop table on top of my legs from time to time. [10/2/2017: I also put the laptop table’s legs on my legs as I am sitting on the couch, since my lower back feels better, or I may put one laptop leg on the couch and one laptop leg on my leg. If you imagine it, when both laptop legs are on my legs, it may look like I’m balancing the laptop on my legs. However, to me, it feels normal, since my hands are typing on the laptop. If your legs easily fit between the legs of the laptop table, then you should not need to do that. Also, you can still adjust the laptop legs to be on the couch as you type on it. If you feel like you may drop your laptop while the laptop table’s legs are resting on top of your legs, then don’t do it. Keep in mind that you are sitting on your couch if you do this, something conducive for your back. Also, when I am not typing and the laptop table’s legs are resting on my legs, the laptop and laptop table are not falling or slipping or anything. It is simply in front of me. In case you are about to sneeze and your laptop is in this arrangement, just put one of your hands on the laptop.

If you have lower back pain problems, do you put anything underneath your back when you sleep? When I prepare to sleep, I use the hood of a Hanes Men’s Full Zip Ultimate Heavyweight Fleece Hoodie and I position it somewhere underneath my back in a way that would make my lower right side back muscles feel better. I purchased the charcoal heather hoodie from Amazon, and when I used it, I realized that I didn’t like the color. So, instead of donating it, I would take it’s hood, squish it vertically, and place that hood somewhere underneath my back. It’s like giving the bed you’re using some memory to help with your lower back. Also, when I would need more temporary emphasis, I would squish it, then bend it to double it’s mass, then put that underneath my back. I would only do that for a short period of time, then I would put it back in it’s normal length and put that underneath my back. So, basically, I would just use it’s hood. If you buy the charcoal heather hoodie from Amazon to help with your back, you may notice that it has a normal, cool feeling to it.

Also, I purchased Evelots Prism Bed Specs from Amazon so that I can watch tv while my back is flat on the bed. It works, but just today I purchased another type of prism specs, not Evelots, from ebay, since ebay provides quicker delivery service for those specs than Amazon does. I’ll let you know how those glasses turn out. [10/2/2017: Since I said I’ll let you know, I didn’t receive the glasses yet from ebay. Since I paid around only 15 bucks for them, I’m now worried. Instead, I purchased another pair of prism specs from Amazon that has Prime delivery for only about 10 bucks. I should get them this Wednesday. They’re called ‘Bed Prism Spectacles’ by Skywill, and according to it’s Amazon advertisement, they’re ‘Lightweight you will hardly know you are wearing them!’

[I don’t want to type anymore today. I plan to continue tomorrow. At least I have a more comfortable laptop table use. For example, I’m typing this now with the laptop table on top of the couch, not over my legs. My lower right back muscles seems to be very accepting of that. I do want to type in my recent membership to CBS All Access. I’m going to keep it until November. That’s when the 1st half of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ will end. The 2nd half will begin in January. That is when I’ll start the service again. Also, if in case the cable service doesn’t properly copy the CBS shows I watch, ‘Elementary’ and ‘MacGyver’, during those few months I am using CBS All Access to watch ‘Star Trek: Discovery’, I may also watch the ‘Elementary’ and ‘MacGyver’ episodes from them as well. I think it’s about 6 bucks a month to watch the streaming material with commercials, and about 10 bucks a month to watch it without commercials. I chose to pay the 10 bucks a month, since I’m only going to use it this year for only 2 months. If you want to save some money and are patient, I suppose you can wait for November, and then use the 2 day free trial period to watch the 7 or so episodes of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ for free. Well anyway, I’ll see you tomorrow.

9/26/2017

Salutations! It is now 9:24 AM EST for me. 1st, I want to address an issue that some of your kids are going through based on what I typed in yesterday. Here is a quote of where I think the issue is coming from:

‘If you want to save some money and are patient, I suppose you can wait for November, and then use the 2 day free trial period to watch the 7 or so episodes of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ for free.’

The solution is in 2 parts. The 1st part is the ‘pay the sponsor’ part. The 2nd part is the ‘where you are at’ part, so to speak. So, here’ the ‘pay the sponsor’ part: You’re talking? about that money saving part of this list because of the mental freedom the ‘Defy’ idea has given you from Wishlist #1096. Also, because I am home a lot more than usual and I used some of the free time recently to type in new ideas, you’re trying to process more information than you’re used to from this blog. Not to be taken literally, and it’s just used for illustration, you can use the scene from episode 1.1 ‘Josh Just Happens to Live Here!’ from tv show ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend(2015)’. According to Amazon Video, the illustration starts 3 minutes and 32 seconds into the episode. In this illustration, Rebecca Bunch(Rachel Bloom) was just told by her assistant(Dominique Toney) that she’s about to be promoted to partner. Watching that scene is highly recommended. Here is a quote:

Rebecca:-‘What? What’s wrong?’

Assistant:-(Rebecca’s assistant’s name was not given in imdb.com)-‘Laura wants to see you.’

Rebecca:-‘Oh God, why?’

Assistant:-‘You’re getting promoted. To partner. Right now.’

Basically, you’re seeing Rebecca acclimating to her soon to be official job promotion. Just use that scene for this idea. Throw away the rest of that episode.

It’s a public list:

And now for the ‘where you are at’ part of this advice. I call this part of the advice ‘It’s a public list’. I’m going to use an experience I had in college as an analogy. It involves free food offered for certain events and situations while I attended college. The 1st incident I am addressing is when one of the groups/associations in college would advertise that free food and drink will be offered with attendance. I considered going, but I thought to myself, not with words, that the only reason I would attend would be for the free food. Of course, I would try to participate and listen, but the main reason I would be there would be for the free food and drink. That is why I never attended such situations.

The 2nd incident for this advice is when an invitation was sent out to the students that offered free donuts, coffee, and drink, to help us prepare for final exams. It was food offered at night, since our meal plan doesn’t serve food at night, and the free food and drink was offered in the cafeteria. At one point, when I was sitting down looking at the other students coming in, it seemed like every student from the entire school was in line to get those free donuts and coffee! That is what it is like when I talked about saving money. That statement was made in a public list. Here is that quote again:

‘If you want to save some money and are patient, I suppose you can wait for November, and then use the 2 day free trial period to watch the 7 or so episodes of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ for free.’

Here is what I speculate happened. When you think about that statement, since this statement was made in a public list, it is like you are seeing a lot of people in line to get free donuts, coffee, and drink. That free food and drink offered represents the fact that this is a public list, and you were thinking about a certain few people who are on that line for that free food and drink, and those few people are causing you to make a comment based on what they may be doing.

For those of you who are kids, keep in mind that I believe at least most adults who will use public lists will do so using their unique appreciations. For example, they will just go in, take what they want, and then leave. That may be a little confusing for you, since you may not have that type of mentality yet. Also, this situation reminds me of how I imagine many adults privately complaining, and of course this is none of my business to mention, that they are complaining that I am presumptuously turning what they are capable of doing into a context that represents what they are actually doing. I recommend that, yes, this is a public list, but many of those people in line for the free donuts and coffee may just represent in your mind what many people are capable of doing, not what they are actually going to choose to do. Also, such contemplations may represent contemplations that exceed your reasonable limitations to think of such things. There is this idea I am going to talk about in this list called ‘Weaknesses’ that I believe will help you with such contemplations. But for now, I recommend that you use idea ‘Not agree to address’ to not address such contemplations that you believe exceed your reasonable limitations to think of such things.

[I’m going to take a break now to buy some food. I’ll start typing again today.

Hi! It’s now 10:18 PM for me. I’m responding late because I just finished watching 2 movies that arrived in the PO box today, ‘Wonder Woman’ and the other I think it’s called ‘Transformers: Last Knight’. Although I did fast forward through some of those movies, I did see a lot of it. So, that just means I’ll start typing more tomorrow. In case you’re wondering, soon after I log out, I am already re-watching the 1st episode of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’, and I plan to re-watch the 2nd one. This is not me sponsoring the show. I just thought you might want to know.

9/27/2017

Hi! It’s 12:36 PM EST for me. I want to start by talking about the Hanes hoodie I typed about in this list. I usually would only use it for short moments. I don’t usually leave it on the bed or always keep it underneath my back as I try to sleep. It’s something I try to use when I feel like I want to do something to help with my lower right back problem. Soon after I would do it, I would take it off of the bed. I’m saying this because if you actually buy a Hanes hoodie for your lower back, then I am recommending that you only use it for a short amount of time. You don’t actually leave the hoodie underneath your back as you are sleeping. [10/2/2017: I don’t always put the Hanes hoodie underneath my back. I use it when I want to do something to make the lower right side of my back feel better, and only when I feel there is some discomfort there. I usually don’t even use that Hanes hoodie. I use it only when I feel discomfort, and I believe it will help. In other words, I don’t believe I had a chronic back problem, but when I feel discomfort for my lower back from time to time, I may use it. My situation with my back now I think is improving, but I don’t think I should make another assessment about it now.

Weaknesses:

I want to begin by describing to you how I invented idea ‘Weaknesses’. It pretty much happened while I was watching an episode of comedy sci-fi show ‘The Orville’. Before I go to that scene, I want to describe a little about how I interpreted the main character for idea ‘Weaknesses’. The episode used is 1.2 ‘Command Performance’ from tv show ‘The Orville(2017)’. I made idea ‘Weaknesses’ after watching episode ‘Command Performance’ for the 1st time from Amazon. I purchased the episode from Amazon on Sept. 22, 2017 less than a week ago, making idea ‘Weaknesses’ a new idea. So, the idea from the ‘Command Performance’ episode is that Chief Security Officer Alara Kitan(Halston Sage) is learning what her limitations are after being given command of The Orville. Here is a quote that, according to Amazon Video, starts 24 minutes and 38 seconds into the episode, when Lieutenant Alara is talking to Admiral Tucker(Ron Canada):

[I’m going to mail the Blu-rays I rented back today and buy some food from a restaurant. After I come back and eat the food, that should take maybe 2 hours. After that, I shall continue typing. See you then.

It’s now 4:35 PM for me. From where I left off, here is the quote:

Admiral Tucker:-‘Absolutely out of the question, Lieutenant.’

Alara:-‘But sir, if there’s any chance that they’re still alive…’

Tucker:-‘That sector of space is off-limits, no exceptions.’

Alara:-‘Sir, please, if we could just…’

Tucker:-‘Lieutenant, you’re young, so I’m going to overlook the fact that you are questioning a direct order from a fleet admiral.’

That quote is meant to show you that Alara is learning what her limitations are with her newly given command. Earlier in the episode, 16 minutes and 45 seconds into the episode, Alara even requested to be removed of command by the ship’s doctor, Dr. Claire Finn!(Penny Johnson Jerald)

Now that you know something about the idea, here is the actual illustration from tv show ‘The Orville’ that I used to invent idea ‘Weaknesses’. It happened fairly quickly. As I watched that illustration, I invented and started developing that idea in seconds, even as that illustration was still being broadcasted. According to Amazon Video, I think the illustration begins(there is another scene that is similar, but I think this is it) 19 minutes and 41 seconds into the episode, when Isaac(Mark Jackson) is talking to Lieutenant Alara Kitan. During this scene, because I believed in the context of watching a sci-fi tv show that Alara Kitan was a nervous wreck, I basically imagined without the details that Isaac, so to speak, was you, and Alara Kitan was also you. The ‘Alara Kitan’ in command represents you with certain compunctions, certain misgivings, certain trepidations, and the ‘Isaac’ taking orders is you allowing the ‘Alara Kitan’ you to be an effective commander. In other words, even though you as ‘Isaac’ notice exactly what compunctions, misgivings, and trepidations the ‘Alara Kitan’ you is currently experience, the ‘Isaac’ you is allowing the ‘Alara Kitan’ you to still be an effective commander. You are still doing your job as ‘Isaac’, nothing unusual, as you are allowing your commander to be commander. To clarify, when you see that scene, Isaac is the artificial, non-biological life form. I just call Isaac the android. Isaac is the one that looks like he has 2 balls of lights for eyes.

My point is that, when you watch tv shows like ‘The Orville’ or pretty much any ‘Star Trek’ tv show, they allow each other to do their jobs. They don’t exploit each other’s chosen limitations. In ‘The Orville’ example, everyone in that ship is trying to allow Alara Kitan to command the ship, even though many people in that ship notice that she is having some trouble using her command authority. And so, here is where idea ‘Weaknesses’ comes in. Keep in mind that this is an idea I just imagined. I’m not a doctor. OK, here it is: When you are at school, work, or public areas where many people walk back and forth, places where you may experience instigation, in relation to advice said, an instigator may improperly try to define certain examples of limitations that you have either chosen to have or you simply just have them, by using discomfort to define those limitations, even though such a defining may be intentionally excessive. The defining of certain categories of your own limitations may cause you to commit to such impressions of limitations, even though for example such impressions of limitations have an intentionally adverse sense of discomfort in it’s identity.

OK, here is an illustration example I think many of you are probably aware of from a previous idea. The illustration is from movie ‘The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe(2005)’. According To Amazon Video rental, it starts 35 minutes and 40 seconds into the movie, when Edmund(Skandar Keynes) is trying to discredit what his sister Lucy(Georgie Henley) is saying by defining in Lucy’s mind a sense of limitation that she has by using discomfort. Here is a quote:

Edmund:-‘I shouldn’t have encouraged her, but you know what little children are like these days. They just don’t know when to stop pretending.’

As Edmund is saying that, you can see Lucy experiencing a certain discomfort that causes her to run out of the room in tears. Watching that illustration from the movie is highly recommended.

I just remembered another example like 20 seconds ago. It is from movie ‘Draft Day(2014)’ starring Kevin Costner as Sonny Weaver Jr. and Jennifer Garner as Ali. According to Amazon SD video rental(if you use SD instead of HD, you get to save a dollar), the scene starts 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 37 seconds into the movie. Here is a quote:

Sonny:-‘You know what, everyone always gives me grief for firing my father.’

Ali:-‘Well, you did. I was here that day.’

Sonny:-‘It was my mother.’

Ali:-‘What?’

Sonny:-‘It was my mother. Look, don’t get me wrong. I’m the one who fired him. But it was my mother who asked me to do it.’

That ‘Draft Day’ example is meant to represent situations where you would set something up in your mind, let’s say you committed yourself to a certain belief that has a certain acceptable amount of acceptance. However, when you would initiate such a belief in school or work, certain classmates or co-workers deconstruct it’s use. So, for example, even though you are in the right, you feel like you are in the wrong. In the ‘Draft Day’ example, as the quotes say, yes, he did fire his father, but people are blaming him for firing his father for the wrong reasons. So, if you imagine Sonny walking around in his job, and some of his employees are still talking about him firing his father, maybe you can refurbishly relate to what he is going through.

[I don’t want to spend the rest of this day just typing. I’m going to stop now and continue this tomorrow. The good news is that the hard part of explaining this idea is over. It should be a lot easier for me to finish explaining this idea. Oh, and I forgot to say that I will continue explaining Wishlist #1096 after I finish this. So, I’ll see you tomorrow, I reckon.

9/28/2017

Hi! It’s 7:05 PM for me. 1st, I want to introduce to you another music video, because that’s what I do. Even though it’s not my expertise, I try to integrate music videos with advice. Because I wasn’t able to find a new one, I had to go to my reserves. There is a music video I could use, but I would have to sell it to you. Here is something you may not know about these ideas that I think are true. If I change the routine of these ideas, go ‘cold turkey’, so to speak, that change may not be conducive for the convenience of your learning experience. Sure, I can keep typing without giving you music videos, but that change in routine may not be in your benefit. Also, I believe the music videos helps the kids learn these ideas. And I don’t just pick a random video to recommend. I add it as part of the advice. If you are an adult, you can choose to omit it. That’s not a big deal. However, since this is standard demographic advice, I believe it is better form for music videos to be involved, whether or not you use them. Of course, I may still choose to change the routine from time to time. I’ll probably have a reason for doing that when it happens.

OK, now to try to sell the music video. Before I say what it is, if you choose to give some credence to what I have just typed in, then this music video might have some relevance for you in the context of using this advice. So, to help you find it useful, I recommend that you watch it as something useful to watch that you hate to watch as well as something useful to watch that you may like to watch. Here is something that I just learned from www.wikipedia.org less than a minute ago concerning ‘Castor oil’. Even though castor oil is considered medicine, it has also been used in the past as punishment when taken by mouth, probably because it tastes very bad. Anyway, the music video is called ‘Into a Fantasy’ by Norwegian singer-songwriter Alexander Rybak. You can watch it for free from youtube. Just search for phrase ‘come fly with me into a fantasy’, and it should be the 1st selection offered that has over 6.7 million views. According to wikipedia, the song ‘Into a Fantasy’ is featured in the animated movie ‘How to Train Your Dragon 2’, but only in the European versions of the film. I watched the music video, and I think it’s a nice family oriented video. Of course, if you see any inappropriate scenes, just remove them. So, hopefully, if I was able to sell it to you, you should be able to enjoy watching music video ‘Into a Fantasy’. Also, if you watch that video, you should notice that the singer Alexander Rybak is very articulate, both in body language and in voice.

[I know I started late. I went to another city earlier today to get some food. I plan to add more words tomorrow. See you then.

9/29/2017

Salutations! It is now 5:10 PM EST for me. The idea ‘Weaknesses’ is now more clear in my mind to explain. What I plan to do today is start over the explanation of ‘Weaknesses’, and use it to lead into the new idea I invented today called ‘Figure out contribute’. I plan to type all of this in this Wishlist, Wishlist #1097. I believe that ideas ‘Weaknesses’ and ‘Figure out contribute’ can be very important for you to have. Of course, you decide whether or not you choose to use it.

Weaknesses:

When I created idea ‘Weaknesses’, it was done while I was watching episode 1.2 ‘Command Performance’ from sci-fi comedy tv show ‘The Orville(2017)’. According to Amazon Digital Orders, I purchased the episode from Amazon on September 22, 2017. The scene where it happened was when Acting Captain Kitan(Halston Sage) was talking to Isaac(Mark Jackson) on the bridge. I think it was 19 minutes and 42 seconds into the episode, when Isaac was indicating to Acting Captain Kitan that the Captain and 1st officer may have been teleported. While they were talking, I imagined making an idea for the blog, and this idea was not fixed up to be more specific yet, where Isaac was also Kitan allowing Acting Captain Kitan to command the Orville. The reason I did this was to allow the kids to see that, in spite of all of the compunctions, misgivings, and trepidations Kitan was experiencing, Isaac, who was also Kitan, was still allowing Kitan to command the Orville. In this episode, Kitan was still learning what her limitations are to be Acting Captain of the Orville. So, even though all of the crewmembers in The Orville knew she was making mistakes, they still allowed her, and even accomodated her, to be acting Captain. I think this is something that is common in practically all of the ‘Star Trek’ episodes, crewmembers allowing each other to do their jobs. So, for example, when the girls reading this blog imagine Kitan being them, and they are allowing Kitan to command The Orville, they may also imagine a certain sense of compunctions, misgivings, and trepidations that they have, as they allow Kitan, who is them, to command The Orville.

So, this is when the idea ‘Weaknesses’ becomes more obvious. Not in a condescending manner, I call chosen limitations and unavoidable limitations ‘Weaknesses’. So, for example, when an adult is moving around in his/her workplace, or is in a public area where many people circulate, it is possible that other people may try to adversely define and cause you to interact with certain weaknesses that you may have by using discomfort. Here is an example from the movie ‘The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe(2005)’.

Only then will the drug take effect and lead to get viagra no prescription psychological dysfunction. You might require more direct touch to your penis to achieve an erection when you find a reliable supplier online who provides the miracle drugs viagra no prescription canada at the most affordable rates. According to world research process, ED / Erectile cialis españa Dysfunction. There might be some problem cialis cheap canada that can cause physical limitations when it comes to sexual performance. As Edmund is saying that, you can see Lucy experiencing a certain discomfort that causes her to run out of the room in tears. Watching that illustration from the movie is highly recommended.

So, let’s put idea ‘Weaknesses’ in the form of an explanation as it pertains to instigation: An instigator may improperly define another person’s use of certain limitations/weaknesses by improperly imposing a certain sense of discomfort. So, here is the question: Even if, generalistically speaking, the weakness is genuine, what is the relevance in emphasizing such a weakness in such a context? For example, a lady is walking around in her job, and another lady, without needing to talk to her, improperly imposes an instigation upon her that emphasizes a certain weakness that she has, and causes her to give credence to that identity of weakness, since the discomfort that defined that sense of weakness convinced her to do so. Why does that innocent lady have to commit to such a sad way of interacting with such an adverse impression of one of her weaknesses? What I am trying to do with idea ‘Weaknesses’ is to help you more reasonably give involvement and purpose to adverse impressions of your own sense of weaknesses that instigators may impose upon you to notice. I am not saying to ignore the discomfort. Recover from the discomfort, but also reasonably give involvement and purpose to such a sense of weakness created by such a discomfort.

I invented 2 bookmarks designed to help you quantify and more tenably recover from certain mild to moderate instigations that are trying to use imposed upon discomfort to adversely define certain limitations/weaknesses that you have. The bookmarks are called 1)’Back ache lift’ and 2)’Leg cramp lift’. I know this may seem like I’m just talking about myself because of my recent lower back pain problem, but the idea is to offer you these ideas, and you should see the relevance as I introduce to you the next idea, the ‘Figure out contribute’ idea, in this list. Idea ‘Back ache lift’ was created from certain experiences from my acute low back pain situation that I obviously experienced this past Aug. 22. I was experiencing discomfort from my lower back from time to time before then, but I did not suspect it would get that bad. I thought I was managing it. Before I was treated by a doctor who gave me what is called a ‘triple point injection’, I had difficulty sleeping. It was like a persistent throbbing I was experiencing from my lower back muscles. Also, I had difficulty walking for certain amounts of time. I’m not a doctor, but according to my understanding, the ‘triple point injection’ relaxed certain muscles in my lower back, stopping the adverse specific identity of that persistent throbbing completely.

Here is an illustration of what ‘Back ache lift’ is: Imagine that there is a bag on a table, and when you lift that bag, you experience a mild back ache. When you put that bag back on the table, the back ache stops, but when you pick that bag up again, you again experience a mild back ache. So, the definition of ‘Back ache lift’ is that an instigator may give you the impression that you have chosen to ‘lift’ a sense of discomfort identified by your mild experiences with back aches. So, when you experience a certain instigation, you may consider using idea ‘Back ache lift’ to help you more tenably quantify certain discomforts an instigator wants you to experience. Let’s say as an example, not something that actually happened to you, before this advice, an instigator caused you to experience a certain discomfort that you are avoiding to experience. Again, I’m not a doctor, but I believe people in general use discomfort as an indicator to avoid injury. So, before this idea, if you are an adult that has experienced instigations in the past from time to time, I believe it is very likely that certain instigations in your past consisted of discomfort that you are normally trying to avoid, since such a discomfort is associated with discomfort that is used to avoid injury. So, if you choose to use this ‘Back ache lift’ idea, you get to choose what back ache experiences to use to more tenably identify such an adverse impression of discomfort, the discomfort of course is mild to moderate, instead of just avoiding such a discomfort, which in the past probably led to the instigation adversely defining that experience upon you.

Idea ‘Leg cramp lift’ is like ‘Back ache lift’. The instigator improperly imposes an adverse sense of lifting a leg cramp. I chose ‘Back ache lift’ and ‘Leg cramp lift’ because I think they’re the 2 best discomfort experiences that you may use to help you recover from certain discomforts. I also use ‘Frantic lift’ to help quantify frenzy, scattering surprises. Here are a few others you may choose to use: ‘Carry lift’, ‘Drag lift’, ‘Exert lift’, ‘Ache lift’, ‘Fatigue lift’. I recommend that you improve your own vocabulary of discomfort identifying words and phrases.

Figure out contribute:

[I’m going to stop now and continue tomorrow. I think I’ll watch another episode of ‘The Good Fight’ from CBS All Access, a service I have for ‘Star Trek: Discovery’. So far, I’ve seen 3 episodes of ‘The Good Fight’. In my opinion, it’s a great show. I just didn’t want to get ‘CBS All Access’ just for that, even though I’ve watched every episode of ‘The Good Wife’. I also plan to fast forward through Blu-ray ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’, since I still have the Blu-ray rental. I already watched it, but it’s an entertaining movie to sift through. See you tomorrow.

9/30/2017

Hi-Diddily-Ho!(Ned Flanders greeting) It’s now 6:30 PM EST for me. Once again, I spent too much time looking for music videos. I couldn’t find one. However, during that moment when I typed in ‘I couldn’t find one’, I thought of the Seaquest intro from action adventure show ‘SeaQuest 2032(1993+)’ starring Roy Scheider as Captain Bridger. To see the Seaquest intro, just search for phrase ‘seaquest intro’ in www.youtube.com. It should be the 1st selection offered. It’s title is ‘Seaquest DSV Season 1 Intro’, and as of now, it has over 140 thousand views.

Figure out contribute:

OK, here is what I imagined. When a person gets instigated, whether at school or at work, and that instigation uses a certain mild to moderate discomfort, the instigator may intentionally and inappropriately try to adversely depreciate a sense of the innocent person’s resolve that the innocent person believes is ‘in the right’, for example, it is a sense of resolve that should exist in that school or job. The reason why an instigator may try to depreciate such a resolve is because innocent people may leave such an ‘in the right’ sense unguarded, since such a sense of righteousness should be there, and is part of that person’s school or work responsibilities.

Here’s an example of an adult who has been experiencing such an instigation ‘on and off’ for years in that person’s job. Let’s say that, after so many years of experiencing mild to moderate associated instigation discomfort, that person’s sense of righteous resolve has now been established in that person’s mind to be depreciated, but that sense of depreciated righteousness only happens for a short period of time, and only when that person experiences discomfort induced instigation that specifically targets their sense of righteous resolve. I do have 1 illustration example, but it has inappropriate language and it’s not an exact match. So, if you still choose to use it, you can just remove the inapproprieities. The illustration is in the movie ‘Bridesmaids(2011)’ starring Kristen Wiig as Annie and Rose Byrne as Helen. The illustration starts, according to Amazon Video rental, 34 minutes and 39 seconds into the movie. Here is a quote:

Helen:-(Helen talking to one of her step-kids)’Okay. Put a quarter in the swear jar. Good to see you.’ (Helen talking to Annie)’They are so cute.’

Annie:-‘Sweet kids.’

So, refurbished for advice, the reason why both Helen and Annie praised those kids, even though one of them let’s say should have been given some sort of verbal warning for using bad language, is because both Helen and Annie are involved in some comedy created competition with each other. That caused the ‘bad language’ they both heard to be allocated into something more conducive to their sense of competing. I don’t expect people to maintain such a competing mentality at all. However, the illustration does show 2 people’s chosen sense of righteous resolves protecting itself from the bad language of one of the kids.

The solution that I invented is to remember that you have a sense of righteous resolve that is separate from the adverse effects of discomfort inducing instigation. You don’t have to reinstate that sense of righteous resolve. That’s probably what the instigator wants you to do, and not in a good way. The important thing is that you are able to remember that you have a separate sense of righteous resolve. Keep in mind that, before this advice, if you are an adult that has experienced some instigation already, then the instigators may have already established a depreciating sense of righteous resolve for you to experience in short moments. Now, if you choose to use this advice, the discomfort let’s say is still unavoidable. However, you now have a sense of righteous resolve that is now separate and recovering.

So, here is the 1st step that you may have achieved for using this advice. You are now able to remember your sense of righteous resolve, and you don’t need to reinstate your sense of righteous resolve as you experience such discomfort inducing instigations. Once you can do that, the 2nd step is that you can now be more obvious in developing this idea. The 2nd step is to allow yourself, when reasonable, to develop an awareness of what your sense of righteous resolve is as it is exposed to such discomfort deconstructing inducing instigations. You should be able to do this if you have read Wishlist #1049, the ‘Pez stick’ idea. After all, it’s been over a year since I typed that in. For example, you can go to your past job experiences that have such discomfort instigations, and you should now recall those experiences, but with a newfound sense of righteous resolve that is able to maintain it’s identity.

[I’m going to stop right now and continue typing tomorrow. I did not expect this idea to be a little difficult to explain, so I’ll just take a break and continue tomorrow. I should be able to finish this idea tomorrow. See you then.

10/1/2017

Aloha! It’s 7:30 PM EST for me. I’m going to type for less than an hour in order to watch a new episode of Star Trek: Discovery, which, according to the cbs.com web site, should be available 8:30 PM EST. After I watch the episode, I plan to continue typing today.

Discomfort contribute:

Since I don’t want to go the long way around to give you some ideas for this list, and I plan to finish this list by either today or tomorrow, I chose to give you a new bookmark called ‘Discomfort contribute’, which has a variation that is called ‘Pain contribute’. This is still a continuation of the ‘Righteous resolve’ explanation I typed in earlier in this list. So, to help you with the understanding of ‘Discomfort contribute’, here’s an illustration example. Before I type in what the reference is, as far as I can tell, Amazon.com only offers it for purchase. I purchased it for almost 15 bucks. I think a lot of the adults would probably purchase it for convenience. I used a google search to see if you can watch it for less than 15 bucks. The sort of good news is that the movie from my experience should be available if you have cable tv service. You can just program your tivo player if you want to watch it again. The movie should be offered many times by your cable tv service. The illustration is from movie ‘A View to a Kill(1985)’ starring Roger Moore as James Bond and Patrick Macnee as Sir Godfrey Tibbett. Since James Bond movies have the usual violence and tragedy, keep in mind to only use the scenes recommended for this advice, and to throw away the rest of the movie. According to Amazon Video, the illustration begins 25 minutes and 53 seconds into the movie. Here is a quote:

Jenny Flex:-‘I’ll call a porter.’

James Bond:-‘Oh, that won’t be necessary. My man(servant) will take care of them.’

Jenny Flex:-‘Let me show you to your room.’

Bond:-‘Thank you.'(said to Jenny Flex) ‘When you’re ready, Tibbett.’

You can watch the entire scene. I just want to give you the relevant quotes. As Tibbett is carrying the luggage up the stairs, at 26 minutes and 17 seconds, here is quote:

Bond:-‘Come along, Tibbett. Stop wheezing.’

[I’m going to stop right now, eat something, then watch the new episode of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’. After that, I plan to continue typing today. I’m assuming the entire episode will be available at 8:30 PM.

[It is now 9:38 PM for me. Instead of continuing to type, I’m just going to continue tomorrow. I plan to look at some mattresses tomorrow, to replace the old mattress that I am using now. I should still have some spare time to type something in. See you then.

10/2/2017

Salutations! It’s now 9:32 AM for me. I’m going to continue quoting movie ‘A View to a Kill’, when James Bond and Tibbett are talking. 26 minutes and 40 seconds into the movie, according to Amazon Video, when Bond and Tibbett arrive at Bond’s guest room. Here is a quote:

Tibbett:-‘Ahh.'(Tibbett relaxes as he is carrying the luggage)

Bond:-‘Don’t stand there panting, Tibbett. Start unpacking. Here, let me help.'(Bond only takes the umbrella.)

Tibbett:-‘Oh, thank you, sir.’

When Tibbet thanked Bond, that happened 26 minutes and 47 seconds into the movie. What also happens for over 1 minute is that Bond is constantly criticizing Tibbett’s job performance, and Tibbett is always giving Bond a kowtowing response.(according to google.com, kowtow means-‘act in an excessively subservient manner.’ They located a listening device in the room and placed near it a recording that contains even more criticizing and kowtowing. 27 minutes and 59 seconds into the movie, they both leave the room. Here is a quote:

Bond:-‘Well done, my…good man.’

Tibbett:-‘Do we have to keep this up when we’re alone?’

Of course, watching that illustration is highly recommended in order to understand it’s use. The point of all that is to show you that Tibbett was able to stop contributing to all of that kowtowing that he was participating with Bond. When Bond said ‘Well done, my…good man.’, they no longer had to present themselves in such a manner. That is why Tibbett said ‘Do we have to keep this up when we’re alone?’ I’m assuming that Tibbett is also a trained government agent. That is why Bond and Tibbett are able to stop contributing so easily.

The idea for using Tibbet the valet and Bond is to show you an example of a person regulating his/her own sense of contributing, even though another person wants him to contribute in another manner. So, when Tibbett said-‘Do we have to keep this up when we’re alone?’, Tibbett has already decided to discontinue the previously used contributing of being Bond’s valet, even though Bond wanted to continue. So, let’s turn this Tibbett Bond illustration into a ‘Discomfort contribute’ idea. I’m going to explain this(try to) in a context that you can use when using idea ‘Discomfort contribute’. When Tibbett said-‘Do we have to keep this up when we’re alone?’ in response to Bond’s statement-‘Well done, my…good man.’, what Tibbett said was an obvious indicator that, even though he is relaxing from all of that luggage lifting, he is no longer contributing with being Bond’s valet, even though Bond wants him to.

Drawing a foul:

Here is a definition I found in wikipedia.org regarding drawing a foul in basketball:-‘In basketball, a flop is an intentional fall by a player after little or no physical contact by an opposing player in order to draw a personal foul call by an official against the opponent.’

When you experience an instigation identified by idea ‘Discomfort contribute’ or ‘Pain contribute’, one example is that the instigator is trying to ‘draw a foul’ from you, to try to adversely define how you contribute to the experienced instigation. For example, when an instigator imposes upon you an experience that involves out of context discomfort, even mild pain, no words have to be exchanged for this experience, the instigator is trying to ‘draw a foul’ by causing you to commit to a sense of contributing, using the discomfort to convince you to contribute to a certain sense of adverse contributing. The solution I recommend is to use the example that Tibbett showed to Bond. Recover from the discomfort, but you don’t have to commit to it’s contributing inclinations. You don’t have to commit to the instigator’s out of context attempt at ‘drawing a foul’ from you. When you experience such an instigation, I recommend you contemplationally use phrase ‘Discomfort contribute’ and/or ‘Pain contribute’ to help you more tenably recover from such an experience.

Draw back contribute:

I think I invented idea ‘Draw back contribute’ yesterday, and upgraded it today. ‘Draw back contribute’ identifies an instigation that draws you back, or pulls you back, to a certain vantage point of perspective. Here’s an analogy to help you sense the meaning. Start with a slingshot. Imagine a boy putting a stone into the slingshot and drawing/pulling it back. Now make the association of you drawing/pulling back on a bowstring. And finally, take those 2 ideas, and make an association of an instigation drawing/pulling you back to a certain adverse vantage point of perspective. The illustration I have for idea ‘Draw back contribute’ is from episode 2.1 ‘Normal Is The Watchword’ from tv show ‘Veronica Mars(2005)’. The illustration according to Amazon Video starts 8 minutes and 4 seconds into the episode. Here is a quote:

Wallace(Percy Daggs III):-‘So you’ll help?’

Veronica Mars(Kristen Bell):-‘Do you even have to ask? Just when I think I’m out, they pull me back in.’

When Veronica said ‘they pull me back in’, she placed her hands in front of herself, made them into fists, and then with her arms, pulled them back, to illustrate that they’re pulling her back in. The illustration is highly recommended.

Contradict contribute:

Idea ‘Contradict contribute’ is simply an obvious phrase you may choose to dismiss some sort of absurd impression of contributing from an instigation.

Reciprocate contribute:

‘Reciprocate contribute’ helps you allocate absure notions of contributing that involve an impression of reciprocation that you did not agree to. For example, here are the 1st lines from the song ‘Our Lips Are Sealed’ by ‘The Go-Go’s’, interpretation of lyrics refurbished for advice:

Can you hear them
They talk about us
Telling lies
Well, that’s no surprise

When you are thinking about what other people are doing, in relation to certain grievances that you may have, it could be like what the lyrics to ‘The Go-Go’s’ song said. One possible contemplation to certain grievances that you may have is that ‘They talk about us, Telling lies’. You don’t have to agree to it’s participation of reciprocation. When you think of such things, keep in mind that, since you are not there when you think about them talking about you, you are not accomodated when they are talking about you. So, when you think about such conversations, you can use phrase ‘Reciprocate contribute’ to remind yourself that you are not agreeing to it’s impression of reciprocation. It’s interesting to see that the 1st lines of ‘The Go-Gos’ song seems to try to relate to those who think about other people talking about them, saying lies about them, in regards to certain grievances and complaints that such people may have. If you watched the music video ‘Our Lips Are Sealed’, the lead singer Belinda Carlisle is using one of her hands to emphasize one of her ears, to emphasize thinking of other people talking about her. I thought that observation may be useful to you.

[I think you have more than enough information to find the ideas in this list useful. I’m going to close this list, and then begin Wishlist #1098, which will be a continuation of Wishlist #1096. Oh, by the way, if you are using Wishlist #1096 in a normally expected context, I recommend that you stop using those 3+ music videos in the possibly accelerated pace that you may still be doing now. I believe that it is very likely that the idea already works for you. Especially if you are kids, you may try to use the music and lyrics in some sort of accelerated pace in order to continue it’s effectiveness. I recommend that you STOP doing that. The idea already works for you. If you want to, you can think about such music and lyrics from those music videos in a casual context. There are other ideas that I am already typing in and that I plan to type in that should improve it’s effectiveness in other ways. Keep in mind that, when I typed in that idea, I did say that it’s only part of the idea. The more of those new ideas I am giving you and will give you you choose to use, the more you should realize that you’re use of the idea is improving, and you don’t have to think so much music and lyrics to do it.

[10/2/2017: I just realized that proofreading this list is taking me a long time, even when I am not experiencing distress from my lower back! Since I am proofreading while sitting down on the couch, I thought it would be quicker and easier. I still believe that it is quicker and easier, but that evaluation is based on a different circumstance. Also, because of my newfound convenience to type, I can with the use of my laptop table, type in much more words than I was able to do before. I thought you may want to know that. You may want to get a laptop table in the future.

Wishlist #1096

9/11/2017

Hola! For me, it is now 6:50 PM EST, and I am about to order a Desk York portable laptop stand. I speculate that, if I am able to type these ideas while sitting on a couch or lying down on a bed, that this should significantly reduce my lower back problems. I am buying it from Amazon. I’m going to wait for it to arrive, and then I’ll add more ideas. According to Amazon, I should get it by Thursday. I’ll see if I can type more ideas in before it arrives.

9/16/2017

Hi! It is now 1:59 PM EST for me. I’m still not working because of my lower back, but I’m able to walk around the neighborhood without needing a cane. I’m just having a little difficulty when I try to sleep. Based on my senses, the difficulty I experience when I try to sleep is showing the slowest amount of recovery. I am also being careful not to lift anything that I deem is too heavy.

Before I begin the advice, I want to say a few things. 1st, I added velcro to the Desk York portable laptop stand earlier today. I realized that I needed to add something to the Desk York to allow the laptop to stick to it. If you recently purchased a laptop stand or you plan to, unless the laptop stand you purchased or plan to purchase has something, you may also need something to keep the laptop on the laptop stand. I recommend using velcro to do it. The stuff is cheap, it works, and it allows you to remove and reattach the laptop to the laptop stand many times. Here’s how I added the velcro to the laptop and laptop stand. If you have a local hardware store or plan to go to one, such a store may sell velcro. You can also order velcro from amazon. Theres a brand that’s actually called VELCRO from www.amazon.com that sells velcro. If you don’t have any velcro at home, you might want to buy the 5 feet ‘Velcro brand-sticky back’. It’s less than 8 bucks, and it’s eligible for Amazon Prime shipping. Once you have the velcro, close your laptop and turn it upside down to see it’s bottom. Cut 4 strips of velcro, let’s say about an inch long, and place the strips vertically near each corner of the bottom of your laptop. Place them in positions where they’re not blocking anything. Stick the fuzzy side of the velcro on your laptop. Once that’s done, attach the prickly side of the velcro to the fuzzy side, and take the adhesive out. Next, put the laptop on top of your laptop stand, and the prickly side should stick on the laptop stand. Put a little pressure on your closed laptop to make sure, then pull the laptop off of the laptop stand. The velcro is now installed to your laptop and laptop stand. If you want to, you can switch the order of the fuzzy side and the prickly side.

[9/5/2020: This is from Wishlist #1226: If you actually did that, AND you used the Cat8 Ethernet Cable 20ft, based on how my laptop is made, I’m assuming that the cable is connected to the left side of your laptop. I recommend that you move the laptop to the left side of the laptop stand, so that when you separate the laptop from the laptop stand, you don’t bend the cable from the laptop. I’ve noticed that I would have to adjust the cable as it is connected to the laptop from time to time, in order to re-establish connection. If you move the laptop to the left of the laptop stand when connecting the velcros, when you would remove the laptop from the laptop stand, that should avoid causing the cable to deviate from the laptop. So, if you are just about to put velcro on a laptop stand and laptop, allow both left side edges of the laptop stand and laptop to ‘line up’, to avoid unnecessary leaning of the cable to your laptop when you would separate them both. 9/5/2020]

The 2nd thing I want to say, since I recommended to you in the last list to use the balls in the ‘Starman(1984)’ movie in imagination, is just a caution. Of course it’s none of my business, but since it’s possible that some of the kids may get actual balls for that idea, it is just a caution to say that you’re not supposed to swallow those balls, for example, if those balls are not meant to be swallowed or eaten in any way. The caution is that you might choke on those things if you swallow them.

The 3rd thing is just another caution. Don’t intentionally and directly look at the sun for a prolonged period of time. Years ago, I saw in the news one of those quick stories. A girl was being interviewed because she looked at the sun directly for too long, and her eyes were partially damaged because of that. Of course, if it’s a sunny day and you are in the park, or you are a car passenger, and the car is driving in the highway during a nice, sunny day, you may not be able to avoid seeing the sun from time to time. The caution is that you should not intentionally and directly look at the sun for too long, or your eyes may get partially damaged.

On and on pick up:

So, this is what I’m going to do. The ideas in this list are going to represent a certain category of an idea, and I am going to type in the last part of this category 1st, and that idea is called ‘On and on pick up’. The reason is because if I type it in the original order that it was invented in my mind, it might be a little rough for you to learn. I’m going to start with presenting 2 illustrations for idea ‘On and on’.

The 1st illustration for idea ‘On and on’, refurbished with inapproprieities removed for advice, of course, is in episode 1.22 ‘To Shanshu in L.A.’ from action sci-fi tv show ‘Angel(2000)’. Before I continue, I want to explain the use of the illustration for this advice. It shows how one person knows what it’s like to experience something that seems to go ‘on and on’, and so he is warning someone about such an experience. Of course, what he says specifically is refurbished for advice. For example, when that man said ‘the blood rites’, it’s said in the context of being a tv show that is meant to entertain, not to take seriously. So, in the context of being entertained, you would probably just imagine what ‘the blood rites’ means. Also, when he said that, he was vague about what that meant, but if you watched that scene in the context of being entertained, then it may not even matter what he meant specifically, since you just filled in the blanks anyway. That being said, the illustration according to Amazon Video starts 31 minutes and 10 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Lilah Morgan(Stephanie Romanov):-‘Aren’t we going to be late?’

Holland Manners(Sam Anderson):-‘You never want to be on time for a ritual. The chanting, the blood rites…They go on forever.’

The 2nd illustration is from episode 4.17 ‘Midway’ in sci-fi tv show ‘Stargate Atlantis(2008)’. Of course it’s refurbished for advice, but it doesn’t have to be cleaned up like that 1st ‘Angel’ illustration. I almost was not going to use this illustration because I could not find it at first. I remember the illustration had Rodney complaining to the other scientists that they talk too much while in a puddle jumper, but that wasn’t enough for a google search. And so, I cross referenced that search with a scientist that I only guessed was also in that puddle jumper, Dr. Bill Lee(Bill Dow). So, basically that means I used www.imdb.com to look at the episodes that actor Bill Dow was in Stargate Atlantis. It was the very last episode I checked. And when I saw that it was there, I was pleasantly surprised. According to Amazon Video, the illustration starts 41 minutes and 13 seconds into the episode. It’s near the end of the episode. Here is a quote:

Dr. Bill Lee:-‘No way. You actually liked it?’

Dr. Kavanagh(Ben Cotton):-‘It’s his finest film.’

Dr. Bill Lee:-‘Pearl Harbor.’

Dr. Kavanagh;-‘Go ahead and mock it, everybody does, but that film will endure. It’s got weight.’

Dr. Bill Lee:-‘Yea, which is why it plummeted at the box office.’

Dr. Kavanagh:-‘$200 million domestic? That’s not plummeting, I beg to differ.’

Dr. Rodney McKay(David Hewlett):-‘Enough, already! We’ve been stuck here for God knows how long, and you haven’t shut up, either of you! You just keep talking and talking…(some sort of jittery emphasis)’

9/17/2017

Aloha! It is now 4:03 PM EST for me. 1st, I want to talk about the velcro that I mentioned earlier.Keep in mind that if you choose to put velcro at the bottom of your laptop, it won’t have the same surface resistance that it did before. For example, if you would normally place your laptop on something that is slightly slanted, and it now has the velcro on it’s bottom, the laptop might fall to the ground. Just something to keep in mind if you do decide to use velcro to stick to your laptop stand.

Pick up:

Idea ‘Pick up’ I invented recently. It came from the green balls of light idea I typed in Wishlist #1095, on 8/18/2017. The green balls of light idea can be construed as being able to ‘pick up’ certain opportunities with an imagined use of validation. Idea ‘Pick up’ does the opposite. Idea ‘Pick up’ represents notions, ideas, interactions, and so forth, that should not be picked up. When I conceptualized the idea ‘Pick up’, I did so based on the green balls idea. Even though I used a variety of colors to represent idea ‘Pick up’, I eventually chose an imagined color of yellow bubbles to represent what should not be picked up. This may seem a little strange to imagine at first, but I imagined those yellow bubbles being all over the place where I live, and if the people in the area chose to, they can conveniently learn from those yellow bubbles.

So, to use those yellow bubbles in a context that represents advice to help you with your instigation problems, I recently invented and, less than an hour ago, I named the idea ‘Deviating expectation behavior’. That means that you are using a certain expectation of behavior that the instigator you are having problems with is regularly deviating from. Let’s say as an example, not something that is actually real, before this advice, you would allow yourself to perceive the instigator that you have problems with using an expectation of behavior that assumes that the instigator will use a presentation of behavior that has some sort of acceptance to it. Let’s say the instigation is happening where you both work. Therefore, that person’s expectation of behavior should relate to the behavior that should exist in your workplace. However, the instigator still regularly presents an expectation of behavior that deviates from the expectation of behavior that you believe should exist where you both work. That is why I call this idea ‘Deviating expectation behavior’.

The solution I created, since the instigator is going to do it anyway, is to simply not ‘pick up’ that deviation of behavior. I’m not recommending that you turn yourself into a punching back, or that you give a lot of ‘free passes’ to the instigator. What I am recommending is that you simply not ‘pick up’ a deviation of expectation behavior that is probably bothersome for you to interact with. Also, if this may be the 1st time you used such an idea, and you have been bothered by instigators for many years, both in school and in your job, then I suspect that the instigations you have experienced in the past, many of them, were probably exploiting your reasonable sense of expectation of behavior.

The best illustration I can think of for idea ‘Deviating expectation behavior’ is from the DC comics character Harley Quinn as she is refurbished for advice depicted in the animated movie ‘Batman and Harley Quinn(2017)’ and in www.wikipedia.org. Here is a quote from www.wikipedia.org about Harley Quinn:

‘Harley is a trained psychiatrist who also has severe mental disorders dating back to her childhood when she became interested in mental disorders….Mentally she is so unstable that even mind controlled she cannot be controlled for very long’

I’m not saying that instigators are Harley Quinn. I am saying that she is the best illustration I can think of right now for the idea ‘Deviating expectation behavior’. From what little understanding I have of her from reading comics and watching movies, when some of the people that have interacted with her believe that they have established some sort of agreed upon expectation of behavior with her, she would create some sort of awkward issue with them by deviating from that expectation of behavior. In the animated movie ‘Batman and Harley Quinn’, she caused Batman and Nightwing to chase after someone that was completely unrelated to their mission. I think it’s the fact that Harley is using her trained psychiatrist skills to cause certain people to react in such a manner.

I have several substitutes for idea ‘Pick up’, meaning if you want to use another phrase besides ‘Pick up’, you might try these: 1)’Lift’, 2)’Carry’, and 3)’Drag’. According to http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/drag+me+into+this, here is the definition of ‘Drag’:

1. To force, impel, involve, or convince someone to participate in an undesirable situation or action. can’t believe you dragged me into this cockamamie scheme of yours. can’t go this weekend, my boss is dragging me into some team-building workshop on Saturday. Oh no, don’t drag me into your fight with your girlfriend, I want nothing to do with it.

In a small percentage of cases that early sex therapists saw became scarce during the purchase cialis online 1980s. ED is sildenafil buy the most hidden therapeutic condition in spite of the media mindfulness. Whether the problem is big or small, generico viagra on line impotence affects your love life to a great extent. Here the test will help determining discount cialis the cause and go for a suitable treatment.

2. To involve or bring up someone in a conversation to which he or she is not (or doesn’t desire to be) related.

On and on:

Here is the definition of ‘on and on’ from http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/on-and-on

On and on:-continuing for a long time. ‘The noise just went on and on.’

Using the 2 illustrations I offered you earlier, the ‘Angel’ and ‘Stargate Atlantis’ one, idea ‘On and on’ is meant to help you more tenably allocate instigations that encourage you to think about such an experience in a continuous manner. I believed that, if you used the 2 illustrations I recommended to you, that you would be able to more tenably recall such experiences, instead of possibly being somewhat bothered and manipulated by them.

On and on pick up:

So, what I did was combine idea ‘On and on’ and idea ‘Pick up’ to create idea ‘On and on pick up’, which helps you not ‘pick up’ notions, ideas, interactions, etc. that misleadingly go ‘on and on’. Idea ‘On and on pick up’ is one of the main ideas I am using now. So, when you are using the 2 illustrations I recommended from the ‘Angel’ series and the ‘Stargate: Atlantis’ series, keep in mind that those 2 illustrations, if you choose to use them, are to be used as references to help you identify and allocate instigations that meet the ‘On and on pick up’ criteria. In other words, in the ‘Angel’ reference when Holland Manners said ‘The chanting, the blood rites…They go on forever.’, that is not meant to be an instigation. It is meant to be used as a reference to identify instigation that seems to give you the impression of going ‘on and on’. So, when you imagine what ‘the blood rites’ mean, keep in mind that is exactly what it is, imagined, because the illustration I recommended for you to see, and the rest of that episode is not used, that illustration does not show specifically what those blood rites are. It’s just imagined.

Anyway, I recently upgraded idea ‘On and on pick up’ today, and the idea is called ‘Sense persist’. I’m planning to explain that idea last in this list. The purpose of that idea is to allow you to decide what type of meaning an unavoidable composure response should have. That means that you can repurpose, such as dismiss, how you sense the meaning of ‘blood rites’, as well as decide not to use unavoidable composure responses. I’ll explain more about idea ‘Sense persist’ near the end of this list.

Defy:

[I know I have more time today to type, but I want to relax my lower back more. So, I’ll probably continue typing more in tomorrow. See you then.

9/18/2017

Salutations! It is now 5:11 PM EST me. I think how I sense my lower back is starting to become more acceptable now. However, that is because I haven’t been working for a few weeks. I have been walking around, going outside for a walk to buy stuff, not just staying in bed. I’m just saying that I am trying to take into account how my lower back feels the way it does. I hope that using this laptop table, which is allowing me right now to type this while sitting down on the couch, will allow me to avoid another acute lower back pain situation. With the laptop table, I can now proofread these ideas while sitting on a couch or lying down on a bed.

According to www.dictionary.com, ‘defiance’ means-‘a daring or bold resistance to authority or to any opposing force’. A lot of the action and adventure movies out there are filled with the main characters using defiance on some sort of opposing force. It is also my opinion that most people in America, within their school of thought, of course, have the option to use defiance as a solution for certain situations. And so, since the use of defiance is such a common option to be used as a possible solution for certain situations, that is one obvious possibility why I believe that instigators may use your sense of defiance use as part of the instigation I am about to explain to you. And so, here is the idea I invented for idea ‘Defy’: An instigator may misleadingly cause you to use an excessive amount of defiance in order to try to create a solution. Here’s how it works: An instigator shows/exposes you to an identity of defiance as part of an instigation. Suppose you cannot create an ideal solution for such an interjection. That means that you have this excessive identity of defiance as part of an instigation on sort of memory standby. As it is there, it may influence you to create a solution that also uses an excessive amount of defiance.

Here is the solution I invented. Yes, it’s possible, and it probably has happened before, in the lives of many people, that the use of defiance was enough to be a solution for certain situations. However, since I’m talking about instigation using an identity of defiance that you may not be able to resolve quickly, causing you to recall that particular identity of defiance, which may influence you to also use an excessive amount of defiance to create a solution, because of that particular exposure to defiance, it is my belief that defiance alone may not be enough to create a solution. It is like an instigator or some other person is causing an innocent person to feel defiant in order to achieve an objective. [9/22/2017: For example, an instigator based on a real time experience causes you to address some sort of situation, to encourage you to resolve such a situation, but you are to use only excessive defiance to  resolve such a situation, and you only do that when the instigator reminds you or provokes you to do so. To illustrate, it is like when you get ‘reminded’ of such a situation, you are metaphorically near a house you are encouraged to build. However, you are only encouraged to build that house using excessive defiance, and you are going to need more than just excessive defiance to finish building that house.] The best illustration example, with inapproprieities removed, of course, of a person using only defiance, so to speak, in order to achieve some sort of goal, and this person is compared to other people who have a more balanced and developed use of achieving their goals. In this illustration, these people are also using defiance, but they are also using years of experience, and teamwork. That illustration is from the action, comedy, and crime movie ‘Baywatch(2017)’, starring Zac Efron as Matt Brody and Dwayne Johnson as Mitch Buchannon. Matt Brody is the person who is using excessive defiance to achieve his goals. According to the movie, Matt is an Olympic gold medalist swimmer, but he is just beginning to learn to be a lifeguard. And so, many times in the movie that he would use his defiance while learning to be a lifeguard, the other lifeguards would point out to him that he is making a mistake. The mistake and just the use of defiance are not necessarily the same. The lifeguards are trying to give him evaluations that are meant to teach him to be a lifeguard. However, since Matt Brody also has some issues with his previous situation, he is interpreting those evaluations with an excessive amount of self disappointment. Based on the impression I got from the movie, it’s time frame is only supposed to represent a few weeks. That’s why it it always seems like Matt Brody is always using defiance only in his solutions, and throughout most of the movie, that’s why Matt also seems to usually be disappointed with the evaluations the lifeguards are giving him. The whole movie is focusing on the 1st few weeks of Matt Brody’s training to be a lifeguard, and that is the reason why the movie ‘Baywatch’ is such a convenient illustration for idea ‘Defy’. And since this movie is also a comedy, even when near the end of the movie Matt Brody punches his boss, and his boss is going to get fired anyway, Matt Brody was the only one in that ‘Baywatch’ group that could not stop himself from punching his boss, since Matt still uses a lot of defiance to make his solutions. The lifeguards weren’t going to punch him, even though the boss was expressing a lot of anger towards them.

[I had to do something earlier today. That’s why I didn’t have much time to type this up. Tomorrow I should have more time. So, I’m going to stop now and continue tomorrow. See you then.

Salutations! It’s 5:51 PM EST for me. I don’t have enough free time today to type some more words in. In case you want to know, I decided to go to the laundromat today to wash the bathroom carpets. I suppose it’s something a person might do if they’re not able to leave the house for several weeks. That’s only part of the reason why. The main reason is that I received in the PO box today from the Blu-ray/DVD rental service 2 movies: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and The Big Sick. Even though I plan to mostly fast forward through the movie ‘The Big Sick’, I still plan to see the movie ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ in it’s entirety. Seeing an entire movie without fast forwarding through it is something I don’t usually do. So, if I do that, I won’t have any extra time left for this blog. Tomorrow, I don’t see any more agendas. I should be able to type some more words tomorrow. See you then.

Salutations! It is now 7:57 PM EST for me. I just ordered from Amazon today and received in the mail today an Ethernet extension cord, allowing me to use my laptop while sitting down on the nearby couch, instead of using it at the workstation. The couch is a lot more comfortable for me to sit on than sitting down on a chair or standing while typing. Of course, the reason I am doing this is to be more reasonable to my lower back. As far as I can tell, I am now able to do everything while sitting on a couch, such as proofreading a long list without disconnecting, thanks to the Ethernet extension cord and the portable laptop table.

Earlier today, I rotated the queen size mattress that I sleep on, I usually would try to sleep on just one side of the mattress, and my lower back felt a lot better! I discovered after I rotated the mattress, that I would normally sit at the center corner of the mattress, and over time that created an indentation at that center corner, so when I would try to rest there, the indentation would not give me enough support, causing my lower right side of my back to feel some minor discomfort. Basically, I think my butt would sink into the indentation, taking some needed support away from the right side of my lower back. And so, after I rotated the mattress, I would try to rest on that part of the mattress that I would pretty much never rest on in such a manner, and that is when I noticed that, since there is no indentation established yet on that side of the mattress, my butt is getting the support that it should, which means my lower back muscles are getting more support, causing me to feel noticeably better! It’s like a 2nd wind for my lower back! I’m typing this because maybe some of you also have lower back problems, and maybe you also created a dent on your bed, and if you rotate your mattress, you, too, may also feel some sort of relief. Of course, I want to buy a new mattress now, but I plan to do that later.

Defy:

I invented idea ‘Defy’ 2 or so weeks ago. I don’t remember exactly when. This idea is only part of the idea in this list. However, if you choose to use it, based on my experience, you should experience degrees of catharsis(the purging of the emotions or relieving of emotional tensions), especially if you are an adult that has experienced different mild to moderate degrees of instigations throughout your life. Here is a copy of what I said on 9/18 on this list:

‘And so, here is the idea I invented for idea ‘Defy’: An instigator may misleadingly cause you to use an excessive amount of defiance in order to try to create a solution. Here’s how it works: An instigator shows/exposes you to an identity of defiance as part of an instigation. Suppose you cannot create an ideal solution for such an interjection. That means that you have this excessive identity of defiance as part of an instigation on some sort of memory standby. As it is there, it may influence you to create a solution that also uses an excessive amount of defiance.’

This is what I did after I invented that idea several weeks? ago. I chose a music video, I forgot which one I chose, and I used it’s music to identify and quantify excessive identities of defiance that were encouraging me to use an excessive identity of defiance to achieve certain goals, to invent certain answers. I allowed myself to believe that such a use of a music video and it’s music represents a well-rounded way to achieve certain goals and invent certain answers, a way that does not just use excessive defiance as a solution. I used the music from that music video to re-evaluate certain experiences in my past that I suspected of having an excessive identity of defiance that is encouraging me to also use excessive defiance in my goals and answers. In the beginning of using such an idea, there were some obvious examples. Of course, they were not obvious before the use of this idea. Of course it’s none of my business, but if you choose to use this idea, I believe that the obvious ones that you may discover 1st should give you some sense of catharsis. If you want to, you may choose to make a few comments for certain obvious excessive identity defiance examples in your past. After that, you will probably make up more ways to use it in your mind.

To clarify, I was trying to describe how I used a music video to quantify such excessive identities. The problem with that is that I was able to use just 1 music video because I also use ideas that I have not typed in(For example, it took me several months just to explain idea ‘Not agree to address’). So, what I did on and off the better part of yesterday and today was to try to find 1 music video for you to use, based on the information I have already offered you. Even after all those hours of thinking about it, I wasn’t able to find that 1 music video. There are just too may different schools of thought to consider. I can’t just recommend to you a random music video and hope that it will work. The good news is that, a few hours ago today I discovered that I may be able to make this idea work for you, but by recommending the use of 3 music videos instead of just one. All you have to do is choose 3 music videos, give a purpose for each music video, then choose from those 3 music videos a music video that you will use it’s music the same way I described how I used my one music video. Of course, I used the idea myself, and it worked, so what I’ll do now is give you an example, the 3 music videos I chose and how I used them.

Before I continue, there are 2 things that I remember that I forgot to say. 1st, I invented 2 bookmarks for this ‘Defy’ idea for you to use, 1)’Defy ache’, and 2)’Defy exert’. The meaning for ‘exert’ comes from Wishlist #1084, from bookmark ‘Lack exert’. 2nd, I know I didn’t explain the ‘Not work’ idea. I just believe that this ‘Defy’ idea should be given more priority to explain, even though it’s a newly created idea. Right after I explain this, I plan to explain the 2 basic concepts, and then finally the ‘Not work’ idea.

[It’s 9:46 PM, and I’m going to stop now. I plan to type more in tomorrow. My lower back for the most part seems to like me typing while sitting on the couch, as opposed to sitting on a chair or standing, a setup I have already chosen to use as routine. So, if you choose to, I guess I’ll see you tomorrow.

9/21/2017

Hi-Diddily-Ho!(Ned Flanders greeting from animated tv show ‘The Simpsons’). It is now 12:30 PM EST for me. Before I begin to explain the 3 music videos I selected, I want to make sure that they all have some sort of well rounded element, that they will represent refurbished a well rounded way to resolve and find answers, as opposed to just using too much defiance. So, what I recommend you do is add a refurbished for advice illustration from action, comedy, crime movie ‘Baywatch(2017)’. According to Standard Definition Amazon Video rental, the illustration starts 24 minutes and 58 seconds into the movie. That’s when 1 boy and 1 young teenage girl, it looked like they were both actually walking on the pier barrier, and both of them fell into the water. Since they didn’t get hurt when they fell into the water, I guess that they both don’t know how to swim. Since the mom can swim, she jumps into the water, yelling ‘My kids!’ So, for story background, you can watch that illustration. You can then go to the illustration located starting 26 minutes and 27 seconds into the movie, when both Mitch(Dwayne Johnson) and Matt(Zac Efron) are in the water, and Mitch asks Matt quote:

Mitch:-‘Where are the other two?’

Matt:-‘Other two?’

That is when Mitch quite amazingly in my opinion dives into the water and rescues the 2 kids, one in each arm. Soon after, the other lifeguards show up to help with the rescue. That is the moment I recommend you adding to the 3 music videos I have chosen, and to the 3 music videos that you will choose, if you choose to use this idea, the moment when Mitch saves those 2 kids. According to the Amazon Video rental, they don’t have actual movie names for the mom and her 2 kids that fell off the pier, but it does have their actual actor and actress names. The ‘Pier Mom’ is actress Karin Silvestri. The ‘Pier Teenage Girl’ is actress Maxie G. Rosales, and the ‘Pier Boy’ is actor L.J. Ruth. For understanding, you can also watch illustration starting at 28 minutes and 20 minutes into the movie, when Matt explains his actions to Mitch. It is my opinion that, in the context of the movie of course, that it’s the years of experience saving lives as lifeguards that gives Mitch and the other lifeguards their sturdy, well rounded ability to resolve situations.

So, here’s the plan. I’m going to choose 2 music videos that will have a sort of non-active use. Their use is to provide meaning. The 3rd music video I will explain is the one where you use it’s music and lyrics to help you identify moments in your present and past that have excessive defiance/that are excessively defiant, and the music and lyrics are supposed to help you use a more well rounded, balanced evaluation, to help you sense that you are not just using excessive defiance as a means to find your answers. If you watched the movie ‘Baywatch’, you should notice that excessive defiance identity is still something that you may notice from other people. So, hopefully, as you use this idea, such excessive defiance identities will not adversely affect you like it may have done before. Since this idea is also relatively new to me, I am projecting that you and I should be able to interact with the mild to moderate identities of excessive defiance from others more objectively, sort of like the way Mitch does when he is trying to teach Matt to become a lifeguard in the movie ‘Baywatch’. Oh, I forgot to say that I changed this idea’s bookmarks. Instead of ‘Defy ache’ and ‘Defy exert’, it is now ‘Ache defy’ and ‘Exert defy’, mostly ‘Ache defy’.

The 1st music video I chose is from song ‘Our Lips Are Sealed’. According to www.wikipedia.org, the song was first recorded by the American all female rock band ‘The Go-Go’s’ and was their debut American single in June 1981. The single eventually reached top 5 in Australia and Canada, and top 20 in the United States. In 2000, Rolling Stone named “Our Lips Are Sealed” one of the 100 Greatest Pop Songs of all time.

Unfortunately, wikipedia doesn’t explain what the lyrics to ‘Our Lips Are Sealed’ actually mean. So, the reason I chose it is because I believe it has an obvious meaning of helping older girls and teenage girls with their instigation problems. Of course, people in general can just learn from it, but I think the demographic the lyrics were targeting was to help older girls and teenage girls. Here is a quote:

It doesn’t matter what they say
In the jealous games people play
Our lips are sealed

Pay no mind to what they say
It doesn’t matter anyway
Our lips are sealed
Our lips are sealed
Our lips are sealed

So, even though I don’t think about it much, the music video ‘Our Lips Are Sealed’ to me is an obvious reminder that certain instigations can be a problem to others.

‘Booker’ is an American crime drama series starring Richard Grieco that aired on the Fox Network from September 24, 1989. I chose the tv intro from the show ‘Booker’ as the 2nd music video. I used the show ‘Booker’ as an alternative to the private investigator show ‘Magnum, P.I.’, which cancelled in 1988, the year before ‘Booker’, a show which also stars an investigator as the main character, and also has the show named after him. To watch the music video ‘for free’, just go to www.youtube.com, and search for phrase ‘booker tv intro’. It should be the 1st selection offered entitled ‘Booker-Intro #1-Richard Grieco’, and it has 7.3 thousand views. The ‘Booker’ tv intro uses only a few lyrics from song ‘Hot In The City’ by Billy Idol repeatedly. I chose ‘Booker’ because, to me, it was a refreshing change of pace, since I only know of tv show ‘Magnum, P.I.’ being it’s only comparison. The music video also has elements of defiance and presistence that can be used in your favor when looking for those pesky identities of excessive defiance. When you see the music video, the beginning should have some sort of film vertically being displayed, and near the end of the video, Booker seems to be exposing himself to some sort of strobe light.

Before I type in what the 3rd music video is, I want to say that my music video awareness is not my expertise. I don’t work for the music video industry. I just use the music videos that I am aware of and select from that.

It’s now 7:54 PM EST for me. I took a break. I got something to eat from a restaurant. I took a shower. Right now, I have some salmon cooking in the oven. OK. The 3rd music video is from the song ‘Make a Move on Me’, and it is recorded by Olivia Newton-John. It was released in January 1982 and peaked at number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 that April. You can watch that music video for free from www.youtube.com. Just search for phrase ‘olivia newton john make a move on me’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be the 1st selection offered, with over 864 thousand views. I chose ‘Make a Move on Me’ because, in my opinion, it has a sense of defiance, persistence, and adoration that seems to build up, for both the music and the lyrics. In my opinion, when you are contemplationally looking for excessive defiance identities that are instigation related, it would help if you used a song that has it’s own sense of build up that can be used in your favor. To show you that song ‘Make a Move on Me’ has such a build up, you can compare it to another music video that is like it, at least in adoration. That music video is ‘Fading Like a Flower’ by Roxette. To watch it, just search for phrase ‘fading like a flower roxette’. It may be the 2nd selection offered. That selection is called ‘Roxette-Fading Like A Flower’, and it has over 40 million views. Keep in mind that when you use your 3rd music video, you’re going to use it’s music and lyrics as you think about those possible excessively defiant part of an instigation identities. That’s where the effectiveness is coming from, not from the video itself. I’m saying this because the music video ‘Fading Like A Flower’ has more visuals as compared to ‘Make a Move on Me’, but you’re not using the visuals. You’re using it’s music and lyrics.

Earlier today, from the 3 available music videos, just in casual thought, I changed the song from ‘Make a Move on Me’ to the ‘Booker’ tv intro song. I don’t think I’ll ever use the ‘Our Lips Our Sealed’ song. The point is that, if you want to, you can change the song and lyrics. You can rotate which video will be the primary music video from the 3 music videos you have chosen. All you have to do is give purpose to each of the 3 music videos you have chosen. One idea is that such an action allows the 3 music videos in a way to work together. For example, even though one only music video’s music and lyrics is actively used, the other 2 music videos are still contributing to it’s use.

Keep in mind that the ‘3 music videos’ idea for bookmarks ‘Ache defy’ and ‘Exert defy’, and of course you can change the bookmarks, that ‘3 music videos’ idea is only a part of the main idea this list is trying to represent. I’m saying this because many? of you probably want me to keep developing it, but it’s my belief that the other parts of this idea that I have yet to type in will do that. I guess it can be called compromise, since I am the only one typing this stuff up, I end up picking and choosing where and what to develop. I can’t type it all, so to speak, but I can try to at least give you an idea that you may still find useful.

[Even though I haven’t finished this idea yet, I want to avoid putting too much information in one list. Therefore, I plan to close this list and continue the explanation of these ideas in the next list. I plan to do the proofreading and the closing tomorrow, and then after that, the next list is planned to be created. So, I guess I’ll see you tomorrow.
