Wishlist #1168

4/13/2019

Salutations!

It is now 9:47 AM EST for me. Before I recommend another music video, I believe it is very likely that most? of you that have read the previous list, Wishlist #1167, more specifically, the ‘Take in’/’Sink in’ idea, probably experienced an obvious improvement, from kids to adults. So, starting with the kids, you’re probably very excited. I believe that it is useful in general to help people calm down from that experience before I continue. Since I’m not a psychiatrist, I’m thinking that some sort of acceptable self ridicule/ridicule of myself may help you calm down. Basically, I’m just going to type a quote from a movie, refurbished to have me involved in a way that allows me to be insulted by another. Of course, you don’t have to use this idea. However, I do believe that my intent is warranted.

The quote is from the movie ‘Superman Returns(2006)’, starring Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor, and Parker Posey as Kitty Kowalski. In the original quote, Lex Luthor is talking to his girlfriend Kitty Kowalski. I’m refurbishing that scene so that, instead of Luthor, for that short moment only, I am portraying that scene, and my girlfriend is Kitty Kowalski. And for some reason, the details are not that important, me and Kitty are not getting along so well, which is why she is presenting some sort of attitude. Here is the original quote from the movie, and if you choose to, you can refurbish that scene to include me talking to Kitty. The movie ‘Superman Returns’ is available for rental and purchase from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene is located 1 hr, 25 min, and 44 sec into the movie, Lex Luthor is talking to both Lois Lane(Kate Bosworth) and Kitty Kowalski. Here is the quote:

Lex Luthor(to Lois Lane): ‘Land, Miss Lane. I mean…’

Lex Luthor(to Kitty Kowalski): ‘Kitty, what did my father used to say to me?’

Kitty: ‘You’re losing your hair.’

Lex Luthor: ‘Before that.’

Kitty: ‘Get out?’

I recommend that you notice Luthor’s reaction to what Kitty said.

Look, I realize that many different schools of thought may be involved reading this blog, and that helping people ‘calm down’ may not be prudent, so I recommend that you check to see if you need calming down. It’s just a precaution.

The music video I recommend is from the song ‘We Are the Ones’ from the tv show ‘Westside(2018)’ from Netflix. Very little is said in www.wikipedia.org about the music video, so I searched google.com and I am using a quote from www.dailydot.com about their music videos in general. Here is the quote:

‘ Westside is not your typical docuseries. It combines the musical quality of a show like American Idol with the candor of a reality TV show, intermixing the plot with professional music videos featuring original songs written for the cast. But the show is far more curated, edited, and altogether theatrical than its predecessors, such as Keeping Up With the Kardashians or The Real World. It’s reality TV for the Instagram era. ‘

Here’s something I can tell you that I think may be useful to you regarding how idea ‘Take in’/’Sink in’ from Wishlist #1167 affected me. In Dec. 16 of last year, I recorded I think about 30 TRL episodes. [4/17/2019: Now that I thought about it more, I think I originally recorded over 40 TRL episodes that day, and then I had over 23+ TRL episodes left. And I had those episodes since December. So, in 30-40 minutes or so, I went through 23+ TRL episodes. To be clear, it’s always like this. For certain things, I type in one thing, but soon after I type it in, I would remember it more clearly. Even though I have no proof, I absolutely believe that other people, especially kids, experience the same thing. For example, for the kids, how many times have you typed in one thing in your blog or website, and while you are going to school, you then remember it more clearly, and you want to go back home and correct what you had typed in? Misery loves company, so to speak. Since I’ve been at it for several years, I just learned to be more tolerant of that, when it happens. 4/17/2019] The cable tv service I use offered a lot of TRL episodes to be recorded. I would use them to select music videos for this blog. However, when I would try to select which ones I wanted to delete, it would be difficult for me to do so, since the TRL episodes tend to randomly add short clips of music videos in it’s show. Finally, I tried yesterday to go through those TRL episodes again, and I was able to go through them in less than 30 minutes! I deleted all the episodes except the 5 episodes I decided to keep. I believe I was able to do this with the help of idea ‘Take in’/’Sink in’ from the previous list.

Anyway, I found the music video ‘We Are the Ones’ from one of those TRL tv shows that I still have in the cable box. It’s episode 3.52 from TRL. I recorded it from channel MTVLH Sun 12/16/2018, and the show was interviewing James Byous, Leo Gallo, and Lexi Kay(I’m assuming that’s Alexandra Kay), 3 people from the cast of ‘Westside’. Here is a text quote from that TRL episode regarding music video ‘We Are the Ones’:

‘This was the first video released featuring the whole ‘Westside’ cast.’

To watch the music video for free, search for phrase ‘westside we are the ones’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 1 million views. The music video was published by Warner Bros. Records on Oct. 25, 2018, about 6 months ago. If you want more out of it, I recommend that you take into consideration that 3 members from the tv show ‘Westside’ were interviewed in episode 3.52 of ‘TRL’.

[I’m going to stop now to get ready to get some food from a restaurant. I should be back in 2 hours. See you then.

Defining intolerance:

It is now 1:00 PM for me. The idea I am going to explain before I continue further is called ‘Defining intolerance’. I think I just invented this idea a few hours ago. Here’s the definition I am using for the word ‘intolerance’ from www.dictionary.com: ‘incapacity or indisposition to bear or endure’, and the example is ‘intolerance to heat’. So, here’s the proposal: It is my opinion, my belief, that, since I believe it is a safe assumption that we are not born psychiatrists, since that is a skill that you would need to learn in order to acquire, that the instigations you have experienced in the past influence somewhat how you sense and use intolerance. The instigations you experienced define somewhat your sense and use of tolerance.

I forgot to mention that I plan to proofread Wishlist#1166 and Wishlist #1167 after I finish Wishlist #1168, this list. I chose to postpone the proofreading in order to explain the new ideas while I still have a preferred sense of epiphany for them. I don’t think the future kids who will read this blog will notice anyway, so to speak. So, that means this coming Friday and Saturday may be called ‘Proofread Day’, since I may not have the time to type in any new ideas, since I’ll be busy proofreading at least 2 previous lists. [4/17/2019: Because of my lower back agitation, I’m scheduled to get an epidural for the lower left side of my back tomorrow. That is why I am not working today, which allowed me to proofread Wishlist #1166 and #1167 earlier today, and I should finish proofreading this list today. 4/17/2019]

For idea ‘Defining intolerance’, I’ll 1st provide 3 illustrations, then I’ll explain it further. The 1st illustration is just the name of the movie ‘Intolerable Cruelty(2003)’, starring George Clooney as Miles, and Catherine-Zeta Jones as Marylin.

The 2nd illustration is in the movie ‘Bridget Jones’s Baby(2016)’, starring Colin Firth as Mark Darcy. In that scene, Mark Darcy is in a British court of law defending what I think are a group of women addressing some sort of civil rights issue. Here is a quote from www.imdb.com in the ‘Plot’ category’ about that situation:

‘ Bridget goes to find Mark in a courthouse as he is representing a group of women in a highly publicized case. ‘

According to the Blu-ray/DVD mail rental service that I use, I returned the movie ‘Bridget Jones Baby’ on January of 2017. I could not find the movie available streaming from Amazon.com, so I used instead Google Play Movies. The movie is available for purchase streaming I think it’s for about 8 dollars. Just search for phrase ‘google play movies’ if you choose to use their streaming movie service. Also, I recommend you use Internet Explorer’s web browser instead of google’s browser, since Internet Explorer’s web browser allows you to search the movie using a horizontal search bar. Google’s browser doesn’t seem to have that option when using Google Play. So, according to Google Play, that scene starts 53 minutes and 11 seconds into the movie, Mark Darcy is defending those women. Here is the quote:

Mark Darcy: ‘My Lords, my ladies. There is only one fraud committed here today, and it is this: to use the laws of one country to destroy the freedom of speech of another. The cynical political expedient to take away the right of these brave young women to speak the truth about the country they love. Now you may not like their music. And for that, I cannot blame you. They may not have mastered the fundamentals of melody, or even the most basic tenets of musicianship. But this is the land of Shakespeare, Orwell, Lawrence…

(One of Bridget Jones'(Renee Zellweger) thoughts is said, and then Mark Darcy’s speech continues.)

Mark Darcy: ‘…any country, any ruler, any despot, that here, in the United Kingdom, we will always defend and protect women such as these who have selflessly and courageously risked their liberty and quite possibly their lives…to tell the truth.’

Lady: ‘The court will now adjourn, and judgment will be given in due course.’

(The women defended by Mark Darcy then proceed to give some sort of outburst protest.)

Women: ‘Poonani! Poonani! Power to the Poonani! Poonani! Poonani!’

Mark Darcy: ‘My goodness, I’m looking forward to going back to some good old-fashioned genocide.’

Soon after that scene, Mark Darcy and Bridget Jones are talking about that case. That scene starts 54 minutes and 38 seconds into the movie.

Bridget Jones: ‘You were very impressive in there today.’

Mark Darcy: ‘Thank you. Although dealing with them over the last month has given me a certain amount of sympathy for the totalitarian dictator who wants to silence them.’

Bridget Jones: (chuckles)

The 3rd illustration is in episode 4.7 ‘Reunion’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation(1990)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and does not require additional payment if you have Amazon Prime. In that scene, the discussion involves Capt. Picard(Patrick Stewart), Gowron(Robert O’Reilly), Duras(Patrick Massett), and Lieutenant Worf(Michael Dorn). To understand the discussion, I’ll start the quote a little earlier. That scene starts 30 minutes and 57 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Gowron: ‘The investigations are complete. They revealed nothing of any importance.’

Picard: ‘Now, that’s very surprising. Our analysis turned up some…startling results. Will you join us, Lieutenant?’

(Worf enters the room)

Duras: (standing up from his chair): ‘What is this!’

Gowron:(standing and pointing at Worf): ‘He has no place here, Picard!’

Duras: ‘I will not sit at the same table with that.’

Picard: ‘It is my prerogative to investigate anything that may be relevant to the Rite of Succession. Lieutenant Worf is my Chief Security Officer. His presence is required.’

Duras: ‘We will not proceed.’

Picard: ‘If you wish to withdraw from the ja’chuq…that is your option.’

Expose become: Expose use:

Now, the idea I’m about to introduce you to, ‘Expose become’, or you may also call it ‘Expose use’, is an idea you may try to see if it will work on the mild to moderate instigation you may experience, but it’s only one idea out of several I plan to introduce to you in this list, and it may not always work. When this list is finished, you’ll have a selection of ideas to try to use, not just idea ‘Expose become’/’Expose use’. The purpose of idea ‘Expose become’ is to improve how you sense, react, and use/not use an experience of intolerance that an instigator caused you to experience. So, let’s start with the 2nd illustration I offered you from the movie ‘Bridget Jones Baby’. Here are 2 quotes from that illustration:

Mark Darcy: ‘My goodness, I’m looking forward to going back to some good old-fashioned genocide.’

Mark Darcy: ‘Thank you. Although dealing with them over the last month has given me a certain amount of sympathy for the totalitarian dictator who wants to silence them.’

Let’s say that Mark Darcy gave the best defense that he reasonably could to those women. After all, I watched the DVD/Blu-ray, and he won the publicly displayed case. He also maintained a sense of intolerance associated with those women. He gave those women the best defense that he could, and he also maintained for certain expectations a sense of intolerance associated with those women. He did both.

In the 3rd ‘Star Trek’ illustration, even though both Gowron and Duras did not want Worf to be in that room, they eventually agreed with Picard and allowed Worf to continue with his investigation.

Now, my recommendation from idea ‘Expose become’/’Expose use’ is that you allow yourself to have the ability to be exposed to certain minor forms of instigation with the understanding that you do not have to become, that you do not have to use, such forms of instigation. In the movie ‘Bridget Jones Baby’, Mark Darcy allowed himself to represent those women with the associated controversy, even though Mr. Darcy also has certain intolerances associated with those women. And in the ‘Star Trek’ illustration, Gowron and Duras eventually agreed to allow Worf to conduct his investigation, even though they have their obvious? intolerances concerning Worf. So, in those 2 illustrations, you see people allowing themseves to be somewhat exposed to certain intolerances.

Idea ‘Expose become’/’Expose use’ is not specifically what the 2nd and 3rd illustration shows. When you are exposed to certain minor instigation and inadvertent related intolerances, the definition is ‘Even though I am exposed to it, I will not become it.’ or ‘Even though I am exposed to it, I will not use it.’ You see, it’s a change as to how you sense, react, and use instigation related intolerances. Here’s a contemplation exercise I recommend to help you acclimate to the use of idea ‘Expose become’/’Expose use’. To help your composure get familiar with the use of the idea, I recommend that you imagine Batman sparring with an instigator that can fight. [4/17/2019: the instigator you imagine doesn’t actually have to know how to fight. You can just imagine that the instigator knows how to fight. 4/17/2019] Just imagine one of more of the instigators in your school or job having the ability to fight, and that person is fighting Batman. However, in this exercise, Batman is only blocking certain attempted hits from that instigator, and avoiding certain hits as well. For example, let’s say there’s some sort of gym or a room made for practicing fighting strategies, and the floors of such a room are padded, padding that minimalizes injury when you land on it. Batman wearing his mask and costume, but no utility belt and no cape, is sparring with that instigator who can fight. But for idea ‘Expose become’ or ‘Expose use’, Batman is only blocking and avoiding. Batman’s defensive strategy is meant refurbished to represent your ability to be exposed to certain aspects of intolerance, yet not become it, not use it. Just imagine Batman blocking and avoiding for a short while when you choose to. I think you can now contemplationally say, if you choose to, ‘Even though I am exposed to it, I will not become it.’ or ‘Even though I am exposed to it, I will not use it.’

[4/13/2019: It is now 4:49 PM. When you use the ‘Sparring Batman’ idea, when I originally imagined it, I did not even give the person Batman was sparring with a specific form. That person doesn’t have to be an instigator, or anyone else specific. When I originally invented that idea, and that was only a few weeks ago I think, I also imagined him sparring with an old martial arts man with a long white beard. I gave you that sparring with an instigator story to help you understand the idea. You don’t have to do that. 4/13/2019]

[It is now 4:07 PM for me. I am going to stop now, and hopefully finish this idea by this coming Friday. If not, I will probably finish this idea next Saturday. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

Salutations!

It is now 12:49 PM EST for me. I am home today because of a lower back problem that started this past Saturday. Basically, if I sit on a chair that bothers my back for too long, I experience some sort of lower back problem. I did that a few days ago, this past Saturday, and although I feel better than yesterday, I made an appointment to see a doctor tomorrow, so that this problem will less likely occur again. I am not a doctor, and of course I can always seek a 2nd opinion from another doctor, but I was thinking of getting an epidural for my lower back problem. The recurring fatigue? is mostly to the lower left side of my lower back. If you are not familiar with what an epidural is, according to article ‘Epidural administration’ in www.wikipedia.org, epidural analgesia seems to be very popular associated with childbirth. And according to that article,
‘ …For the treatment of back pain. Injection of analgesics and steroids into the epidural space may improve some forms of back pain. ‘ I believe that my insurance may cover the procedure, so it’s something I’m considering. Of course, I’ve tried the triple point injection before that, and the problem subsided. But because of my chair sitting problem, I want a more lasting solution.

Anyway, that’s the reason I’ll have some free time for this blog for at least today and tomorrow. Some? of you may be thinking ‘So how are you typing in this blog?’, and the answer is that I usually sit on the couch when I type for longer periods, not on a typical chair. I also use something that I attached to my laptop, so that I can use the laptop while sitting on the couch. I explained that arrangement in one of the earlier lists.

So, here’s the music video I finally decided to recommend to you today. Before I offer you that music video, I have to attach yet another story to it to make it more useful to you, and here is the story: There is this company that encourages employees to have and use initiative. The definition of ‘initiative’ used here from www.dictionary.com is ‘an introductory act or step; leading action’ and the example is ‘to take the initiative in making friends’. This story addresses to what the company does for it’s new women employees. A lot of those women would get hired, one obvious reason is because of their enthusiastic eagerness to use initiative. So, to give the women who need an extra outlet for their use of initiative, the company created a program for those women to participate in the perpetual making of the music video ‘2002’ by English singer Anne-Marie. About half of the younger people in these music videos are the kids of the employees of the company. So, basically, all the women portray the leading role that Anne-Marie portrays in her music video.

(It is now 1:17 PM. I forgot to watch the entire music video for the 1st time, so I’ll do that now.) (It is now 1:22 PM, and I just finished watching music video ‘2002’ in it’s entirety for the 1st time. While I was watching the video, I thought to myself ‘I’m glad it’s working out for you.’ That is in reference to the people feeling good, so to speak, as they watch it.)

So, if the women choose to participate in that outlet, it’s similar enough to the actual music video ‘2002’. As I watched the music video for the 1st time earlier, I thought to myself that it gave the kids something to do. [4/17/2019: When I thought to myself that ‘it gave the kids something to do’, it was in reference to imagining the kids who participated in the making of such music videos. 4/17/2019]

Here’s a quote about the song from wikipedia:

‘ In an interview with Polish music magazine luvPOP, Anne-Marie explained the song: “It is all about that year, when I was that age just listening to that music that I loved at that time. You know, Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliott. All of these songs…Yeah, it just takes me back to that time.” ‘

And here’s a quote from the lyrics:

Paint a picture for you and me
Of the days when we were young
Singing at the top of both our lungs
On the day we fell in love
On the day we fell in love

I chose the music video from www.youtube.com, a publisher called ‘#RedMusic’, category ‘Today’s Teen Pop Music 2019 – Modern & Popular Hits’, and it was #35 from a list of 97. The reason I chose this music video is because I couldn’t find a preferred one. I decided earlier today that, if I was going to choose any music video, it would be from the ‘Teen Pop’ list. I thought to myself that at least according to the list that the kids and teenagers may relate to it. The music video was published May 8, 2018. As of now, it has almost 300 million views.

Of course, attention is paid generic viagra sale on the calorie restricted diet and needed nutrients.

Stop solving!

I want to give you an idea to help you to choose to stop solving, especially when the solving is instigation related. So, here is a quote from Wishlist #1128, that, according to this blog, I made 6/23/2018:

‘ Before I invented this idea, I used to imagine sometimes throwing a Rubik’s Cube for Batman to catch. For example, when I would make a certain circumstantial discovery, I might imagine that. Now what I would do is sometimes throw a Rubik’s Cube for Jace to catch. That would represent in my mind that I have found a reason for Jace to be useful, even though Jace does not have the traditional Batman abilities. I recommend that, in a safe, reasonable context, of course, that you practice from time to time imagining that you have found a purpose to give Jace a reason to catch that Rubik’s Cube. That exercise may help you give your own purpose to situations, even though others already have their own purposes for such situations. When I would imagine Jace catching that Rubik’s Cube, he would sometimes act like he doesn’t even know what it is. ‘

Jace is portrayed by actor Dominic Sherwood from sci-fi tv show ‘Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments(2016+)’. Without needing to alter the original story in Wishlist #1128, unless you choose to alter it, just make a mental copy of that story, so that you can change that. I’m going to make a story that encourages you, if you choose to, to stop resolving certain things you choose to stop resolving, especially if such resolvings are instigation related. I made this idea I think several months ago, but it uses a talk show that I just found out today is cancelled. That talk show is called ‘Harry’, hosted by Harry Connick Jr., and according to wikipedia, it was cancelled May 23, 2018. Last year, when I was in the waiting room to see a doctor, the tv there was showing an episode of ‘Harry’. Here’s a quote from wikipedia about the show:

‘ Host Harry Connick, Jr. talks about current news, does freestyle events and games. Celebrities come to talk to Harry, and at the end, Harry chats with the audience. Being geared towards families… ‘

Anyway, I already made the idea several months or more ago. This idea uses the story in Wishlist #1128, after the Batman convention(the one filled with businessmen, such as CEO’s, who all wore Batman costumes integrated with high tech technology) chose Jace to be Batman. Sometime after the convention, a few of the Batmen from that convention wanted Jace to have some public exposure, so one of them agreed to have Jace be in one episode of the ‘Harry’ talk show. According to the wikipedia quote, Harry does freestyle events and games. So, within the show’s rules of course, Jace was one of the guests selected to participate in one of those games. As one of the tasks in the game, Harry was throwing Rubik’s Cubes for Jace to catch, and Jace would place them all in a big basket. The idea is that Jace was not supposed to solve any of those Rubik’s Cubes. And while Jace is catching and placing those Rubik’s Cubes in a big basket, the show is playing Circus clown music. For an example of what Circus clown music sounds like, search for phrase ‘circus theme music’ in www.youtube.com, and a 2:34 sample of clown music is offered by publisher ‘SuperJessTheMess’. That sample has been viewed over 8 million times and was published on Nov 1, 2009. I think I imagined a better song for it, but this was the best sample I could find in youtube.

This next idea has no bookmark phrase for it that I can think of. It’s designed to help you reasonably access more of what you already have. And this is how I made this idea: As I was watching a show from NHKHD, the Japan tv show from cable tv made for English speakers to watch, it was talking about a girl who was having some sort of outburst with a teacher. Now, I believe teachers in general have concern for their students. I was given the impression that when this girl would have an outburst with her teacher, that teacher would remove her from the class. One day, she had an outburst with a teacher, but instead of removing her from class, the teacher tried to communicate with her, even when she is throwing some sort of tantrum. And that scene from that show helped me realize that all grammar school students and high school students have the option to make appointments with their teachers in order to talk to them in their offices. It is my belief that, if you are not a troublemaker, then you may never have in your routine the experience of ever being in another teacher’s office. I believe most students never enter a teacher’s office. And that’s what’s available to you that you may never use: the option to talk to your teachers, for whatever reason, so to speak. That’s a resource I’m assuming all students are entitled? to have, but most never use. So, that’s what I’m going to help you use, whether you are a student or an adult with a job. I’m going to try to do that using a refurbished episode from the fantasy tv show ‘Legacies(2018)’. Here’s a copy of what the show’s about from wikipedia:

‘ Legacies is an American television drama series, created by Julie Plec, that premiered on The CW on October 25, 2018. It is a spin-off of The Originals and features characters from both that series and its predecessor, The Vampire Diaries. …Matt Davis also features prominently in the series, reprising his role as Alaric Saltzman from The Vampire Diaries. The CW renewed the series for a second season in January 2019. ‘

So, in a refurbished episode of ‘Legacies’, here is the description of the character I am going to use in this idea from wikipedia:

‘ Matt Davis as Alaric Saltzman: Josie and Lizzie’s father and the human headmaster of the Salvatore School. Davis described Alaric’s role in the series as “somewhere between Professor X and Dumbledore.” ‘

So, here’s the plan: if you choose this idea, you’re going to imagine that you paid for 1 semester to be a student for the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted. You’re not actually going to be a student there. Your payment is treated as a donation to the school. You are doing this to get a legitimate ‘feel’ of what the headmaster of the Salvatore School, Alaric Saltzman, can do for you. So, to help you do that, I’m going to refurbish a scene from episode 1.10 ‘There’s a World Where Your Dreams Came True(2019)’ from the tv show ‘Legacies’. Keep in mind that it’s a fantasy tv show. It’s not real. It’s mainly about vampires, witches, and werewolves. And of course it’s a tv show available on a public channel available for the general public to choose to watch. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com for about 3 dollars, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 9 minutes and 32 seconds into the episode.

Now, keep in mind that as Alaric and his daughters Josie Saltzman(Kaylee Bryant) and Lizzie Saltzman(Jenny Boyd) enter the New Orleans bar to talk to Hope Mikaelson(Danielle Rose Russell), Lizzie and Hope have been training to be witches since they were kids, and Alaric is a vampire. Now, since it is a fantasy tv show, the bodies in that bar that are portraying themselves as victims to Hope are only either portrayals or some sort of special effect. However, since Lizzie and Josie are portraying themselves as student witches, and Alaric is portraying himself as a vampire, they are giving a reaction that is part of their portrayed lifestyles to give. For example, that is why they are not ‘freaking out’ when they see all of those bodies in the bar. Of course, you don’t have to use that scene if you think it is inappropriate. Anyway, that’s where I’m starting the quote, 9 minutes and 32 seconds into the episode:

Lizzie: ‘Gross.’

Hope: (liquid spurting, chomping sounds)

Lizzie: ‘You have got to be kidding me.’

Hope: ‘Who the heck are you?’

Lizzie: ‘Uh-uh. Time out, Genie.’

Hope: ‘My name is Hope. And you need to leave unless you want to be dessert.’

Alaric: ‘Wait. Hope Mikaelson? I knew your parents. I know where all this darkness you’re feeling comes from. If you just talk to me, I…really think I could help.’

So, starting 10 minutes and 44 seconds into the episode, you see Alaric sparring with Hope at the Salvatore School grounds.

Josie: ‘You really saved the day. Look at him. He just looks so happy.’

Lizzie: ‘Yay, me.’

Josie: ‘And we have a couple of tours later today. Now that we have a tribrid, we’re in the game for real.’

(Now the scene goes to Alaric sparring with Hope again)

Alaric: ‘You belong here, Hope. This could be your home. The family you lost.’

Hope: ‘I can’t stay. I’ve done so many awful things.’

Alaric: ‘That’s because no one was there to guide you. I don’t blame you, Hope. I should have found you sooner.’

Of course, if you want to see more of the beginning of this episode from ‘Legacies’ to understand that scene more, you may do so with inaproprieities removed.

If you chose in relation to advice to watch that scenes from ‘Legacies’, then here’s the story to go with it: In the original story I invented, a businessman paid to be a student of the Salvatore School for 1 semester. It’s treated as a donation to the school. He wasn’t going to attend that school. He did have one request to go with that donation: he wanted Alaric Saltzman to spar like he did with Hope with one of the instigator employees from the company this businessman works for. The instigator employee will be in the area, and has agreed to spar with Alaric Saltzman. The businessman just wants to see that instigator employee spar with Alaric, and in a key moment when that instigator employee tries to hit one of his sticks with Alaric’s stick, Alaric blocks that attack, then they both stop sparring, and Alaric looks at the smartphone recording him from a distance for the businessman to see. The businessman wants to see some sort of reassuring look from Alaric’s face.

So, after you imagine the businessman paying for that look, you can imagine doing the same for yourself, whether you are a kid or an adult. You may imagine a kid instigator or an adult instigator who will be in that area trying to hit Alaric’s stick, and Alaric blocks it, and then he poses to give you some sort of reassuring look, since technically speaking, if you paid for a semester, then he is also your headmaster, and you are entitled to certain concerns that he may have for you, since you are also a student of the Salvatore School.

And now you may imagine transferring this sparring to your school or work, in a reasonable context of course. While you are at school or work, in a safe, reasonable context, such as while you are sitting in your break area, you may imagine Alaric Saltzman sparring with an instigator or anyone else you may reasonably imagine, such as one of your teachers or your boss, and as your boss tries to hit Alaric’s stick, and Alaric block’s you’re boss’s stick with his stick, that is when your boss and Alaric both stop fighting, and you can then see Alaric giving you that reassuring look.

Based on my experience, just imagine that a few times, and just have it as an option after that. If you don’t like the idea, don’t use it anymore. It’s not something I imagine often, and so I don’t recommend that you imagine it that often either.

[It’s now 5:06 PM for me. I’m going to stop now, and continue this sometime tomorrow. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.

It is now 2:03 PM EST for me. I just had an appointment with the doctor a few hours ago, and the doctor recommended that I have an epidural for the lower left side of my back. I agreed, and the procedure is scheduled this coming Thursday, 2 days from now. I expect at least a lasting improvement, maybe even a full recovery. I plan to let you know how it turns out.

As for the music video, I looked at the same list in youtube that I looked at yesterday, ‘Today’s Teen Pop Music 2019 – Modern & Popular Hits’, (I forgot to watch the entire music video again. It is now 2:10 PM, and I’m going to watch it now.) (It’s now 2:15 PM, and I finished watching the entire music video for the 1st time.) The music video is from song ‘Now That I Found You’ by Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen. According to wikipedia, the song was released on February 27, 2019. Here is a quote from www.spin.com about the music video:

‘ The video, directed by Carlos Lopez Estrada and Nelson de Castro, is a loving tribute to both the 1961 classic Breakfast at Tiffany’s and cat ladies.

The clip features Jepsen pledging her love to an indifferent but obscenely adorable orange Scottish fold kitty, who Rolling Stone reports is an Instagram celebricat named Shrampton. Jepsen’s dreamlike world becomes more surreal as she takes monster hits of catnip from a hookah only to realize that her kitty escaped while she was in an altered state. Jepsen’s desperate search for her cat on the rainy streets of Manhattan eventually turns into a recreation of the final scene of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, when stars George Peppard and Audrey Hepburn share a romantic moment while rescuing a lost orange cat in the rain. ‘

And here’s a quote from the song ‘Now That I Found You’:

Now that I found you
I want it all
No, there’s nothing like this feeling, baby
Now that I found you
Now that I found you
Now that I found you

So, here is how I interpret the music video ‘Now That I Found You’: According to the lyrics, the music video is yet another relationship video. However, if you take away the ending of the music video, in my opinion, the music video may be interpreted as an entertaining way to see how a woman may take care of a lot of cats. For example, Miss Jepsen wears made for music video entertainingly customized clothing related to cats. I don’t plan on watching the music video again, but for cat lovers, I believe that such a music video may be watched several times or more by such people.

As I said earlier, I selected the music video from youtube category
‘Today’s Teen Pop Music 2019 – Modern & Popular Hits’, and it’s #48 in that list. The music video was published Mar 14, 2019, about a month ago, and in just one month’s time, it has over 7 million views.

Contest not know:

This idea may not apply to you. However, even if it doesn’t, idea ‘Contest’ was invented from idea ‘Contest not know’, and I believe that allocating contesting contemplations caused by instigation can be very useful to you. So, if you choose to learn idea ‘Contest not know’, here’s the definition of ‘contest’ that I’m using for idea ‘Contest not know’. To be clear, ‘contest’ is not used as a noun, not used as a competition, like a contest created by a game show. It is used as a verb, and here is the definition according to www.dictionary.com: ‘to argue against; dispute’, and the example is ‘to contest a controversial question; to contest a will’. [4/17/2019: If you search for phrase ‘how word contest is pronounced’ in www.google.com, one of the 1st selections you may get from google is ‘How to pronounce CONTEST in English – Cambridge dictionary’. If you click that link, you will be linked to the Cambridge dictionary web site, and you will be given 2 options to hear the noun version of word ‘contest’, and 2 options to hear the verb version of word ‘contest’. 4/17/2019]

I am only going to use 2 scenes from 1 movie reference for idea ‘Contest not know’. The movie is ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens(2015)’, starring John Boyega as Finn, Harrison Ford as Han Solo, and Lupita Nyong’o as Maz Kanata. The movie is available for rental and purchase from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, the 1st scene starts 54 minutes and 59 seconds into the movie, Finn and Solo are talking. Here is the quote:

Finn: ‘Hey, Solo, I’m not sure what we’re walking into here…’

Han Solo: ‘Did you just call me Solo?’

Finn: ‘Sorry. Han. Mr. Solo. You should know…I’m a big deal in the Resistance. Which puts a real target on my back. Are there any conspirators here? Like, First Order sympathizers?’

Han Solo: ‘Listen, Big Deal. You got another problem. Women always figure out the truth. Always.’

The 2nd scene starts 1 hour and 54 seconds into the movie, Finn and Maz Kanata are talking. Here is the quote:

Finn: (referring to Maz Kanata) ‘What’s this? What are you doing?’

Finn: ‘Solo, what is she doing?’

Han Solo: ‘I don’t know. But it ain’t good.’

Maz Kanata: ‘If you live long enough…you see the same eyes in different people. I’m looking at the eyes of a man who wants to run.’

Finn: ‘You don’t know a thing about me.’

So, what idea ‘Contest not know’ identifies is an instigator’s attempt to make worse a sense of not knowing who that instigator is by causing the innocent person to contemplationally contest a sense of not knowing that instigator. Those 2 scenes from movie ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ are the only examples I am aware of that may help illustrate that what may make people susceptible to such an instigation is from what they choose to use. For example, in the 1st scene, Finn wants to confide in Han Solo, even though Finn and Han Solo do not really know each other. Here is the quote again:

Finn: ‘Hey, Solo, I’m not sure what we’re walking into here…’

Han Solo: ‘Did you just call me Solo?’

Finn: ‘Sorry. Han. Mr. Solo…’

Based on what I think is happening in that conversation, Finn wants to confide in Han Solo about his friend Rey(Daisy Ridley), but Finn can’t outright say it at 1st. So, based on this example, there is a possible need to confide in others, even though you don’t know those other people. Also, in reality, I’m assuming that people in general can just enter a Catholic church and confide in a Catholic priest, even though you are not Catholic, and even though you don’t even know who the Catholic priest is.

Now, the 2nd scene is like turning the 1st scene upside down. If you are exposed to a sense of knowing in the context of an instigation, that sense of knowing may be interpreted by an innocent person as an adverse experience, based on Finn’s response to Maz Kanata:

Finn: ‘You don’t know a thing about me.’

So, whether you have experienced this or not, idea ‘Contest not know’ identifies an instigation that makes worse an adverse impression that you do not know someone by causing the innocent person to interact with contemplations that involve a lot of contesting. For example, that instigator may ask that innocent person personal questions, causing that innocent person to say several times ‘I don’t want to talk about that.’ That may induce a contesting sense of contemplation. Also, that same instigator may personally tell that innocent person that he/she is not invited to attend a party that clearly everybody else is invited to attend. The instigator could have just not said anything about such a party to such an innocent person. Why personally say to that person that he/she is not invited? Those 2 incidents, for example, may cause an innocent person to more than usual contemplationally contest not knowing such an instigator.

The solution is to be aware that an instigator may improperly be encouraging you to more than usual contemplationally contest not knowing such an instigator, and knowing that may help you stop/discontinue such contemplations. Just contemplationally say ‘Contest not know’, to check if you are having such contemplations so that you may decide to stop/discontinue such contemplations.

[I’m going to stop typing in this list, and continue with the few recent ideas I invented in the next list. Tomorrow, I’m going to start proofreading Wishlist #1166, #1167, and maybe even this list, #1168. So, if you are there tomorrow, I’ll see you then. I’ll probably do my laundry 1st before I start proofreading. It is now 3:57 PM for me.
