Salutations!

It is now 10:22 AM EST for me. In case you are interested, I’ve had the epidural for the left side of my lower back this past Thursday, and compared to the discomfort I was experiencing before, it feels like I have almost completely recovered. One of the nurses? said that the effectiveness would improve within the next week, and it has. So, to repeat what happened, a month or so ago, I had a triple point injection treatment for my lower back and that worked, but before that, I was looking for chairs to replace the previous one I was using, and I had that one for years. I purchased 2 chairs, and both bothered my back. I was doing fine until I sat on an available chair for too long, and then my back agitation started to come back, even after the triple point treatment. I went back to the same doctor that gave me the triple point injection, and I explained my problem to him. That’s when he recommended the epidural for my lower back, and I agreed with him, and now it seems like my lower back has fully recovered. I plan to go back to work tomorrow.

I want to give you an idea that is, of course, useful to you, but I want to finish it today, and that included proofreading. So, I’ll begin with a scenario: Even though you know you are experiencing an instigation, and you are in the right, the instigator still wants you to feel like the results of his/her instigation is in the instigator’s favor. I think that’s a very effective strategy in America for the instigator, and that is what I think will happen to the music video I will recommend to you. The instigator doesn’t want your technique to treat the instigation you may experience and have experienced to work, and that includes the music video you may choose to use as part of your technique. And so, based on the idea I plan to give you in this list, I still want you to have a music video that does something for you, even though the instigator doesn’t want it to work.

Service animal music video:

So, my plan to give you a music video that may offer you something, even though the instigator does not want it to work, so to speak, is to recommend to you what I call a ‘service animal music video’. I believe there are probably better videos out there, but I’m only aware of one, and that’s refurbished to be one. If you could think of a better one, I recommend you use that. According to www.wikipedia.org, ‘service animals are animals that have been trained to perform tasks that assist disabled people.’ ‘In places of public accommodation in the United States, only dogs (and in some cases miniature horses) are legally considered service animals.’

The concept is refurbished to help you cope with instigation. The tv show illustration to help you consider using this concept is in episode 7.15 ‘Targets’ from lawyer tv show ‘The Good Wife(2016)’. In that scene, Elsbeth Tascioni’s(Carrie Preston) ex husband, Mike Tascioni(Will Patton), has a service animal. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and is available without additional payment if you have Amazon Prime, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 30 minutes and 6 seconds into the episode. Mike Tascioni and Eli Gold(Alan Cumming) looks like they are in a government office. Here is the quote:

Mike Tascioni: ‘I’d like to request the case file for my divorce.’

Clerk(Jeff Brooks): ‘Name, I.D., data action became final.’

Mike Tascioni: ‘Michael B. Tascioni. (date)’

Clerk: ‘We don’t allow dogs in this office.’

Mike Tascioni:(talking to Eli Gold) ‘Would you mind taking him outside?’

Eli Gold:(talking to clerk) ‘Tom(I’m assuming that’s the name of the dog) is a service animal. He’s an emotional support chihuahua.’

Clerk: ‘Hold on a minute.’ (The clerk leaves momentarily.)

I recommend that you watch that scene as Mr. Tascioni is holding a chihuahua in his arms. The dog is legally allowed to help Mr. Tascioni as a service animal.

The only music video I can think of to associate with service animals is from the fantasy tv show ‘Beastmaster(1999-2002)’ starring Daniel Goddard as Dar. To watch the music video for free, search for phrase ‘beastmaster tv show intro’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered. It is published by MFM791. Here’s a description of the show from www.imdb.com:

‘ The sword and sorcery adventures of a wandering adventurer who has the ability to communicate with animals. ‘

There are 2 things that I am aware of that you may benefit from from the ‘Beastmaster’ music video: 1)It introduces you to another language, the language to talk to animals, and 2)the ability to talk to animals in such a manner makes the ‘Beastmaster’ tv show intro easily refurbished to be associated to being a ‘service animal music video’.

Crisis:

I’m going to give you the ‘sales pitch’ for this idea 1st. If you like the sales pitch, then you may choose to learn this idea. The ‘sales pitch’ was created with the help of movie ‘Our Brand Is Crisis(2015)’, starring Sandra Bullock. Here’s a quote from wikipedia about Sandra Bullock’s character:

‘ Sandra Bullock as ‘Calamity’ Jane Bodine, a retired political consultant hired by an unpopular Bolivian politician to help him win the presidential election. ‘

Based on my understanding of the movie, the theme of ‘crisis’ is a major theme to allow Pedro Castillo(Joaquim de Almeida) the Bolivian presidential candidate that hired Jane Bodine, to help Mr. Castillo win the election. The movie ‘Our Brand Is Crisis’ is available as a streaming rental and purchase from Amazon.com. Here is a quote from Ben(Anthony Mackie) about using the theme of ‘crisis’ in the election. According to Amazon.com, that scene starts 33 minutes and 5 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Ben: ‘Trying out the crisis message in the polls, sir, there are a lot of people who are saying that you are the only one who understands how bad things are. The message is working. Or, at least it’s stopping the free fall. So, I say now, we bet the house on it. We say it on the stump, we say it on our spots, we say it to the press. We own crisis.’

(Everyone in the meeting except Ben either says the word ‘Crisis’, or responds favorably to Ben’s proposal.)

In Wishlist #1148, I introduced to you the idea of ‘Pragmatic garbage’. Here is a quote about that meaning:

‘Refurbished for advice, ‘filled up disused mines with landfill waste’ represents the instigations that you experienced that use pragmatism, and ‘built a luxury hotel on top’ represents the pragmatism used to reasonably inform you for various matters.  ‘

I’m only speculating, but I think that when you imagine instigators talking to management and those with authority about certain instigations that they caused you to experience, some of those conversations involve instigators using some sort of crisis situation as an excuse. Oversimplifyingly said, you may then imagine? management or some sort of guest speaker talking them down. And since such conversations were not made known to you, you are not obligated to act upon them. After all, it’s about you, the innocent person, who was instigated. You’re the victim.

So, that means that certain instigations, maybe even many of the instigations that you have experienced while at work, are designed to cause you to commit to interacting with and giving some sort of credence to crisis situations. The reason I imagined that they have done such a thing to you already is that crisis situations cause special situations to occur. For example, in the movie ‘Die Hard(1988)’, and you don’t have to watch the movie, the criminals caused the FBI to cut the power from a certain building and area. A special circumstance was created. The criminals wanted the FBI to do that so that the bank safe would open. Basically, the instigators are using what they have learned from management and those with authority to cause you to be more susceptible to allow special circumstances to exist in your mind using a sense of crisis that is in the instigator’s favor.

The solution is to know that such an imposition of special circumstances inhibits somewhat your ability to work in your job, and to choose to not commit yourself to such uninvited crisis interjections. For example, management has given those instigators a courtesy when talking down such issues of crisis. When instigators impose what they have learned about their crisis issues, there is no managerial courtesy given to you.

So, if you choose to continue learning from this advice, the goal is to give you the ability to take out unacceptable crisis contemplations that management hasn’t even informed you of.

[I’m ordering some Chinese food to eat. I’ll be back.

It’s 1:56 PM for me. The only illustration I can find right now for idea ‘Not introduce’ is near end of sci-fi movie ‘Babylon 5: The Gathering(1993)’. It’s a conversation between Cmdr. Sinclair(Michael O’Hare) and Delenn(Mira Furlan). The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and if you have Amazon Prime, no additional payment is needed. The movie is located in category ‘Babylon 5 Season 1’. According to Amazon Video, the scene starts 1 hour, 30 minutes, and 16 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Cmdr. Sinclair: ‘It’s just, there’s a 24 hour period in my life that I can’t account for. It happened during the war with your people. You wouldn’t be holding anything out on me, would you, old friend?

Delenn: ‘Commander, I would never tell you anything that was not in your best interest.’

Cmdr. Sinclair: ‘Well, we’ll talk about this again one of these days. Come on. We should get back to the reception.’

In that ‘Babylon 5’ example, Delenn did not introduce the answer Cmdr. Sinclair was looking for, shown in this quote:

Delenn: ‘Commander, I would never tell you anything that was not in your best interest.’

When you experience some sort of minor annoyance from an instigator, instead of contemplationally defeating or mitigating it, you may also consider the option to not introduce the experience to yourself or to others. The ideas I will introduce to you are in the category ‘Not introduce’.

Ache: Ache contest: Contest ache:

Idea ‘Ache contest’ uses idea ‘Contest not know’ from the previous list, Wishlist #1168. In that list, I talked about how an instigator would try to talk to you about personal issues, and you may say to that instigator ‘I don’t want to talk about that.’, or an instigator may tell you personally that you are not invited to his/her party, when that instigator could have simply not have told you about the party. These 2 examples are examples of possible contesting contemplations. For here, it’s explained as a variation of ‘Not introduce’ for idea ‘Crisis’. The contesting contemplations addressed here encourage you to commit to a sense of crisis, and while you are at home, long after the incident has occurred, when you would recall that incident, you may feel discomfort, like your arm has been punched by the instigator, and your arm still feels a little sore. I call that effect ‘Ache contest’.

The solution for the instigation identified by ‘Ache contest’ is to stop resolving that instigation, using the objectivity that you now suspect that it’s a contesting contemplation encouraging you to commit to a sense of crisis, and allow yourself to recover from the discomfort/ache associated from the recall of that experience. Contemplationally say ‘Ache contest’ when you choose to recall that experience, and allow yourself to feel better.

From initiate:

According to www.dictionary.com, ‘initiate’ means ‘to begin, set going, or originate’, and the example is ‘to initiate major social reforms’. The best illustration example I can think of of an instigator imposing an adverse sense of initiating is in movie ‘Break Point(2014)’, starring Jeremy Sisto as Jimmy, the man inflicting the adverse initiating upon others. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com. Wikipedia doesn’t say much about the movie, so I found a review of the movie from www.rogerebert.com web site, and here’s a quote about Jimmy:

‘ Jimmy, who has alienated everyone else in tennis, approaches his brother to partner with him for the pre-qualifying tournaments for the Open. Darren is wary but succumbs, not before making Jimmy promise to get his act together, stop drinking, and shape up. Jimmy moans and whines, throws massive John McEnroe-ish tantrums on the court. ‘

So, if you choose to watch movie ‘Break Point’ with the inaproprieities removed, Jimmy gives lots of examples of initiating derogatory statements upon the other tennis players, and his previous tennis partners no longer want to play tennis with him as his partner. Idea ‘Not initiate’ means that you did not initiate the insult or other aspect of instigation imposed upon you by an instigator. Idea ‘From initiate’ means that such an initiating aspect of an instigation did not come from you. For example, if you were insulted, that insult did not come from you, and was not initiated by you.

Shuffling:

So, now what I’ll recommend to do is shuffle these words and use them collectively and separately. The words that we have are: introduce, ache, contest, initiate, and crisis. When you use one of the words to deal with such a crisis encouraging instigation, you also consider the other 4 words as part of it’s meaning.

Not introduce: Not ache: Not contest: Not initiate: Not crisis:

Based on my experience, when you experience an instigation, a lot of times, the word or phrase that you contemplationally used doesn’t work that long, or doesn’t work at all. Therefore, you select another word or phrase to see if that works. I call this process ‘shuffling’. Let’s say you experience an instigation that may try to encourage you to commit to a sense of crisis that is not relevant, and you select to contemplationally say ‘Not introduce’. When you select that as your primary phrase, you also think about the effectiveness of the other 4 words or phrases, ‘Not ache’, ‘Not contest’, ‘Not initiate’, and ‘Not crisis’. And when ‘not introduce’ doesn’t work’, you select one of the other 4 phrases, such as ‘Not ache’, and also consider the effectiveness of the other 4 phrases, ‘Not contest’, ‘Not initiate’, ‘Not introduce’, and ‘Not crisis’. This strategy should produce some positive results for you.

From introduce: From ache: From contest: From initiate: From crisis:

Same as before.

‘From introduce’ means ‘the introducing is not from me’,

‘From ache’ means ‘the sense of ache is not from me’, meaning that you are recovering from that sense of ache, but it’s not being associated with the instigation.

‘From contest’ means ‘that sense of contesting is not from me’.

‘From initiate’ means ‘that sense of being initiated upon is not from me.’

‘From crisis’ means ‘that sense of crisis is not from me.’

[All right! I’m now finished with this list. I’m going to proofread it and close it. I plan to type something else in next Saturday, so if you are there, I’ll see you then. It is now 3:59 PM EST for me.
