Wishlist #1182

Here we go!

(Said as a greeting.)

That is what Angstrom(Susan Lynch) said in episode 11.2 ‘The Ghost Monument’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Doctor Who(2018)’ when she heard the alarm.

It is now 12:05 PM EST for me.

The music video I am recommending for this advice is from song ‘Lost in Istanbul’ by Romanian singer Brianna. Wikipedia doesn’t say much about her, so here is a quote from www.curiousturk.com:

‘ Ladies and Gentleman, meet the Romanian singer, Brianna, who is getting widely popular in Turkey.

Her last single back in March 2018 was ‘Lost in Istanbul’. It is a great video if you want to talk a short walk along Istanbul streets (Mostly in Istiklal street, Taksim, Karakoy and Besiktas). Her voice is also very very nice, I can see that this is going to be a real hit this summer in Turkey. ‘

And here is a quote from the lyrics:

[Verse 1] Standing in the heavy rain
I was someone I was not
[Pre-Chorus] Freezing cold, I follow
Love is like an arrow, it will lead me to you
[Chorus] I’m lost in Istanbul
Ooh, na, na, na, na
Ooh, na, na, na, na
Ooh, na, na, ooh, na, na

I watched the music for the 1st time I think it was last week, when I was preparing it for Wishlist #1181, but because of the 3 proofreads I tried to do, I chose not to use it then. I found the music video in www.youtube.com, from publisher ‘DSC Top music charts’, category ‘Romanian Top 100 Airplay February 03, 2019 #95’. That category gives you a horizontal video preview of 100 music videos. Music video ‘Lost in Istanbul’ is #85. To watch the music video ‘Lost in Istanbul’ for free, search for phrase ‘lost in istanbul’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 77 million views. It was published on Mar 1, 2018, over a year ago.

It is my opinion that, if you choose to watch music video ‘Lost in Istanbul’, it’s relaxing. However, the premise may be a little difficult to sense as plausible. Based on my interpretation of the music video, Brianna is giving the impression that she is casually and nonchalantly(coolly unconcerned, indifferent, or unexcited) walking around certain areas of Istanbul lost. It is my belief that some? people who watch this music video may perceive Brianna’s situation, that she is casually walking around lost in Istanbul, to be unbelievable, that it’s not reasonably plausible for people in general to casually walk around lost in such a similar situation. I recently did a search for the phrase ‘5 impossible things’, and I found a quote from the book ‘Alice in Wonderland’, and here it is:

“Alice laughed: “There’s no use trying,” she said; “one can’t believe impossible things.”
“I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

I also imagined earlier today that many women believe that there are many things that they have logically created that they cannot teach the men in their relationships, but they still get them to do something. Also, I believe that CEOs(chief executive officer) from companies would simply create a division in their company for people to work with concepts that other divisions may seem as impossible. So, using those 3 notions, I imagined myself trying to doing what Brianna did. I thought to myself that, even though I don’t believe it is possible to so casually walk around lost, I would at least try to imagine doing it. So, instead of Brianna through most of the music video, in bits and pieces, I would imagine myself casually walking the streets of Istanbul using the music video. To help me imagine it, I gave cameos of 2 celebrities in the music video who were also casually lost in Istanbul, celebrities David Letterman and Paul Shaffer. You would have to look for them, because they won’t be obvious. In a reasonable context of course, I believe that it can be very useful to you to at least be able to have the ability to try to consistently certain things that you believe are impossible to do. If a CEO can turn many of those seemingly impossible things into a job, then why not?

Of course, if you use this ‘impossible trying’ idea in a reasonable context, you are not to try anything in a reckless or dangerous context. For example, I am only recommending that you imagine casually being lost in Istanbul using the music video, even though you may believe that it is impossible to be casually lost in many situations.

Remove not do:

It is now 1:27 PM EST for me. If you read Wishlist #1178, the ‘Not notify’ idea, and Wishlist #1180, the ‘Not do’ idea, then I believe you may be capable of learning idea ‘Remove not do’: Since Wishlist #1180 was typed in on 7/4/2019, and I think I invented idea ‘Remove not do’ soon after that, then I have been upgrading idea ‘Remove not do’ for over a week and a half, since today is 7/20/2019. Idea ‘Remove not do’ means ‘A contemplation effort to remove that you did not to’. To start, the definition of idea ‘Remove’ is ‘A contemplation effort to remove’…. Before I continue, I recommend that you watch the ‘New Pringles Wavy: ‘Daddy’ commercial. You can watch it for free at www.youtube.com. Just search for phrase ‘new pringles wavy tv commercial’ in www.youtube.com on Apr 1, 2019, over 3 months ago. The commercial is only 15 seconds long. Here is a quote:

Mom in commercial: ‘Pringles Wavy with a big new crunch and totally different flavors, they’re not really Pringles, just like that’s not really daddy.’ (Mom looks at son’s drawing of daddy)

Mom’s young son in commercial: ‘Yes it is.’

Mom in commercial: ‘Okay.’

Commercial: ‘New Pringles Wavy. They’re not not Pringles.’

Okay. The best illustration example that I am aware of in my opinion for idea ‘Remove’ is near end of movie ‘Circle of Iron(1978)’, starring Jeff Cooper as Cord, and David Carradine as his teacher, The Blind Man. In the 2 scenes, Cord wanted to participate with The Blind Man, but The Blind Man warned Cord that he would be confused if he did. After the participation, Cord experienced a contemplation effort to remove, and demanded that The Blind Man explained what had happened. Keep in mind that the 3rd event, when The Blind Man punched the boy’s nose, was done many years ago. It was a different belief system then. I am not encouraging anyone to punch anyone just based on this movie. Sure, refurbished for advice, you may watch that entire scene, but I am just going to quote the beginning and the ending part. The movie ‘Circle of Iron’ is available streaming from Amazon.com as a rental and a purchase, according to Amazon Video, the 1st scene starts 1 hour, 5 minutes, and 28 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Cord: ‘I realize now you are my hidden teacher. And if I am to survive the next trial, I must be allowed to follow you and to learn.’

The Blind Man: ‘You will never endure it.’

Cord: ‘I will.’

The Blind Man: ‘Will I?’

Cord: (laughs) ‘Tell me why I won’t be able to endure it.’

The Blind Man: ‘You will never have the patience. You will see things and judge them, before you know what they mean.’

Cord: ‘What things?’

The Blind Man: ‘You see? You ask what things even before the things have happened. Your impatience is beyond me.’

Cord: ‘I’ll be patient. I’ll be an empty vessel!’

The Blind Man: ‘One condition.’

Cord: ‘Anything.’

The Blind Man: ‘You must ask nothing about any event until such time as I myself give you an answer.’

Cord: ‘Agreed.’

After experiencing those 3 events, Cord experienced an obvious sense of contemplation effort to remove, and demanded that his teacher, The Blind Man, explain what had happened. That scene begins 1 hour, 16 minutes, and 15 seconds into the movie, when Cord placed his hand on The Blind Man’s shoulder to stop him from walking, an act that The Blind Man initially interpreted as a minor threat. Here is the quote:

Cord: ‘Why? This time, I’m leaving.’

The Blind Man: ‘You must stop making promises.’

Cord: ‘This is more than a promise. Now that I’m free of you, I’m free to ask questions. Explain yourself. What did you mean by kicking in the ferry boat?’

The Blind Man: ‘Of the two of us, you are the one who is blind. Blinded by what you see.’

Cord: ‘I want an answer, not all this philosophy.’

The Blind Man: ‘I damaged the boat because if I hadn’t, the soldiers would have used it to cross the river, and the old man and all his family would have been killed.’

Cord: ‘But how did you know the soldiers were coming? Did you hear them?’

The Blind Man: ‘No.’

Cord: ‘The stone wall. Why did you stop to repair it?’

The Blind Man: ‘There was a bag of coins partly exposed to the stones. I repaired the wall so the soldiers wouldn’t find it and steal it, leaving the widow and her children without means.’

Cord: ‘You couldn’t see the bag. Did you smell it?’

The Blind Man: ‘No.’

Cord: ‘The boy. Explain the boy.’

The Blind Man: ‘The boy.’

Cord: ‘You mutilated the boy– you broke his nose, a beautiful boy.’

The Blind Man: ‘Too beautiful. He was a tyrant; he would have grown up to be worse. I freed his parents from their bondage to his beauty.’

Cord: ‘Hah!’ You didn’t even touch his face. How did you know what he looked like? Did you sense it?’

The Blind Man: ‘No. But I freed his parents and the boy too, and now, I free you of me.’

Cord: ‘Well, I haven’t finished yet. You didn’t hear the soldiers, and you didn’t smell the bag, and you didn’t sense the boy. I want an explanation.’

If you want to, you may watch the rest of that scene. The point of that ‘Circle of Iron’ example is to help you sense and identify what a ‘contemplation effort to remove’ is.

Bait: Decoy:

An instigator may use an instigation induced contemplation effort to remove as bait, in order to adversely influence you to interact with and commit to some sort of notion. Here is an example of bait from Wishlist #1165:

‘ I’m also recommending an action trailer, and that trailer is called ‘Star Wars: Episode II – Attack Of The Clones (2002)’. To watch that action trailer for free, search for phrase ‘star wars attack of clones theatrical trailer 1’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 28 thousand views. It was published by Forever Cinematic Trailers. I like the part 39 seconds into the trailer when Obi-Wan Kenobi(Ewan McGregor) said to Anakin(Hayden Christensen) quote:

‘You’re using her as bait.’ ‘

So, to start from the beginning, so to speak, you have the ‘Not notify’ idea from Wishlist #1178. That means you have a sense of what a reasonable perspective is to compare to mild to moderate instigations. So, if you experience an instigation identified by idea ‘Remove’, if you experienced an instigation that causes you to have a contemplation effort to remove, like Cord did in movie ‘Circle of Iron’, once you’ve decided that it’s instigation related and it’s out of context and so forth, you may choose to sense it, but not become it. In fact, with a little practice, even sensing such a contemplation effort to remove may be allocated even further. For example, a contemplation effort to remove may feel like it’s coming from you, like in episode 1.5 ’12 Hours’ from tv show ‘Transporter: The Series(2012)’, when Dieter Hausmann(Charly Hubner) kept saying to Giles(Josh Blacker) quote:

Dieter: ‘Dieter Hausmann is not here.’

A 2nd ‘contemplation effort to remove’ may also feel like it is coming from the instigator, like the instigator is doing something intentionally inept. For example, if you experienced an instigation that implicates the instigator in such a way, that you may think about that incident many times, then that may be construed as a contemplation effort to remove coming from the instigator.

A 3rd ‘contemplation effort to remove’ may feel like something that is somewhat overwhelming, because you want to resolve it quickly, but you can’t. It may also feel like it’s coming from you. For that, I recommend that you identify it as a possible ‘type’ from other types that may feel like it’s coming from you. For example, there are a few episodes from sci-fi tv show ‘Supernatural’ where Sam(Jared Padalecki) and Dean(Jensen Ackles) would have access to many cell/smart phones, and they would have to choose the right ‘type’ of identity in order to use those phones individually, since each cell/smart phone is associated with a specific yet possibly different identity that they are using. The best example I can think of right now to help you sense a different ‘type’ of identity coming from you is in episode 5.23 ‘I, Borg’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation(1992)’, when Picard(Patrick Stewart) was having a conversation with the Borg Hugh(Jonathan Del Arco). The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 34 minutes and 6 seconds into the episode. Here is a partial quote:

Hugh: ‘Locutus.’

Picard: ‘Yes. I am Locutus of Borg.’

Hugh: ‘Why are you here?’

So, if you watched previous Star Trek episodes and movies involving the Borg and Picard, you would know that Picard was once part of the Borg Collective. Even though in that episode Picard is currently no longer in the Borg Collective, Picard chooses to present to Hugh the identity ‘type’ used when he was in the Borg Collective, and his name was Locutus. Using that example, if you experienced a contemplation effort to remove that is a bit overwhelming and it may feel like it’s coming from you, you may contemplationally say to yourself ‘Remove not do’, so that you may not only choose to not use such a contemplation sense of removing, but you may also identify it as an identity ‘type’ that feels like it’s coming from you, but it’s not an identity type that you are using, and you did not do it, sort of like you are feeling the refurbished identity type of Locutus, but you are not using that identity type.

It is now 4:51 PM EST for me. I am going to stop now, and I will continue next Saturday by explaining the variations associated with idea ‘Remove not do’. Based on past performance, I will probably make even more ideas, but I will explain the variations for idea ‘Remove not do’ 1st. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Here we go!

(Said as a greeting.)

It is now 5:28 PM EST for me. I am sorry for starting so late today. I was doing something outside early this morning, and it took me longer than I thought to complete it. By the time I came back home, I was tired. I decided to get something to eat, and here I am. I will type at least something today, and I did make more ideas, but since I don’t have time to find a new music video, I’ll have to give you a music video I have already given you. What I am also going to do with that music video is help you with a possible problem you may be having. The music video I am recommending today is ‘Orange Trees’ by Marina. To watch it for free, search for phrase ‘orange trees marina’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 3.7 million views. It premiered Mar 22, 2019, just 4 months ago. Since I already recommended it for a previous list, I won’t say much about it. Here is a quote from it’s lyrics:

Flowers in my hair, I belong by the sea
Where we used to be, sitting by the orange trees
Summer in the air, bodies in the heat
Just you and me, sitting by the orange trees

Now, I know that I recommended that you watch the concert version of song ‘Run Away with Me’ by Carly Rae Jepsen back in Wishlist #1170, at 4/26/2019, about 3 months ago. It’s possible that a lot of kids, mostly girls, are still watching it, because they want to experience that ‘crying’ effect that it used to give them in the beginning. And so, based on my current ability, I am not aware of anything out there that can produce that effect again. It probably exists. After all, it’s just crying. I am just not aware of it. I just found/invented that one example, and decided that it was a good idea for you to have it. So, to help those kids that are still watching ‘Run Away with Me’, I recommend that you STOP watching it. Instead, to help you taper off/recover from that experience, I recommend that you watch instead music video ‘Run Away with Me’ by Marina. Based on my experience refurbished for this advice, it should help you calm down from the effects of watching music video ‘Run Away with Me’ many times. I just watched ‘Orange Trees’ twice earlier today, and I felt relaxed. Here’s how I recommend the girls watch music video ‘Orange Trees’: Just imagine that, instead of Marina singing and walking around in that music video, you are doing what she is, in a reasonable context. For example, just imagine doing what she’s doing. Don’t actually sit on a railing, like she does in one scene. That could be dangerous. You don’t have to actually know the lyrics. Just listen to it, and imagine that you are in the music video singing it. Watch the music video at least twice, and you should feel better. And of course, also STOP watching the concert performance of ‘Run Away with Me’. If you want to, you may watch it again from time to time in the future. Just give your mind and body some experience not watching it. Instead, enjoy watching music video ‘Orange Trees’ and recover.

I forgot to mention that I just thought about this ‘Orange Trees’ idea I think less than an hour ago today.

[It’s 6:00 PM EST for me. I am going to stop now. I made a mistake underestimating how long it would take me to finish that errand earlier today, and I don’t think I’ll make that mistake again. My Saturdays should be regularly free for the time being. Next Saturday, I will start this blog early, so that I can finish this list, and finish the previous list as well. Again, apologies. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Here we go!

(said as a greeting.)

Humility:

It is now 5:30 PM EST for me. I have made more ideas, but before I introduce them to you, I want to review the concept of humility to you using several episodes, refurbished with inapproprieities removed, of course, using several episodes from the sci-fi British secret service tv show ‘The Rook’, starring Adrian Lester as Conrad Grantchester. The show premiered on June 30, 2019 on Starz. If you have cable tv, the episodes may be available to you On Demand, but you may not be able to fast forward while watching them. The episodes are available streaming on Amazon.com using a Starz membership. I think it’s about 9 dollars a month, but Amazon offers you a 7 day trial period. So, if you are using the Starz membership through Amazon, and you just want to see the episodes using this advice, just remember to cancel the Starz membership after you have watched the episodes. If you don’t, you may forget about it, and end up paying a month or so for the Starz membership before you are able to cancel it.

All right. The music video I recommend for idea ‘Humility’ is called ‘Little Uneasy’ by Fazerdaze. She has a Wikipedia page, but it doesn’t say much. Here is a quote:

Amelia Murray (born 1993), better known under her stage name Fazerdaze, is a New Zealand singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.

Singles

  • Little Uneasy (2015, self-released)
There is no denying the fact that in certain health circumstances, all available cures in orthopedics or neurology could hardly tackle such kind of canada viagra discomfort. The buy tadalafil online created blood pressure makes it hard and erect. A lot of men today suffer from impotence, and it has the functions of clearing away heat and free viagra 100mg toxic material, invigorating spleen for diuresis and Promoting the blood circulation will be increased to the tissues of genital area and this results in harder and longer-lasting erections. Testosterone hormones can be restored to a therapeutic buy levitra online level through a replacement therapy.

I discovered Fazerdaze from www.youtube.com, publisher ‘Top 40 Music Charts’. In that page, I searched for phrase ‘new zealand’, and eventually used category ‘NEW ZEALAND TOP 40 Songs This Week |19 February 2019 | Music Chart’. That category shows 40 music videos, and one of Fazerdaze’s music videos was listed as #20. I searched for phrase ‘fazerdaze’ in www.youtube.com, to see what other music videos she made, and that’s how I found music video ‘Little Uneasy’. To watch ‘Little Uneasy’ for free, search for phrase ‘fazerdaze little uneasy’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 1.7 million views. It was published May 24, 2016, over 3 years ago. Here’s a quote from one of the comments:

‘ Music like this always makes me want to gather up all my friends, go for a long drive, and just reflect. Not saying anything while driving down an empty road. Sometimes you just need that in life, you know? ‘

Here’s a quote from the song ‘Little Uneasy’ from azlyrics.com:

I could never leave you if you let me try

Go on and let me try

If you choose to watch the music video ‘Fazerdaze’ and you like that music, then to me what the music video may show you is Fazerdaze skateboarding probably somewhere in New Zealand where there is almost no traffic. They probably suspended the traffic temporarily for the making of that music video. Since I think Fazerdaze is attractive, it was easy for me to enjoy watching her skateboard. I did have to watch it 3 times before my thoughts were relatively clear so that I can both enjoy the music’s ambiance, look at her skateboard, and also notice the music video’s scenery.

Before I begin idea ‘Humility’, I want to tell you in advance that the explanation may involve imagining that you are a centaur(half human and half horse) and a small pony. I know it sounds strange. One reference is from a comic book that talks about a woman centaur, and the other reference talks about a woman explaining to another woman how her father gave her a trained pony for her birthday. And from that, you use it to imagine a sense of humility. If you don’t want to do that, then don’t continue reading this idea. If you don’t read it, then your mind won’t use it. If you choose to read it, and don’t want to imagine it, then don’t imagine it. I used to use this idea, some time ago, but I don’t imagine using it anymore, not the ‘pony’ part. However, the ‘new information’ from tv show ‘The Rook’ I recently used, and I am still using it.

So, here is the definition of ‘humility’ from www.dictionary.com: ‘the quality or condition of being humble’.

So, here’s the 1st story for idea ‘Humility’: It began after 1977, after the 1st ‘Star Wars’ movie came out, let’s say 1985. A group of teenage boys living in the suburbs were all wearing custom made cloaks that the Jedi’s would wear in the movie when they would walk around in public. They were celebrating using their knowledge of ‘Star Wars’ as they would wear their ‘Star Wars’ cloaks. In that day, one of the neighbors had a costume party, and one of those teenagers went to the party wearing his Jedi cloak. And when he was there, he kneeled before the host. The host was a teenage girl, and it was her party. She said a few words involving humility, causing that teenage boy to have a ‘sour face’ reaction. That’s when he realized that he felt sick using such a sense of humility.

The point of that story is that that teenage boy was new at actively using such a sense of humility. That is why he felt uneasy when that teenage girl said those words to him, as he kneeled before her. Of course, that teenage boy was also using humility with his friends, and how they use their knowledge of ‘Star Wars’. There’s nothing wrong with those other uses of humility. However, if you are discouraged from using humility, and that discouragement can cause you to not use humility, well then, you have an ability that you are choosing to not use. The exercise I will type in is designed to help you have and use a sense of humility, if you choose to. One example that I can think of right now, and I don’t have proof, is when people who wear hats would talk to other people. If you are wearing a hat, before you talk to someone, if the situation warrants it, you may take you hat off as an obvious gesture of humility. If you are in a courtroom, you may have to take your hat off as a gesture of respect and humility for the courtroom.

The 1st reference is from web site www.comixology.com. It’s a digital comic book from the ‘Lucifer’ storyline, ‘Lucifer #24’. Just go to www.comixology.com, and search for phrase ‘lucifer 24’. The comic book cover page has a woman centaur on the front cover. It’s only about 2 dollars. Here’s the description of the storyline from www.comixology.com:

‘ A beautiful teenaged centaur dreams about the imminent danger that the Lightbringer will face. Deciding to carry a warning to him, she undertakes the long and perilous journey to the mythical land of Los Angeles. ‘

It’s only 24 comic book pages long, and it’s a little sad because she did not take into account certain effects of time travel that she exposed herself to when looking for Lucifer, the one who created her world and universe. I recommend that you read the comic book 1st, but you don’t have to. Either way, click ‘Browse Pages’, and choose page 21. Click ‘1 Page’ to see the whole page at once, and you can see the woman centaur kneeling before Lucifer using humility. Here’s the description from the comic book when it happened:

‘There was no doubt in my mind that this was ‘The Maker’. I had seen him so often in my dreams. My forelegs buckled and I groveled involuntarily, all strength draining out of me.’

Here is a quote from page 21:

Lucifer: ‘You’re from my world.’

Woman Centaur: ‘Yes, Maker. I am.’

Lucifer: ‘Then what are you doing here?’

Woman Centaur: ‘I came to bring you a message. But then I changed my mind.’ (The woman centaur then cries as she covers her face with her hands.)

So, if you use that scene when she is kneeling before Lucifer, the idea is that she felt a sense of humility from her very DNA to kneel before him. For the sake of sensing humility, you may imagine being like that woman centaur. Your very DNA senses that you should kneel before Lucifer, refurbished for advice, of course.

The 2nd reference is in episode 6.7 ‘Heartless’ from fantasy tv show ‘Once Upon a Time(2016)’. The episode is available streaming for about 2 dollars Standard Definition from Amazon.com, and in that episode, the Evil Queen(Lana Parrilla) is talking to Snow White(Ginnifer Goodwin). That scene starts, according to Amazon Video, 1 minute and 2 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

The Evil Queen: ‘Do you remember your 15th birthday? You wanted a pony. Your father bought one. A miniature horse, really. Tiny as a dog. And he had a trainer work with it for half a year. And then he brought you to the stables, to this sweet, little horse. And when you went to it, it did as it had been trained and bowed it’s head. Another loyal subject eager to honor you. Oh, I’ve never seen such delight as I did on your face when that tiny horse bowed to you. ‘This is my perfect day.’, you said.

I use public transportation regularly, especially when going to work and back. I use the public buses a lot. And after I watched that scene from ‘Once Upon A Time’, probably around the year 2016, some time during the bus ride, I would imagine that some sort of aspect of every passenger in that bus, usually it’s just adults, would look like Snow White(Ginnifer Goodwin) as I would bow my head before them. Without words, I imagined Snow White praising me, like the Evil Queen explained it to Snow White. I would see her face being very happy. Now that I think of it, I used the Snow White as she looked in that episode, not the Snow White when she was 15 years old. Any way, I think it worked. The idea for that imagined exercise is to use a sense of humility that is given a positive reciprocation. And that is what I recommend that you do with that scene from ‘Once Upon A Time’. If you use some sort of public transportation, such as a train or a bus, as you are a passenger sitting down in a reasonable context, use some of that free time to imagine yourself bowing before the people there, and they individually respond looking like Snow White. They’re very happy to see you do that.

Here is a story of one example of humility being used consistently in a worker’s routine: I imagined celebrity Bruce Willis based on his performance as cop John McClane in the ‘Die Hard’ movies, but instead of a cop, he is a businessman working for a company. In his normal work day, he starts using humility, but soon after, because of the negotiations he is involved with, that recognition of humility disappears. However, even though his use of humility seems like it’s not used, he begins with it every work day, and he is improving in it’s use.

Now, in the tv show ‘The Rook’, I admire how Conrad(Adrian Lester) maintains an identity of humility as he talks to his 2 bosses, Linda Farrier(Joely Richardson), who is also known as the King, and Jennifer Birch(Gina McKee). Both bosses seem to need Conrad to present himself using obvious humility. The scene I’m about to introduce to you from Amazon.com using Starz, episode 1.6 ‘The Rook(2019)’, shows you Conrad being used for humility by Jennifer Birch, Conrad desperately trying to express other forms of communication other than humility in a short moment, and Jennifer Birch’s response, which shows you that she does not want to hear those other forms of communication, and that she only wants him to use his humility. In episode 1.6 according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 36 minutes and 26 seconds into the episode, Conrad and Jennifer Birch are talking. Here is the quote:

Jennifer Birch: ‘This agency will continue to face–‘

Conrad: ‘I–I have information that I think–‘

Jennifer Birch: ‘I’m not finished. Challenges in the future much like what happened today in the park. You know, Linda clearly outwitted all of you with her… bizarre ability to willfully flatten the competition.’

Conrad: ‘One might say she attacked civilians.’

Jennifer Birch: ‘Oh, grow up Conrad. Eardrums heal. T-this soft-hearted approach to leadership is precisely the reason you’ll never be king.’

The 2nd part in that same episode begins 37 minutes and 51 seconds into the episode, when Conrad is showing Jennifer the recorded conversation between Conrad and the Rook, Myfanwy Thomas(Emma Greenwell). Here is the quote:

Conrad: ‘I know you think I might be happy about this.

Jennifer Birch: ‘Oh.’

Conrad: ‘But in reality, far from it. It pains me greatly to see this agency fractured. Plus I feel personally betrayed. Linda and I worked shoulder to shoulder.’

Jennifer Birch: (as she tries to drink something) ‘That’s nasty.’

Conrad: ‘Side by side while she lied to me. Look, it’s beyond incompetence. Oh, it-it’s criminal bordering on treasonous. (sighs) Look, I know it’s a lot to take in. And the decision is yours.’

Jennifer Birch: ‘Will you stop mansplaining and let me watch the tape?’ (Of course, edited for this advice).

So, for this advice refurbished, when Jennifer Birch said the word ‘mansplaining’, she is indicating that she doesn’t want to hear those other forms of communication that she usually hears in meetings. She is indicating to Conrad that she just wants Conrad to show humility when she needs to see it. Of course, for this advice, you are only using that scene between Conrad and Jennifer Birch. Since there are mature themes in the tv show, there are other scenes in the tv show between Conrad and Jennifer Birch that may be inappropriate for this blog.

The 2nd reference is a conversation between Conrad(the Queen) and Linda Farrier(the King). That scene is in episode 3.3 of series ‘The Rook’, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 27 minutes into the episode. In that scene, Conrad gets permission from Linda Farrier to interrogate the prisoner. Here is the quote:

Linda Farrier: ‘All right, he’s yours. But you know this man is Lugat. We need to maintain a united front.’

Conrad: ‘I would have it no other way.’

So, for both examples, it’s probably easier to imagine being like Conrad if you are a man, but since both examples are refurbished for advice, whether you are a boy, girl, man, or a woman, you may imagine doing what Conrad did. You may imagine maintaining a sense of humility as you have either Linda and/or Jennifer being your boss at work, and you just react the way Conrad reacted. If you are a kid, you may also imagine that Linda and/or Jennifer is your teacher at school, and you just react the way Conrad reacted, maintaining a use of humility.

It’s 9:32 PM EST for me now. As far as I’m concerned, I finished explaining idea ‘Humility’. I just have to proofread it and close it. I’ll probably do that next week. Tomorrow, I plan to explain to you idea ‘Stand still’. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

Salutations!

It is now 3:40 PM EST for me. I just proofread 3 of the previous lists today. I didn’t actually read them like I used to. All I did was type in the usual disclaimers and identify certain bookmarks at the end of the list. I would then seemingly just ‘look at’ the words. I think that’s what happens when you have three times as much work to do in one day for free blog advice. The good news is, even though I was very lax with the proofreading, I believe those 3 past lists were my best ideas so far.

[8/3/2019: A day or so after typing this ‘anal fissure’ information, I think it may have been 7/14/19, I realized that I may have been presumptuous for presenting this ‘anal fissure’ information to you. I probably insulted some of you, and for that, I officially apologize. I did not intend to maliciously insult anyone. It was a mistake. I may have lost a few readers because of that(people chose to no longer read this blog). So, after addressing that, if you choose to continue reading, I recommend that you also see this mistake as a learning lesson, especially for the kids. That way, if you are in a situation that is relevant, you can use what you learned here, for example, to avoid making such a mistake yourself. I’m not saying that it has to be about informing someone about anal fissures. It can be about talking about something that has some serious justification on your part, and you use that serious justification to explain something. And because of that serious justification, you may be presumptuous in informing others. As a solution, put some sort of explanation before using serious justification in your explanation. That way, at least you tried to avoid being somewhat presumptuous. And of course, that is what I am also doing now. For the future readers, I am using a little serious justification in my ‘anal fissure’ explanation. As of now, to be clear, it is not my intent to be presumptuous in explaining about anal fissures. Again, I apologize. And, of course, you don’t have to use anything in this blog, especially the ‘anal fissure’ information, if you don’t want to. 8/3/2019]

For those of you who want to know, I had anal fissure surgery, but I talked to the doctor who gave me that surgery that I had another problem in the external area. I thought it was called ‘external hemorrhoids’. He examined the area, and eventually prescribed a cream to place on the external area. Ever since then, I believe the problem got worse, and I saw another doctor this past Tuesday, 7/09/19, about it. He diagnosed that I had yet another anal fissure that was causing the bleeding. It was just closer to the external area, and recommended that I apply a gel to only the external area 2 times a day, and then see him again 3 weeks from then. If there is no significant progress with the gel, I am assuming that I would be offered a surgical solution that, based on my understanding, would relax the muscles in that area, which should allow that 2nd anal fissure to heal. The gel is not supposed to be used rectally, just on the external area. If I used this gel rectally(insert the medication using my finger), it will make the anal fissure worse. You may find this information useful, in case you experience a similar situation, or the information itself is useful to you. For example, you may have learned to clarify with your doctor how the gel is to be used. Some gels, creams, or ointments should be used rectally, others should only be used on the external area. Talk to your doctor to make sure.

Since it’s already 3:54 PM EST for me, I’m not going to type in any ideas today. Yesterday, I did a lot of walking, since the gel had to be bought from a specialty pharmacy. It had to be prepared in a way that other pharmacies in general could not do. I will type in other ideas next Saturday, so if you are there, I’ll see you then.

Salutations!

It is now 9:56 AM EST for me. I invented an idea this past Thursday morning, 7/18/2019, that I want to explain in the next list. I don’t want people reading about such an idea with my anal fissure complaints in it, so I’ll just explain it in the next list. I don’t expect people to have actually read the previous lists, but I did talk about my anal fissure problems before. I am aware that it’s possible that adults, especially parents, may believe that talking about anal fissures is inappropriate for kids, so to try to get back on your good side, so to speak, here’s my explanation: Here’s a quote from www.wikipedia.org about hemorrhoids:

‘ Approximately 50% to 66% of people have problems with hemorrhoids at some point in their lives. Males and females are both affected with about equal frequency. ‘

So, statistically, more than half of students in class will probably get hemorrhoids when they get older. Based on my experience with a previous anal fissure problem that I had resolved with surgery, it may take several years before a person finally has a possible anal fissure/hemorrhoids problem resolved by surgery, if surgery is warranted. For example, based on my experience, if you have the problem, you may 1st try to treat it with medication. As the 1st medication falters/does not work, your doctor will probably give you another form of medication that may work. And when the symptoms of your possible anal fissure problem gets worse to the point when medication is no longer acceptably effective, you may finally visit a colon and rectal surgeon. When that happens, let’s say 2 or more years have passed where you would just use your own finger to apply the medication in your rectum. So, when the colon and rectal surgeon would place a probe in your rectum to examine it, you may experience a lot of pain, because the only probe that you have been using for over 2 years was one of your own fingers. And it is my belief that, after a person experiences such pain, that person may believe that surgery to resolve such a problem is no longer acceptable, based on that pain that he/she experienced. And that initial decision may cause such a person to not use surgery to resolve such a problem for another year or more. So, based on my experience, without talking to someone about it, or being informed about it, it’s possible that not treating such a problem surgically may easily last for over 3 years.

So, based on my experience and belief, being informed about a possible anal fissure problem that may occur in the future can be very useful to people in general, even to kids. Here’s a question about hemorrhoids awareness: if kids are not informed about it, then when will they be informed about it? By the time an adult experiences such a problem, in my opinion, they may experience some discomfort for 3 years easily before deciding on their own through experience to use surgery to treat it. I believe that the major problem about hemorrhoids is that people in general are simply not aware enough about it. It is my belief that most people who will get hemorrhoids will just manage it’s pain for many years using pain creams/ointment/gels. It is my belief that such a course of pain management will limit their physical recreational activities. What happens if they are in a situation where their pain medications are not available for a significant amount of time, because of another place they choose to be or live in? Even if an arrangement could be made to allow such a person to have such pain medication available, will the person who has such a hemorrhoids problem be able to make such an arrangement on their own, or find someone else who can?

The solution I provided in the past, when the person who visited a colon and rectal doctor experienced pain, was to inform that person that, when the surgery occurs, he/she will be under some sort of anesthesia, such as general anesthesia, and will not feel any pain during surgery. When I had the surgery, I was given general anesthesia(I was asleep during the surgery). You see? Being informed makes a difference. So, to give you a tv show illustration that has some humor involved, I recommend watching a scene from episode 1.11 ‘Disrupt’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Almost Human(2014)’, starring Karl Urban as Detective John Kennex, and Michael Ealy as Dorian. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 7 minutes and 29 seconds into the episode, Detective Kennex is having a conversation with Halverson. Here is the quote:

Halverson: ‘Hey, listen, I thought Detective Paul was gonna be taking this one. Isn’t this his shift?’

Detective Kennex: ‘He’s out. Surgery.’

Halverson: ‘Is he okay?’

Detective Kennex: ‘Hemorrhoids. Internal… and external.’

Halverson: ‘Oh, that’s rough.’

Detective Kennex: ‘We’re taking up a collection for him. We’re gonna buy him one of those nice little donut pillows, you know? You might want to chip in.’

Halverson: ‘Yeah, that’s a good idea.’

To be clear, Detective Kennex in the episode has been making jokes about Detective Paul’s absence to the others in that law enforcement division, lies that the others interpret as true.

So, I’m going to give you that new idea I invented in the next list. After I’m finished with that, I’ll come back here and give you another idea.

I just thought of this less than a minute ago. It is now 10:58 AM for me. If a kid gets examined by a colon and rectal doctor and experiences pain from the probe, when that kid gets the surgery, he/she will be given anesthesia. Of course, talk to your parents and doctor about it. You won’t feel any pain during the surgery, since you may be asleep because of the anesthesia. It is my belief that the pain experienced during the 1st examination may discourage a lot of people from having the surgery. You won’t feel any pain during the surgery because you will probably be asleep because of the anesthesia.

It is now 11:49 AM EST for me. As a caution, I think I spent over 3 hours looking for a music video! So, based on my experience, if anyone is looking for music videos as part of their advice and they’re new at it, based on my experience, you will get used to it more, but you should be mindful as to how long you endeavor to look for it. At least most of the time that I would look for a music video, a lot of time would be used. Anyway, the music video I recommend is music video ‘Laugh It Off’ by Chelsea Jade. Wikipedia has a page about her, but doesn’t say anything specific about her song. Here is a quote:

‘ Chelsea Jade Metcalf (born 11 May 1989) is a South African-born New Zealand singer-songwriter and record producer based in Los Angeles, California. Vice has described her as New Zealand’s “Accidental Dream Pop Hero”. ‘

I found the music video from youtube.com’s publisher ‘Top 40 Music Charts’. I looked in Wikipedia to find the countries whose majority population speak English, and in the ‘Top 40 Music Charts’ youtube link, I typed in the country ‘new zealand’, since English is the main language used in that country. And from that selection, I chose ‘NEW ZEALAND TOP 40 Songs This Week | 31 July, 2018 | Music Chart’. In that selection, there are 40 music videos, and ‘Laugh It Off’ is #3. I chose this music video because Chelsea Jade does something in it that is not supposed to happen in America involving driving. In America, you’re supposed to wear a seat belt while in a car. However, while Chelsea Jade is performing in the music video, she is a car passenger that is sticking her head out a moving car. Clearly, she’s not wearing a seat belt. While I was watching that music video for the 1st time earlier today, since I live in America, I don’t normally see people sticking their heads out while in a moving car. They may cause the driver to get a ticket from a police officer if they do that. However, I do see from time to time dogs sticking their heads out while in moving cars. I am not trying to insult Chelsea Jade’s performance. It’s just that it is my belief that, in America, you’ll probably see the owner’s dog stick it’s head out while the car is moving, not an actual person. Also, there’s this scene where you are looking at a parked car expecting Chelsea Jade to be in it, and instead she is showing herself from another place. You might like watching the music video once. Here is a quote from the song:

Cause I got the good sense to laugh it off
But this is crazy
You make it seem like I’m the one
Who’s being shady

But your love is in the liminal

And maybe
Just maybe

Standard demographic is not standard:

Just a reminder, I said this a few times before, that the standard demographic advice I type in this blog should not be interpreted as standard. I have been doing this for several years, and even though I am not a psychiatrist, I believe I learned over time how to articulate these ideas better. If you read this blog, some of you may think that the expectations presented might be something that you should expect from other forms of information created by other non professional advice giving people. For example, if kids make a blog and give advice, I don’t expect many of the expectations that I have learned over the years to be in their blogs.

The next idea I have no name for yet, and may be explained from the following story: To warn the kids in advance, I don’t want them to freak about what I am about to type in. I only imagined it, and if you know of someone that did it, including yourself, I just imagined it. I am, after all, an adult. So, here’s the story: I imagined a girl while by the sink showing her mom something. She is holding a hand towel that has some water in it, and she is showing her mom that she is wringing it, causing some of the water to come out of it. In that context of the story, she was showing her that she is trying to get everything useful out of the blog she was reading.

I thought about that imagined moment, and of course it’s none of my business, what the girl showed her mom, and it caused me to have some concern as to how the kids could be very serious with the use of these ideas. And that is what caused me to invent the ‘James Bond Space Station’ story, and here it is:

It starts with a quote from the movie ‘A View to a Kill’ starring Roger Moore as James Bond, and Patrick Macnee as Sir Godfrey Tibbett. The movie is available from Amazon.com as a streaming purchase only, not as a rental. You don’t have to buy it. You can just read the quote, or just watch it from your cable tv service. The quot starts, according to Amazon Video, 38 minutes and 31 seconds into the movie, James Bond is talking to Sir Godfrey. Here is the quote:

James Bond: ‘Surgery. That is how Zorin won the race. The good Herr Dr. Mortner implanted one of these microchips into Pegasus. You see, these microchips are programmed to control an injection of additional natural horse steroids to overcome fatigue during the race.’

Sir Godfrey: ‘How?’

James Bond: ‘The injection with that small needle is triggered by a remote-controlled transmitter small enough to fit into the tip of a jockey’s whip or a cane.’

James Bond Space Station:

So, using that movie reference, here’s the ‘James Bond Space Station’ idea: I imagined that, if a government would make a space station with hundreds of people in it, they would need to be informed of certain things in order to live and interact with each other. It’s information that they would need to know. Since it’s important information, there is someone in that space station who is trained to teach those people what they need to know. And for this story, that someone talks like James Bond, like the way Bond explained to Sir Godfrey how the injection is administered. Before they would talk to Bond, they would probably at least attend the class where the information is originally presented. That way, that would make it easier to explain to that person what he/she needs to know.

So, if you think of that ‘James Bond Space Station’ story, you may imagine many people in that space station making an appointment to talk to James Bond, since they need to know certain things. And that imagined event may help you use this blog with another reference to think about. In other words, having the ability to teach people things that they need to know should make more sense to you.

It is now 2:16 PM EST for me. I’m going to close Wishlist #1181 now, proofread it, and continue with Wishlist #1182 later today.

Salutations!

It is now 6:19 PM EST for me. I am going to try an all-nighter and finish this new list today, without the proofreading. I want to do something tomorrow. I will probably still have some free time tomorrow, but still I want to finish this idea today. I can still continue Saturday, but I still want to finish this idea today. I know I said I will proofread the previous lists today. What I did today was my laundry, and some supermarket shopping. I then tried to look through all the stuff I copied in the cable box. So, I did do a lot today, and I still think that, in the next few days, I’ll proofread these 3 lists. It will just be done in a different order. Actually, now that I think about it, I’ll just type in a few hour’s worth today, and then try to finish this list tomorrow, when I get back home.

The music video I chose an hour or so today is from song ‘Hope’ by The Chainsmokers. Here is a quote from wikipedia about the song and music video:

‘ Dancing Astronaut described the song as having “rhythm and light synth patterns that create a tropical house feel, adding a soothing background for its verses of combined vocal contributions.”…
The song was described as being about “the desire of someone to be loved”. ‘

‘ The lyric video of the song was released on December 14, 2018. It features the Chainsmokers and Winona Oak “laying on the floor covered in colorful flashing lights”. Oak, being “the main focus of the video”, appears wearing a “tan trench coat and red flannel shirt”. ‘

Here is a quote from the lyrics of song ‘Hope’:

I only wanted you ’cause I couldn’t have you
Now that I know
That wasn’t love, that wasn’t love, that was just hope

That wasn’t love, that wasn’t love, that was just hope

I found the music video from publisher ‘DSC top music charts’, category ‘Romanian Top 100 Airplay 03 March 29 #99’. The music video ‘Hope’ was listed as #21. To watch the music video in www.youtube.com, search for phrase ‘hope chainsmokers’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 101 million views. I recommend that you watch the music video ‘full screen’, and that you stop watching it 2 minutes and 53 seconds into it. The end of that music video clip is not part of the song. It shows you what I think is called ‘post production’. The clip shows you a few seconds of what the singers and production crew do that is not shown during a music video. Also, if you skip that post-production, it helps you give more credence to the music video. Based on my experience watching the music video, I recommend that you watch it twice, and don’t look at the words at the bottom of the screen. Since they’re pretty much on the floor during the whole music video, if you read the words, you may miss some of the special effects the music video is showing. In my opinion, the music sounds OK. The appeal is that the singers do the whole music video on their backs.

Not do:

I want to introduce to you 2 illustrations before explaining idea ‘Not do’. The 1st illustration is in episode 11.2 ‘The Ghost Monument’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Doctor Who(2018)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, the 1st part of that illustration starts 4 minutes and 18 seconds into the episode, The Doctor(Jodie Whittaker) is talking to Epzo(Shaun Dooley). Here is the quote:

The Doctor: ‘I can get us into the atmosphere. If we jettison the rear section.’

The 2nd part starts 5 minutes and 4 seconds into the episode:

The Doctor: ‘Jettisoning.’

The Doctor looks like she pulls apart something, and you see the rear of the spacehip separated from the rest of the ship through the spaceship window. If you want to, you can imagine Isaac, that robot from the tv show ‘The Orville’, being in that other part of that spaceship. You can imagine seeing Isaac’s face in that other part of the ship that is separated. Since Isaac is a robot, for the purposes of imagining it, it shouldn’t bother him.

The 2nd illustration is in movie ‘Cruel Intentions 2’, starring Barry Flatman as Headmaster Sherman, Keri Lynn Pratt as Cherie Claymon, and Amy Adams as Kathryn Merteuil. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 14 minutes and 16 seconds into the movie, Kathryn Merteuil is giving a speech. It is during that speech that Cherie Claymon is having the hiccups. Here is the quote:

Kathryn: ‘With that said, I feel it is our responsibility…’

Cherie: (hiccupping)

Kathryn: ‘…to reach out and accept all new students…’

Cherie: (hiccupping)

Kathryn: ‘as members of…and accept all new students as…’

Cherie: (hiccupping)

14 minutes and 30 seconds into the movie, that is when it seemed like all of the other students attending were laughing because of Cherie’s hiccupping interrupting Kathryn’s speech. That is when Headmaster Sherman said to the students quote:

Headmaster Sherman: ‘Settle down, people.’

Idea ‘Not do’ is a clarification that the instigation you unavoidably experienced, you did ‘not do’. When you experience certain instigations, they may cause you to experience a certain reply that may discourage the effectiveness of your objectivity. So, even though you did not do that which you have experienced, when you would recall the experience, your objectivity may not be as effective as you would want it to be. The reason I am introducing this idea to you now is because you may have used idea ‘Not notify’, from Wishlist #1178. That means you may have the ability to clarify more in your mind that you did not do those instigations that you have experienced. To help you separate yourself from that experienced instigation, I recommend that you watch that ‘Doctor Who’ scene that I typed in earlier, when The Doctor separated the rear part of the ship. I believe that sense of separation may help you separate from the experienced instigation more.

I recommended the ‘Cruel Intentions 2’ scene to help you sense what I am talking about. In that scene, Headmaster Sherman said quote:

Headmaster Sherman: ‘Settle down, people.’

If you choose to think about it this way, almost all of the students attending were laughing. Headmaster Sherman had an understanding of why the students were laughing, but he did not laugh with them. Instead, he said to the students quote: ‘Settle down, people.’ If you choose to use the finished explanation of this idea, I believe your sense of objectivity will improve in regards to certain instigations. You will be able to sense somewhat an instigation, but choose to not interact with it in an obvious sense. So, refurbished, Headmaster Sherman did not laugh with the students, as he was trying to help them ‘settle down’.

Inform:

I believe I invented idea ‘Not do’ 7/1/2019, just a few days ago, on a Monday. To create an active use of the idea, I imagined that the instigations that I had experienced involved a sense of informing on my part. If I would think of a certain minor instigation, I would clarify to myself that I was just informing the instigator about the unacceptable presentation he/she was showing me. I did not have anything to do with that instigation. By imagining that all you did was inform the instigator, I believe that may help you contemplationally sense that you had nothing to do with that instigation.

Contradict rationalize:

The word ‘rationalize’ is from Wishlist #1176, from idea ‘False active rationalize’, that idea with comedian actor Tom Arnold. Here is a quote:

‘ Once you add those basic beliefs to the evaluations of that instigator, you now may be able to remove that bothersome rationalizing the instigator is associated with as well. You don’t have to commit to certain rationalizings an instigator has caused you to think about. And that is why I call this idea ‘False active rationalize’. Even though an instigator presents a certain instigation related rationalizing, you don’t have to commit to it’s use. You can remove it. ‘

I invented idea ‘Contradict rationalize’ while I was in the laundromat earlier today. Idea ‘Contradict rationalize’ is a variation for idea ‘Not do’. Idea ‘Contradict’ means that you are experiencing an instigation that is causing you to experience a contemplation that contradicts your chosen sense of intent. It is like an instigator imposing a false accusation for you to ponder. By definition, it is a false accusation, but the instigator caused you to have a contemplation for it. So, when you put together idea ‘Contradict’ with idea ‘Rationalize’, you get ‘Contradict rationalize’, an imposed sense of rationalization that contradicts your chosen sense of intent.

[It is now 8:10 PM EST for me. Wow. It looks like I should think about this idea more, to make it easier for me to explain it. I know what the idea means, and I believe I can explain it. I’ll just explain it tomorrow, when I am more prepared to explain it. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

Salutations!

It is now 5:03 PM EST for me. The good news is that I succeeded in my project. My project was to make myself aware of a new public transportation route. I’ve been thinking about it ‘on and off’ for years, but I never got around to it, not until today. Instead of just looking at it on some map from the internet, I used it, enough of it, at least. The not so good news is that I was kind of lazy going about it. It’s now 5:08 PM, and there were probably a few? people checking on this blog, wondering when I will type something in.

Before I explain idea ‘Contradict rationalize’, I thought of 2 ideas recently I believe should be typed in before explaining ‘Contradict rationalize. The 1st idea is called ‘Sustaining motivation’, and I don’t have a name yet for the 2nd idea. After that, I will explain idea ‘Contradict rationalize’ in this list.

Sustaining motivation:

Here’s the illustration I chose for idea ‘Sustaining motivation’. It is in episode 3.22 ‘Explorers’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine(1995)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com. If you have Amazon Prime, there is no additional payment necessary. According to Amazon Video, that scene starts 15 minutes and 45 seconds into the episode, Commander Sisko(Avery Brooks) is having a conversation with Gul Dukat(Marc Alaimo) using video teleconferencing. Before I begin that quote, here is a quote from www.wikipedia.org about that scene:

‘ A brief exchange with Gul Dukat(Marc Alaimo) reveals political undertones to the adventure: a success would mean accepting accomplishments of the ancient Bajorans that the Cardassians have dismissed as “fairy tales”. ‘

Now, here is the quote:

Gul Dukat: ‘Commander, I contacted you out of concern for your safety, but you seem to be intimating that I’ve made some sort of threat.’

Sisko: ‘Ah, then I’m glad I was wrong. For a moment there, I thought that you had been put in charge of the Cardassiann Ministry for the Refutation of Bajoran Fairy Tales.’

Gul Dukat: ‘Since I don’t seem to be able to dissuade you from undertaking this little voyage of yours, I’ll wish you luck instead. Let’s hope you don’t need it.’

Here is the idea I made: many instigators have the ability to cause an innocent person to experience an adverse change in motivation use. For example, when you experience a minor instigation at school or work, that may temporarily wane/deconstruct your sense of motivation to attend school or to work. The ‘Explorers’ example I offered you show 2 men who both have a sustained sense of motivation to talk about Sisko’s situation. I just thought of this less than 30 seconds ago. The illustration is in episode 2.14 ‘Five Easy Pieces of Libby’ from fantasy tv show ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch(1998)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 8 minutes and 40 seconds into the episode. If memory serves, as some sort of punishment, Sabrina(Melissa Joan Hart) has to work in close proximity with Libby(Jenna Leigh Green). However, since Libby’s insults are dismissing Sabrina’s efforts to have a sustained sense of motivation, Sabrina tries to discontinue her close proximity work with Libby. Here is the quote:

Libby: ‘Why have you decided to become my shadow all of a sudden?’

Sabrina: ‘Well, I figured since we’re going to be working together, you know, maybe we could find a common ground.’

Libby: ‘Any ground I found with you would, indeed, be common.’

Sabrina: (chuckles) ‘You know, um, wait. I-I-I’m just trying to get to know you better.’

Libby: ‘Well, I’m popular, confident, nonfreakish–everything you’re not. And if you insist on traipsing after me, could you at least wear a higher quality perfume?’

Sabrina: ‘Okay, enough. Nothing is worth this. I don’t care what happens to me.’

And that is when Sabrina physically separates her close proximity work with Libby.

Another instigation that is also identified by idea ‘Sustaining motivation’ is when a typical instigation causes you to feel a sense of euphoria when engaging in conversations that you prefer. I guess it’s like that classic saying, ‘Feed a cold, starve a fever.’ The problem with that situation, is that, even though you are unaware that you are using it, or it doesn’t matter since you are doing nothing wrong anyway, it’s still a sense of euphoria/eagerness that is partially dependant on instigation. And what happens with long term exposure for such an effect? The answer/solution I invented for this situation and for the ‘Sabrina’ situation is to cultivate your own sustained sense of motivation. That way, if one runs out, you will have another to work with. In the ‘Explorers’ example, when Sisko was having a conversation with Gul Dukat, Sisko was planning to have that trip with his son Jake(Cirroc Lofton). So, Sisko does have an obvious sustained sense of motivation when talking to Gul Dukat. The motivation doesn’t have to bee cheery and optimistic, like the previous examples show. I just recommend that you are able to have a sustained sense of motivation for certain things that you choose to do. That way, let’s say if the ongoing use of motivation falters, or if an instigation causes you to have a dismissing sense of motivation, then maybe you may have other forms of motivation that may allow you to continue.

In depth:

I got the idea I now call ‘In depth’ from episode 7.5 ‘Into the Woods’ from crime mystery tv show ‘Elementary(2019)’. The episode recently aired on June 20, 2019. In that scene, Joan Watson(Lucy Liu) is having a conversation with Sherlock(Jonny Lee Miller). The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 12 minutes and 10 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Joan: ‘I’m thinking about our work. I mean, the guy is sitting on the most extensive trove of private user data in the world. I mean, you don’t think that would be a nice resource for a couple of detectives?’

Sherlock: (sighs) ‘How do you suggest we proceed?’

When I watched Sherlock sigh, whether it was the 1st time, or the few times I saw that scene again(I would watch again certain scenes), I thought that Sherlock was privately disappointed in the way Joan talked to him. He’s not blaming her for that. If you watched an episode of ‘Elementary’, you may notice that Sherlock tends to give solutions that are ‘in depth’, that have a certain entertaining identity of substance. From time to time, when Sherlock has conversations with Joan, even though they are plutonically more than friends, he gets privately disappointed in the way Joan talks to him. I think it’s just an occupational hazard for Sherlock. Joan is not doing anything wrong.

My point is that, based on that ‘Elementary’ example, the kids that are reading this blog may expect answers from me that are ‘in depth’. I’m not saying that there’s anything wrong with that. After all, you want answers that work, and I am trying to give you answers that are useful to you. My concern is that, it is my belief that when Sherlock was disappointed in Joan, from that perspective vantage point, I believe that most people in America talk like Joan. When we have conversations with each other, we don’t normally blurt out ‘in depth’ statements to each other. I want the kids to know that. That way, you can continue having conversations with other kids and adults without being too dependant upon ‘in depth’ statements being in those conversations. It is also my belief that certain instigators encourage innocent people to be too dependant to respond to ‘in depth’ statements by improperly imposing upon them instigations that have ‘in depth’ interpretations. One reason why I think they do that is so that innocent people may end up in relationships with instigators, since it is my belief that many instigators can provide ‘in depth’ statements for innocent people to respond to, when they choose not to instigate.

[It’s now 7:06 PM EST for me. Tomorrow, I will finally finish explaining idea ‘Contradict rationalize’, and then hopefully finish proofreading all 3 ideas. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

It is now 8:49 AM EST for me. I think this is the fastest time that I’ve ever found a new music video. I think it was under 5 minutes. I found this music video from www.youtube.com. It’s in category ‘Music’, sub-category ‘New Music This Week’. It was in the 1st place I looked today. Category ‘New Music This Week’ has 99 music videos, and it’s #82. The music video is from song ‘Twang’ by Mason Ramsey. Here is a short quote from www.wikipedia.org:

‘ Mason Ramsey (born November 16, 2006) is an American singer. After gaining Internet fame from a viral video of him yodeling Hank Williams’ “Lovesick Blues” in a Walmart, Ramsey was signed to Big Loud Records in 2018. ‘

So, according to wikipedia, Mason Ramsey is 12 years old. If you choose to, since Mason Ramsey is presenting himself to be a country singer, you can evaluate him as one of the many dialects that exist in America. I believe that most Americans, including myself, are not familiar with the many different dialects that exist in America. For example, if you don’t have actual experience interacting with someone that has an obvious Texas dialect, then here’s an example: imagine an asian lady, such as Chinese or Korean, wearing a Texas hat like Mason wore in his music video ‘Twang’, and she says to you ‘Howdy!’ Since I believe that most states in America is a ‘melting pot’ of different cultures and beliefs, what is also happening is that the people were were born in those states that have different nationalities assimilate the dialect traits from those states. There was this one movie I watched, I don’t remember it’s name, when someone was talking to a hispanic lady, wondering why she doesn’t speak Spanish. She said to the person something like quote ‘I’m American born, poppy!’ So, people with different nationalities, such as hispanic, Korean, Chinese, being born in America and adopting the dialects associated with where they were born.

Anyway, here is a quote from web site www.vulture.com, a review for song ‘Twang’:

‘ The Yodeling Prince Mason Ramsey is back. The 12-year-old viral sensation returned this week with a new song called “Twang,” along with a music video. The so-called “motion picture,” according to his Instagram, features Ramsey using his cowboy charms in school to woo a girl twice his height. He sings about how she loves him for his “twang” and “reminds her of a little Hank.” He stands on top of tables with his fashionable boots and finds a rose to give her before he’s quickly dragged away (by just his tiny arm) into the principal’s office. ‘

Here’s a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Twang’:

She loves me for my twang
Reminds her of a little Hank
When she hears me on the radio
She knows that it’s me by the way I sing

Music video ‘Twang’ premiered Jun 14, 2019, less than a month ago, and it has almost 3 million views. Earlier today, I watched it once.

Before I continue explaining, I want to add an illustration to speed things up here a little. It is from comic book ‘Batman/Superman (2013-2016) #3. It’s available digital from www.comixology.com, and it’s about 3 dollars plus tax. To purchase it, go to www.comixology.com, search for phrase ‘batman superman’, scroll down to ‘Series’, and click the one where Superman’s left arm is stretched out, or the one from (2013-2016). Scroll down, and it’s #3. Here’s it’s explanation:

‘ It’s a showdown that could shatter two worlds when Batman and Superman battle the Superman and Batman of Earth 2. ‘

So, basically, a much younger Superman and Batman who meet each other for the 1st time meet a much older Superman and Batman from an alternate reality called ‘Earth 2’. In the scene I will quote, the older Batman proves to the younger Batman and Superman that he has the capability to be the worst, most dangerous instigator on Earth! If you choose to purchase it, click ‘Read’, then go to page 20. The quote is from pages 20-21:

Older Batman: ‘I’m sorry, Clark. I had to stop you before you reached them. They could actually kill you. But I promise you, I didn’t know about the big crystal. I didn’t learn what they were up to until—‘

Older Superman: ‘It’s all right. Let’s just…’

That’s the moment when the older Batman stretched out his hand so that the older Superman could help him.

Younger Superman and younger Batman: ‘Don’t trust him!’

Page 21:

Older Superman: (talking to the younger Batman and the younger Supeman) ‘Ha. This has all been strange and kind of fun, hasn’t it? But now it’s time to be serious. We grew up on different worlds in different ways. But I know you, Bruce. And I definitely know you, Clark. You’re wearing those capes because you want to help people. And that’s exactly what we’re going to do. Now that shard is the most dangerous thing on this planet. Who’s going to help me destroy it? We’re wasting time. Let’s do this.’

Younger Superman: (talking to younger Batman) ‘You first.’

Younger Batman: ‘Psh.’

Before I continue explaining, just a reminder that it is my belief that an experienced instigation may cause an innocent person to get expelled from school, get fired from his/her job, and even cause an innocent person(at least innocent before experiencing such an instigation) to go to jail. One obvious purpose for these ideas is to help innocent people avoid such things from happening to them. Of course, you probably go to school with certain instigators, even work with some of them. You can even be friends with them, and maybe if you choose to, when you are old enough to, even marry them. And for the record, I don’t believe I am an instigator.

Contradict rationalize:

Let’s start by revisiting idea ‘Not notify’, from Wishlist #1178. For the sake of the kids reading this(it’s my belief that not every kid will be in a study group reading this stuff), here’s another illustration, refurbished for advice. It’s not used to teach you how to invest. The scene is in drama movie ‘Wall Street(1987)’, starring Charlie Sheen as Bud Fox, and Terence Stamp as Sir Larry Wildman. The movie is available streaming to rent and to buy from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 45 minutes, and 44 seconds into the movie. Bud Fox is talking to the union representatives.

Bud Fox: ‘When it hits 23, you guys to Gekko and you lower the boom. When he learns he has no union concessions, he’ll jump ship and sell everything he’s got.

Toni Carpenter(Jean De Baer): ‘Yeah, but who’s gonna buy then, and what’s to prevent some other shark from coming along and devouring us?’

And that leads to the scene with Sir Larry Wildman, which starts 1 hour, 46 minutes, and 3 seconds into the movie.

Bud Fox: ‘Sir Lawrence— or can I call you Larry? What would you say to owning Bluestar Airlines with union concessions at $18 a share?’

Sir Larry Wildman: ‘I might be very interested. Why you, mate? What’s a bloke like you doing mixed up with Gekko?’

Bud Fox: ‘Let’s just say that me and Mr. Gekko have a serious conflict of interest. But we all want to see this airline work. These figures show that it can.’

Sir Larry Wildman: ‘You’re prepared to take these large salary cuts?’

Duncan Wilmore(William G. Knight): ‘We are, but we want a contract agreement that’s ironclad. So if you buy it, you can’t break it up.’

Sir Larry Wildman: ‘I’m still listening.’

And finally, 1 hour, 52 minutes, and 43 seconds into the movie, as Gekko(Michael Douglas) is watching the news, a follow up as to what Sir Larry Wildman did:

tv news: ‘But then tonight amidst all the scuttlebutt, another rumble shook the street. According to many sources, raider Sir Lawrence Wildman has stepped in and bought a substantial block of Bluestar, and is going to announce a deal tomorrow at 18(stock price) that includes the support of the unions.’

So, idea ‘Not notify’ is a little like what Sir Lawrence Wildman did for the stock price of Bluestar. He stabilized it. When you think of using idea ‘Not notify’, it’s very likely to me that you think of a normal perspective, whether it’s for school or work, and that is the normal perspective that you sustain and maintain. So, I’ll give you some examples as to how to use that normal perspective of yours:

1)…Let’s say that, because you were complaining to an instigator, that led you to talk to your teacher or boss. According to your normal perspective, you don’t normally talk to your teacher or boss because of a complaint you made with an instigator. Therefore, you take that out. You ‘Sir Lawrence Wildman’ your normal perspective without that incident. According to your normal perspective, talking to your teacher or boss about a complaint you made with an instigator is not a normal occurrence, and should not be thought of as a normal occurrence.

Isolated incident:

2) Have you ever heard of the term ‘isolated incident’? I just did a search using www.google.com, and used a link from web site www.idoceonline.com, and here is the definition I am using for ‘isolated incident’: ‘an isolated action, event, example, etc happens only once, and is not likely to happen again’, and the example is ‘Police say that last week’s protest was an isolated incident.’ So, if you experience what you believe to be an isolated incident at school or at work, take that out, too, in reference to your normal perspective created by idea ‘Not notify’.

Pragmatic luxury hotel:

3) In Wishlist #1148, I introduced you to idea ‘Pragmatic luxury hotel’. Here’s a recommended illustration for that. It is in episode 2.3 ‘Prisoners’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Stargate SG-1(1998)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 8 minutes and 2 seconds into the episode, Colonel O’Neill(Richard Dean Anderson) is talking to Teal’c(Christopher Judge). Here is the quote:

O’Neill: ‘Teal’c, look scary and take point.’

8 minutes and 19 seconds into the episode, Teal’c walks past 2 men, but the men would not let the others pass.

O’Neill: ‘Uh, we’re with him.’

O’Neill points to Teal’c, and the 2 men let the others pass.

I think this is with at least most high schools in America. Other students notify each other if a certain student gets into trouble, and the students think about what is happening to that student. For example, the student is sent to the principal’s office, and the students wonder what the principal will say to that student. So, I think it’s a common thing for high school students and adult to think about what is happening to other students or employees who get into trouble. And that is what I am addressing, the ‘thinking’ part. I don’t have proof, but I believe it is very likely that instigators try to manipulate how you think about them getting into trouble. The point I am trying to make is that, when you are just thinking about it, let’s say you imagine an instigator or instigators talking to management and those with authority, you are not accomodated to actually be there, not by the instigator(s), and not by management and those with authority. You are just thinking about it. Therefore, if that is true, take all of that out from your normal perspective created by idea ‘Not notify’. I’m not saying don’t think about it anymore. I’m saying that for your chosen normal perspective created with idea ‘Not notify’, let’s say just certain notions that you find bothersome, you were not actually accomodated to interact with them. Of course, you are just? thinking about it. The problem is that the instigations you may experience may influence how you think about it. And that is why I offered you that ‘Stargate’ example. In that scene, the rest of that team depended upon Teal’c’s warrior experience to allow them to walk around that prison world. There is no shame or many other things involved. I believe it may be useful to see because they depended upon how the other prisoners perceived Teal’c. I offered you that example out of concern as to how you evaluate the capabilities of others. Now, this is based on how you think about instigators getting talked to: just because a person has a capability doesn’t necessarily have to mean anything. For example, a police officer has the capability to arrest people. That doesn’t mean that, if I talk to a police officer, I will get arrested, simply because that police officer has the capability to arrest me. It’s how you think about the capabilities of instigators when they are talked to by management and those with authority that concerns me.

The solution is that, since you were not accomodated to be there, take all of that out from your chosen normal perspective created by idea ‘Not notify’. If you want to keep thinking about that, sure. Just don’t use it as part of your chosen normal perspective. In my opinion, you’re just doing some of their dirty work for them.

Actual expect:

4) I just invented idea ‘Actual expect’ I think it was 1:43 PM EST, just a few minutes ago. It is now 1:52 PM. Here is a quote from where this idea came from. It is from part of the idea called ‘1st Wall’, in Wishlist #1178. Here is the quote:

‘ From their perspective, about 90% of it’s original expectations have already been lost, and it’s part of their job to reinstate as much of those expectations as possible. Now, keep in mind that those volunteers also have the resources of the company to work with, and it is the 1st time the company is doing something like this. And that is where I imagine certain instigators come in. I imagined that certain instigators are some of those volunteers, and they use the frustrations created trying to bring back those expectations as an excuse to instigate you. ‘

It is my belief that instigators like irony. For example, if they’re doing something at work that is knowingly hurting others, they may also want innocent people to partially, adversely respond to some? of the expectations as to why they are hurting others. So, here is where idea ‘Actual expect’ comes from:

‘ And that is where I imagine certain instigators come in. I imagined that certain instigators are some of those volunteers, and they use the frustrations created trying to bring back those expectations as an excuse to instigate you. ‘

Basically, an instigator may also instigate you in order to adversely encourage you to experience a certain frustration from an eagerness to bring back certain expectations that are not being met by the instigation. So, for example, if an instigator causes you to experience an instigation, and you complain to that instigator, it’s possible that the instigator is trying to cause you to eagerly want to bring back certain expectations lost from that experienced instigation, but in a context that addresses some of their own frustrations that cause them to hurt others. I call that phenomena ‘Actual expect’, when an instigator is causing you to commit to an actual sense of expectation that involves somes sort of adverse ironic gripe that they have.

If that is the problem, now that you know what it may be, the solution I recommend is that you take out that ‘Actual expect’ nonsense from your chosen normal perspective created by idea ‘Not notify’.

Contradict rationalize:

If you read those 4 ideas, I now think you are better able to find useful idea ‘Contradict rationalize’. I’ve been giving it some thought recently, and the best example I can think of for idea ‘Contradict rationalize’ is in movie ‘Freejack(1992)’, starring Mick Jagger as Vacendak, and Esai Morales as Ripper. The movie is available streaming for rental and purchase from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts, refurbished for advice of course, 21 minutes and 42 seconds into the movie, Vacendak is having a conversation with Ripper. Here is the quote:

Vacendak: ‘Know anyone indulging in a little commerce on the side, Ripper?’

Ripper: (sighs) ‘I don’t, but it’s worth checking.’

Vacendak: ‘It sure is.’ (the movie then zooms into Vacendak’s face) ‘Step up.’

Ripper: (chuckles) ‘Come on, Victor.’ (Ripper then places his hand on the lie detector test) ‘I never have, nor will I ever divulge information outside of this organization to anyone. And frankly, I’m surprised you would even test me.’

Vacendak: ‘I’m not testing you, Ripper. I’m testing the machine.’

The machine: ‘CLEAR’

Vacendak: ‘And it works.’

I feel a little sick recommending this, but without quoting it, I recommend watching episode 6.18 ‘Starship Mine’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation’, and episode 3.19 ‘Through The Looking Glass’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine’. Both episodes are available from Amazon.com, and if you have Amazon Prime, there is no additional payment. I am recommending them to watch because in ‘The Next Generation’, Picard is portraying another personality that is not his own, and in ‘Deep Space Nine’, Sisko is also portraying another character that is not his own. I believe that can help you find more useful idea ‘Contradict rationalize’.

Here’s the idea for ‘Contradict rationalize’: if you made your own technique, and it’s not legitimately trained for you to have, such as being a psychiatrist or a government agent, and you have been using such a technique for several years or more, you would have developed a sense of confidence of justification, a certain consistent identity that you are ‘in the right’. And that feeling to be ‘in the right’ is encouraged by instigations that are easily identified by you as being unacceptable. So, according to idea ‘Contradict rationalize’, you can still experience a contradicting sense of your chosen rationalization, even though you have a technique that allows you to feel ‘in the right’ consistently. If you are an adult, in the past, instigators may have imposed instigations upon you that were false accusations. That was then. Now, with several years of using your technique, your feeling to be ‘in the right’ seems to be secure. That is why I offered you that ‘Freejack’ illustration. If you watch that scene, notice that even though Ripper believes himself to be innocent, he still experienced a contradicting sense of his own rationalization use as he was about to take the lie detector test. Here is a quote:

Ripper: (chuckles) ‘Come on, Victor.’

Ripper still is distraught and conflicted, even though he passed the test. And that is what I may think may happen to you, but in a context of an instigation. You experience such an instigation, whether you are at school or at work, and all of a sudden, you are experiencing a contradictory sense of rationalization. The good news is, with idea ‘Not notify’ and the 4 ideas I typed in this list, idea ‘Contradict rationalize’ can help you more tenably allocate such contradictions of rationalization. Think of the situation innocent people are generally in. They have what is called ‘Preferred objectivity’, and ‘Actual available objectivity’. With a little practice, you can create your own distinctions as to what those 2 phrases mean. Using idea ‘Not notify’, with a little practice, you can experience more objectively instigations that may cause you to have a contradicting sense of rationalization, but you do’t have to use it. In other words, instead of going through all of that frustration and conflict Ripper went through in the movie ‘Freejack’, you can instead choose to not use such a contradicting sense of rationalization.

[It’s 3:44 PM EST. It looks like I wasn’t able to finish this list, and of course I wasn’t able to proofread these 3 lists. The good news is that I think I offered you ideas that you may find useful. Next Saturday, even though I probably won’t, I will finish this list, and I will proofread these 3 lists. What may probably happen instead is that I will make another idea or ideas that I believe will be useful to you, and I will type that in instead. What I will hopefully do is finish proofreading the last 2 ideas this coming Friday, and then finally finish this list and proofread it next Saturday. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.
