Greetings.
It is now 10:16 AM EST for me.
Before I begin, I want to talk about a purchase I recently made that I think may be useful to you. I recently purchased jackets that get easily wrinkled made of cotton and polyester. The laundromat that I would normally go to doesn’t allow you to fold your clothes anymore. So, what I would have to do is stuff the clothes from the dryer into the laundry bag without folding them. After I came home from the laundromat yesterday, I noticed that the jackets that I recently purchased were very wrinked. So, what I did was use the Isteam steamer luxury edition. It’s a small handheld steamer. The water it retains gives you a few minutes of steam that I used to remove the wrinkles from one of my jackets. It’s the 1st time that I used a steamer in years. According to Amazon.com, it’s only about 38 dollars, and it’s available for Amazon Prime shipping.
Soon after I used it, I checked google to compare it to other steamers, and based on an article that I found, I recently ordered another steamer that seems to have more features that the Isteam. Here’s it’s name from Amazon.com:
Sunbeam Handheld Garment Travel Steam Press for Clothes, Bedding, Fabric , Odor removing, Dust mites, Bed bugs
According to Amazon.com, that costs about 55 dollars, and it also has available Amazon Prime shipping.
So, if you are also using a laundromat that no longer allows you to fold your clothes, and you noticed that certain clothes are very wrinkled because of that new rule, I recommend that you buy the Sunbeam steamer.
To be clear, using a steamer in my opinion to remove those wrinkles from your clothes is better than not using a steamer at all. In that context, I recommend both the Isteam and the Sunbeam. However, if you are in a situation where you have a choice, I recommend the Sunbeam, even though I am currently using the Isteam and have no problems with that. I need to use a steamer now as I wait for the Sunbeam to be delivered to me. Also, to help you decide, you can do a google search for steamers, and both the Isteam and the Sunbeam are offered illustrations and explanations from Amazon.com. Based on the illustrations, I like the ‘fact’ that, according to the Sunbeam video, the Sunbeam steamer is able to kill dust mites and bed bugs using it’s hot steam.
If you are putting most of your clothes in a laundry bag without folding them, then if you need certain clothing articles to have no wrinkles, then a steamer should do the trick. For example, I also recently purchased cloth masks, and I washed and dried them in the laundromat yesterday. The Isteam steamer removed most of the wrinkles made after I used them on the dryer. If you are in a similar situation, you may find a steamer useful to you for articles of clothing that would be more useful to you if you had most of the wrinkles steamed out of them. You may purchase an article of clothing in the near future that will be wrinkled if you do not fold it soon after you dry it. Having a steamer could be very handy in such a situation. I’m not making any money promoting the use of a steamer. I just thought you may find it useful to have. And since they’re only $38 to $55 dollars, in my opinion, that’s not that expensive for the convenience it may create for you.

All right! The music video that I found earlier today using the homepage of www.youtube.com, and watched for the 1st time, and I am recommending it for this advice, is called ‘Buy My Own Drinks’ by Runaway June. This is also the 1st time that I’ve heard of such a group. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about the song and the music video:
“Buy My Own Drinks” is an uptempo “ebullient female anthem” about a woman who goes out for drinks following the end of a relationship and celebrates how she doesn’t need a man.
…it features the 3 members of the group as bartenders at a local bar, as well as younger versions of themselves reenacting each member’s dreams if they weren’t a singer: an artist, a dog groomer, and a bouncer.
—
Of course, the music video is refurbished for this advice. If you choose to watch it, it’s not used in a context where you go in a bar to drink. It’s about women given a positive perspective example as to how to go about continuing after the end of a relationship. If you watch it that way, and that’s the way that I watched it, I fully encourage women to ‘buy my own drinks’, so to speak, even though many women in that situation may not want my opinion, which I believe I have an understanding for.
Watched in that context, to not use the drinking part, kids may find watching the music video entertaining because you also see a portrayed younger kids version of the 3 women from group ‘Runaway June’ also perform.
I found music video ‘Buy My Own Drinks’ from a selection in the homepage of youtube that said:
Mix – Caroline Jones – “Gulf Coast Girl” – ft. Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesneey, …
It was one of those collections of music videos because I previously viewed music video ‘Gulf Coast Girl’. That’s where I noticed ‘Runaway June’, which led me to the music video ‘Buy My Own Drinks’. Here’s a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Buy My Own Drinks’:
I can buy my own drinks
I can pay my own tab
At the end of the night when they cut on all the lights
I can call my own cab
I can drop my own change in the jukebox
I can dance all by myself
‘Til I can stop thinkin’ ’bout drinkin’ ’bout him
I don’t need nobody else
Yeah, I can buy my own drinks
(Tonight, tonight, tonight)
Yeah, I can buy my own drinks
(Tonight, tonight, tonight)
—
To watch music video ‘Buy My Own Drinks’ for free, in www.youtube.com, search for phrase ‘runaway june’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 5 million views. The music video premiered Mar 2, 2019, over 1 year and 3 months ago.

I want a certain music to go with what I’m about to type in, and with respect said, I don’t want it to be ‘Buy My Own Drinks’. The music I recommend is from the movie ‘The Dark Knight Rises(2012)’, starring Christian Bale as Batman. It’s the music played when Batman was chasing Bane(Tom Hardy). The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com for rental and purchase, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 45 minutes and 59 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Officer Jansen(Will Estes): ‘What’s going on with the lights?’
Veteran cop(Brent Briscoe): ‘It can’t be.’
Officer Jansen: ‘What the heck was that?’
Veteran cop: ‘Oh boy, you are in for a show tonight, son.’
The music starts 46 minutes and 18 seconds into the movie, when you see the man running away from the bike.
So, while you are reading the beginnings of this advice, I recommend that, at the same time, you think of that music from that ‘Batman’ movie.
Wishlist #1234 is a continuation of Wishlist #1233. I just thought there was already too much information in Wishlist #1233, and so it may look better for you and for me if I just continued in a new list.

If you choose to, you can begin thinking of that ‘Batman’ music now.
Lie:
If you choose to use idea ‘Lie’, for example, when you contemplationally say the word ‘Lie’, I want to give that use of the idea ‘Lie’ some sort of effectiveness. So, I’ll begin by explaining what I want idea ‘Lie’ to do for you: To begin, imagine a grammar school classroom of kids are being allowed by the school to be in a zoo for a few hours. One of the boys is throwing rocks at a few of the animals. Another boy that notices that tells the boy that it is wrong for him to do that, and he should stop throwing those rocks.
The boy who noticed that the other boy was throwing rocks was informing the boy to stop throwing those rocks at the animals. That boy who was informing was not throwing the rocks, but he was informing the boy who was throwing the rocks to stop throwing those rocks at the animals. One type of instigation which I think is very common, I believe that it’s very common in America, I don”t have proof that it is, is that an instigator may adversely cause you to interact with a mistake, especially if you have not committed the mistake yourself. In that situation with the 2 boys, in the context of the story that I gave, nothing like that happened. The boy who was throwing the rocks simply stopped throwing those rocks. So, here’s 2 illustration examples from 2 movies where an innocent person experienced a lingering sense of interaction with a mistake from another that he/she did not commit:
The 1st example is from the comedy movie ‘Unfinished Business(2015)’, starring Ella Anderson(Bess Trunkman) and Vince Vaughn(Dan Trunkman). I think that Ella Anderson in 2015 was portraying a 6 year old girl. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 9 minutes and 50 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Bess Trunkman: ‘Can I ask you a question before you go?’
Dan Trunkman: ‘Oh honey, my plane’s gonna–‘
Dan Trunkman: ‘Is it a little question?’
Bess Trunkman: ‘Kind of.’
Dan Trunkman: ‘Okay, yeah. What is your little question?’
Bess Trunkman: ‘When I go to school, I don’t like to go to school at all. It makes my stomach hurt. The jokes hurt my feelings. I cry in the bathroom, and pretend to poop for… I don’t know, two hours.’
—
The 2nd reference I think men in general can relate to, if they have been in their jobs for a few years or more, and have experienced mild to moderate forms of instigation in their jobs. The 1st scene is in fantasy movie ‘Circle of Iron(1978)’, starring Anthony de Longis(Morthond) and Cord(Jeff Cooper). The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and is available to be watched without additional payment if you have Amazon Prime. According to Amazon Video, that scene occurs during a fighting competition between Cord and Morthond. It happened after Cord caused Morthond to fall to the ground, after Cord punched Morthond. Soon after that, Cord punched Morthond in the stomach/chest area. It’s the expression of Morthond’s face after Cord punched him that I’m addressing. It happened 7 minutes and 3 seconds into the movie. If you ‘pause’ that scene, you can see that Morthond’s eyes and mouth are wide open. In the context of movie watching, I believe that Morthond did not react that way because he was in pain because of the punch. He reacted that way because the punch was an illegal maneuver, something that should not happen during the competition. That ‘eyes and mouth wide open’ look reminds me of men in general experiencing a certain instigation for the 1st time that they can recall, an instigation that should not exist in the job. The men are perplexed, maybe even a little shocked, that such a thing just occurred. And, of course, they were not physically touched. It was something that they were forced to experience, something that should not exist.
To validate that Morthond indeed did experience such an illegal maneuver, here’s a scene, a conversation between Cord and White Robe(Roddy McDowall). That scene starts 8 minutes into the movie.
Cord: ‘You’ve, uh, made a mistake. You gave the medallion to the wrong man.’
Terrible knees, for example, those influenced by joint inflammation are generally brought about by fixing and debilitating viagra properien http://robertrobb.com/2018/01/ of muscles prompting firm, difficult joints. Using quality medicines would be the best solution to overcome sexual dysfunction problems with ease. viagra generic cheap 2. Does overdosing cause trouble? Overdose is strictly restricted and as per medical experts, consulting a doctor in case viagra 100mg pills of overdose is highly essential as it is a mandate. Because of this efficiency this drug has become the favourite of ED patients as it is introduced in pills that are generic super viagra taken orally to relieve ED.White Robe: ‘Is this your color?’
Cord: ‘No.’
White Robe: ‘There was no error. You hit him after he was down. There are rules, and you have broken them. You have chosen to break almost every rule of the contest.’
Another example of Cord causing Morthond to adversely interact with Cord’s mistakes starts 12 minutes and 19 seconds into the movie:
Morthond: ‘One year ago, I took a vow of silence.’
Cord: ‘When did you break it?’
Morthond: ‘Now! Why are you following me?’
—
So, here’s the meaning for idea ‘Lie’: When you experience a mild to moderate form of instigation and/or inadvertency that is causing you to adversely interact with a mistake that you did not make yourself, you contemplationally say the word ‘Lie’, and that is supposed to help you disassociate with such an adverse interaction. For example, you choose to not participate with it, you did not choose to interact with it, it is not even something you agreed to address. You instead create and interact with a perspective where such an adverse interaction with a mistake does not even exist.
In Wishlist #1220, 2/29/2020, I introduced you to the idea called ‘Cold turkey’. When you use idea ‘Lie’, what is also involved is that you can also continue to comment/complain about the experience. The experience is like this: you can contemplationally complain about the instigation, you can instead interact with the perspective that does not even have the mistake, and you can interact with the perspective that has a mix of both. That’s why I call that ‘Cold turkey’. Here’s a short quote from Wishlist #1220:
When you make new ideas, I don’t want you to go ‘cold-turkey’, to just make a commitment to just use those new ideas, and nothing else. I recommend that you allow yourself to contemplationally complain, and to make new ideas.
—
And now, here is the actual, 1st example that illustrates how idea ‘Lie’ is used. Here is a quote from the previous list, Wishlist #1233:
—
The 2nd example is in episode 5.1 ‘Enemies’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate SG-1’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and the entire series is available without additional payment if you have Amazon Prime. The scene involves Colonel O’Neill(Richard Dean Anderson) and Teal’c(Christopher Judge) talking. Here is a few words about that scene from wikipedia.org:
‘ After Apophis has brainwashed Teal’c…’
—
The scene is edited for this advice, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 20 minutes and 29 seconds into the episode:
O’Neill: ‘Come on, we’re friends. You’re trying to tell me you don’t remember what’s happened these past 4 years?’
Teal’c: ‘I remember everything. It makes me ill to think I was forced to pretend to be your friend. So many times I saved your life when I wished I could watch you get hurt.’
O’Neill: ‘It hurts me that you would say that, but that’s OK, because I know it’s not true.’
—
It is now 1:48 PM EST for me. I am going to take a break, and then continue later today. I’ll be back.
—
It’s now 2:20 PM EST for me. So, here’s the part of the ‘Stargate’ quote that I’ll be extrapolating from:
O’Neill: ‘It hurts me that you would say that, but that’s OK, because I know it’s not true.’
So, basically, according to Teal’c, ‘So many times I saved your life when I wished I could watch you get hurt.’ According to the episode, Teal’c is brainwashed.(It’s been years since I watched the episode last time.) If you choose to imagine that Teal’c said such things, refurbished for advice, of course, it’s not true, because the way Teal’c normally thinks is being adversely manipulated. So, if you choose to imagine and evaluate what Teal’c said, you may evaluate those things as being not true, that they are lies, even though such statements, such contemplation identities, have an obvious identity in your mind. You see? This is the 1st example as to how idea ‘Lie’ will be used.
Here’s another illustration example from Wishlist #1233:
An illustration example, refurbished with inapproprieities removed, of course, is in episode 4.5 ‘Haunted’ from action sci-fi tv show ‘Arrow(2015)’.
In the illustration, Thea(Willa Holland) is talking to her brother Oliver(Stephen Amell). The illustration starts 35 minutes and 35 seconds into the episode. Here is a quote:
Thea:-‘Well, he’s a very specific kind of yummy.’
Oliver:-‘Oh! I’m going to pretend I didn’t hear you just say that.’
—
Refurbished for advice, of course, in the tv series, Thea is Oliver’s sister, and she said:
Thea:-‘Well, he’s a very specific kind of yummy.’
—
That is something that a woman might say to her sister, not her brother! That is why Oliver said:
Oliver:-‘Oh! I’m going to pretend I didn’t hear you just say that.’
—
Oliver thought it was inappropriate/unacceptable for Thea to tell him such a thing. Therefore, he is going to pretend he didn’t hear his sister say that to him. You can use idea ‘Lie’ to contemplationally identify such an unacceptable interpretation, also as it relates to your composure response, and even though you experienced it, you may interpret that experience as a ‘lie’, as something that is not addressed by you, not interacted by you, not participated by you.
What I am trying to do is give you examples to practice using idea ‘Lie’ with. The ‘Stargate’ example I believe is the best 1 example, and the other examples are made to help develop your understanding for using idea ‘Lie’.
—
It is now 2:36 PM EST for me. I think you have enough to help you start and develop your use of idea ‘Lie’. I’m going to stop now. Next week, I plan to give you more variations of idea ‘Lie’. I think I should be able to better explain those variations by next week, and by then, you may have chosen to learn idea ‘Lie’, and that experience may help you learn the other variations. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.
In case you want to know, after I type this, I plan to finish installing my Iphone SE, take an ‘UBER passenger’ tutorial I’ll find in youtube, and then install the uber app. I plan to start using that uber app tomorrow.
