Wishlist #1235

6/27/2020

Salutations.

It is now 7:49 AM EST for me.

This list is just a continuation of Wishlist #1234, last week’s list. I want to continue explaining idea ‘Lie’ with a new list.

It is my belief that many teenagers and adults are having a ‘field day’, so to speak, with using Wishlist #1234, the beginning explanation of the ‘Lie’ idea. Even if that may be true, I still try to take into consideration that kids may be reading these ideas. And so, one of the reasons I am introducing the music video I watched for the 1st time earlier today, and the movie trailer, is to show to the kids that may be reading this blog that I am, indeed, trying to take into consideration that kids may be reading this blog. I am also aware that I also encourage kids to be skeptical as to what they read in this blog, but if you are a kid who’s been reading this blog for a while, and you are being skeptical, then at least you have some experience being skeptical.

Both the music video AND the movie trailer are from Disney. In other words, when you watch them, you can allow your senses to be more open to what you see, compared to let’s say movies and tv shows you choose not to watch because of their inappropriate content. The music video I am recommending for this blog is called ‘We Own The Summer’ by Milo Manheim. I found the music video in www.youtube.com, publisher ‘DisneyMusicVevo’. Click that, then go to category ‘New Videos from Disney Music Group’. And that’s where you’ll find it. It was published Jun 12, 2020, about 2 weeks ago, and it already has over 3.2 million views!

Here’s a quote from the lyrics to song ‘We Own The Summer’:

Oh
Staying up all night
Talk, text till whenever
We’re gonna be alright
Cause’ we own the summer

Even though I’ve only seen a few social distancing video clips, and I didn’t see the entire clip on most of those clips, in my opinion, music video ‘We Own The Summer’ seems to me to be the most professionally made. I’m not saying that the others that I have watched were not professionally made. I’m saying that, if you choose to watch it, you can allow your senses to respond to it. And it doesn’t have that ‘stay at home’ look that some? of those video clips that promote social distancing seem to have. It looks to me like the most professionally made, encouraging the senses to be used, social distancing music video that is out there. I only watched it once for the 1st time earlier today, but that’s my opinion.

The Disney movie trailer is called ‘Artemis Fowl’. Here’s a quote from wikipedia:

The film details the adventures of Artemis Fown II,  a 12-year-old Irish prodigy who teams up with his faithful servant, a dwarf, and a fairy in order to rescue his father, Artemis Fowl I, who has been kidnapped by another fairy looking to reclaim an item the Fown family has stolen.

Ferdia Shaw as Artemis Fowl II, a 12-year-old human criminal mastermind, with exceptionally high intelligence.

Colin Farrell as Artemis Fowl I, Artemis’ absent father and criminal mastermind.

To watch the movie trailer ‘Artemis Fowl’ for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘artemis fowl trailer’, and it should be one of the selections offered, with over 6 million views. It is published by Walt Disney Studios on Mar 2, 2020, almost 4 months ago.

Even though I only watched the trailer once earlier today, I like the way Artemis was able to ‘team up’ with others, like teaming up with a dwarf and a fairy.

It’s 8:57 AM EST for me. I’m going to take a break now. I’ll be back today.

It is now 9:35 AM EST for me. Before I begin, I want to introduce to you to something that may be useful to many of you, but not all of you. It’s just a vitamin B supplement, but some of you may find it useful. I bought mine from a pharmacy, but the exact brand is sold in Amazon.com for about 8 dollars, and it has Amazon Prime shipping. Here is a quote from Amazon:

‘Nature Made Super B-Complex with Vitamin C Tablets…’

The advice I am giving are for adults, but if you are a kid or a young teenager, and you feel that this advice also applies to you, then I recommend that you talk to your doctor about it. Even though the tv show ‘GATTEN!’ is publicly available to watch, I don’t remember seeing any kids being tested for the deficiency in the few minutes of the show that I watched.

I recorded this tv show called ‘GATTEN!’ from cable tv channel ‘NHKHD’ on June 13, 2020, two weeks ago. I finally watched more of it yesterday. If you want to watch it, the episode is offered in the internet. Using www.google.com, search for phrase ‘nhkhd gatten’, and it should provide you with a link to watch it. Basically, the episode called ‘Feeling tired? Fight it!’ talks about Anemia. According to their independent public tests, about 1/4 of the general public has Anemia, and they don’t know that they have it. Go to www.wikipedia.org, and search for phrase ‘anemia’. Here is a quote:

Anemia (also spelled anaemia) is a decrease in the total amount of red blood cells (RBCs) or hemoglobin in the blood,[3][4] or a lowered ability of the blood to carry oxygen.[5] When anemia comes on slowly, the symptoms are often vague and may include feeling tired, weakness, shortness of breath, and a poor ability to exercise.[1] When the anemia comes on quickly, symptoms may include confusion, feeling like one is going to pass outloss of consciousness, and increased thirst.

Treatment for anemia depends on cause and severity. Vitamin supplements given orally (folic acid or vitamin B12) or intramuscularly (vitamin B12) will replace specific deficiencies.

Mild to moderate iron-deficiency anemia is treated by oral iron supplementation with ferrous sulfateferrous fumarate, or ferrous gluconate. Daily iron supplements have been shown to be effective in reducing anemia in women of childbearing age.

Vitamin C aids in the body’s ability to absorb iron…

I recommend that you watch a few minutes of that ‘GATTEN!’ episode, just to see the testimonies of the people who were tested. Some didn’t know that they had it, because they never felt excessively tired, and others did experience symptoms of feeling tired within the diagnostic context of having anemia.

After I watched it yesterday, I went to a pharmacy and selected a multi-vitamin that had both folic acid and Vitamin B12. That multi vitamin was the one that I recommended called ‘

‘Nature Made Super B-Complex with Vitamin C Tablets…’

Just by looking at the bottle label ingredients from Amazon.com, there’s 625% of B12, 167% of folic acid, and 167% of Vitamin C. Since it’s just a multi-vitamin, you can just buy it over the counter without needing a prescription. Here is one of the customer reviews from Amazon.com:

Yes! This… and my energy has returned to that of my childhood! I used to need naps multiple times a day and I would STILL BE TIRED. I noticed a difference the 2nd day. My sleep has gotten better and all around I’m very impressed.

After taking the multi-vitamin yesterday, I noticed that I felt less tired. In my condition, when I would go to the laundromat, I would feel tired. And there are also moments when I would contemplationally say to myself ‘I need to sleep.’ Now, after taking that multi-vitamin, I feel better. I also plan to take the iron supplement that wikipedia recommended, but I plan to do that next week.

So, if you feel tired while using your daily routine, that could be because of anemia. If you take the multi-vitamin, that’s only about 8 dollars from Amazon.com, and I purchased mine from a pharmacy, and you only need to take one pill a day, and it’s anemia, you should feel less tired.

I forgot to mention that, according to the tv show ‘GATTEN!’, ‘Gatten’ in Japanese means ‘Got it.’ I’m assuming that means an emphasized acknowledgement that ‘I understand’. [6/27/2020: I am also guessing that it may mean ‘something that is acquired’, such as ‘I got it!’ 6/27/2020]

Keep identity of blame(revisited):

Idea ‘Keep identity of blame’ I think was 1st introduced in Wishlist #1220. According to the blog, it was typed in 2/29/2020. Here is a quote:

The main scene starts 2 minutes and 31 seconds into the music video, where it looks like Olivia’s mom interrupted a kissing situation between Olivia and the teenager she met using Tinder. So, here’s the story I made for that scene:

Olivia is using the Tinder app to meet many males. The problem is that she is not honoring the commitments she is making with them. She would meet them, and on the 1st date, she would another commitment to meet them again, and then never show up for that commitment. At least 2 examples from the music video ‘Fade Out’ shows this. Since tv shows/movies/music videos don’t show everything, based on the story I made up, Olivia was doing this to many males that she would meet for the 1st time using the Tinder app. And I don’t know how, but her mother found out that she was abusing the use of the Tinder app. And so, when Olivia brought one of those males to her home, Olivia’s mother planned to cause the male she is dating to keep an identity of a certain blame that she will cause him to experience. What Olivia’s mom did was interrupt Olivia and that male she met using the Tinder app before they were about to kiss. If you look at that scene, 2 minutes and 31 seconds into the music video, both Olivia and her date both reacted to Olivia’s mom interrupting them before they kissed. Here’s a quote from Wishlist #1208 as to what happened afterward:

That moment caused the teenage boy to feel awkward and confused, and as a result, he left. 3 minutes and 2 seconds into the music video, Olivia tries to have a live chat with that teenage boy. Here is the quote:

‘ I’m sooooo sry, that was SO awk! ‘

The teenage boy created a reply in advance:

‘ You’ve been blocked by… ‘

So, clearly, the teenage boy is keeping the identity of that blame that was created by Olivia’s mom, as indicated by the phrase:

That kind of medicine is named as cialis without and tadalafil called cialis. viagra canada overnight http://icks.org/n/data/ijks/1482467798_add_file_8.pdf It is not a serious medical condition, and can be consumed both dried and raw. The reviews of VigRx Plus finally mentioned about viagra on sale cheapest some of the results you can get. A female may be infected by other conditions that have demonstrated issues with the treatment’s side purchase levitra effects include medications for blood pressure, drugs containing Nitrate and certain heart conditions.

‘ You’ve been blocked by… ‘

Olivia’s mom wanted Olivia to improve her dating use of the Tinder app by causing that teenager to ‘keep the identity of the blame’ that she created for him to experience. Since he’s still a teenager, his response was predictable. He chose to never see Olivia again in such a dating situation.

You can use that one example created by the woman who portrayed Olivia’s mom to extrapolate many examples as to how instigators may cause you to ‘keep the identity of the blame’.

If you choose to use idea ‘Lie’, idea ‘Keep identity of blame’ should be more effective for you. For example, for very mild to certain moderate forms of instigation, you should feel confidently objective about blames that such instigations were/are trying to encourage you to keep. Let’s look at a scene again in the music video ‘Fade Out’ by Olivia O’Brien. To watch it, in www.youtube.com, search for phrase ‘fade out olivia o’brien’. 2 minutes and 34 seconds into that music video, notice that Olivia is looking at her Tinder app date. That is the moment when that teenage boy is choosing to ‘keep the identity of a blame’ that Olivia’s mom wants him to keep.

So, with the use of idea ‘Lie’, idea ‘Keep identity of blame’ should be more effective for you. So, here is the ‘new’ idea I invented a few days ago. I’m not sure, but it could have been 6/23/2020, this past Tuesday. In the original definition of idea ‘Keep identity of blame’, the blame the instigator would encourage you to keep would be from you, for example, just like the one in the music video ‘Fade Out’, the teenage boy was encouraged by Olivia’s mom to ‘hold a grudge’, to keep an identity of blame, a blame that was coming from him.

Now, in this new definition of ‘Keep identity of blame’, the blame encouraged for you to keep is from another person, not from you. I think one popular experience is when a person is falsely accused of something, and clearly the blame is coming from those who are accusing you of something, and since it’s a false accusation, the innocent person being falsely accused only senses the blame coming from those who are falsely accusing him/her of that thing.

I think a very popular movie depicting an innocent man experiencing a false accusation is the action movie ‘The Fugitive(1993)’, starring Harrison Ford as Dr. Richard Kimble, a man struggling to prove his innocence while a seasoned U.S. Marshal and law enforcement are trying to catch him.

As usual, this is the 1st time I’m putting the idea into words. Using idea ‘Lie’ and ‘Keep identity of blame’, if an instigator and/or inadvertency is encouraging you to keep the identity of a blame that is, for example, from a person that believes that you had done something wrong, you can evaluate obvious emphasis aspects of such a blame as being a ‘lie’, meaning that you don’t have to commit to such an emphasis of blame. For example, an instigator wants you to ‘rub your tummy and pat your head at the same time’, just to interact and understand a blame that is not even true. And even if it were true, you don’t have to continue interacting with such an identity of blame just to evaluate and understand it. For example, I believe that we live in a society where mindreaders don’t officially exist yet. So, it’s possible a person can get in trouble in school for something he/she did not do. When I was in school, someone wrote something on the chalkboard, left, and when the teacher arrived, she blamed me for it. Of course, I believe I didn’t do it, but that teacher gave me the impression that she believed that I did it, and I got some verbal warning for it. With this new idea that uses idea ‘Lie’ and ‘Keep identity of blame’, I can choose to evaluate her emphasis of me committing that act as a ‘lie’, and and stop interacting with her emphasis of blame.

Now, for the adults who have been working in the same job for a few years or more, let’s say your boss accuses you of something that you did not do. For example, someone in your job verbally berated your boss, and your boss for some reason blames you for it. You can use the fact that such a blame is coming from your boss, and not from you, and you can identify such a blame as a ‘lie’, meaning that the blame is coming from your boss, and not from you. You did not make that blame, your boss did. And you do not have to directly interact with it’s emphasis. In fact, since it already happened, even when you would recall such an experience, you don’t even have to interact with such an emphasis of blame again.

I created an idea called ‘Snowball’ in Wishlist #1151, an idea published 11/24/2018. Here is a quick quote:

Some of the instigations that you have experienced or may experience in the future, even though it is obvious where the instigation came from, you may find it difficult to make a direct association of that instigation to that instigator. That is one of the reasons why I invented idea ‘Snowball’. Not only are you able to identify the instigation using a ‘snowball’ to separate the instigation from the instigator, but you are also able to allocate the experience more tenably, since the instigation may be able to be identified as separate from the instigator that created it.

With the ‘Snowball’ idea, you can identify an insistence of blame that does not need an obvious point of origin. You can identify it in a context that it did not come from you, and that’s it. So, if you sense an insistence of blame, but you are unsure who it’s coming from, you can evaluate it as an insistence of blame that is not coming from you without needing to know who is specifically causing it. You can then call it a ‘lie’, and that’s that.

I believe I got a lot of help with creating the variations for ideas ‘Lie’ and ‘Keep identity of blame’ from episode 3.17 ‘That Which Survives’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: The Original Series(1969)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and no additional payment is needed if you have Amazon Prime shipping. In that scene, Mr. Spock(Leonard Nimoy) is talking to Scott(James Doohan). The scene, according to Amazon Video, starts 42 minutes and 16 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Spock: ‘Mr. Scott, reverse polarity on your magnetic probe.’

Scott: ‘Reverse polarity?’

Spock: ‘That is correct, Mr. Scott.’

Scott: ‘That’ll take some doing and what purpose could it…’

Spock: ‘Please commence. I’ll explain. You were correct in your “feel”. The Enterprise was put through a molecular transporter and reassembled slightly out of phase. Reversed polarity should seal the incision.’

So, basically, I call that scene the ‘Reverse polarity’ idea. I was able to create other variations of idea ‘Keep identity of blame’ by ‘reversing it’s polarity’, so to speak.

Here’s my explanation of what happened in that ‘That Which Survives’ scene: Spock is the only sentient being in Starfleet who would have been able to know that the Enterprise was teleported slightly out of phase. After all, the Vulcans are the ones that gave humanity the ability to have a working use of warp drive. Sure, Zefram Cockran discovered warp drive, but the Vulcans made it possible for humanity to have an accelerated use of warp drive, good enough to interact with other alien races. For example, here is a quote from the movie ‘Star Trek: The Motion Picture(1979)’. The movie is available without additional payment if you have Amazon Prime. 49 minutes and 53 seconds into the movie, here is a quote:

Captain Kirk: ‘Thanks to Mr. Spock’s timely arrival, and assistance, we have the engines rebalanced into full warp capacity. Repair time, less than three hours.’

It is my belief in a sci-fi context that Mr. Spock is the only one with Starfleet experience who can repair the engines in such a short period of time.

So, to recap quickly, in the original idea of ‘Keep identity of blame’, if you choose to use the idea, the blame is encouraged to come from you. Using the ‘Lie’ idea, and you should feel a positive sense of objectivity when the blame is encouraged to come from you. For very mild to certain moderate forms of instigation, it should be very easy for you to more tenably allocate such instigations.

And then there’s a use of ‘Keep identity of blame’ with idea ‘Lie’ where the blame has the insistence of coming from another person, for example, a person who is falsely accusing you of something.

And then there’s a use of ‘Keep identity of blame’ with idea ‘Lie’ where the blame is identified as not coming from you using the ‘Snowball’ idea.

It is now 1:57 PM EST for me. I am going to stop now, and I plan to continue maybe this coming Friday. Because I haven’t added disclaimers for a few of the previous lists, the priority for Friday will be to do just that, to ‘close’ the previous lists, as well as close this list. I don’t know if I will have time to add another list. Maybe I will, I don’t know. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

[6/27/2020: It is now 6:20 PM EST for me. I encouraged you to buy:

‘Nature Made Super B-Complex with Vitamin C Tablets…’

if you have anemia. Less than a minute or so ago, I just ordered from Amazon:

‘ Nature Made Iron 65 mg Tabs, 180 ct ‘

It’s only about 7 dollars, and it has Amazon Prime shipping available. Since you only take one pill a day, that’s about 6 months worth of Iron supplement for about 7 dollars, and it’s also from ‘Nature Made’, like the previous recommendation. Here’s a quote about ‘Iron supplement’ from wikipedia.org:

Ferrous salts used as supplements by mouth include ferrous fumarateferrous gluconateferrous succinate, and ferrous sulfate.

The Iron supplement used by ‘Nature Made’ uses Ferrous Sulfate. If you go to Amazon.com to look at the customer reviews, there are over 1100 positive customer reviews in America out of a total of 1243 reviews. Here are a few quotes from those reviews:

I’m dealing with chronic, sometimes severe anemia along with Crohns and need an iron supplement to keep my blood in good working condition. I was getting prescription supplements for a while but the nausea forced me to look for other options. I tried a few brands and some were ok, some were pretty horrible, but these from Nature Made are really great. Bulk quantity, low price, zero nausea, zero upset stomach, and they have pretty good quality control standards.

After taking these long enough to build up in my system I don’t feel the effects of anemia too often and most of the time my lab results come back in the normal range. I’ve gotten to the point where I am able to take one pill every other day and maintain decent health.

If you need an iron supplement and others haven’t worked or made you feel sick, give these a try. For me, they’re the best brand I’ve been able to find after a few years of trial and error.

Okay this is a review written by somebody who knows a LOT about anemia. I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant. At week 20 or so I was (again) diagnosed with anemia which is pretty common for pregnant women. But anyways, it was a disaster – I craved ice ALL THE TIME. I literally was addicted to chewing it which is no good for my teeth. But few weeks in with these iron supplements, and the addiction started to slowly fade out. Its helping! So I say definitely give it a try if you’re anemic.

I took this tablet after a meal instead of during it. Big mistake! It was likely because of this reason that I started to have side effects of an upset stomach, nausea, and vomiting. The bottle did indicate that “taking with a meal may minimize the possibility of stomach upset.” I suggest you guys to learn from my mistake. This is still a good supplement for those of you who are anemic. Hopefully you guys will have a better experience than I did.
