Salutations.
It is now 8:56 PM EST for me.
The reason I am typing this list at this time is because I don’t want to type this specific advice tomorrow. Also, I’m not a doctor, but it feels like my right ankle is sprained. I think it happened when I was carrying my laundry bag and cart up the stairs. I didn’t feel the pain as I carried it, but after I got the stuff in the house and took my right sock off, I felt it.
Before I begin the advice I don’t want to type in tomorrow, I want to recommend what I purchased earlier today because of the mild discomfort I am feeling from the right ankle of my foot. After I do that, I’ll recommend a music video, then begin the advice.
I purchased a cart that, instead of using one wheel per side, it uses 3 wheels per side, a ‘tri-wheel’. That allows the cart to more easily go up and down the stairs. To my knowledge, I have never used such a cart before, and for years, I’ve been pretty much carrying my laundry and laundry cart up the stairs. When I would go down the stairs, I would drag the laundry bag down, and hold the laundry cart with another hand.
I thought of the idea earlier today, after experiencing the pain from my right ankle, from an episode of MacGyver, episode 4.4 ‘Windmill + Acetone + Celluloid + Firing Pin’ from tv series ‘MacGyver(2020)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com. In that episode, Bozer(Justin Hires) is explaining to Russ Taylor(Henry Ian Cusick) about how he was able to move items using the stairs. Later in the episode, the cart invented is illustrated to be used. The plot of the episode is about somehow safely? moving a bomb, but that’s not important. You don’t have to use that for this advice. The scene when Bozer explains it starts, according to Amazon Video, 24 minutes and 24 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:
Bozer: ‘Or… Delivery man.
Taylor: ‘What?’
Bozer: ‘I also used to deliver appliances for a big box store. There was this thing my boss Carl gave us to lift the refrigerators and dishwashers up the stairs to apartments without elevators, so he didn’t need to spend the cash to hire a third guy. Hated that thing.’
Taylor: ‘Well, we need that thing.’
—
In case you want to know, I mostly ‘fast-forward’ through those MacGyver episodes. A few of those episodes I would mostly watch.
So, I thought about that episode earlier today, and then I looked in Amazon.com to see if they sell laundry carts that have the tri-wheels. From the selection that I found, I eventually selected
‘Helping Hand FQ39906BK Deluxe Stair Climber Cart Black’.
There are 2 different colors offered in Amazon.com, black and silver. They also sell this model in www.walmart.com in black, silver, and red. I mentioned that to help give legitimacy to this product.
According to Amazon, I won’t receive it, not until Sept. 3+. Amazon Prime shipping does not apply for this cart, but free delivery is still offered. And it costs about 40 dollars. So, if you are still carrying things up and down the stairs where you live, you may want to consider purchasing this laundry cart with the tri-wheels. If you look at carts from Amazon.com, other models, some of those models have video clips that show you how to use those tri-wheel carts. This particular model doesn’t have a video clip.

It is now 9:35 PM EST for me. The music video I recommend for this list is called ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ featuring NEIMY. I found it in www.youtube.com looking for UK music video. I used the phrase ‘UK top 40 august 2020’, and eventually selected publisher ‘Billboard Top Songs’. I clicked that, and then selected ‘UK Official Singles Chart Top 50 (28th August, 2020)’. That offers I think 50 short UK video clips. ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ is #18, 3 minutes and 19 seconds into that video selection. To watch ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘neimy dancing in the moonlight’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 2.4 million views. The publisher is ‘MrRevillz’, and it was published Nov. 9, 2018.
Here’s a quote from the song:
Dancing in the moonlight
Everybody’s feeling warm and bright
It’s such a fine and natural sight
Everybody’s dancing in the moonlight
—
I saw it for the 1st time earlier today, and my impression of what I saw is that there’s this girl that arranged with 2 other girls to synchronize dance when her older sister leaves to be with her boyfriend. In my opinion, it’s entertaining to watch once.

Default perspective(revisited):
Here’s a quote from Wishlist #1238 concerning idea ‘Default perspective’:
The 1st illustration is in episode 1.3 ‘Sisterhood’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Bionic Woman(2007)’ starring Michelle Ryan as Jaime Sommers, and Will Yun Lee as Jae Kim. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 minute and 26 seconds into the episode, Jaime is sparring with Jae Kim. Here is the quote:
Jae Kim: Here we go. You see how you always defend the same way every time?’
2 minutes and 2 seconds into the episode:
Jae Kim: ‘You can circumvent the programming, go way beyond what it intended.’
Jaime: ‘You’re telling me I can hack into myself, change the information?’
Jae Kim: ‘All it takes is practice.’
—
From the ‘Bionic Woman’ episode, that is how I invented what I call the ‘Default perspective’ idea. If you worked for the same job/company for a few years or more, and you experienced instigations from time to time, then it’s possible according to my non-professional ideas that certain instigations that you have experienced have established in your mind what I call a ‘default perspective’, the contemplation perspective that you would use to try to experience and resolve certain mild to moderate forms of instigation. That ‘default perspective’ is illustration by Jaime Sommers:
‘ You see how you always defend the same way every time? ‘
The idea for using idea ‘Default perspective’ is to consider the possibility that certain instigations that you have already experienced have possibly caused you to use a ‘default perspective’, and that you may choose to reasonably try to change that default perspective to your advantage. For example, you may choose to just change how you use it, and over time, you may do other things to it. I believe it helps to know that it may be there, not for every expectation use, but to use as an idea.
—
It is now 9:53 PM EST for me.
Idea ‘Default perspective’ uses a scene from movie ‘Up in the Air(2009)’, starring George Clooney as Ryan Bingham, Vera Farmiga as Alex Goran, and Anna Kendrick as Natalie Keener. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and if you have Amazon Prime, the movie is available without additional payment. The scene starts, according to Amazon Video, 53 minutes and 19 seconds into the movie. If you also want to see the party scene that follows, with inapproprieties removed, you can watch that, too. Here is a quote:
Natalie Keener: ‘So, what’s the plan for the evening?’
Ryan Bingham: ‘Well, we’re going to hit that party for the tech conference at the hotel.’
Natalie: ‘I didn’t know you can just attend. I thought you had to be registered.’
Alex Goran: ‘Well, technically, I don’t think it’s open to the public.’
Ryan: ‘We were just going to stop by.’
Natalie: ‘You’re gonna crash it?’
Ryan and Alex together: ‘They throw a really nice party. They have more money than they know what to do with. Good time, usually.’
Natalie: ‘No, no. I get it. I’m in.’

A 2005 review also states that spinal mobilization, a technique in chiropractic, check these guys levitra generika is effective for whiplash. This drug is manufactured by cialis buy on line the Ajanta Pharmaceuticals. At any cost do not touch any machinery buy cialis without prescription after intake of Forzest capsule as dizziness is certain effect of this pill gives a person pleasurable experience in bedroom. A pump is used right before intercourse to pull blood sildenafil generic sale into the penis. So, this is how I started this idea for ‘Default perspective’: A man who looks about the same age as characters Ryan and Alex in that movie ‘Up in the Air’ is talking in some sort of support group, or to a group of job associates. This man is single, and is looking for a woman to be in a relationship with. Someone in this support group/associates group what event he attended recently. He said that he attended some sort of convention and met a nice woman there, but the convention wasn’t specifically meant for meeting other people.
I imagined talking to this man, but when he was in grammar school/high school. He noticed that other students were able to participate in other social events, but they were not there for the specific purpose for those events. They repurposed those events to accomodate their own needs, their own desires at the time. He believed that what they were doing was wrong, and based on how he explained it, I agreed with him.
Now, the thing about what those other teenagers did when he was in school, when they attended those social functions but not for it’s original purpose, they developed an ability to change their default perspective. They just did it in a way that was unacceptable to other students from their school. So, basically, many students did it, and many students did not do it. For this advice, Ryan and Alex from the movie ‘Up in the Air’ represent people when they were in school, they did it. They attended social functions, but not for it’s original purpose. They changed their default perspective, but in a way that other students did not accept.
If you want to continue following the logic of this idea, that man who was having difficulty meeting a woman for relationship purposes, he also has difficulty changing his ‘default perspective’.

It is now 10:34 PM EST for me. I have decided to finish this idea bright and early tomorrow morning, and then finally finish those ‘Confound’ ideas afterwards. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.
It is now 11:22 AM EST for me.
I did not type anything earlier today because I went grocery shopping. Since I believe that my right ankle problem was somehow also caused by the socks that I was wearing, I replaced those socks with spare new ones yesterday, and ordered new ones. I was able to go shopping earlier today because my right ankle feels almost normal again. Normally, I would buy food on a Friday, but after I did my laundry yesterday, my right ankle bothered me, preventing me from buying groceries. I ordered food again from Uber Eats from the same restaurant I ordered from last week, and according to the app, it’s still going to take over an hour for the food to arrive.
—
Going back to the idea I started yesterday, I imagined a story, that people created what I call ‘community movies’, movies that are not offered to the general public, made for specific community related issues. For the community movies I am addressing, if you find such movies and choose to watch them, that’s not a problem. It’s just that it’s unlikely you’ll find it in Amazon.com, or streaming in www.youtube.com. Those movies are only distributed to certain members of the community. They’re not promoting it for the general public to watch.
One such ‘community movie’ was made in another country, to help the kids/teenagers in that community to be able to change their default perspective. They are aware that their children are being allowed to participate in certain social events, but that many of them are changing the purpose of those events, and are not using such events as they are originally intended. Kids will be kids. As a positive side effect, those kids are able to change their default perspective.
Also, many of the kids who are witnessing this use of social events are also choosing to not participate in such a manner. And so, to help the kids/teenagers in general to be able to change their default perspectives, one of the things that are offered is this ‘community movie’. So, here’s what the movie is like: It’s based on the character ‘Max Headroom’, an American sci-fi tv series that ran in 1987, and in episode 5.13 ‘It’s a Super Life’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Supergirl(2020)’, the alien being called Mxyzptlk. That episode is available streaming from Amazon.com. And it’s based on the character Mr. Phillips(Tom Mison) from the sci-fi tv series ‘Watchmen(2019)’. According to www.imdb.com, Mr. Phillips is shown in 8 of the 9 episodes of that tv series, but to just illustrate what he looks like, I recommend using episode 1.8 ‘A God Walks into A Bar’ from tv series ‘Watchmen’, when Dr. Manhattan(Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) is explaining to Adrian Veidt(Jeremy Irons) what he had created. In that scene, you get to see Mr. Phillips, and have more of an understanding as to what he does in this ‘community movie’. According to Amazon Video, that scene starts 33 minutes and 52 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:
Dr. Manhattan: ‘I sought to create a kind of life that was superior to the life here on earth. Kinder, gentler. Beings who were designed to care for others instead of themselves. And I did it, Adrian. I did it on Europa. It’s a beautiful place. Verdant and untouched. Teaming with life. Completely devoid of conflict. But all they want is to please me, to adore me.’
—
In that scene, you get to see Mr. Phillips and Ms. Crookshanks(Sara Vickers). Here is a partial quote from wikipedia.org about that scene:
‘ Manhattan says that after leaving Earth in 1985, he had been on Europa, creating life in a closed ecosystem. He had created clones of Phillips and Crookshanks, the lord and lady of a British manor who had housed him and his father after they escaped Nazi Germany in the 1930s. ‘
‘ After creating life on Europa, he teleported the manor there for the clones, but eventually left because of the clones’ obsession with pleasing and worshiping him. ‘
—
So basically, in this story, the ‘sci-fi’ character in it is Mr. Phillips, who is from the same species as Mxyzptlk, but almost all of them are not like him. The main characters who represent the ‘community movie’ participants are a boy and a girl, both under 10 years old, brother and sister, and the girl is older than the boy. And like Max Headroom, Mr. Phillips introduces himself to the 2 kids via computer screens, such as a computer tablet and smartphones. When he talks to the kids, he is always wearing some sort of fast food restaurant uniform, like McDonald’s, and he is always encouraging the kids to request food from the fast food restaurant that he looks like he is working for. The kids seem to be always entertained by his conversations with them. And even though those 2 kids seem to never get their food orders, they were still very entertained to interact with this man who is easily on their computer screens.
One day, a situation occurred from the perspective of the sister where Mr. Phillips would be useful for something else. Of course, Mr. Phillips is capable of other forms of conversation. It’s just that he was so entertaining to the kids when talking about food, the kids seemed to be satisfied with just that. The sister wanted him to do something else. So, when Mr. Phillips showed up again to talk to them, he yet again encouraged them to buy some food based on the restaurant uniform he was wearing. The boy was eager to comply, but the sister said something like ‘Later.’, and requested that he talk about something else instead.
Since it’s a movie, towards the end of that movie, Mr. Phillips said that he was going to meet them in person in a very popular local fast food restaurant. Well, that’s where the movie ended. You get to see Mr. Phillips in person wearing a fast food restaurant uniform, and the brother and sister and a few of their friends are sitting at the same table he is sitting at. The kids are excited to see him in person.
—
Keep in mind that the setting of the story is not in America, so when you imagine them talk, they’re speaking another language, but let’s say it’s both dubbed and subtitled. You can listen to them speak their native language with English subtitles, or you can listen to them speak English, but the movie is clearly not made in America.
The part in that movie that was supposed to help you change your default perspective was when the girl requested to use Mr. Phillips another way, instead of listen to him sell his food. Here is the quote:
‘ The sister wanted him to do something else. So, when Mr. Phillips showed up again to talk to them, he yet again encouraged them to buy some food based on the restaurant uniform he was wearing. The boy was eager to comply, but the sister said something like ‘Later.’, and requested that he talk about something else instead. ‘

It is now 2:57 PM EST for me. It took me over an hour to find this reference. I was looking for a scene in the comic book series ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’, the 1st one, but I couldn’t find it by just looking at comixology’s previews. I read it, but I couldn’t remember which comic book it was in. I finally did a word search in www.google.com that worked. The phrase was ‘injustice comic book arrow moves harley’, and one of the search results showed me where it was. The basic phrase was ‘ The scene moves to Green Arrow bringing Harley Quinn into Arkham Asylum. ‘ A description of each comic book was given in ign.com. So, the scene I am looking for is in ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’, issue #15, the cover shows The Flash trying to grab something. According to www.comixology.com, the page is 13. Here is a quote:
Harley: ‘Are you sure about this?’
Green Arrow: ‘I am sure.’
Harley: ‘It was only a little fire.’
Arrow: ‘It wasn’t a little fire. It was an uncontrollable blaze. I lost most of the Arrow Cave.’
Harley: ‘You’ve got to stop calling it that. It’s embarrassing.’
Arrow: ‘It’s not about the fire.’
—
That’s the scene where Green Arrow was bringing Harley to Arkham Asylum, since she destroyed the hideout that Green Arrow allowed her to be in, the Arrow Cave. Green Arrow believed that Harley would be safe in there.
So, here is what I think happened: Green Arrow and Harley became friends, a friendship established while she was in the Arrow Cave. However, Arrow’s friendship was based on Harley’s association with Batman. Since Green Arrow knows who Batman is, that he’s Bruce Wayne, and they’re both crimefighters, Arrow made the assumption that Bruce’s association with Harley was something that he can directly use. Basically, Arrow did not take into consideration well enough that Harley is crazy/insane, even though they are now friends.
Now, going back to the idea ‘Default perspective’, I made the idea that many of you, the innocent victims of instigators, have also in a way made the same mistake Green Arrow made with Harley. You used a certain association that certain instigators that trouble you a certain way have made with others. More specifically, for those of you that have worked for the same company for a few years or more, and you think about instigators working in groups when interacting with management, you probably have thought of, let’s say a woman that represents a little Harley Quinn interacting with another person in that group, let’s say a man that you believe has a certain wisdom to him. Let’s call him King Solomon or Dumbledore or Merlin, and you imagine that man talking to your Harley Quinn, because of the instigations she has caused you to experience.
When management allows instigators to work in groups when interacting with them, it is for management’s benefit and the instigator’s benefit that such an arrangement occurs. Keep in mind that the courtesies that they give each other, when given to each other specifically and not anyone else, are not given to you. It is part of an interaction that they have both learned to give each other over the years. That doesn’t mean you should completely disassociate yourself with what you thought about. Since I’m guessing you think about certain key moments that address certain issues, in a reasonable context to evaluate, I recommend that you keep the melodrama that you think about when associated with their interactions. I’m not a doctor, but I believe that one of the obvious uses of melodrama is to help the mind quantify and acclimate to certain forms of information exchanged in certain conversations. That you should keep. But those associations that you may also have imagined, Dumbledore with Harley, that is not available to you. That is something agreed to with management to help both management and instigator groups to benefit. Don’t make the mistake Arrow made with Harley.
Here’s an exercise that I imagined for myself that may be useful for you to emulate. Since you may have a Harley in your job that has been making the same mistake many times, and is taking an unusual amount of time to no longer make that mistake, I recommend that you do this. And this is something that I believe management is capable of doing, but of course I’m just imagining it, since I am a non-managerial employee. Imagine that you are able to participate in many participations contemplationally, and those participations are not something you rely/depend upon. They’re practically harmless, ‘no expectations to meet, no one to disappoint’, so to speak, and in all of those participations, it resulted in a disappointment. And in a few months, you may say to yourself ‘I have grown accustomed to those disappointments.’ The exercise is to allow yourself to contemplationally interact with project participations that have a sense of disappointment that you are used to. I believe that can be useful to you in regards to experiencing instigation.
In another exercise that I imagined while in a bus this past Thursday, I imagined celebrity Eric Stoltz in a colliseum filled with people, during the Roman Empire. The setting is that Eric Stoltz is an employee for a company, let’s say he’s in his 30s, and he made job obligations to let’s say 10 new employees, all of them are women. As he participated with those women while actively using these obligations, he chose to completely discontinue those obligations, represented by him being in a colliseum filled with people, that he’s doing something else that lacks the active use of those obligations. Because of that, 6 of those women stopped participation with him. However, because he is in his 30s and is single, 4 of those women who are also single chose to try to continue participating with him. They even tried to exist as those in the colliseum watching him. They used their experiences dating men to continue participating with him, even though he is no longer actively interacting with those job related obligations. So, 6 women stopped, and 4 women continued. Why can’t you do both? Stop participating with him, but also keep an eye on him, so to speak, in a reasonable context? Something to think about.
—
It is now 3:43 PM EST for me. That’s it. I’m going to close this list. Next Saturday, I will finally explain those ‘Confound’ ideas, and then begin the ‘Default perspective’ ideas that I believe you may find very useful. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.
