Salutations.

It is now 4:36 PM EST for me.

Since I started so late, I don’t think I have time to give you the idea that I want to type in. I think I started around 3:00 PM, and it took me like over an hour and a half to find a music video for this advice, but I found it, and I quickly found a movie trailer. The reason why it took me so long to find on is because at first, I selected one, looked at it’s lyrics, and it even has a great wikipedia validation. However, because I am so finicky, soon after I chose it, I changed my mind and I no longer wanted to use it. And so, I had to look elsewhere, and eventually I found it.

The reason why I started so late is because I went to the center again to get the right side of my shoulder treated with injections. According to the doctor, some sort of injection was to be placed in my neck. The first time it happened, I think it was Jan 8 of this year, and it was just anesthesia that allowed me to be awake and I felt woozy, but yesterday, I was unconscious for the procedure.

My original doctor told me that if I get my right shoulder treated, that the problem I was experiencing sporadically on my upper back may also subside. After I got the injection to the right side of my neck yesterday, I eventually realized that not only does my right shoulder feel almost normal, but also the upper part of my back feel normal AND the aching difficulty I felt with the use of my right ankle also feels completely recovered! It’s like dominoes falling! The shoulder recovers, then the upper back recovers AND the right ankle recovers! So, even though I may not have time to give you an idea today, I believed that my health has improved, and that means in my opinion that my ability to give you advice has improved. And since I told you that, even though I have not given you any of those ideas in this list, I have decided to let you keep this list. I won’t delete it. Of course, I will give you the music video and movie trailer that I have selected for this list. You may find that useful.

The music video that I watched for the 1st time earler today is called ‘Mi Niña (Official Video)’ by Wisin, Myke Towers, Los Legendarios. I chose this music video because it has colorful cinematography, and if you choose to watch it, to me, it feel like it encourages skinny-ish women to imagine being in the music video wearing a nice dress as long as they choose to lip sync to the song. It doesn’t matter if they don’t speak Spanish. If you choose to watch the music video, various women are lip-syncing to the song, and the music video is colorfully made. I think you’ll enjoy watching it.

Soon after I finish typing in this list, I am going to watch music video ‘Mi Nina’ again. Next Saturday, I will explain an idea that I call ‘1st trick’. I call it that because it may fundamentally change the strategy that you may be using right now for experienced instigations. I’ve been tinkering with it I think for over a month now, and I am now ready to explain it in words. In my opinion, I think it’s the successful results of the treatment to my right shoulder/right side of my neck yesterday that allowed me to explain ‘1st trick’. Before I begin, I would like to issue a statement for the kids reading this blog, both new and existing. I noticed that the advice is becoming more effective, and that means, in my opinion, that parents are becoming more concerned for the safety of their kids. I want to say to the kids reading this that by my intent, I’m presenting this information as ‘just advice’. I’m not trying to change your core schools of thought, your core beliefs. I don’t want to be in a situation where I would have to talk to your parents. Also, I recommend that you keep in mind that this is a public blog. When you turn these ideas into something that is useful to you, the point of origin of this information is that it is a public blog. That point of origin may not be the same as what you turned this advice into. So, if you complain about it, that complaint may be from what you turned it into, not based on what it originally is.

It is not my intent to discourage you from using this advice to help you with your possible instigation problems, and/or ‘for reference, allocation, and prevention’, so to speak. Also, if you choose to read other blogs/websites that also try to help people with instigation problems, I recommend that you treat these ideas as ‘not standard’ ideas. For example, I’ve been typing in this blog for at least several years now. If another person starts giving advice from another blog/website, I recommend that you don’t treat many of the ideas that you have learned from here as requirements for other advice blogs to have. People who are not professionals at giving advice may also be learning. You don’t have to be obviously young with a blog as proof that such a person is learning to give advice. Since it may also be a public blog/website, an adult could also be ‘new’ at giving such advice to the public. Many of the concepts that you may have chosen to use from this blog, such adults may never bring it up in their blogs. It is my belief that America has many different cultures, beliefs, expectations.

Here is just one example extrapolated, how kids are forming groups in order to solve problems. It is from episode 2.6 ‘Thor’s Chariot’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate SG-1’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 34 minutes and 23 seconds into the episode. Dr. Daniel Jackson(Michael Shanks) is talking. So, in that situation, both Dr. Jackson and Samantha Carter are using certain aspects of their resourcefulness to solve a certain puzzle. For example, one interpretation is that Dr. Jackson translated, Captain Carter discovered that it’s Pi, and so on and so forth, which eventually created a solution that was acceptable. If you are a kid reading this, in my opinion, it is very likely that when you attend middle school and high school, you’ll probably at least hear of other people ‘breaking up’ from relationships. It is also possible that when you get old enough and get jobs, you may work for a company where hearing about people breaking up can be unavoidable. It is like playing the game ‘BINGO’ from your school. Somebody says ‘BINGO!’, and everybody playing looks or responds in some way.

I made a short story using the likeness of celebrity Chris Hemsorth, that man who portrays ‘Thor’ in those Marvel movies, just something that I imagined: Chris Hemsworth is working for a company, and he recently just ‘broke up’ from his 3rd relationship with a woman from that same company. None of his relationship break-ups were just amicable. It involved him and the woman doing a lot of arguing. Imagine him going to work smiling, and all of a sudden, a woman just insults him. He walks past her, and he is still smiling. What happened is that the 3rd woman that he broke up created some sort of ‘smear campaign’, complaining to anyone in the company who wants to hear about it, how much of a bad person he is. Of course, it was just a bad relationship break-up. The problem is that he had 3 bad relationship break-ups in a row. In a few weeks, the obvious animosity created by his 3rd relationship will subside.

The point of that ‘Chris Hemsworth’ relationship break-up story is that it is my belief that you may very likely experience something about a relationship break-up, from school and your possible future job. And that is how I evaluate the music video ‘my ex’s best friend’ for this advice. Based on how I evaluated the music video, the guitarist/singer is complaining about a recent relationship break-up with a woman using special effects. Disappointment:

It is now 1:16 PM EST for me. I am going to type in 3 ideas for this list. I don’t have a name for the other ideas/stories, but the 1st idea is called ‘Disappointment’. It is based on a scene in the movie ‘The Big Year(2011)’, starring Stu Preissler(Steve Martin) and Rick McIntire(Steve Weber). The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 40 minutes and 17 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Stu Preissler: ‘We’ll assume the cost of retrofitting the plants, but that still leaves the con-compete clause. Barry says you have an issue with it.’

Rick McIntire: ‘Well, no, it-it’s not… it’s not a big issue… ‘

OK, so here’s the idea: I just imagined this idea, so it’s up to you to use this idea or not. It’s possible that, when you get older, and while you are working, that you will consider career-related opportunities, and certain considerations, and keep in mind they’re just considerations, you didn’t actually do them, a certain few considerations may involve a possible mistake on your part. Let’s call the considered mistake a disappointment. A considered mistake on your part may be construed/interpreted as a wall. For example, you think about the considered mistake, and then you discontinue it’s use as a possible consideration as a career-related opportunity. Idea ‘Disappointment’ just offers you the recommendation of putting such considered mistakes in a scene in the movie ‘The Big Year’. Here is my proposal: Just imagine that you are in that meeting referenced from the movie ‘The Big Year’, that meeting when Stu and Rick are negotiating. The basic goal is just to use the circumstantial ambiance of that moment, to just imagine that your ‘considered mistake’ is addressed in the meeting, let’s say it’s addressed by both Stu and Rick.

Here’s what I’m talking about: According to the movie, Stu already sold his company. Many companies/businesses are made to possibly by used by other companies. However, it is also true that the CEOs that made these companies, they are also the only ones that can interact with such companies in certain ways. After all, those CEOs created those companies. A situation occurred where jobs are at stake, and the new CEO that is considering managing those jobs has issues about that. Rick is that CEO from the movie. He used what was available, and it didn’t work. And so, the situation is that, possibly, the only person that can resolve that situation is the CEO that created those jobs in the 1st place, and that person is Stu. That storyline is right out of the movie.

And that is where your possible future considered disappointments come in, if you choose to: As Rick is negotiating with Stu, and acquiring more information from Stu, he is using certain aspects of his resourcefulness to create solutions for that situation. I recommend that you imagine that certain uses of Rick McIntire’s use of resourcefulness are also creating solutions for some of the considered disappointments that you may experience in the future, those career oriented ones. So, as one example, just imagine bringing one of those career oriented career disappointments to the attention of Stu Preissler, and then he says to you quote:

Stu: ‘What does that have to do with what we are doing here?’

You see, the way Rick is doing it, he’s using his own resourcefulness to create those solutions. At least for this story, Rick is not directly bringing those issues to Stu. Rick is using his own resourcefulness to create solutions using the negotiations and new information that Stu is helping Rick acquire.

Even though you’re only imagining it, I believe that putting certain considered disappointments in such an imagined situation may be useful to you. If you choose to, you can still be very blunt about it to Stu. You can still imagine directly telling Stu what your considered disappointments are, and make that useful, even though Stu doesn’t understand why you are asking such a question.

It is now 2:21 PM EST for me. The next 2 stories are basically giving you an ‘easy’ expectation’, and the more common ‘hard’ expectation. Just a few seconds ago, I made a name for them. One will be called ‘The easy way’, and the other ‘The hard way’.

The easy way:

This story is based on the tv series ‘Elementary(2012)’ and the likeness of celebrity actor Kelsey Grammer, his portrayal of Dr. Frasier Crane from tv series ‘Frasier(1993+)’. This story is an alternate reality of the tv series ‘Elementary’. All of the main characters are used, with the addition of Kelsey Grammar. In this story, Kelsey Grammar is an employee of Mortland Holmes(John Noble), Sherlock’s(Jonny Lee Miller) father. In this imagined reality, to avoid the expectations that Captain Gregson(Aidan Quinn) may impose upon him as consulting detective, Sherlock uses more of the resources of his father and enlists the help of Kelsey Grammar to give Captain Gregson what he wants to ‘close’ the investigation, so to speak, as it relates to his consulting detective expectations. That way, Sherlock and eventually the arrival of Joan(Lucy Liu) can do what they want without the expectations of others getting in the way. For the 1st 3 seasons of the show, Sherlock and Joan’s expectations seem to have no trouble with Captain Gregson’s expectations. However, in season 4, that’s when you 1st notice it. There was a case where Sherlock was talking to Kelsey Grammar, and Mr. Grammar said that, as far as Captain Gregson is concerned, the case is already closed. Captain Gregson got what he wanted from the case. However, Sherlock’s expectations were not being met, and so you see Sherlock and Joan Watson continuing their separate investigation, even though, according to Captain Gregson, the case is closed.

The hard way:

Idea ‘The hard way’ uses character Melinda May portrayed by celebrity Ming-Na Wen from tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2013+)’. Idea ‘The hard way’ is based on how I imagine the commitments of proposals made by instigation groups to management, how such commitments are being honored. Here’s what I imagine is happening: It is my belief that most company/business employees are married, and are essentially just putting their kids through college. If they don’t have to, they’re not trying to make extracurricular commitments with the company/business they are working for. And that is where the instigation groups come in. Even though certain few employees may be identified as part of an instigation group, they are still employees, and it is my belief that they are encouraged by management to make proposals, and to use other facets of the company as it relates to those proposals made to management.

And that is the situation that I imagined Melinda May being involved with. Because of her durability in the series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’, I think it’s easy to imagine her as one of the instigators involved in certain proposals. Here’s an example: think of a proposal that may seem impossible at first, something that is company/business specific, something that such a company/business has difficulty with, but a certain instigation group agreed via proposal to try and mitigate/resolve such a situation. It may take several years, but this instigation group presented such a proposal to management, and in a few years, the results of their efforts will be used by the company/business they work for.

The reason why I call this idea ‘The hard way’ is because of what those instigator employees are going to go through during those few years. Even if they are not successful, they will achieve things that no one outside of their group can reasonably, successfully interact with. And it is my belief that, if you experienced a mild to moderate instigation from an instigator in the job/company that you work for, and such an instigator is in an instigator group with certain committed proposals to management, then it’s my belief that such an instigator has used what he/she has learned to instigate you. That instigator may have exposed you to certain aspects of those achievements, an obvious abuse of what was learned from such committed proposals to management.

Salutations.

It is now 10:10 AM EST for me.

In case you are wondering, I am now experiencing some muscle strain in my right shoulder area, but the discomfort is manageable compared to the discomfort I experienced before the treatment I received last week. I have an appointment to see the doctor again in 2 weeks. I don’t know for certain, but I’ll probably get another form of treatment for that area soon after that appointment. I am going to request an epidural directly into my spine this time to treat my right shoulder, instead of injections applied to the muscles in the shoulder area. I’m not a doctor. It’s just going to be a request. As far as I know, the exact same treatment I received last week may be enough. They just may have to do it again. Of course, when I talk to the doctor, I’ll know what will happen regardless.

I found the music video from my signed in youtube homepage. That link is from www.youtube.com, publisher ‘TopMusicWorld’. From category ‘Uploads’, the link is called ‘Hit Songs Of January 2021’, published Jan 16, 2021. The music video clip ‘De Una Vez’ plays 12 minutes and 29 seconds into that link, and is classified as #1 out of 75 video clips. When you go to the music video itself from www.youtube.com, publisher Selena Gomez, her music video premiered Jan 14, 2021, just 2 days ago, and it already has almost 16 million views!

In my opinion, I didn’t get much out of watching it, but that sense is based on an entertainment expectation. As I was watching it, based on other expectations, I did get something out of it. For example, Selena Gomez is an established singer, I liked all of her other music videos that I watched, although I was disappointed, even the disappointments are also associations to expectations that praise Selena Gomez’s efforts. In other words, I’m just spoiled. My entertainment expectations want consistent/new results, even though the quality of the music videos evaluated are praiseworthy. In other words, even music videos that I find acceptable and incredible may also be construed to me to be disappointing and ‘not entertaining’ to watch. I think that’s going to be true for most adults who have been watching music videos for 5+ years. They will also develop what I call an ‘entertainment expectation’, and that entertainment expectation will probably be given priority over other expectations that they also have for those music videos that they are watching. I’m learning to be more tolerant of other expectations that I also have.

Although I’m not sure, but I think I found earlier today from my youtube signed in homepage a Super Bowl 2021 commercial. I instead looked for another Super Bowl 2021 commercial, and one link only recommended this commercial for a Super Bowl 2021 commercial. I watched it, liked it, and chose it for this list, even though it’s not an official Super Bowl 2021 commercial. I don’t think it will be, but I still chose it anyway. My ‘entertainment expectation’ liked it. Based on how I watched it, as a lady is in a dressing room trying on clothes, she is having trouble removing a dress. She tries to use her phone to call a friend, runs out of funds for her phone to work, so uses Vodaphone to allow her phone to work again. That allows her to call her friend for help, but her friend was too busy doing something. And so, she is in the dressing room with the same problem, wondering what to do next. I thought that was entertaining to watch, and may be entertaining for you to watch.

Treatment variety:

I just made the name ‘Treatment variety’ up a few seconds ago. I think I invented idea ‘Treatment variety’ just yesterday. It is based on a scene in episode 5.7 ‘Oyedeng’ from sci-fi tv series ‘The Expanse(2021)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com. It is how Monica Stuart(Anna Hopkins) chooses to treat/talk to James Holden(Steven Strait). Basically, for this idea, Monica talks to Holden like he’s some sort of Starfleet officer from ‘Star Trek’. I also like the character Monica because she seems like a single journalist. I looked her up in wikipedia, but it said nothing about her except what was already known from the show. I looked her up in google.com, the expanse wiki, and this is all it said, besides what already occurred in the episodes:

That conversation, the rest of it you may choose to watch, is what helped me invent idea ‘Treatment variety’. And here’s the idea I invented. I refurbished that scene to make it work: Monica only talks to Holden that way, like he’s a Starfleet officer from ‘Star Trek’, and Holden not only doesn’t mind, but also reciprocates the way Monica talks to her.

That conversation reminds me how many mild to moderate forms of instigations that cause people to react, that cause people to be bothered by such experiences, that conversation reminds me that such instigations discourage treatment variety. The experienced instigation may cause an innocent person to treat that instigator with a certain bias associated with that instigation, to not give that instigator other forms of treatment variety. Let’s give innocent people who are victims of mild to moderate forms of instigations a situation where they would give instigators proper identity treatment for situations introduced to them. So, everything works well when that happens. In a manner of speaking, the new situation indicates to that innocent person that he/she has to metaphorically salute to an instigator, and he/she properly and acceptably salutes to that instigator, and all is right with the world.

Let’s say for the sake of this idea that that is not the problem. The ‘problem’ is what happens under normal circumstances, when an instigator would cause an innocent person to experience a mild to moderate form of instigation, and and experience would cause that normal person to not give that innocent person other forms of treatment variety.

Here’s another way of looking at it: Now, I just imagined this, I don’t know if it’s true: when people make certain minor school and job performance mistakes, they don’t wear the identity of those mistakes all day like it’s an award that’s around their necks for anyone interested to look at it. Let’s say one example, a man make’s such a mistake, is personally embarrassed by it, but soon afterwards reasserts his usual demeanor, and life goes on.

Now, when an instigator causes an innocent person to experience a mild to moderate form of instigation, and that instigator wants that person to be bothered by it, that instigator does the EXACT opposite: that instigator metaphorically wears that instigation’s identity like it’s an award he/she received from the Queen of England herself, in order for you to notice it and be bothered by it.

The solution, or at least an idea that helps mitigate/less the adverse effects created by instigation identified by phrase ‘Treatment variety’, uses idea ‘5000’ located in Wishlist #1257, posted 12/05/2020.(Just type in and search for ‘5000’ in www.ionicbreeze1.com’s ‘Search…’ option.) And here is the idea recommended: For example, for the men who are getting some sort of ‘cold shoulder’ from the women who have instigated you in the past, use the ‘5000’ idea to imagine 5,000 public participations where the women are at least entitled to be treated a certain way. For example, all of the women participating are ‘the most beautiful women in the world’….

For the sake of the kids reading this, I’m assuming that at least most of you don’t have part time job experience. For example, teenagers working in public malls, they are supposed to treat all of the customers with a certain courtesy, a certain respect, a certain decency. Let’s say one such teenager working in a public mall meets several schoolmates. Sure, if that teenager is friends with those schoolmates, it can be a wonderful, ‘meet and greet’ experience. What if, instead of that, that teenager sees a few schoolmates that he/she doesn’t get along with very well? Even if that is true, that teenager is still supposed to treat them as a customer, and those other teenagers should be treated with a certain respect, courtesy, decency, etc. If that teenager expresses unacceptable animosity towards those other teenagers, and his/her boss catches that teenager doing so, his/her boss may impose some sort of disciplinary action, maybe just a warning, or maybe that teenager may lose his/her job, because that teenager was supposed to treat them as customers that are entitled to be treated in such a way, a way that that teenager already agreed to treat them. If you are a kid, let’s say you’re 8 years old, maybe that story will help you understand idea ‘Treatment variety’.

Now, going back to the ‘5000’ idea, imagine those public participations are represented by 5,000 colorful gems that are on a table, piled up. Imagine scooping some of those gems, and putting it in one of the hands of that lady. The color of the gems can be used as an indicator, just in imagination of course, if the color is there, then you are honoring the acceptable treatment of that woman as she is interacting with those certain public participations. If the gems have that obvious color, then you are honoring the treatment of that women as it relates to those specific public participations.

Now, you decide what expectations those colors represent. For example, you can meet certain expectations of treatment, but you don’t have to actually be in any visual proximity to that woman’s perspective to do it. Let’s say you manage a hotel, and that woman is living in one of it’s rooms. You are giving her access to all of the basic public expectations, and you don’t even have to be in the hotel for that to happen.

Let’s say that, for many of the expectations where you don’t have to actually be there, the gems always have color. So let’s try participations where you actually have to allow her to perceive you. You may have to make her aware that she is the most beautiful woman in the world, or maybe it’s just something you have to do while she is there, but she does not have to know that you are doing it. For the expectations that you have chosen, since you’re just imagining it, all of those selected gems have obvious color to it, meaning that you have met the treatment obligations for those specific participations. Well, not an exact match, but to watch a reference involving treatment expectations and beauty, I recommend watching, refurbished for advice of course, watching episode 3.10 ‘Sabrina and the Beast’ from fantasy tv series ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch(1998)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com.

Wow, it’s only 1:00 PM EST for me. I have time to give you 2 more examples for idea ‘Treatment variety’, the intent of these examples is to help you use your imagination for this idea. This 1st example is based on an idea I typed in earlier, whether it’s in the Amazon lists or here. It is based on episode 6.15 ‘Tapestry’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation(1993)’, refurbished for this advice. The episode is available streaming on Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 34 minutes and 27 seconds into the episode, Q(John de Lancie) and Picard(Patrick Stewart) are talking. Anyway, here’s the refurbished story: while the Enterprise is on space dock for maintenance, the crew of the Enterprise is on shore leave. During that shore leave, some of the Enterprise crew created an identity changing participation. It was never declared officially. While the Enterprise crew is supposed to be on the planet while the Enterprise is going through some sort of maintenance, some of the crew would stay on the Enterprise, but with different identities that they can manage. It’s not official, of course, but the circumstance does help the crew develop their abilities to give treatment variety. Over the years, more and more of the crew would discover it on their own, look at their assigned identities, and participate accordingly. Even Data discovered it, and decided to participate with the crew, something to help him understand ‘being human’.

Since Picard was such a stickler to the rules, he would never discover that such a thing was happening. Q of course knew what was going on, and decided to talk to the main characters of the crew who were participating, to allow Picard to also participate, but under difference circumstances. Q will personally keep them all informed, of course. So, when Picard showed up, they gave Picard, their actual Captain, the benefit of the doubt, and allowed him to ‘play along’, while regularly talking to Q about such a situation.

I don’t have much extra time to make ideas on a Friday night, which is why I would rather type my ideas in on Saturdays. However, since I received treatment for my right shoulder on Friday, 1/8/2021, I didn’t have much time to type in my idea on Saturday, 1/9/2021. So, what I’ll do for this list, since I didn’t have time last week to give it a recommended music video and trailer, I’ll do that today. But before I do that, I anticipate that the next ideas I will offer you will be more effective. To help you use those new ideas, I invented something for your conceptualization based on episode 2.26 ‘Assignment Earth’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: The Original Series(1968)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com. The conceptualization is based on character Gary Seven(Robert Lansing) from that episode, and Gary Seven’s portrayal from book ‘The Eugenics Wars, Vol. 2: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh (Star Trek: the Original Series – the Eugenics Wars)’. According to Amazon.com, I purchased the book on August 18, 2015. To get an idea of who Gary Seven is, in case you don’t already know, I recommend that you watch that ‘Assignment Earth’ episode from Amazon.com. You don’t have to read the book.

The comic book is from ‘Star Trek: Year Five’ #17. I only read a few pages of it, and I know very little of that ‘Star Trek: Year Five’ comic book series. However, I did look at this comic book because Gary Seven’s origins are in it, and I think it’s fascinating. If you choose to purchase the $4 dollar comic book, the image I want you to reference is in page 10, when Gary Seven was given his massive amounts of knowledge. It’s the 2nd image when you see energy light coming out of his eyes and his mouth is wide open. Of course, don’t use that literally. In other words, ‘dumb it down’. Refurbish it to be safe to use, and just use it as a reference that you learned something, in relation to the technique that you are developing with the help of this blog. For example, when you are in a safe, respectful context, such as being in a bus, and you are looking at someone outside of the bus, like a construction worker, if you used him/her to learn something, imagine that image of Gary Seven with the light coming out of his eyes next to that construction worker. It could be a construction worker, kid, teenager, adult, etc. Just imagine that image near that person.

To help you use this idea, you may have watched the sci-fi movie ‘Men in Black: International(2019)’, starring Chris Hemsworth as Agent H. In that movie, you get to see Agent M(Tessa Thompson) get that technology knowhow upgrade. In my opinion, what Gary Seven got in that comic book scene was a little similar. In a reasonable context, of course, and refurbished, I recommend that you think of what Gary Seven went through as another example of someone getting some sort of expedited knowhow upgrade.

To help you choose to use this idea, here is something I imagined from reading the ‘The Eugenics Wars, Vol. 2’ book. In the book, when Khan was about to be captured, the lady who can turn into a cat turned off the shields that prevented Gary Seven from entering Khan’s facility. You then see smoke on the ground, indicating that Gary Seven was teleporting in that room. When Gary Seven teleported into that room, his hands were in the air, indicating to Khan that he is not there to fight, but to give him another option. He then used Khan’s tv/computer screens to show him that other option.

So, here is how I recommend that you imagine it: Let’s say you’re a student. You don’t mind Gary Seven walking into your school, arriving by helicopter, etc., as long as it’s an acceptable way of entering the school. However, you find it unacceptable for your plans that he all of a sudden teleports into your school. Therefore, you are using shields, like the one in the ‘The Eugenics Wars, Vol. 2’ book, to prevent Gary Seven from teleporting into the school you’re attending. However, one of the students, and you didn’t know it at the time, that she works for Gary Seven and can also turn into a cat, she turns off your shields, and then you see the smoke on the ground. You contemplationally say to yourself quote:

You: ‘Gary Seven… ‘

And then you see Gary Seven surrendering to you, like in the book.

So, to be clear, when you make an idea related to your technique, when you choose to, you may choose to imagine that image near a person you are watching in a safe, respectful context.

And now, for me, the ‘hard part’, since I have already been using that ‘Gary Seven’ idea for a week or so. The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this list is called ‘Champagne Night’ by American country music trio Lady Antebellum. It is now 3:23 PM EST for me.

I was finally treated for the muscle cramp I was experiencing for several weeks yesterday. I think it was an epidural injection to the neck, and several other injections to the actual area where the muscle cramps in my shoulder were. Compared to how I was feeling before that treatment, I feel GREAT! I had a muscle cramp in my right shoulder before and received several injections that eventually helped me recover, but that took several weeks. The 2nd time around, it felt much worse. It was like a consistent muscle cramp that would eventually subside, and then it would happen again. The muscle cramp would also prevent me from sleeping for several hours. When the car service yesterday drove me to the Center where they would do the procedure, since I did not apply any Icy Hot on the afflicted are like I would usually do, I felt like crying as I was experiencing that consistent pain, but without any Icy Hot medication.

Now, I feel GREAT! If you have similar problems, or you just want to know as a precaution or reference, just type in ‘sports medicine’ in your health/medical insurance website, and a doctor should be directed to you that can do that. The 2nd treatment required more prepping up, which is why I had to go to their care center, where they probably used an x-ray, and they also used some sort of anesthesia. I was lucid, but still awake when they performed the injections to my neck and shoulders. There really wasn’t any pain, in my opinion, when I felt something associated with the injections, probably because of the local anesthesia, and any other anesthesia they may have used.

So, since I had the procedure done yesterday, my normal routing was put on hold. That means that today I had to do some catching up. I did my laundry and other stuff I would normally do yesterday, which explains why I’m starting this list so late today. And since I have little time for this blog today, I’m not going to give you a music video and trailer today. What I’m going to do instead is give you one idea, and this coming Friday, the 15th, I’ll delete what I typed in this list, give you a music video and trailer, and start again. It will be basic concept ideas. The next day, the 16th, I will give you the idea I invented recently. Basically, it’s designed to help you manage better what you choose to know and not know, instigation associated of course.

Here is the idea I created from watching only a few minutes of a tv show I saw yesterday while programming my Cable Tv box. It’s called ‘Great Race’ from cable channel NHKHD, that Japanese channel made for English speakers. They either mostly speak English, has an English narrator for the Japanese, or the English language is subtitled. I saw only a few minutes of it Friday 1/8, and copied the full episode the next day at 1/9. I still only say a few minutes of that episode again. I only used the full episode to reference more of the details. I didn’t watch the rest of the episode. Here is a quote from the cable program about that tv show:

The episode has a duration of 50 minutes. 34 minutes into the episode, the narrator is talking about John Kelly. I’m quoting the narrator:

‘ It’s 72 hours into the race, John has only slept 2 hours. John has decided to take a long nap, but he doesn’t know that Jayson (Cavill) is hot on his trail. ‘

36 minutes into the episode:

‘ John throws his plan out the window. He’s heading off again after 50 minutes of sleep.’

Since my focus was just to program the cable tv, I wasn’t really paying attention to that tv show. I was interested in watching it though. When the narrator said that Jayson Cavill dropped off of the race, I thought he meant that John Kelly dropped off the race, the man who only had 50 minutes of sleep before starting to run again.

If you want to watch that episode, If you have channel NHKHD, I recommend that you search for phrase ‘great race’, and you may find and program it.

So, here is what I did with my 1st impression of what happened. I refurbished that scene to be used as something else. I used the impression that John Kelly left after only 50 minutes of sleep because of his competition with Jayson Cavill.

One of the book assignments that I read from college was called ‘The Double Helix’. Here is a quick quote from www.wikipedia.org about it:

‘ The Double Helix: A Personal Account of the Discovery of the Structure of DNA is an autobiographical account of the discovery of the double helix structure of DNA written by James D. Watson and published in 1968. ‘

It was some years ago since I read it, but if memory serves, I think it was James Watson’s teacher who was giving him a selection of books to read. I imagined a speculation that there were many things in those books that James Watson would not understand, but the reason to read those books was not just to understand, but for also something that I call ‘ground work’. Now, this may sound a little bonkers, but if you’ve been reading this blog for a while, I’m guessing that you should respond very well, if you choose to, to tv shows and movie references. The one I’m recommending for you to use, refurbished for advice of course, is in a scene is movie ‘The Bourne Legacy(2012)’, starring Rachel Weisz as Dr. Marta Shearing, and Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross. The scene involved Dr. Shearing talking to Aaron Cross while avoiding capture. The movie is available streaming from Amazon Video, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 17 minutes, and 15 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Dr. Shearing: ‘He got in there, and he realized that, underneath it all, was this incredible breakthrough, in viral-receptor mapping.’

The ‘Bourne Legacy’ reference isn’t about a virus. The quote is used to help you understand what ‘ground work’ means. And based on my imagined speculation about those books James Watson’s teacher gave for him to read, the goal was not just to understand the material in those books, which for many expectations was not going to happen. The goal was also to acquire ‘ground work’ to be used for James Watson’s goals.

So, essentially, the idea is this: going back to that ‘Great Race’ episode, I imagined that John Kelly was given an assignment from his boss, and the assignment was comprised of several homework projects described from let’s say 3 books. Now, what happened, is that a co-worker, refurbished he is Jayson Cavill, instigated John Kelly, and that instigation caused him to pursue the completion of those assignments with John Kelly as a competition, exactly as depicted in that ‘Great Race’ tv show(imagined of course). Like the narrator said, John Kelly during the 72 hours of the race has only slept 2 hours, and even though I am not a doctor, I don’t believe that is a healthy thing to do. He only slept 50 minutes and continued racing because of his competition with Jayson Cavill. Later in the episode, based on my 1st impression of watching that show, I believed John Kelly quit the race for obvious health reasons.

So, if you refurbish that ‘Great Race’ with the refurbished ‘Double Helix’, you got a man who was supposed to just do the assignment, but he quit doing it because he turned it into a competition with one of his co-workers. The boss said to that man who quit that the assignment’s main goal was not to fully understand it, but to acquire ‘ground work’ materials for projects that the boss wanted him to possibly pursue in the future. But because that man chose to not complete that assignment because he treated it as a competition with another co-worker, that man wasn’t able to acquire the ‘ground work’ needed for further qualification elsewhere.

I don’t want to search all 13 seasons of ‘King of the Hill(1997-2010)’, and I did a word search and could not find it, but in one episode that I watched, I remembered Hank Hill being in a race, and he showed up last. You can use that as a refurbished and not exact reference, 1 type of example, not every example, of a person just doing his/her assignment without turning it into a competition because of an instigation, and was able to at least try to complete the homework, allowing that person to acquire some of that ‘ground work’ that person’s boss wanted him/her to have. You can also use the efforts of that teacher from movie ‘The Class(2008)’, portrayed by François Bégaudeau, his efforts to allow his students to have an education, as an extrapolated effort of the American education system’s efforts to allow American students to have an education.
