Salutations.

It is now 10:08 AM EST for me.

Before I begin, I want to give advice to those who had the anal fissure surgery, partly because I recommended it based on my own experience with the surgery. This is not part of the advice, so if you are here for the usual instigation advice, you don’t have to read this part. In a recent past list, I said that a possible complication some time after the surgery is that you may have a little blood/some sort of fluid accumulation from your anus some time after you poop, and that I recommended that you use toilet paper to help drain some of that fluid accumulation, since that blood/fluid accumulation may cause you some discomfort. What I did not say in that past list is how you would go about doing that.

So, this is based on my own experience. I am not a doctor or anything official for this sort of thing. This is just how I do it. So, for those of you who had the anal fissure surgery, and you have this complication, a short time after you poop, if you feel some discomfort near your anus and you believe it’s blood/fluid accumulation, just go to the bathroom, get a little toilet paper, place that toilet paper on your anus, not in it, and apply a little pressure and rub the area that you feel the discomfort that is associated with where you think that blood/fluid accumulation is at. So, you’re using the toilet paper and one of your fingers to rub the discomfort, and that should encourage some? of that blood/fluid accumulation to exit your anus and be absorbed by the toilet paper. When you remove the toilet paper, you can see for yourself that the toilet paper absorbed some of that blood/fluid accumulation that has been causing you some discomfort.

I don’t think you’ll have this problem every time after you poop, but when you do have that discomfort, you’ll know it, and you may have to use toilet paper twice instead of once, but that may happen only sometimes.

Last time, I talked about using that gel. I stopped using it yesterday because I was experiencing some sort of irritation I think because of it, but I believe the reason that was was because it’s an old prescription, and I would have to go to the doctor again and get a new prescription for the medication.

I am going to try to explain how to use the toilet tissue with more detail: if you had the anal fissure surgery and you have a minor blood/fluid accumulation near the anus after you poop, when you use the toilet paper, massage the paper with one of your fingers externally to the areas near your anus that have the discomfort. It is like you are encouraging those fluids to go to the anus so that the fluids can be absorbed by the toilet tissue. Massage the discomfort using the toilet paper and finger until you believe the fluids have been adequately absorbed by the toilet paper, and again, you are only rubbing the toilet paper externally. You are not putting the toilet paper inside of your anus. You are encouraging the fluids using massaging to be excreted from the anus so that the toilet paper can absorb those fluids. I hope that advice was helpful.

It is now 10:58 AM EST for me. I am going to recharge my uber eats account with another $200 dollars, and then I’m going to order some McDonalds food with it. I think they start accepting lunch orders at 11:00 AM. I’ll start again after I make the order.

It is now 12:34 PM EST for me. Instead of ordering from McDonalds, I’ve changed my mind and have ordered from somewhere else. I have eaten, and I have some food left over in case I get hungry later.

The 2nd thing I want to talk about that is not instigation advice, yet you may find useful, is the recommendation to have available leg cramp medication, in case you experience some sort of muscle cramp associated with your legs. The only illustration example I can think of involving a person experiencing a leg cramp is from the tv show ‘Unscripted(2005)’ starring Frank Langella. It’s not available streaming that I am aware of, but you can buy the DVD new for under $7 dollars from Amazon.com with Prime shipping. I’m not recommending that you need to watch it, I just thought that you might want to know about it. If memory serves, 2 of the main characters decided to go outside running, both men, and one of them experiences a leg cramp and his back is on the sidewalk and he is in obvious pain. The show is a comedy, so it’s presented in a comedic context.

From time to time, less than sometimes, I would experience a leg cramp. A month or so ago, the leg cramp I experienced felt like it was the worst one yet. It woke me up while I was sleeping. In my opinion, it’s like one of the worst short term pain experiences that seemingly completely subsides after you experience it. So, after that happened, I decided to purchase leg cramp medication, in case it happens again.

From a pharmacy store, I purchased:

Leg Cramps PM from Hyland

You can also purchase it from Amazon.com. It’s only less than $8 with Prime shipping available. I recently had another episode while I was trying to sleep, and I took one capsule, and in seconds, the leg cramp subsided completely! Soon after that, I ordered from Amazon.com:

Leg Cramps ointment from Hyland

That is about $8 dollars, also with Prime shipping available.

So, if you sometimes experience leg cramps while you are trying to sleep, instead of waiting for it to subside, I recommend that you get the Leg Cramps tablets or the Leg Cramps ointment from Hyland, both are available from Amazon.com. Since they’re both only about $8 dollars, you may want to purchase both so that you have the option to use the tablet and/or the ointment.

All right! It is now 12:57 PM EST for me. The music video is called ‘Friday’ ft. Mufasa & Hypeman. I found it from www.youtube.com, publisher ‘Billboard Top Songs’, category ARIA Australia Charts Top 50, sub-category ‘Australia ARIA Top 50 Singles (March 8th, 2021)’. It is ranked #41 and it’s video clip starts 1 minute and 2 seconds in that Top 50 video selection. To watch the music video for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘friday mufasa’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 2.6 million views. It premiered Feb 26, 2021, about 2 weeks ago, and it has a wikipedia.org page. Here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Friday’:

It’s Friday again
It’s Saturday, Sunday, what?
It’s Friday again, -gain, -ain, -ain

When I watch the music video, it looks like a handful of people spending their days off from work dancing and participating in a few recreational activities. It’s obvious ‘I’m dancing and doing something relaxing and fun during my day off’ vibe, in my opinion, makes it an entertaining music video to watch. I only watched it once.

Now, as for the tv show trailer, I enjoyed it because of it’s demographic availability. I don’t see too many fantasy tv shows that also seem serious, involves special effects, and has a female as a main character. One example of that, and this is not the example that I have recently found, just an example of what I am talking about, is tv show ‘His Dark Materials’, where the main character is a teenage girl Lyra Belacqua.

I found the publisher for the tv show from youtube.com’s signed in homepage, called FilmSpot Trailer. To find it, go to that publisher, click ‘VIDEOS’, and it’s one of those recent video clips called ‘SHADOW AND BONE Official Trailer #1 (NEW 2021) Fantasy Netflix Series HD’. Since I also use a Fire Stick for my tv, I have chosen to use with my Fire Stick Netflix’s streaming service, and that’s how I am originally aware of tv series ‘Shadow and Bone’. However, FilmSpot Trailer helped me become aware of the existence of it’s tv show trailer. According to youtube.com, the tv show trailer was published Feb 26, 2021, around two weeks ago. I’m only recommending that you watch the tv show trailer for this advice, not the tv show itself. If you decide to watch it from the beginning, there is this moment about 1 minute and 30 seconds into the trailer, where a man is running after the woman main character. It’s a suspenseful moment made by the tv show trailer that may cause your body to tingle.

It is now 1:34 PM EST for me. I am going to try to explain this idea in 3 parts. In case I don’t finish, I won’t close it like I did idea ‘Incompatible communication’. Instead, I’ll just finish it next Saturday. I try to finish these ideas in one Saturday as a personal goal, but this idea would benefit a great deal if I explained it with all 3 parts. The 1st part will have 4 examples, 3 of those examples will be directly from tv shows and a movie. The 2nd part will be called ‘Disappointment’, and will be created directly from 2 scenes from the medieval fantasy tv series ‘The Witcher’ starring Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. And those 2 parts are designed to prepare you for the idea I am currently using called ‘Lie allow’.(It’s not what it looks like. I’ll explain it later in this list.)

So, let’s start with the 1st part, the 4 examples. The 1st part is a scene from episode 5.22 ‘Imaginary Friend’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation(1992)’. It is a quote from actress Noley Thornton(Clara Sutter) talking to the alien called Isabella portrayed by actress Shay Astar. You may watch more of the episode if you want, in relation to advice, for more context. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com without additional payment with Prime, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 42 minutes and 58 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Clara: ‘Please don’t hurt us. If you still want to be my best friend I’d like that very much.’

Now, the point of that illustration is that, even though the alien called Isabella almost destroyed the spaceship Enterprise, Clara still wanted Isabella to be her best friend, and I’m assuming that means Clara still wants to play with her.

The 2nd example, which sadly I could not find in the movie again, is what character Anna Reilly(Jenna Elfman) said in the movie ‘Keeping the Faith(2000)’. When I watch that scene in that movie, which I think was only several years ago, I remember Anna making a comment about the clients she was working with while she was in her office. I wasn’t able to find that scene when just looking at the preview bar offered by Amazon.com. I don’t intend on watching the entire movie just to find that scene. Anyway, I think Anna said something like ‘… the games that these boys play…’ Basically, refurbished for advice, because of her Catholic school upbringing, she verbally said that as affirmation that she should not accuse her business clients of things needlessly, something that she learned to do when she was in Catholic school. And to emphasize her Catholic school lessons further, she is dating 2 men in the movie that are also priests!

The point of that scene is that Anna is making an effort to avoiding judging certain business clients of inappropriate behavior by verbally just thinking them as ‘boys playing their games’.

This 3rd example is a story I invented based on the character Margaret Matheson(Sigourney Weaver) from the movie ‘Red Lights(2012)’, just the debunker part. Here is a relevant quote from wikipedia.org about the movie:

‘… The plot focuses on a physicist (Murphy) and a university psychology professor (Weaver), both of whom specialize in debunking supernatural phenomena… ‘

Refurbished for advice, because of her debunking ability, I imagined Margaret(Sigourney Weaver) and actress Abbie Cornish(from the movie ‘The Girl(2012)’ portraying teenagers in a 1960’s American school. When you imagine them, you may imagine them as they appear from now until the last 10 years, but dressed in teenager clothes for the 1960’s. They should look like old/mature adults dressed in teenage girls clothing from the 1960’s. Margaret and Abbie are talking in Abbie’s house, Abbie is an instigator, and Abbie is confiding to Margaret about instigating another teenage girl from school, and as a friend, Margaret is asking her why she did it.

In this story, since you see Margaret as a physics professor debunking supernatural phenomena, it may be easy to imagine her as a teenager, not an instigator, but having a raw ability to debunk, which allows her to more objectively interact with instigators, and yet not be an instigator herself. When Margaret is exposed to instigation as a teenager, it does not ‘stick’ like it does with the other teenager girls. Her debunking ability allows her to more objectively experience instigation. Within the 1st year that Margaret met Abbie in high school, Abbie verbally instigated Margaret, but because of Margaret’s ability to debunk, her objectivity allowed her to become friends with Abbie. Margaret’s friendship with Abbie reminds me of a scene near end of episode 5.1 ‘The Weight: Part I’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Andromeda(2004)’, after Captain Hunt(Kevin Sorbo) had a fight with Telemachus Rhade(Steve Bacic). The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 39 minutes and 49 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Telemachus Rhade: ‘I can’t hold a grudge against you. It’s too much effort.’

Captain Hunt: ‘So what you’re saying is you’re too lazy to hate me?’

Rhade: ‘If you want to call it that.’

The 4th example, refurbished for advice, is Robertson’s(Chris Noth) clap of affirmation when receiving good news from Leo Rugazzi(Nathan Stewart-Jarrett) from the Doctor Who episode ‘Revolution of the Daleks(2021)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 18 minutes and 20 seconds. Here is the quote:

Leo: ‘… We think we might have enough in place to… well, to make the deadline.’

Robertson: (Robertson claps his hands) ‘Great. Great job, Leo. This is going to be good for us.’

If you have a little trouble using Robertson’s clap, keep in mind that episode ‘Revolution of the Daleks’ is a science fiction episode. And just for this advice, if you compare Robertson to a Dalek, then Robertson should, in a manner of speaking, look like an angel! If you choose to, you can just repurpose his actions, since Robertson is a science fiction character, not real. Also, another of Robertson’s examples is used to make idea ‘Allow’ from idea ‘Lie allow’.

It is now 3:50 PM EST for me. I am going to finish typing for today, but I will continue next Saturday by explaining idea ‘Disappointment’, and then finally idea ‘Lie allow’, and how it looks is not how it’s used. Of course, it’s possible that I can change my mind again, but if that happens, for example, it would still involve me eventually finishing the explanation of this blog. For now, I will explain ideas ‘Disappointment’ and ‘Lie allow’ in this list next week. If I would really want to explain yet another new idea next Saturday, I may try to explain this idea this coming Friday. I would try to make time for it, but I doubt I would do that. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.

It is now 9:55 AM EST for me.

I didn’t find the music video and trailer yet. The reason is that my food delivery arrived at the latest that it could. Although they’re not obligated to deliver the food to me at a more specific time, I think the reason it was delivered at it’s latest was because I changed my order. I’m speculating that if you changed your order, they ‘start over’ your delivery time. Here’s my speculation: I re-ordered earlier today, this Saturday, for next Saturday’s delivery. If I changed my order, let’s say this coming Tuesday, then my order gets placed at the beginning again for that delivery time slot. So, based on my speculation, I’ll just make my changes the day I made my order, and if I have to change it at another day, then it’s based on the speculated understanding that the time of delivery may be at the latest it could be again. Of course, I could be wrong. It’s just speculation.

This is a follow up to the ‘Antifungal Antibacterial Soap & Body Wash’ I recommended that you buy in an earlier list. I had some discomfort using it, and I discovered that I was also using foot spray. As soon as I stopped using the foot spray, and as soon as I used shoes that did not have that foot spray exposure as well, my feet felt great! Based on my experience, the body wash applied to your feet without adding additional foot spray should not only remove the bad odor associated with your feet, but it should also make your feet feel better.

Do you have trouble with mosquitoes at home? I recommend:

KATCHY Indoor Insect and Flying Bugs Trap

It’s available from Amazon.com, and it costs about $40 with Prime shipping. Of course, use the Amazon.com illustrations and testimonies to decide if you want to buy it or not. It uses a blue UV light and fan to draw the insects into it.

Even with KATCHY, I also recommend using:

OFF! FamilyCare Insect Repellent IV Unscented, 6 oz

When you’re outside, cover the inside of your ear and spray it on your ears. Also, spray it on your hands. And before you sleep, it’s been my experience that the bugs may want to hover near your ears, so, while covering the inside of your ears with your finger, spray a little of it on your ears before you sleep if you have problems with bugs/mosquitoes in your bedroom.

For additional bug removal, I also recommend:

Phosooy Electric Bug Zapper, Indoor Mosquito Killer

or something similar to it. It’s also sold by Amazon.com for about $29 with Amazon Prime shipping. It basically zaps the bugs, and you hear some sort of zapping sound when it happens. The problem with that device is that, in the beginning, you may get surprised by the zapping if it happens when your near it, but if you have a flying bug/mosquito problem, it will get rid of a lot of them. If you have one in the kitchen, you’re going to be there, and you don’t want to be hassled by it’s zapping, It has a red ‘on/off’ button right in front of the device. You can just turn it off, and then turn it on again before you leave that room. Because of it’s zapping sound, I recommend that you just have one of those devices in the kitchen and where the garbage cans are, not where you don’t want to be disturbed by it’s zapping, such as your living room(s) or bedroom(s). Again, read the Amazon.com illustrations and testimonials to help you decide to choose to buy it or not.

I’m going to look for a music video and trailer, and also order food from Uber Eats, probably Mcdonalds food, so it may be over and hour or so before I type something in again. I’ll see you in an hour or so.

It is now 1:22 PM EST for me. I have eaten some of the McDonald’s food that I ordered from Uber Eats, and I have some more food for later.

The music video that I found earlier and watched for the 1st time is called ‘Selfish Love’ by DJ Snake & Selena Gomez. I found it in www.youtube.com, publisher ‘KM TV’, category ‘New Songs of 2021’, sub-category ‘New Songs Of March 2021’ published Mar 19, 2021. I found publisher ‘KM TV’ from my signed in youtube.com homepage. In that selection of video clips, it is #29 out of 30, 18 seconds into the video recordings. Here is an English quote from the lyrics to song ‘Selfish Love’:

Just a little crush
Got me over here thinkin’
“Does somebody else care, somebody else care?”
I know we got trust
But you be gettin’ me thinkin’
“Does somebody else care, somebody else care?”

To watch music video ‘Selfish Love’ for free, search for phrase ‘selfish love selena gomez’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with almost 12 million views, and it premiered Mar 4, 2021, just less than 3 weeks ago!

According to my interpretation of the music video, it has a lot of visuals. Men go into a place where they think they can get a haircut, and it’s like a car wash for people. I think you may enjoy watching it.

Now, the tv show trailer I found was more of a personal interest, but by the time I realized that, I chose not to look for another music video because I am too lazy to do so. Still, it’s not a terrible reference. I found it’s publisher also from my already signed in youtube.com homepage. The tv show trailer which is Japanese animation for this instance is ‘The Devil is a Part-Timer Season 2 – Official Trailer’. I watched Season 1, and I liked it, and finally Season 2 is advertised to eventually be available. It doesn’t say when exactly it will be available. I found it using www.youtube.com, publisher ‘JP Anime’, category ‘VIDEOS’. It premiered Mar 6, 2021.

If you choose to watch it, it advertises the new Season 2, but only in Japanese. Well, like I said, I look forward to watching it.

Disappointment:

Here’s the 1st story for idea ‘Disappointment’. I said the story in a previous list, but I want to make sure it’s interpreted for idea ‘Disappointment’. It’s based on a scene in sci-fi movie ‘The Bourne Legacy(2012)’ starring Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross, and Rachel Weisz as Dr. Marta Shearing. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 37 minutes, and 49 seconds into the movie, when the security guards confront Aaron and Dr. Shearing.

In the story that I imagined, and I don’t know if it’s true or not, I just imagined it, I imagined that the U.S. government allows many divisions from it’s government to watch each other. It helps prevent misunderstandings from occurring when different government interact with each other. Our government allows young teenagers, 13+, to be a part of that watching process, using seemingly sci-fi technology to do so.

If you watched the movie ‘The Bourne Legacy’, that particular government division is doing something that is considered inappropriate to do from many government divisions, and yet there they are, trying to catch Aaron and Dr. Shearing. In this story, I’m just addressing one government division, where a 13 year old teenage girl at the moment is watching using the technology those 3 security guards confront Aaron and Dr. Shearing. She sees them as heat signatures, but she is trained to know who they are. She is using obvious concern and worry for Aaron and Dr. Shearing. She made a report based on what she watched, and submitted that report to her boss. I imagined her boss to be portrayed by actor Peter Wingfield, based on his portrayal as Methos in the ‘Highlander: the Series(1992+)’ tv series. So, you imagine a man that looks like Peter Wingfield, that girl’s boss, receiving a report from that girl.

If you watched the movie, Aaron and Dr. Shearing barely survived an attack from a LARX agent. And so, the impression is that that boss of hers didn’t do anything to help them out! However, when you look at those 3 security guards walk into that room to confront Aaron and Dr. Shearing, you may choose to sense concern from teenagers watching the situation.

The ‘disappointment’ was that that government division did nothing to help Aaron and Dr. Shearing escape, but the important part of that story is that the 13 year old girl still did her job. She even expressed concern for both Aaron and Dr. Shearing, even though her boss did nothing to help Aaron and Dr. Shearing escape.

The point of that 1st story is to help you continue to meet the expectations of your ‘normal’ job, just like that 13 year old girl did. Allow yourself to contemplationally do what you reasonably have to do, and then imagine submitting that report to your boss. For example, if you are a kid, when you become an adult and you experience certain ‘out of context’ job related disappointments, this story may help you continue contemplationally doing what you have to reasonably do, even though such disappointments may mildy discourage you from doing so.

Availability:

This ‘Disappointment’ related idea I invented I think a few weeks ago or so is called ‘Availability’. It’s intent is to allow you to imagine one example of how a CEO may imagine interacting with a certain specific sense of disappointment. I am not a CEO myself, and I just imagined it. I imagined celebrity actor Michael Ironside(‘Total Recall(1990)’) portraying a CEO looking at the city lights at night from a luxury cruise ship. He’s thinking of the usefulness of a certain routine that’s publicly practiced, but that routine is only practiced for a short period of time, let’s say for only a week or so, and then it’s discontinued. He believes that it’s useful, but the routine has to always be available, like watermelon always being available, not just seasonal. So, what he will do is create a division in his company that will maintain the availability of that routine indefinitely. That way, it’s usefulness will always be available for the company.

For example, even though Christmas is once a year, if you are a celebrity, one may imagine that that celebrity has obligations related to Christmas for at least 4 years in advance, and those obligations are not just done on December 25. For example, rich families may also celebrate Christmas a week or so in advance, since they have other obligations for that actual day. They may want their kids to have direct exposure to certain celebrities during that advanced celebration.

And finally, a new example(from my perspective) for idea ‘Disappointment’. It’s based on the scenes from 2 episodes of Season 1 from fantasy tv series ‘The Witcher(2019)’ starring Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. He is also known as The Witcher. Now, keep in mind that tv shows and movies in general are made for entertainment, and it is certain to me that tv series ‘The Witcher’ is primarily made for entertainment. I am saying this because I am reminding you that the references from ‘The Witcher’ are to be refurbished for this advice, and I am only using certain scenes, not all of them.

The 1st episode is from episode 1.4 ‘Of Banquets, Bastards and Burials’ from tv series ‘The Witcher(2019)’. As far as I know, episodes of ‘The Witcher’ are only available streaming from Netflix. According to Netflix, that scene starts about 15 minutes and 30 seconds into that episode, Queen Calanthe(Jodhi May) quote:

Queen Calanthe: ‘Any man willing to paint himself in the shadow of his failures will make for far more interesting conversation this night. Come, Witcher. Take a seat by my side while I change.’

Another example of disappointment is how Lord Peregrine of Nilfgaard(Dominic Creasey) reacted to the ridicule of others as he was submitting a verbal proposal to the Queen to marry her daughter. The scene starts around 19 minutes and 17 seconds into the episode. Basically, as Lord Peregrine would try to talk, someone would interrupt him by playing the bagpipes, and practically everyone in the audience would laugh.

Another example is when The Witcher said a lie that saved the life of his friend Jaskier(Joey Batey). Here is a quote of what was said after that lie was said. That scene starts about 10 minutes into the episode:

Jaskier: ‘Oh, wow. Thank you. Thank you so much. First of all, you hog all the fanfare, then you go and ruin my courtly reputation.’

The Witcher: ‘I saved your life. You’re on your own from here on.’

The 2nd episode is in episode 1.6 ‘Rare Species’ from fantasy tv series ‘The Witcher(2019)’. The scene starts about 27 minutes and 20 seconds into the episode:

The Witcher: ‘We should turn back.’

All right. Here we go. I’m not discouraging you from dismissing the use of disappointments to help you manage and/or avoid unnecessary suffering. My point is that, when you experience mild to moderate forms of instigations, those instigations may adversely influence how you use and interact with disappointments in general. In my opinion, when The Witcher interacts with disappointments, his use of disappointments are more objective and more practical, at least more practical compared to the others in the episode. He even impressed Queen Calanthe with his obvious use of disappointments:

Queen Calanthe: ‘Any man willing to paint himself in the shadow of his failures will make for far more interesting conversation this night… ‘

And when The Witcher saved his friend with that lie, the disappointment was obviously not real. The Witcher does not actively interact with such an overemphasis. However, he knew that the disappointment presented in such a way would cause that person to cringe and wince, part of the effect used to convince that man to not harm his friend.

And as for the quote:

The Witcher: ‘We should turn back.’

refurbishing what actually happened, The Witcher was the only one who could say those words, since everyone else in that group wanted to win, and did not want to ‘turn back’, knowing that the others may use that advantage to defeat the dragon. Since The Witcher actively interacts with disappointments in a more malleable context, he was able to say ‘We should turn back’, since he was already actively interacting with it’s more malleable form of disappointment.

It’s now 3:37 PM EST for me. I’m done explaining idea ‘Disappointment’ for this idea. Next Saturday, I will finally explain idea ‘Lie allow’. And as I said before, ‘How it looks is not how it’s used.’ When I explain idea ‘Lie allow’, if you choose to use it, it should make sense, so to speak, when you contemplationally use it, since you will have an understanding as to how it is used. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.

It is now 9:26 AM EST for me.

I believe I can now find music videos and trailers fairly quickly, as long as I’m not too finicky. For example, earlier today, I think it took me less than half an hour to find both a music video and a trailer. But before I begin, I want to talk about something that may be useful to you to know about.

To be intentionally vague about it, I got my COVID 19 vaccine shot this past Wednesday, 3/24/2021. A few hours or so after getting the shot, I noticed that my upper arm was obviously sore. I took a day off from work just to get the shot. When I went to work the next day, my upper arm felt normal again.

When I was at work, I felt physically better. I think it’s because of the general ordeal of last year, people in general avoiding getting sick, learning to wear masks regularly, and when you finally get the vaccine shot, you experience some relief with the belief that things are getting better. Where I live, the vaccine seems to be offered to the general public. Based on how I see it, I got my shot where the general public could simply make an appointment to get it.

The music video I selected for this advice that I watched earlier today for the 1st time is called ‘On the Ground’ by Blackpink member Rose. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about the song:

Basically the song is kind of about looking for answers in life, for a purpose in life, and I feel like people, especially these days, can relate to it. Sometimes when you’re always kind of on that roll, you kind of forget to take care of what actually matters to you most, and it’s just a song that says that everything we need is already within us. There’s no need to go out and look for it.— Rosé on the song’s meaning.

And here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘On the Ground’:

Everything I need is on the ground
On the ground
Everything I need is on the ground

In spite of the obvious appearance of the lyrics, just use what Rose said the song means. If you think something is inappropriate with the lyrics, don’t use it. The reason I chose music video ‘On the Ground’ is because of it’s special effects. Every time the song emphasizes the phrase:

Everything I need is on the ground
On the ground

some sort of obvious special effect occurs. The special effect, at least to me, gives you a feeling of escapism. It happens 3 times in the music video. the 1st effect is around 55 seconds into the music video. It looks like some sort of light bulbs explosion effect. The 2nd effect is a limo exploding. And the 3rd effect looks like Rose floating about many flowers.

I found the music video ‘On the Ground’ in www.youtube.com, publisher ‘TopMusicWorld’, category ‘New songs 2021’, sub-category ‘New Songs Of March 2021’ published Mar 22, 2021. The video clip for music video ‘On the Ground starts 3 minutes and 40 seconds into that video collection.

To watch music video ‘On the Ground’ for free, in www.youtube.com search for phrase ‘on the ground rose’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 121 million views! It premiered Mar 12, 2021, just about 2 weeks ago.

The trailer that I watched earlier today for the 1st time, but I think I read about it a few months ago from my Iphone 12 mini from Google News, is called ‘Eden’, and it’s Japanese Anime. Here is a quote from youtube about it:

Thousands of years in the future, a human baby girl awakens, finding herself in a world inhabited solely by robots. Premieres May 27, only on Netflix.

Of course, it’s Japanese anime, so don’t imitate what Sara does. To watch ‘Eden’ for free, search for phrase in www.youtube.com ‘eden netflix’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 200 thousand views. If you actually watch the trailer, it’s less than 2 minutes long. I’m just recommending that you watch the trailer.

Disappointment:

It is now 11:02 AM EST for me. There is this movie called ‘Streets of Gold(1986)’ starring Adrian Pasdar as Timmy Boyle, and Wesley Snipes as Roland Jenkins. Unfortunately, I don’t think Amazon.com offers the movie streaming, and they only sell the DVD for Region 2. If you have one of those All Region DVD players, you can watch a Region 2 DVD. Otherwise, your DVD/Blu-ray player cannot play a Region 2 DVD.

If memory serves, I remember both Roland(Wesley Snipes) and Timmy(Adrian Pasdar) being evaluated by 2 men as they box. When the 2 men evaluated Roland, they saw a lot of potential in his boxing ability. But when they evaluated Timmy, their evaluations contained a lot of disappointment. My point is that disappointments can be used to make objective evaluations.

All right. Here is the moment where you should prepare yourself, because this advice may relate to you directly if you choose to use it. Use this cluster of words as a ‘bookmark’ to collect yourself. You may want to stop reading for a few seconds or so, and then continue reading from here:

All right! Here it is. When an instigator contemplationally provokes you, what may happen is that such a provocation may cause you to evaluate that instigator using disappointments. I’m recommending that, when that happens, that you have the option to evaluate that instigator using the mindset that disappointments can be used to make objective evaluations, like the way those 2 men evaluated Timmy Boyle while Timmy was boxing in the movie ‘Streets of Gold’.

The only illustration I can think of right now where a person sort of ‘encourages’ many people to make disappointing evaluations about him, and keep in mind that it’s a tv show, that they’re all actors portraying, is in episode 1.4 ‘Sanctuary’ from action tv series ‘Human Target(2010)’ starring Mark Valley as Christopher Chance, and Chi McBride as Winston. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 6 minutes and 14 seconds into the episode, Christopher Chance is posing as a monk, and interrupting another monk while he is praying in order to create a meeting with all of the other monks. Here is the quote:

Christopher Chance: ‘Oh. I get it. You’re kind of in the middle of something here. I won’t bother you.’

Christopher Chance: ‘Say, if I wanted to get everybody together here just in one room, how would I do that?’

Keep in mind that, when you see all of those monks in the church, it’s still a tv show made for entertainment. Even the character Christopher Chance is portraying a monk, and he’s not really a monk!

So, to clarify, if you use this ‘Disappointment’ idea, when you are provoked, you may use the option to have contemplation evaluations of disappointments that are objective. Of course, for example, your private thoughts are not introduced. This strategy allows you to use disappointments in a more constructive context, especially when provoked by an instigator.

Lie allow:

It is now 12:00 PM EST for me. Here is how I plan to teach you idea ‘Lie allow’. My original plan was to introduce to you ideas for ‘Disappointment’, and then ‘Lie allow’ would be the reverse of idea ‘Disappointment’. Idea ‘Disappoinment’ encourages you to use evaluations of disappointments, whereas idea ‘Lie allow’ is designed to remove experiences. Let me begin by explaining idea ‘Not address’:

Not address:

Idea ‘Not address’ is what I call a ‘bottleneck’ idea, like the narrow part of a drinking bottle. If you experiened an instigation that is out of context, not relevant, and you chose to not address it, you may contemplationally say to yourself that you did not choose to contemplationally address such an instigation.

Involve:

Idea ‘Involve’ is based on something that I typed in earlier. I used the ‘Search…’ option for this blog, but I could not find it. Basically, what I typed in an earlier blog, and I just imagined it, I don’t know if it’s actually true, and it is based on the situation that a celebrity is a non-managerial employee and is not involved with other job related activities, that management is trained to know that the celebrity is not involved with issues that other non-managerial employees have created. So, if other employees created situations in that celebrity’s name, but it’s obvious to management that that celebrity is not actually involved with those situations, then management will use their discretion to not tell that celebrity about such situations, since that celebrity is not actually involved with those situations. I’m going to use 2 illustrations to help you use idea ‘Involve’. The 1st illustration is in movie ‘The Fifth Element(1997)’. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 51 minutes and 5 seconds into the movie. You may watch more of the movie in relation to advice refurbished with inapproprieities removed for more context. Here is the quote:

Leeloo(Milla Jovovich): ‘Dot.’

The 2nd illustration is in episode 14.14 ‘Mr. Spritz Goes to Washington’ from animated tv series ‘The Simpsons(2003)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 19 minutes and 33 seconds into the episode:

Man: ‘Now, you’re job is to attach Krusty’s bill to a more popular bill, one that can’t fail.’

Refurbished of course, ‘a more popular bill’ is your imagined sense as to how management uses their trained sense of involvement on celebrities with non managerial job positions, and ‘Krusty’s bill’ refurbished is, in relation to advice, your use of idea ‘Involve’.

All right. I’ll recommend 2 illustration examples for idea ‘Involve’. The 1st example is in episode 1.4 ‘Birds of a Feather’ from comedy sci-fi tv series ‘Resident Alien(2021)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 28 minutes and 3 seconds into the episode, the scene refurbished for advice:

Sheriff Mike Thompson(Corey Reynolds): ‘Sorry about cussing just then. I… try not to do that around kids.’

Sahar(Gracelyn Awad Rinke): ‘I’m not allowed to say certain words, but I can hear certain acceptable enough words without getting into trouble.’

The 2nd reference is in episode 1.8 ‘Broken Pieces’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: Picard(2020)’. The episode is available streaming from Paramount +, but you can get Paramount + using Amazon.com. And according to Amazon.com, that scene starts 13 minutes and 50 seconds into the episode. The scene is refurbished for this advice. Admiral Kirsten Clancy(Ann Magnuson) is talking to Picard(Patrick Stewart):

Picard: ‘No! Clancy, if you say this is not a job for Starfleet, then I’m sorry, but you are a waste of space!’

Admiral Clancy: ‘Admiral Picard, with all due respect, and at long last, shut up! I’m sending a squadron… Now, stay put until they get there. Clancy out.’

Picard:(clapping his hands)

The moment used for idea ‘Involve’ was when Picard clapped his hands. He clapped his hands ‘after’ the transmission ended. It was not meant for Admiral Clancy to witness that. That would be obviously rude and inappropriate for the Admiral to see Picard show that interjection to her.

Lie allow:

Finally! It is now 1:18 PM EST for me. Idea ‘Allow’ from idea ‘Lie allow’ uses episode 11.4 ‘Arachnids in the UK’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Doctor Who(2018)’. That episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 31 minutes and 41 seconds into that episode:

Jack Robertson(Chris Noth): ‘Ha! See? Look at this! Keep ou, danger! You are not authorised to go in here!’

So, instead of the word ‘authorised’, I recommend substituting that word for the word ‘allowed’, and there you are!

I’m in a rush. I want to finally close this list today. So, here it is:

I just realized that Amazon.com doesn’t have Stargate SG1 available for streaming. I want to finish this idea, so I’m just going to type it in. Idea ‘Lie’ for idea ‘Lie allow’ comes from that ‘Stargate SG-1’ episode where Teal’c was brainwashed. I explained idea ‘Lie’ in a previous list. That is when O’Neill said that, since what Teal’c said was under the brainwashing influence, O’Neill said it wasn’t true. In other words, it could be explained that what Teal’c said was a lie.

Idea ‘Lie allow’ basically means that an instigator may improperly impose a false sense of allowing. When you experience a false sense of allowing from an instigation, you may use idea ‘Lie allow’ to see if such a false sense of allowing can be evaluated as a lie, as something that is not true. You may contemplationally say the words ‘Lie allow’ to determine if such a false sense of allowing is usefully evaluated by you to be a lie.

It is now 1:38 PM EST for me. That’s it. I’m done with this list. I’m going to close it now. Next week, I’m going to finally type in something else. That’s a relief to me. Maybe I’ll explain idea ‘1st trick’, maybe I’ll explain another idea, like one of the new ideas I recently made. I don’t know what I’ll type in yet. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.
