Salutations.

It is now 10:08 AM EST for me.

I’m assuming that many of you are considering attending college, or that you may get a job that causes you to interact with a wide variety of people eventually. I just typed in the phrase ‘world population march 2021’ in www.google.com, and the answer given was 7.9 billion people. I’m using that as speculation justification that ‘it does not matter’, in reference to the awareness in America about ‘multi-generation employees’, that there are companies/corporations/etc. that have been around for thousands of years that exist in America, and that many Americans are not personally aware of ‘multi-generation employees’. Here’s a quote from https://theworstwitch.fandom.com/ about tv show character ‘Ethel Hallow’:

‘ Hallow family portraits adorn the walls in the great hall at Cackle’s, and there seems to be an implication of having to live up to family standards – it’s notable in Weirdsister College when asked why she came to the college she responds with simply “I’m a Hallow”. This is shown with her interactions with Sybil during their time at Cackles; both have to live up to extreme family standards. ‘

Ethel Hallow is a fictitious character from ‘The Worst Witch’ tv series. If memory serves, there is a ‘Worst Witch’ tv series currently active with new episodes streaming from Netflix. I only saw one of it’s trailers. Even though Ethel Hallow is not real, I’m using her as an example of a ‘multi-generation employee’.

The reason I am bringing up this ‘Multi-generation employee’ topic is because, based on how I will explain something about it, it may be useful to you. I’m going to present an imagined story involving superhero Bruce Wayne/Batman, his Wayne Enterprises, Inc./WayneCorp, and his soon to be ‘2nd generation employees’, the kids from the current employees of WayneCorp. I’ll call this story ‘2nd generation employees’, and the main character in this story one of the kids of one of his current employees, that will soon become a ‘2nd generation employee’ of WayneCorp. Since I try to take into consideration that kids may be reading this blog, I believe this story may be useful to you, as advice related to instigation and it’s inadvertencies:

2nd generation employee:

It is now 10:32 AM EST. I forgot to type in the music video and trailer part of the advice. The music video I watched for the 1st time earlier today is called ‘He Loves Me, But…’ by Sofia Carson. I originally found a Sofia Carson music video called ‘Hold On To Me’. I used www.youtube.com, searched for phrase ‘vevo’, selected that publisher, clicked ‘Specialty Playlists’, scrolled down to select ‘Pop-Teen!’, and music video ‘Hold On To Me’ was #23 out of 101 videos. I wanted to see if Sofia Carson made a more recent video, so I selected ‘Sofia Carson’ from www.youtube.com, selected ‘VIDEOS’, and that’s where I found her latest music video, ‘He Loves Me, But…’ . It was published July 1, 2021, over a week ago. Here’s a short quote from broadwayworld.com about her music video:

‘ The visual story of the music video is told through the element of “Earth”. Directed by Uri Schutzer, the music video delivers a stunning and captivating visual as Carson performs striking choreography before the setting desert sun. ‘

And here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘He Loves Me, But…’ :

He loves me, loves me, loves me, but…
He says he can’t
He loves me, loves me, loves me, but…
He’s not ready yet
Oh, I remember all your drunken half-forevers
He loves me, loves me, loves me, but…

In my opinion, the music video has synchronized dancing, it’s like a music video Sofia Carson made for some sort of perfume she is promoting. And the music video has nice special effects.

I’m going to use 2 trailers today. I already agreed to myself to do this for this idea, before I started to explain the ‘2nd generation employee’ idea, before I typed anything in for this list. The 1st trailer is ‘The Witcher: Season 2’. I watched some of ‘Season 1’, and fast forward through the rest. There is some use of the sword, just remove the inaproprieities from watching that trailer. To watch it, in www.youtube.com, search for phrase ‘the witcher season 2’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 1.2 million views! It was published by Netflix on July 9, 2021, yesterday.

Because the main character is portrayed by Henry Cavill, who also portrays ‘Superman’ in the latest ‘Superman’ movies, and because the tv series in my opinion is like a mixture of ‘Superman’ and tv series ‘Game of Thrones’, that makes ‘The Witcher: Season 2’ very popular to eventually watch. I’m just recommending that you watch the trailer for this advice, not Season 2.

MRgFUS success rate Research has shown that although the procedure is a little expensive. tadalafil 20mg india So cialis for cheap price that you can remove stress, follow these things. The 2nd trailer is called ‘Magia Record Season 2’. I got this from my Google News app. The headline from that app is ‘Your Winter 2021 Anime Guide’. It’s premiere date is July 31, by the end of this month. Just search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘magia record season 2’.

I watched a lot of ‘Season 1’ of ‘Magia Record’ myself, I think it’s in Funimation, and I am personally looking forward to it. However, if you choose to watch that trailer, it’s all in Japanese I think. I’m surprised that it is, since it’s premiere date is at the end of this month. To watch trailer ‘Magia Record Season 2’, just search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘magia record season 2’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered.

2nd generation employee:

All right! it is now 11:20 AM EST, and here is the imagined story: You know, when you see Batman in his Watchtower, or in his Batcave, the Watchtower and the technology in his Batcave were built and maintained mainly by certain employees in his company WayneCorp. WayneCorp is a legitimate company, and many of the employees of WayneCorp do not know that Bruce Wayne is Batman. However, many of them also do. For example, the technology in the Batcave is maintained by WayneCorp employees, and at least most of those employees know that Bruce Wayne is Batman. Based on my experiences reading Batman comic books and watching Batman movies, and I’m not a CEO, I’m a non-managerial employee, almost all of the time, you don’t see Batman/Bruce Wayne interacting with his employees, the ones that built and maintain certain technologies, like The Watchtower, or the technologies in the Batcave. Let’s say that such interactions occur. It’s just that comic books and movies rarely show such interactions, so I am going to make a few up.

One day, Bruce Wayne/Batman gave investment advice as both Bruce Wayne and Batman, let’s say it’s nowhere as serious as his other investments. It’s just normal advice, except presented as both Bruce Wayne and Batman. Batman invited him to the Batcave to both talk about his investment advice, and to allow the man to congratulate him upon the success of the advice. Like I said, the advice is ‘normal’, except that it was presented by both Bruce Wayne and Batman. He openly allowed the employees that maintain the Batcave to know about the event, since it would be done while they’re doing their maintenance and upgrades of the technologies of the Batcave. So, when the man was there talking to Batman, one of the employee’s kids was also there, a girl, and after Batman stopped talking to that man, the girl wanted to show that man a project she made. It had a ‘Batman’ symbol as part of it’s project, and she wanted that man to see it. Of course, Bruce Wayne/Batman allows their kids to be there, and he was aware that the girl was showing that man her project.

Now, let’s start introducing to you the main character for story ‘2nd generation employee’. Bruce Wayne/Batman allows the kids of the employees to be in the Batcave while their parents are there. One day, a 6 year old wearing a Robin costume and his 5 year old brother, also wearing a Robin costume, was in the Batcave. Their father, one of the employees that regularly performs maintenance checks on the Batcave, brought them there. Bruce/Batman wasn’t there at the time, but the Batcave notified him of their presence. It identified them as the 2 sons of one of the technicians that regularly goes there. He remembers that man several years ago showing him a picture of his 2 boys. He then established a dialogue with the boys. If you choose to, you may imagine a computer to the left of the screen having Bruce Wayne’s face talking, the 6 year old boy wearing a Robin costume and his 5 year old brother to the right of that computer screen, and the background is the Batcave. The boys and Bruce Wayne are communicating using an advanced intercom system. They don’t have to be near a computer, the boys are just talking to Bruce Wayne, and Bruce is getting their help in a sincere way with several of the projects that Bruce is working on.

If you read some of the Batman comic books, and watched a few of the movies, and/or maybe you’re a big fan for other reasons, you know that Batman has a unique skillset, a unique mentality. There’s only one of him in the universe. Even the costumed criminals in Gotham have uniquely lofty reasons for choosing Batman as an adversary. The other superheroes can’t seem to relate to the costumed criminals in Gotham like Bruce Wayne/Batman does, so they pretty much just allow Bruce Wayne/Batman handle them. Sure, they’ll still do the basic supehero stuff, but the comic books and movies show that only Bruce Wayne/Batman interacts with them in other levels.

All of Bruce Wayne’s employees for WayneCorp are given a guarantee from Bruce Wayne that their kids are guaranteed a job at WayneCorp. Now, this is the ‘highlight’ of this story: Based on Bruce Wayne’s public knowhow, and of course he’s also Batman, he offers all of the kids of his employees, from child to adult, a vast amount of resources to be used for school and for their education endeavors. It is implied that the use of such resources should not overwhelm the schools that they attend. The kids are still attending the schools publicly available to them. In general, for example, they’re not attending a ‘Batman’ or ‘WayneCorp’ college. Imagine the kids being delivered blocks of clay with the ‘Batman’ symbol on them, and they can mold those blocks of clay to anything that they can reasonably imagine.

So, the kids of the employees of WayneCorp, as they get older, acquire years of experience managing the use of such resources, as it relates to school and other activities. There was this one situation where several 8+ year olds used the technology available to them from WayneCorp to create some sort of neural connection with robots, and they presented their project to their school. It looks like they’re interfacing with a robot that looks like a Terminator, from the ‘Terminator’ movies. They were inspired by the ‘Terminator’ movies starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. The project scared many of the parents and students from that school. Bruce Wayne fixed it by giving something ‘official’ to the teachers, and by making public a project from WayneCorp that those kids are now specifically involved with. It was in the news, and it worked. The technology is not unacceptable for the general public to be aware of. However, it is a testament that the kids should learn to manage how they use WayneCorp resources as it relates to school and other activities.

Now, let’s explore when that 6 year old boy is a teenager. Teenagers of WayneCorp employees, at least many of the teenage girls, tend to be creative when using the resources of WayneCorp. The teenage girls tend to create projects that allow them and their friends to travel the world. Many companies participate somewhat with the special projects that teenage girls create, since they want to know WayneCorp is like.

Concerning the teenage boy, there was a situation when one of the WayneCorp teenage girls was talking about him to some sort of group associated to certain companies, and he believed that teenage girl lied about his abilities and accomplishments. When he confronted her about those lies, the teenage girl explained to him how other companies and people in general perceive them as they use WayneCorp resources, which caused him to re-consider how his activities are evaluated by others who are not WayneCorp employees.

Over 99% of the WayneCorp kids, even after graduating from college, choose to work for WayneCorp, because, if they choose to, they can perceive their interactions with WayneCorp over the years to be a constant career-oriented preparation. Sure, they can work for other companies, corporations, businesses, but they already know WayneCorp like the back of their hands, and the career opportunites offered by WayneCorp have infinite variety. Within WayneCorp, they can change career goals at the drop of a hat, and many of the mistakes that are construed as mistakes outside of WayneCorp may just be construed as learning experiences, as long as it’s done within the context of WayneCorp. According to wikipedia.org, ‘Wayne Enterprises is a large, growing multinational company.’ That’s a LOT of redundancies to work with.

And now, let’s see this teenage boy as an adult. He is now working for WayneCorp, and he is meeting Bruce Wayne/Batman in order to get a certain dilemma resolved. Bruce Wayne/Batman is older now, but you can’t really tell, because he’s wearing his Batman costume during the meeting. The man has a question about the Emerald City in America, something Green Lantern created. Based on his knowhow, the man does not believe that any human is actually living in that Emerald City, and he is wondering if Bruce Wayne/Batman can explain that to him. Batman introduced to that WayneCorp employee in his Batcave several official Emerald City representatives to explain to him that people do actually live in the Emerald City. Just imagine several men and women with the obvious Green Lantern symbol on their shirts/suits. They answered all of his questions, and he chose to use one of the opportunities presented to him. It is an Emerald City Uber participation program that applies to where he lives. It’s like luxury Uber use acknowledging the Emerald City. Uber drivers love giving Uber passengers the ‘Emerald City’ treatment, because of the perks involved, passengers enjoy using it, it’s a win/win.

I offered you that ‘Emerald City’ story as a story incentive. If you have certain lifestyle qualms/problems that are business related, and you are a non-managerial employee, I recommend you consider the possibility that your boss may know the solution to that problem, and that, if you ask your boss, he/she may choose to give you such an answer. After all, you are a non-managerial employee. An obvious aspect of your job related awareness was created by management, and that means that your boss may have certain business/job related answers that you are seeking. For example, when that man went to Bruce Wayne/Batman for an explanation about the Emerald City, Bruce Wayne/Batman gave him a business/job related answer that he fully accepted. He has the number from those representatives, in case he has further questions, and he is currently using their Emerald City Uber! YES!

I’m going to close this list now. Next Saturday, I did invent several ideas that I want to explain, but it’s possible that I may make several new ideas from nowish to then that I may instead choose to type in. Well, I plan to type in something. I believe that idea ‘2nd generation employee’ should be helpful to you in understanding these instigation related ideas. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then. Oh, It’s now 2:04 PM EST for me.
