Salutations.

It is now 10:01 AM EST for me.

I want to get this part of the advice over with quickly. I was going to give you a music video that I haven’t recommended before, but then I realized that it’s from a movie that has elements in it that I believe are too serious and too depressing to introduce in this blog. I’m just giving advice. So, since I spent too much time considering that music video, I have decided to give you another music video that I have already recommended at least twice in previous lists. That music video is called ‘Boom Clap’ by Charli XCX from the movie ‘The Fault in Our Stars‘ starring Shailene Woodley as Hazel Grace Lancaster. Here is a quote from ‘Critical response’ from wikipedia.org:

Steven Rea of The Philadelphia Inquirer gave the film a score of 3 out of 4; he said, “Woodley … balances grace with gravity, wit with heart.”[56]A. O. Scott writing for The New York Times said, “The film sets out to make you weep—not just sniffle or choke up a little, but sob until your nose runs and your face turns blotchy. It succeeds.”

And here is a quote from the lyrics ‘Boom Clap’:

Boom! Clap!
The sound of my heart
The beat goes on and on and on and on and
Boom! Clap!
You make me feel good
Come on to me, come on to me now
Boom! Clap!
The sound of my heart
The beat goes on and on and on and on and
Boom! Clap!
You make me feel good
Come on to me, come on to me now

To watch music video ‘Boom Clap’ for free, search in www.youtube.com the phrase ‘boom clap’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 405 million views! The music video premiered June 2, 2014, over 7 years ago. Here’s one quote from the comments:

‘ Love the beat and energy of this song ‘

I highly recommend that you watch the music video ‘Boom Clap’, because it may help you relax and feel good. To help with that, in the music video, the main character Hazel Grace Lancaster hugs 3 times. Just imagine hugging her, and you should feel relaxed, just by imagining it. Also, the song and music video in my opinion does have a positive beat and energy. I think you’ll enjoy watching it.

The tv show trailer I found from my ‘signed in’ youtube homepage. It’s publisher is from ‘Movie Coverage’. It is called ‘FOUNDATION Trailer 2 (NEW 2021) Sci-Fi Series’, and it was published June 28, 2021, over 2 weeks ago. In my opinion, it looks like the ‘Dune(2021)’ movie that’s coming out. I thought you might like a little obvious science fiction in your trailer watching.

All right. The 1st part of this advice will address the possibility that experienced instigations are causing you to experience discomfort in order to cause you to disassociate yourself from opportunities associated with such discomforts. Also, I want to address that such discomforts, if you are experiencing such things, are imposed by instigations. This advice is meant to help you with experienced instigations imposed upon you. These are not experiences that you chose to experience. In other words, as you are considering using this advice, keep in mind that I am trying to help you with imposed upon experiences, not something that I am causing you to experience. In other words (said again), ‘don’t blame the messenger’. (You may choose to blame me anyway if you choose to. I’m just trying to establish a meaning.)

Follow-through:

The purpose for idea ‘Follow through’ is to give you more depth, more to work with, more continuity, more objectivity, when you experience certain instigations that focus on discomfort. So, if you experience such an instigation, you may contemplationally reference idea ‘Follow through’, to help explain to yourself the mild discomfort you just experienced, and it may also help you make better instigation related ideas. This advice is not meant to blame you in any way, to say that you did something wrong, as it relates to your use of strategy for coping with instigation.

According to www.dictionary.com, the definition used here for ‘follow-through’ is ‘the act of continuing a plan, project, scheme, or the like to its completion.’ . An instigation may improperly cause you to commit to a certain instigation induced discomfort that can cause you to discontinue/stop participating in a result, identified by seemingly having a lack of ‘follow-through’ for such associated results.

For those who have been working in the same job for a few years or more, let’s say you experienced such instigations, and certain associated discomforts cause you to ‘not continue’ with certain participations. Those discomforts are identified by your personal preferences, and if your boss offers you to participate with such projects that have such discomforts, you would decline such projects, because of those associated discomforts.

The idea for ‘Follow through’ is to help you identify and manage better those discomforts. You don’t have to choose to interact with projects that have instigation associated discomforts simply because they have such discomforts. The use of this idea is like developing something within your routine, like brushing your teeth, or exercising. The hope is that, by having such a developing sense of routine, that it can help you manage better such instigation inducing discomforts. If you have it, then you may use it.

Now, there is this tv show illustration that I have been thinking about. I’m not going to look for it, and I’m not going to recommend that you watch that tv show, because there are mature themes in it. I’m just recommending this one illustration. The tv show is called ‘The Sopranos(1999-2007)’, and it involves Meadow Soprano(Jamie-Lynn Sigler). In one of their extra homes I think, Meadow had a party with her friends, and her friends created a lot of mess in that house. She overheard her parents arguing about the mess created, and she decided to go there and clean that mess up herself. I remember Meadow on her knees cleaning the floor, and for one moment, she looked really sick. She then continued to clean that floor. The point is that, even though she may feel sick from time to time, she knows that her project result hasn’t been completed yet, and that is ‘to clean the mess her friends and other guests created’, to make that house presentable again.

Now, not to blame you, but as a self evaluation, you may imagine doing something in the beginning, but because of that instigation induced discomfort, you choose to discontinue/stop with that participation. In other words, you lack adequate follow-through to complete that project.

Now, suppose you experience such an instigation identified by idea ‘Follow-through’. Here’s what you may use when thinking about it. You know now that it may be encouraging you to discontinue/stop participating with certain projects. You can now more objectively evaluate such an experience, that if you persevere with the minor discomfort, perhaps relegate the experience by allowing someone to show you from their perspective what the project entails, you may also be able to change your approach to such a participation pursuit, but even if that discomfort exists sporadically during such a participation, you now know that, and that better understanding may help you more objectively evaluate an experience such discomforts, even if you still choose to not participate with such projects associated with such discomforts. In other words, refurbished with inaproprieities removed of course, what Edward Cullen(Robert Pattinson) said in movie ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2’. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and I think it’s now available in Netflix streaming. According to Amazon Video, 56 minutes and 38 seconds into the movie, Edward Cullen quote:

Edward Cullen: ‘It’s painful, but it’s bearable.’

It’s now 11:52 AM EST for me. I’m going to cook some cream of wheat, 1 minute instant, and then add sugar and evaporated milk to it. Some time after I’m done eating that, I’ll continue typing later today, maybe half an hour or so from now. I’ll see you then.

It is now 12:59 PM EST for me. I finished eating my cream of wheat with evaporated milk and sugar, and I’m ready to type!

The main reason I gave you idea ‘Follow-through’ 1st is because that is the idea that caused me to make the next ideas I will type in. I don’t have a mental bookmark name for this next idea. This next idea is based on the character Morthond(Anthony de Longis) from the fantasy movie ‘Circle of Iron(1978)’. Even though it’s already a movie, I want to clarify further that it is my opinion that the premise of the movie itself is not even from Earth, so even though you don’t see obvious aliens in the movie, I recommend that you watch the movie as if, in a fantasy context, that it’s from another planet, like those ‘Star Wars’ movies.

I’m going to use 2 quotes from the movie ‘Circle of Iron’ concerning the character Morthond, and then I’m going to build a story using those 2 quotes. The movie ‘Circle of Iron’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, the 1st quote starts 8 minutes and 15 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

White Robe(Roddy McDowall): ‘You hit him after he was down. There are rules, and you have broken them. You have chosen to break almost every rule in the contest.’

Here’s the 2nd quote, 12 minutes and 19 seconds into the movie:

Morthond: ‘One year ago, I took a vow of silence.’

Cord(Jeff Cooper): ‘When did you break it?’

Morthond: ‘Now!’

This story is based on the situation in movie ‘Circle of Iron’, that competition. I’m changing the movie a little to create this story. Let’s say that, before you enter that competition, you have to pass a series of other competitions, just a few of them, whether it be from other places, or the one’s created by White Robe(Roddy McDowall). This story talks about one of those competitions involving Morthond, before he fought Cord. Before and after such a competition, in which he had won, he would be like a mime to the audience. He would have an official, such as White Robe, read some sort of statement that talks about his admiration and respect for the rules, and some things about himself. And since Morthond took a vow of silence, he would be like a mime, illustrating those words. The crowd loved him! However, after he was beaten by Cord, even though Morthond won that fight, Morthond felt miserable, and filled with dread. If you would interview Morthond after that fight with Cord and before Morthond would embark on that journey, Morthond would sound miserable, and complain about Cord several times because of Cord’s violation of the rules. Oh, I forgot, Morthond would use writing and sign language in that interview.

So, now we have a ‘before and an after’, Morthond before the fight with Cord, when Morthond would explain to a crowd of people about himself and his respect for the rules, filled with idealism and life, and after the fight with Cord, filled with misery and dread. Using this reference, you can see how biased mild to moderate instigations can be to a non-managerial employee, even though that employee has done nothing wrong, even with the full approval of management. The instigator may still adversely affect an innocent person’s perspective about his/her job.

Job description:

The partial solution that I created for this situation is to be able to explain to management what your job description is.(As of 1:36 PM EST now, I just remembered the name of this idea. It is called ‘Job description’. You don’t have to know the specifics. Just be able to imagine a job description that only speaks of employees generalistically. That means no instigators specifically mentioned, especially troublesome ones that you think about from time to time. Just mention one employee that is conducive to the job description, someone that you want management to know about, someone that is not yourself. For example, someone that you admire and want management to know about. Just imagine that you are able to verbally give such a job description, and that will be your new baseline(a basic standard or level; guideline). In other words, if it’s not in that job description, as it relates to out of context instigation contempations, you take those instigations out. I’m not going to rent or buy the movie, but if memory serves, I remember in the movie ‘Yes Man(2008)’, Carl portrayed by Jim Carrey said something positive about management that sounded like he did something like that.

Going back to Morthond and the logic from idea ‘Job description’, you want to be able to give a job description like the way Morthond did before he fought Cord. Morthond of course is not the only example. He’s just the example from the movie ‘Circle of Iron’ that is used for this idea, the example illustrated. You want to be able to give a job description to management that is acceptable for them to have, and simply? take out the rest. Another reason why you should be able to give such a job description is because you don’t want to impose such problems to employees who have not experienced such instigation woes before. Let’s say you work for a job with several hundred or more employess in your area alone. There are probably many employees that haven’t experienced such instigations. Therefore, your ‘job description’ takes that into account, and they don’t have to know about such instigators specifically in that job description.

Can’t:

Idea ‘Can’t’ has 3 variations, 1)Rationalize, 2)Communicate, and 3)Treat . Hopefully, I’ll be able to explain all of that today and close this list. Idea ‘Can’t’ uses digital comic book ‘Superman/Batman #26’, from www.comixology.com. It’s only about 2 dollars. Refurbished, it uses the logic that both Superboy and Robin chose to intentionally lose in the game created by Hiro. Just go to www.comixology.com, and search for phrase ‘superman batman 26’, and select the image where you see both Superboy and Robin on the cover page. Then go to page 20, and there’s the explanation. Of course, refurbish it with inaproprieities removed. Both Superboy and Robin basically chose to lose in the game created by Hiro, and in that page, they both brag as to how they figured it out, that it was just a game.

It is now 2:26 PM EST for me. I’m just going to finish this idea next Saturday. I know what the idea is, I just don’t want to spend any more time today explaining it. Next Saturday, I’ll just find a new music video and trailer, finish this idea, then close it. And that means I’ll probably make a few more ideas sometime between nowish and then, and I’ll have to wait until the next Saturday to explain that. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.

It is now 12:29 PM EST for me.

Like I said before, the hard part of making ideas in this format is not contemplationally making these ideas, but finding a music video and trailer that you will recommend to go with such ideas. I already have an idea as to what to type in. However, it may easily take me over 2 hours to find a music video and trailer to go with those ideas. I suppose that if ideas are what you are seeking, then you may want to try this strategy to making ideas out. It took me over 2 hours to find the music video and trailer I chose earlier today. The music video that I watched for the 1st time in it’s entirety earlier today is called ”Kickin’ Pushin” by Destiny Rogers. I found it in www.youtube.com, publisher ‘Vevo’, category ‘Specialty Playlists’, sub-category ‘Pop-Teen!’. It’s listed as #58 out of 101. Here is a quote from the song ”Kikin’ Pushin”:

Right now, I know nobody really knows us
But one day, they’re gonna know us, oh yeah
Right now, my mama works the hardest
Promise I’m gonna pay that mortgage off
Last night when I went to SoHo
Tried to get in, it was a no-go
Fast forward a couple years
On the balcony hella rich
With my day-ones, yelling cheers

In my opinion, the music video portrays a young woman struggling with her mom to financially persevere in America. Many music videos that I have watched seem to have the ability to present ideas on a ‘silver platter’, and this music video also seems to present the impression of a young woman struggling to financially survive in America with her mom. Also, if you look at the ‘Pop-Teen!’ list, a lot of music videos by Destiny Rogers is on that list, and based on that, even though I didn’t watch those other music videos, it seems that she has the ‘pulse’ of what a ‘Pop-Teen!’ music video represents. Here’s the slogan provided by the ‘Pop-Teen!’ link:

‘ Videos from the young voices of now. ‘

To watch music video ”Kickin’ Pushin” for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘kickin pushin’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 2 million views. It was published April 30, 2020, over a year ago. When watching it, I recommend that you start watching it 30 seconds into the music video. You don’t have to watch the beginning part, which emphasizes the strife Destiny Rogers and her mom are going through. Not required, that part.

I chose the Japanese animated tv series trailer ‘The Aquatope on White Sand’. I found it on the ‘Crunchyroll’ streaming account that I am using under category ‘Updated’. It’s on it’s 3rd episode now. Here’s the short plot provided by wikipedia about it:

‘ Set in NanjōOkinawa,[1] Aquatope on White Sand tells the story of 18-year-old girl Kukuru Misakino who is chasing her dream by working at an aquarium, and Fūka Miyazawa, a former idol from Tokyo who has given up on her dream and escaped to Okinawa. ‘

I’m only recommending that you watch the free trailer. To watch it for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘aquatope’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 230 thousand views. It was published June 22, 2021, about a month ago.

I only watched a few minutes of the animated series, and it’s graphics are relaxing to watch. The trailer is also OK.

Can’t:

It is now 1:12 PM EST for me. I believe it is relevant that I explain how I invented the variation of idea ‘Can’t’ that I’m explaining here. It involves a scene from the movie ‘The Tomorrow War(2021)’ that I watched. Sometime after watching that movie, I invented idea ‘Can’t’. According to www.imdb.com, the release date of the movie ‘The Tomorrow War’ was July 2, 2021, about 3 weeks ago. The movie ‘The Tomorrow War’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and is available to be watched with no additional charge to Prime members, and I am a Prime member. According to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 54 minutes, and 2 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Charlie(Sam Richardson): ‘Yeah. I mean, I hate to agree with Conspiracy Santa, but, … ‘

When Charlie said that, it’s how James Forester(J.K. Simmons) looked when Charlie said it. James Forester looked like a comically insulted Santa Claus, and that’s the image that I used to invent idea ‘Can’t’, how James Forester looked when Charlie called him a ‘Conspiracy Santa’.

When you create ideas using this blog, I’m assuming that you may try to conceptualize some part of the idea that you are creating, use some sort of image to make the idea. It’s been my experience to not always need to conceptualize an idea in order to make an idea. However, the use of this blog does encourage you to use references, which involves images from tv shows and movies that are used I’m assuming by you to involve conceptualization for your ideas. I was thinking of an earlier version of idea ‘Can’t’ that I invented several years of so ago, and I believe I did explain that idea in this blog. It involves a father obligating his young son, a boy, to perform a task, and after his son tried, he eventually said to his father quote:

Son/Young boy:(talking to father) ‘I can’t!’

Soon after the father’s young son said that, he presented himself to his son to look like Merlin the Magician. The experience was meant for his son to learn something about his limitations, that you should develop an active sense of what you can and ‘can’t’ do.

After I recalled that moment, I was recalling an image of a man, but not of a man that looks like Merlin. Instead, I tried to recall an image of a man that looks like Santa Claus! I quickly thought of 3 separate images of Santa Claus, and then I finally stopped at image #4, ‘Conspiracy Santa’ from the movie ‘The Tomorrow War’, and I used that conceptualizing to invent idea ‘Can’t’ that I’m explaining now. Combing that imagery with ‘superman batman 26’, and you got yourself idea ‘Can’t’. Basically, when experiencing certain mild to moderate forms of instigations that are out of context and not relevant to resolve, when you are perplexed/dumbfounded/confused by interacting and evaluating such instigations, you may contemplationally say ‘Can’t’ to help you choose to discontinue/stop interacting and using such contemplations. Soon after inventing idea ‘Can’t’, I invented 3 variations to go with idea ‘Can’t’. Soon after that, I invented other variations for idea ‘Can’t’, but these 3 variations are the 3 main variations in my opinion. The 3 are: 1)’Rationalize’, 2)’Communicate’, and 3)’Treat’. I’ll explain those 3 variations now.

Rationalize:

I’m going to try to explain 5 examples for idea ‘Rationalize’, the 1st example is based on an imagined assumption, what I believe innocent people are using who have been exposed to mild to moderate forms of instigation in their place of work, a place that they’ve worked for a few years or more. The other 4 examples are 4 illustrations from fantasy tv series ‘The Mysterious Benedict Society(2021)’, 4 illustrations as to how Constance Contraire(Marta Kessler) causes others to have adverse reactions from their encouraged use of rationalizations induced by Constance. I’ll start from the one from your job. If you imagine instigations in instigation groups talking to management, you may imagine one person in particular that has instigated you several times or more, how that person is causing management to have adverse rationalization responses based on what that person is interjecting to management. I believe that such an effect is caused by the instigations that such an instigator has forced you to experience. Such conversations with that instigator and management has created an experienced impression of rationalization.

And now, ‘the money shot’, so to speak, 4 illustrations that may give some credibility to idea ‘Rationalize’. Streaming episodes of ‘The Mysterious Benedict Society’ are available from the disneyplus web site. I don’t think those episodes are available streaming anywhere else. The 1st illustration is in episode 1.1 ‘A Bunch Of Smart Orphans’ from tv series ‘The Mysterious Benedict Society’, when Constance was introduced by Mr. Benedict(Tony Hale). According to disneyplus, that scene starts 38 minutes and 54 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Constance: ‘Actually, the smell might be coming from this guy.’

Milligan(Ryan Hurst): (With a confused look, Milligan looks at Mr. Benedict)

Mr. Benedict: (Shows his hand to Milligan. I’m assuming that such a hand gesture is telling Milligan to ‘disavow?’ what Constance just said.)

The rest of the illustrations, all 3, are coming from episode 1.3 ‘Depends on the Wagon’ from fantasy tv series ‘The Mysterious Benedict Society’. Based on when it was revealed while watching that episode, the 1st illustration from that episode starts 13 minutes and 31 seconds into that episode. Here is the quote:

Constance: ‘What is the difference? All is brutality condition.’

(After Constance said that in class, all of the students shown after that scene turned their heads and bodies to look at Constance.)

[It is now 2:25 PM EST for me. I’m going to take a short break now to eat something. I’ve chosen to eat again ‘Cream of Wheat’ 1 minute to prepare. I’ll add evaporated milk and sugar to it. Soon after eating, I will begin typing again, probably within an hour from now. I’ll see you then.

It is now 2:56 PM EST for me. The 2nd illustration occurs while the 4 recruits were all walking a flight of stairs together. That scene starts 19 minutes and 7 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Reynie Muldoon(Mystic Inscho): ‘He knows me, but he looked right through me.’

Constance: ‘You’re not so memorable.’

Constance: ‘What? Compliment!’

Kate Weatherall(Emmy DeOliveira): ‘How is that a compliment?’

And finally, 28 minutes and 9 second into the episode:

Constance: ‘Say goodbye to his… ‘

Constance: (tapping her head 4 times)

(As Constance is tapping her head and soon afterward, George ‘Sticky’ Washington(Seth Carr) and Kate adversely react.)

Now you have 5 examples of contemplation rationalizations. When you experience an instigation identified by idea ‘Can’t rationalize’, which means that you are encouraged to have an adverse rationalization use, like the way Constance sometimes encourages others to do, contemplationally say ‘Can’t rationalize’, so that you can choose to not use/interact with such a sense of rationalization use. In other words, you can feel it, but you choose not to become it.

Communicate:

I’m using the movie ‘Circle of Iron’ mentioned in this list earlier to create idea ‘Communicate’. Here is the quote:

Here’s the 2nd quote, 12 minutes and 19 seconds into the movie:

Morthond: ‘One year ago, I took a vow of silence.’

Cord(Jeff Cooper): ‘When did you break it?’

Morthond: ‘Now!’

Idea ‘Can’t communicate’ identifies an instigation that discourages you from using your chosen contemplation sense of communication. In Morthond’s case from the movie ‘Circle of Iron’, when Morthond chose to speak to Cord, his chosen form of communication was to use his vow of silence. Morthond had to break/stop using his vow of silence in order to communicate with Cord, who was pestering and following him. Morthond was discouraged from using his chosen form of communication. Now, when you experience an instigation and/or inadvertency identified by idea ‘Can’t communicate’, you are also encouraged to interact with a non-preferred method of communication. The solution is to contemplationally say ‘Can’t communicate’, so that you can choose to not use that non-preferred form of communication that you are encouraged to interact with. If a certain form of communication that you are exposed to react to bothers you, contemplationally say ‘Can’t communicate’, so that you can choose to not use that form of communication, so that you can be less influenced by it.

Treat:

Idea ‘Can’t treat’ identifies aspects of an instigation that encourages you to treat it a certain way, like going to a hospital to get treated for a malady. Similar words to ‘Treat’ are: Treatment, tend(as in ‘tend to a wound’), hospital, attend. To remember the word ‘Treat’, recommended phrase: ‘Trick or treat!’, that phrase from that Halloween tradition. Wikipedia.org explains ‘Trick-or-treating’ if you want more information. So, if you experience such an instigation, the instigator should look very self implicating about it, but that’s a decoy. The main target is how the instigator is encouraging you to ‘treat’ the experience. You take into account both the self implicating appearance of the instigator, and how the instigation is encouraging you to ‘treat’ the experience. When you contemplationally say ‘Can’t treat’, you choose not to use both the self implicating identity of the instigator, and how the experience is encouraging you to ‘treat’ it.

When you use idea ‘Can’t’, you now have 3 choices to choose from: 1)’Can’t rationalize’, 2)’Can’t communicate’, and 3)’Can’t treat’. Try all 3 to see which works.

It is now 3:30 PM EST for me. I’m going to close this list now. Next Saturday, I am considering explaining an impression of the idea that I am using now called ‘Use against’ and ‘Experience against’, unless I change my mind. I have a few other ideas in mind that I would like to type in, and based on past performance, I always seem to make new ideas before and when next Saturday shows up. We’ll see what happens. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.
