Salutations.
It is now 2:48 PM EST for me.
Since it’s so late for me, I’m just going to recommend something, offer you the standard music video and trailer, and offer you just one idea called ‘Sick’. I’m going to improve upon it in the next lists.
Before I offer you the music video and trailer, I want to recommend something that I think may be useful to you if you have problems with your toes, mostly as it relates to how your feet is affected by the shoes that you wear. For new readers, I’m not making any money out of this. I just want to recommend something that may be useful to you if you feel discomfort from your toes. I’m going to recommend 2 products. The 1st one is called ‘FootFitter Cast Iron Ball & Ring Shoe Stretcher, Spot Stretching Device, Target Stretching for Bunion, Corn & Hammertoes’. It is sold on Amazon.com for about $45 dollars, and it also has Prime shipping available. Amazon.com gives you illustrations and customer comments for the product if you are interested in reading about it. Here is a quote from one customer:
‘ I paid a shoe shop to stretch my shoe where the bunion hurts and they missed the spot. So, I bought this. I love it! You can stretch the exact spot where the bunion hurts. It does not make the shoe look any different from the outside but does take the pressure off the bunion. I lend it out to friends when they have new shoes. I put on the shoe, put my finger on where it hurts, and then put the stretcher on that spot. I did not buy the special liquid that is supposed to make it stretch easier – this is the only thing I bought. My bunion is on the little toe and shoes often have a seam near the bad spot. It even does a great job of stretching the shoe if there is a seam at the trouble spot. ‘

I recommended this in a previous list. I have a problem with my small toe from my left foot, and I use this device to allow my small left toe to experience less discomfort. However, even with using the device, my small toe still experiences some discomfort. Here is something I found in Amazon.com. I purchased it 1/5/2022, over a week ago. It only costs about $26 dollars for 2 tubes, each 2 oz. It is called ‘TOPRICIN Foot Therapy Cream’. Here is an edited copy from a review from walgreen.com. I removed one word from the review. Here is the quote:
‘ Wow!! My feet are happy again
I have been a RN for 24 years, on my feet a lot. My feet really hurt at night-feels like there is a long ‘(word removed)’ driven down my big toe especially-painful enough to disturb my sleep. After using this for 2 nights, my feet felt “like marshallows” to me-meaning no heaviness, no squeezing pain, rather they felt light and fluffy. No pain. ‘

I chose that review to emphasize that ‘Topricin’ is recommended by me to be used on your toes. So far, I’m only using it on my small left foot toe, but I may use only a little of it on a few of my other toes later if there is a discomfort problem. I’m just recommending the use of ‘Topricin’ to be used on your toes. You can just purchase ‘Topricin’ from Amazon.com. You don’t need a prescription. Of course, if you want to talk to your doctor about it, that’s up to you. If your toes hurt, then I recommend using ‘Topricin’ and that ‘Footfitter’ device.

It is now 3:17 PM EST for me. The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today is called ‘LOUD’ by Sofia Carson. I found it on my ‘signed-in’ youtube homepage. Here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘LOUD’:
If I was a man
Then you would understand
You wouldn’t say I’m causing all this drama
—
And here is a quote from benzinga.com about the song and video:
‘ About the song, Carson commented, “From the bottom of my heart, this song is dedicated to YOU. The women of the world and all the LOUD voices of change. Because we were all: Made to Be LOUD.”
Through the metaphor of a butterfly coming out of her cocoon, the video, directed by award-winning director and frequent collaborator Uri Schutzer & choreographed by the acclaimed Avihai Haham, tells the story of a silenced voice, spreading her wings, taking flight, and breaking free. Louder than ever. ‘
—
In my opinion, when I watched the music video ‘LOUD’, I like the special effects. Just to prepare you, there’s this one scene when Sofia Carson via special effects kicks a glass wall and the glass looks like it’s shattering towards you. That scene starts 2 minutes and 59 seconds into the video. Other than that, it’s like the review said. There’s also some synchronized dancing. In my opinion, based on it’s special effects, it looks like a music video made in 2022.
To watch music video ‘LOUD’ for free, in www.youtube.com search for phrase ‘sofia carson loud’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 200 thousand views. It was published 1/14/2022, yesterday.

The man can simply involve himself in long-lasting lovemaking with viagra in the uk these products as per their choice. That is why; the cialis cost view description has been very popular and this is evident from the users’ reviews.Since I couldn’t find a trailer, I’m going to recommend a trailer, a scene from that tv show called ‘Vagrant Queen’, and it’s tv show intro. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about the series:
‘ Vagrant Queen is an American science fiction television series that premiered on Syfy on March 27, 2020.[1] The series, co-produced by Blue Ice Pictures, is based on the Vault comic book series written by Magdalene Visaggio and illustrated by Jason Smith. In June 2020, the series was canceled after one season. ‘

It’s a relatively new sci-fi tv series that was cancelled after one season because of low ratings. I liked the tv series because the characters were very articulate, and the special effects that emphasize the characters, in my opinion, were entertaining to watch. The episode that I recommend that you purchase, it’s only about $3 dollars, is available streaming from Amazon.com. It contains both the tv series opening intro and the scene I’m recommending. Oh, of course, there’s the tv series trailer itself. That’s the ‘free’ part. To watch that for free, search in www.youtube.com for phase ‘vagrant queen trailer’, and one of the 1st selections should be from publisher ‘SYFY’. It was published 2/14/2020.
You’re not obligated to buy that episode. But if you want to, that scene from ‘Vagrant Queen’ should, if you choose to, help you feel relaxed. It is episode 1.6 ‘Requiem for Republic’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Vagrant Queen’. The tv show intro starts about 3 minutes into the episode, and lasts for only about 10 seconds. It introduces you to the main characters individually using it’s special effects. If you haven’t seen it before, I think it may be useful to watch. The relaxing effect involves the background music played as Isaac Stelling(Tim Rozon) is talking to Amae Rali(Alex McGregor). The scene starts, according to Amazon Video, 32 minutes and 9 seconds into the video. Here is the quote:
Isaac: ‘It was always the rain for me. My parents had a farm in Oak Bluff. It’s this small town just outside of–‘
Amae: ‘Winnipeg.’
Isaac: (nods) ‘And in the fall, before we were covered in snow… we’d have these amazing rainstorms. Everything would smell so fresh afterwards. But during the night… that sound would send me straight to sleep.’

Sick:
Finally, the actual advice! It is now 3:52 PM EST for me. For idea ‘Sick’, I’m using a scene from episode 1.6 ‘So This Is Christmas?’ from action tv series ‘Hawkeye(2021)’. The episode I think is only available streaming from disneyplus.com. It is when Jack Duquesne(Tony Dalton) is talking to Armand VII(Jonathan Bergman). The scene starts, according to disneyplus, about 14 minutes and 4 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:
Jack Duquesne: ‘Do you remember when you peed in your pants in The Hamptons? I do. Everybody does.’
—
I’m going to use that scene when Jack talked to Armand to explain idea ‘Sick’: When Jack said ‘Do you remember when you peed in your pants in The Hamptons? I do. Everybody does.’ , refurbished for advice, Jack was trying to make Armand feel uncomfortable. You can even see Armand uncomfortably reacting to what Jack said to him.
An instigation may try to cause you to feel uncomfortable, even sick, when experiencing certain forms of instigation, so that you may try to resolve that feeling of being sick. The instigator, according to idea ‘Sick’, is trying to associate certain characteristics to the feeling of being sick, knowing that you may try to resolve that feeling of being sick.
OK, I’m not a doctor. This is just my opinion: A lot of people because of this COVID situation have been avoiding feeling sick. An instigator may use the COVID situation to cause you to feel sick via instigation knowing that you may try to avoid feeling sick.
This is me trying to explain the effect. There’s always the ‘real time’ effect of feeling uncomfortable when experiencing certain forms of instigation. There is also certain experiences, if you have experienced instigation before, that if you recall those experiences, you may feel uncomfortable, maybe even a little sick. I believe that you know the difference already, the difference between feeling sick as it relates to normal matters, like eating something that doesn’t agree to you, to having a bad cough, and of course if you require treatment from doctors for certain things.(only addressing mild to moderate things.) So, when you feel uncomfortable from certain instigations, you should know the difference between feeling sick from experienced instigations, versus feeling sick from other situations, like being treated by a doctor related issues. So, when you feel sick from an obvious instigation, which is usually very temporary, I recommend that you stop resolving that feeling of being sick. If you have been experiencing such instigations for years, then it makes sense to me that you would probably try to resolve that feeling of being sick as it relates to certain forms of experienced instigation.
So, what is that like, to choose to not resolve that feeling of being sick as it relates to certain forms of instigation? At the beginning, since I haven’t given you the other ideas yet, it may feel like a temporary ‘sour face'(idea ‘Sour face’ explained in a previous list.) that you are not going to resolve, but will feel. That ‘sour face’ feeling should stop. The reason you are doing that, if you choose to use this idea, is so that you do not involve yourself with the other stuff that the instigator associated with that feeling of being sick, for example, the instigation itself. If you can choose to not resolve that feeling of being sick, the idea is that it should help you disassociate/stop interacting with the aspects that the instigator wants you to interact with, wants you to associate with that feeling of being sick.
If it’s too much, so to speak, then you what you would normally do, resolve it. But with some practice, idea ‘Sick’ contemplationally gives you another option to work with as an instigator tries to make you feel sick associated with an experienced instigation. In my opinion, using idea ‘Sick’ should make you feel better, as it relates to experienced instigation.
To help you use idea ‘Sick’, just contemplationally say ‘Sick’ if an instigator is trying to make you feel temporarily sick via experienced instigation, and that should help you use this idea.

It is now 4:31 PM EST for me. I am going to close this list now. Next Saturday, I’ll just do what I usually do, explain an idea that I just invented up until next Saturday, or something else if I deem it relevant. I will probably explain ideas that relate to idea ‘Sick’, but I may change my mind. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.
