Salutations.

It is now 6:58 AM EST for me.

Just letting you know that I’m about to begin looking for a music video and trailer for this advice. I’ll start with using the laptop. After I find them, I’ll let you know later today. See you then.

It is now 10:49 AM EST for me.

Since around 11:00 AM, I would order Ubereats or Doordash food, I will 1st give/recommend to you the music video and trailer I have chosen, and then I’ll take a short break to order the food. Before I recommend to you what that music video is, there is a quote I want to use with it. The quote is from episode 2.2 ‘Penance’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: Picard(2022)’, from streaming service Paramount Plus. I’m watching Paramount Plus using Amazon Channels. The scene starts 3 minutes and 16 seconds into the episode. It is Q(John de Lancie) talking to Picard(Patrick Stewart). I’m using that quote to help you more objectively watch the music video that I’m about to recommend for you to watch for this advice. Here is the quote:

Q: ‘Old. Yes. How unfair time is. So many wrinkles. So many disappointments.’

The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and am recommending to be watched for this advice is called ‘Home’ by Jorja Smith. It has over 2.1 million views and was published 8 months ago. I couldn’t find a review from google.com, but I did check wikipedia.org. I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of Jorja Smith before, but according to the wikipedia.org page of her, she’s very popular. You may check it if you want to. I started watching around 40 seconds into the music video, a second or so before the song actually begins. Here is a quote from the song ‘Home’:

Hear me out
Hear me out now, I’ll be right home
Called you twice already now, please pick up the phone
Hear me out
Hear me out now, I’ll be right home
I don’t know
I don’t know why but I call it home

In my opinion, the music video/song is more complicated than the usual relationship associated music videos that I have watched for this advice. I casually looked at the comments, and I’m not going to touch those comments with a 10 foot pole, so to speak. However, does offer variety. Sure, people will use music videos the way they want to, and that means you may choose to watch music video ‘Home’ with a certain objectivity. It’s good to know that music videos can other aspects of the human condition. You don’t have to watch a music video seriously, and yet still find it useful to watch, in my opinion. For example, what Q said to Picard. Since it’s science fiction and a Star Trek episodes, it is my opinion that many people who watched that scene did not interpret what Q said to Picard seriously. Instead, they watched Q’s way of talking to Picard as part of the entertainment that science fiction shows present. Here is the quote again:

Q: ‘Old. Yes. How unfair time is. So many wrinkles. So many disappointments.’

If you watched that scene, if it wasn’t from a science fiction episode, isn’t it possible that it could be interpreted seriously? If you watched the music video ‘Home’, keep in mind that many? of the people who watched it, in my opinion, tried to relate to it, very seriously relate to it. For this advice, I recommend that you just objectively watch it. You don’t have to use it seriously.

I found music video ‘Home’ from the same list that I found the music video ‘Carry On’ in. I saved that list in the ‘Library’ category of www.youtube.com. Just search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘vevo playlists’, then select publisher ‘Vevo Playlists’, scroll down to ‘UK Playlists’, select that, then select ‘Latest R&B Tunes Playlist – New R&B & SOUL Music Videos 2022 – Vevo Playlists’. Jorja Smith – Time’ is #51 of 73. Then search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘jorja smith’ and select publisher ‘Jorja Smith’, select ‘VIDEOS’, scroll down, and there it is.

The commercial trailer that I watched earlier today for the 1st time and recommend for this advice is called ‘Sally’s Seashells (Extended)’, a commercial for Squarespace. From that same youtube link, here’s the description of Squarespace:

ABOUT SQUARESPACE
Squarespace empowers millions of dreamers, makers, and doers by providing them with the tools they need to bring their creative ideas to life. On Squarespace’s dynamic all-in-one platforms, customers can claim a domain, build a website, sell online, and market a brand. Our suite of products combines cutting-edge design and world-class engineering, making it easier than ever to establish and own your online presence.

It has over 11.7 million views, and it was just published a month ago! I’m recommending that you watch it because, in my opinion, it’s entertaining to see how Sally’s business expanded thanks to Squarespace. I found it by searching in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘new commercials 2022’, and one of the selections offered that contained that commercial was called ‘Top 10 Super Bowl 2022 Commercials’. The Squarespace commercial started 7 minutes and 21 seconds into that video selection. The publisher for that video selection is called ‘Wonders List’.

All right. It is now 11:36 AM EST for me. I am going to order food now. I’ll be back soon.

Not agree to address or discuss anything:

It is now 1:15 PM EST for me.

If you have chosen to use idea ‘Effort of resolve’, then the 1st idea I have offered to you for ‘Effort of resolve’ was ‘At’, and this is the 2nd idea, and it’s called ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything’. When you experience an instigation identified by that idea, you may contemplationally say the entire phrase, ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything’, or you may contemplationally just say one of the words of that phrase, such as ‘Address’ or ‘Discuss’.

Now, when I would wait for the bus to go to work, all sorts of people are passing by, for example, kids and teenagers, mostly teenagers, going to school, and many adults I am assuming are going to work. When I am eating before I go to work, I also believe that the many people that are using the bus and train terminals, most of them seemingly walking to the train terminals, I also believe most of them are also going to work. And from time to time, I would casually look at them going to work. Now, let’s just imagine that, occasionally, a few of them would present themselves in a way that is meant to get the attention of those who perceive them. In the place that I am eating, I am in a separate room, and the walls are made of glass, allowing me to perceive them. So, if a person presents himself/herself in a way that is trying to get my attention, but he/she is on the other side of that glass wall, and I did not agree to address or discuss anything with that person, then their conversation inclinations I treat at being moot, disavowed. I am not using it’s associated ‘Effort of resolve’, such associated conversation contemplations, since I did not agree to have a conversation with them in the 1st place. And from that example, you may extrapolate more how to use idea ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything’.

For example, just because a person verbally presents something to you, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you agreed to even contemplationally address or discuss such a thing. Let’s say that someone at school/work verbally presented something to you. You may say to that person ‘I did not agree to talk about that.’ or ‘I am not talking about that.’ It’s like someone saying ‘No comment’ to a reporter who is asking a question you don’t want to answer. You may also use it to not contemplationally address or discuss such a thing. So, you may choose to not verbally address or discuss such a thing, and you may also simultaneously choose to not contemplationally address or discuss such a thing.

Another example, if someone or more than one person is presenting an effort of resolve to each other, but you choose to not get involved with that participation, you may contemplationally say ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything’, since you are not participating with them.

You may also create for yourself contemplation allowance limits, in case the instigation is encouraging you to resolve something that has an excessive effort of resolve association. You may contemplationally say ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything’ to help you to stop thinking of such things, like giving yourself a contemplation allowance.

Not able to perceive a preferred perspective:

The 3rd idea, called ‘Not able to perceive a preferred perspective’, was created from an old ‘What If’ comic book storyline. That storyline began with the actual events, if memory serves, when the Avengers and Starhawk went against Korvac, when Korvac went to the spaceship of Galactus and took some of the power from that spaceship. Later, the Avengers and Starhawk were investigating him. When Starhawk confronted Korvac, Korvac absorbed him and then re-created him, but with the inability to perceive him. Later, when the Avengers and Starhawk visited him, Starhawk was able to identify Korvac by Starhawk’s ‘inability’ to perceive him. So, when I created idea ‘Not able to perceive a preferred perspective’, I did so with the intent to make yet another useful idea. For example, one use is when you circumstantially cannot perceive a preferred perspective, and that non-preferred perspective is something that you did not want to sense. You may use the option to contemplationally say ‘Not able to perceive a preferred perspective’, and that may help you do something else with that non preferred perspective of yours.

And there you have it, 2 more ideas added to idea ‘Effort of resolve’. I want to give you another idea, but that idea I choose to give you in another list, and I don’t think I have the extra time to find yet another music video and trailer. So, I’ll close this list now, and next Saturday, April 2 2022, I’ll type another list. Tomorrow I’m getting that epidural treatment in that medical center, and this coming Saturday if all goes well, I’m going to do my laundry in the public laundromat, and then go grocery shopping in that supermarket. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

TV-MA sci-fi viewer discretion for tv series ‘Star Trek: Picard’. Comic book viewer/reading discretion for the ‘Korvac’ storyline. Use only refurbished for advice references recommended. Throw away rest of episode, series, and comic book. [Use mental bookmarks ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything’ and ‘Not able to perceive a preferred perspective’ for reference, allocation, and prevention when needed.

Salutations.

It is now 8:37 AM EST for me.

I am going to look for that music video and trailer for this advice, but before I do that, I want to say 2 things: 1)Yesterday, some time after closing yesterday’s list, I don’t know if I actually had it, but I felt like I had flu symptoms, so I drank Theraflu. I purchased it this past February from Amazon.com. Here’s it’s name: ‘Theraflu Multi-Symptom Severe Cold and Severe Cold Cough Combo 12 ct Powder Plus Severe Cold Cough Daytime 6 ct Powder’ . It’s only about $18 dollars, and it’s available for Prime shipping. After I drank it, those flu symptoms were gone. You simply put the powder from one of those packs in hot water, drink it, and you should feel better. So, in case you feel flu like symptoms, I recommend you try Theraflu.

2)When I recommended yesterday that you watch ‘Willow – Official Meet the Cast Clip (2022) Warwick Davis’, if you are a kid, and you’re not used to seeing someone with dwarfism, I’m not obligating you to get used to it. For example, I’m an adult, and I don’t believe I’ve ever personally met someone with dwarfism before. However, before I would go to work, I would eat in a place that is located where the bus and train terminals are, and I’ve seen people who look like they have dwarfism. Just to try to explain it without being accurate, I only have movie experience, and I am an adult. So, if you are a kid watching that ‘Willow’ trailer, it is not my intent to obligate you to get used to seeing someone with dwarfism. It’s just a recommendation to watch for the advice, not a commitment to get used to someone with dwarfism. Personally, I thought the trailer was entertaining to watch, seeing celebrity Warwick Davis show a positive mental attitude. After all, and I am not in the entertainment industry, there are not too many tv show and movie celebrities that have dwarfism that I am aware of, so in my opinion, celebrity Warwick Davis is in a unique position to give a certain impression about people with dwarfism, not that he has to, of course. To help relax the situation, here is a quote from wikipedia.org about Warwick Davis:

‘ Active within the industry since he was twelve, Davis is the highest grossing supporting actor of all time (excluding cameo appearances), owing predominantly to his appearances in the Star Wars and Harry Potter series of films. ‘

So, I’m going to look for that music video and trailer now. For the kids who watched that ‘Willow’ trailer and felt a little awkard about it, sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. I’ll start typing again later today.

It is now 2:49 PM EST for me. I wasn’t able to find a music video. I think it took me this long because of my lower back. I don’t know what will happen not until after the doctor’s visit tomorrow. If anything, I’ll just look again this coming Saturday. I usually am able to find a music video every Saturday, since there’s a significant amount of new music videos collected if you look once a week only. If you choose to, I’ll let you know sometime tomorrow what will happen.

Salutations.

It is now 3:34 PM EST for me.

I saw the doctor today, and if all goes well, I am assuming that I will receive some sort of epidural treatment for the lower right side of my back this coming Friday. That means I won’t be able to go to work, not until after that procedure. So, this is the plan: For this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, I’m going to call them ‘Explain idea ‘Effort of resolve’ days’. Two days should be more than enough to explain idea ‘Effort of resolve’. After that, the next few ideas should still involve the use of idea ‘Effort of resolve’, and after that, I don’t know yet. To make sure that I have a music video, I will also include music videos that haven’t been recommended yet. For example, a music video from a popular singer, but was made over 10 years ago. Even though it’s not a ‘new’ music video, it’s still a music video that wasn’t recommended in this blog before. I just want to make sure this time that I choose a music video, so that the advice can be typed in. From now on, that’s part of the parameters, but I will still look for a ‘new’ music video 1st before going there.

So, starting tomorrow morning, I am going to buy coffee and a few other foods from the local store, and then let you know in this list when I will begin looking for the music video and trailer, and then finally eventually after all is done, I will start explaining again idea ‘Effort of resolve’.

Here’s something that you may want to know about that I did earlier today, but it’s not advice. It’s just something that I did. After I got home today after the doctor’s visit, as I was resting on my bed and after I ordered KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) chicken using the UberEats app, I imagined biting a piece of KFC chicken, not putting it in my mouth, but just putting a piece of KFC chicken between my teeth, and then going to sleep. That happened while I was waiting for the KFC chicken order to arrive. The UberEats app said that they were still preparing the food. It wasn’t even being delivered yet, so therefore I had time to relax and wait for the food. And that’s one of the things that I did while waiting for that KFC chicken to show up. If you find that explanation useful, that’s great. If you think I wasted your time reading it, well, I didn’t think of a response for that that I can type in. It’s a free country! Like it or hate it, that’s up to you. So to speak, it’s just advice to me. So, if you are there tomorrow morning, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.

It is now 8:42 AM EST for me.

I am starting the process of looking for a music video and trailer. Recently, I used my Apple TV device to install the youtube app for my tv in order to watch the ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ trailer, and I discovered that the Apple TV device seems to have more memory and a different setup than the youtube.com website. It does not have as many options, but the youtube app for tv use seems to offer more memory to watch the youtube selections, and it has a different homepage setup. I’m going to see if the youtube app for tv can help me find the music video. If that doesn’t work, I’ll just use my laptop again. After I find the music video and trailer, I’ll let you know what that is, and then I will try to finish explaining idea ‘Effort of resolve’. So, I’ll see you later today.

It is now 12:15 PM EST for me.

I don’t even want to know how long it took me to find them, but I finally have them. I used the youtube app to find the music videos, and the youtube computer website to find it’s corresponding location, and to watch them. I only decided which music video and trailer to watch using the youtube tv app, but I didn’t watch it’s entirety using the youtube tv app. I watched the whole thing using my laptop, the usual youtube.com website. The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today is called ‘Carry On’ by Akemi Fox. I originally found it using the tv youtube app, so to find it using the youtube.com website, search for phrase ‘vevo playlists’ and select publisher ‘Vevo Playlists’, scroll down and select ‘UK Playlists’, then select ‘VIEW FULL PLAYLIST’ for selection ‘Latest R&B Tunes Playlist – New R&B & SOUL Music Videos 2022 – Vevo Playlists’. The explanation for that selection is ‘New R&B and Soul music videos including SZA, Khalid, Giveon, Miraa May, Summer Walker, H.E.R, and more.’ . ‘Akemi Fox – Carry On’ as of now is #34 of 73. Music video ‘Carry On’ has over 22 thousand views, and was published 4 months ago. Here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Carry On’:

can we carry on? (can we carry on?)
don’t do me wrong
all these little conversations don’t belong
can we carry on? (can we carry on?)
don’t do me wrong
all these little conversations don’t belong

Now, the reason I chose music video ‘Carry On’ is because it seems to me that she is moping around her house thinking and imagining. Of course, most of these songs and music videos nowadays are relationship based, but if you have ever allowed yourself to relaxingly think and imagine while you’re at home, then you may use music video ‘Carry On’ as a category example of thinking and imagining while at home. In that context, if you choose to watch music video ‘Carry On’, it can be a relaxing experience for you, seeing a person thinking and imagining while at home. I think you’ll enjoy watching music video ‘Carry On’ in that context. Plus, the experience watching music video ‘Carry On’ can set the pace for how you use the advice in this list.

The trailer I selected is called ‘THE GILDED AGE Trailer (2022) Drama Series’. From www.youtube.com, search for phrase ‘movie coverage’ and select publisher ‘Movie Coverage’, select ‘PLAYLISTS’, and from ‘Created playlists’ select ‘VIEW FULL PLAYLISTS’ from category ‘The Best DRAMA Movies’. The explanation for that is ‘Film Trailers and Movie Clips from the best and latest Dramas.’ . TV series ‘The Gilded Age’ trailer is #75 of 1,596 videos.( I didn’t scroll down all the way via computer to verify that.) Here is a quick quote about it from wikipedia.org:

‘ The Gilded Age is an American historical drama television series created and written by Julian Fellowes for HBO that is set in the United States during the Gilded Age, the boom years of the 1880s in New York City. ‘

The main reason why I chose ‘The Gilded Age’ is because of celebrity Christine Baranski’s performance as Diane Lockhart in tv series ‘The Good Fight’. She is also one of the main characters in tv series ‘The Gilded Age’. Since tv series ‘The Gilded Age’ is what I call a ‘period piece’, set in the 1880s, they shouldn’t be able to express themselves, like the way we do around the now. That’s the effect I’m recommending that you sense, that they are not communicating the way we communicate now.

Effort of resolve:

It is now 1:05 PM EST for me.

Here is how I recommend you to use idea ‘Effort of resolve’ and the ideas I will soon add to it. When you are using certain word associated ideas in relation to your strategy to evaluate/manage instigation and it’s inadvertencies, and for some reason those word based ideas don’t give you your preferred results, then idea ‘Effort of resolve’ may be your ‘Plan B’, the secondary idea that may work if your originally chosen idea doesn’t work. For example, here’s a phrase I’m using now. You don’t need to know what it means, I’m just using the phrase identity itself as an example. Let’s say you’re contemplationally using the phrase ‘From not doing’, and for some reason, the phrase ‘From not doing’ is not giving you the preferred results that you are looking for. Then, you would use idea ‘Effort of resolve’, and that may work.

Let me give you a ‘before and after’ illustration example, the ‘before’ example will illustrate a person not using ‘Effort of resolve’, and the ‘after’ example will show you refurbished a person using ‘Effort of resolve’. Let’s use episode 1.5 ‘Love Language’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Resident Alien(2021)’, Sahar’s(Gracelyn Awad Rinke) face reaction. The episode is available for purchase streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene, refurbished with inaproprieities removed(for example, not talking about ashes), starts 40 minutes and 10 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Sahar: ‘I snuck them into your pocket. So, when you were spitting into the ocean, he was in your pocket laughing at you the whole time. Your spit will never get near him.’

Max(Judah Prehn): ‘We win again.’

Soon after saying that, Harry(Alan Tudyk) spits at Max, causing Sahar to react. Sahar’s reaction starts 40 minutes and 24 seconds into the episode. Sahar’s reaction represents the expectations of your use of word idea strategy not producing the preferred results that you expect to occur. Notice how quickly Sahar’s stories were building, compensating supposedly for whatever Harry would say. Max even said ‘We win again.’, indicating the positive effectiveness of Sahar’s use of strategy. But when Harry chose to spit on Max, indicating a flaw in Sahar’s strategy expectations, Sahar reacted in disbelief and surprise, because that has never happened before. It took Sahar a little while to acclimate. So, Sahar’s refurbished face reaction is the ‘before’ illustration example.

The ‘after’ illustration example, refurbished for advice of course, is from the movie ‘Our Brand Is Crisis(2015)’ starring Joaquim de Almeida as Castillo. I used this illustration example recently. It is how Castillo handled an angry group of people that used stones and bricks to stop the bus him and his re-election team were in. The others were panicking, but Castillo, refurbished for advice, used his ‘Effort of resolve’ idea, and did not actively interact with those impressions of effort of resolve, those escalating efforts of resolve that involve panic and fear. He instead tried to reason with the angry group of people, even addressing the obvious brick that damaged the windshield of his bus, and addressed the obvious jacket that another man was wearing, that was the exact type of jacket that Castillo was wearing at the time. I recommend you watch that scene in general, refurbished for advice. Notice how the others were panicking in the bus, but Castillo chose to go outside that bus to talk to those angry people. Clearly, Castillo is not interacting with the same ‘effort of resolve’ as the others. I’ll just quote 2 scenes, not the politics part. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, the 1st scene starts 1 hour, 12 minutes, and 31 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote, translated into English:

Castillo: ‘Please calm down. Stop throwing rocks because you’ve already broken our windshield.’

1 hour, 13 minutes, and 59 seconds:

Castillo: ‘Thank you very much. And that jacket, I tell you, is very nice.’

I speculate that, the more you practice using this idea, for example, when your original chosen word idea doesn’t work, you use idea ‘Effort of resolve’, the more you do that, the more I speculate that you’ll get better at it. Eventually, let’s say about a month of doing this, your mind will get used to it, and you won’t need to use idea ‘Effort of resolve’ so directly anymore. By then, I plan to continue to give you more ideas, allowing you to ‘move on’ to the next ideas.

It is now 2:03 PM EST for me. I’m going to take a short break, and continue later today with explaining 2 ideas: ‘At’ and ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything.’ I’ll be back.

At:

It is now 3:19 PM EST for me.

Accomodate:

To help the effectiveness for you for idea ‘At’, I’m going to explain an idea I recently imagined called ‘Accomodate’. I know that I made other ideas called ‘Accomodate’. So, here’s the idea, and I just imagined it. I can’t verify if it’s true in the real world. So, here it is: Many people who get married in America are in interracial marriages, for example, hispanic woman marrying an Irish man. Now, if they’re young, it’s possible that, in order to get married, let’s say one example is that the soon to be husband has to help the soon to be wife develop more her relationship with her cultural beliefs. If the man she wants to marry helps her develop her cultural beliefs to the satisfaction of her parents, then they can get married with her parent’s blessing. Because I am watching ‘Star Trek: Picard’, I recently imagined Picard(Patrick Stewart), even as old as he is in that show, talking to a woman who is very young, privately talking to her about how much effort they are both using to help that woman develop more her cultural beliefs, her cultural identity, because they both want to get married with the blessing from the woman’s parents. Even though I did not imagine the specifics of that conversation, I believed at the time that the conversation was useful to think about.

The purpose of idea ‘At’, it’s full name is ‘Directed at’, but I believe you will probably mostly contemplationally use it by contemplationally saying ‘At’, is to help you sense, if an instigation is doing it, to sense that an instigation is being directed at you, at the instigator himself/herself, or at something or someone else. That way, if you have more of a sense as to how it’s affecting you, you may be able to manage it better. In my opinion, it is the best 1 idea to add to idea ‘Effort of resolve’.

Now, the problem with idea ‘At’ is that it seems to be exclusively created by a scene is a movie that has a certain realism of violence. It’s a very popular movie, but I’m not recommending that the movie be watched for this advice because of it’s impression of rated R violence and rated R viewer discretion. So, when I recommend the scene in that movie to watch, you may watch the scenes that are near the reference to understand the reference more, but I’m not recommending that you watch the movie for this advice because of it’s rated R violence and viewer discretions. You are only to use the recommended scene for idea ‘At’, and not use the rest of the scenes from that movie for this advice.

Now, I am not a ‘worldly’ person. Even though I am an American, I am not a cultural anthropologist. So, to get a feeling of that scene, I recommend that you watch music video ‘Dura’ by Daddy Yankee, and that Picard is marrying a woman that is from that general area. In that story that I made in this list, to get married to that woman, he is helping her get more involved with her cultural heritage, and that includes him interacting with certain aspects of those cultural beliefs as well. So, before you see that scene, I recommend you watch the music video ‘Dura’.

The scene is from the movie ‘Miami Vice’. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about the movie:

‘ ‘Miami Vice’ is a 2006 neo-noir buddy cop action thriller film directed, written, and co-produced by Michael Mann. The film is an adaptation of the 1980s television series of the same name, on which Mann was an executive producer.

The film stars Colin Farrell as MDPD detective James “Sonny” Crockett and Jamie Foxx as Crockett’s partner Ricardo “Rico” Tubbs…

The film follows detectives Crockett and Tubbs, who go undercover to fight drug trafficking operations. ‘

To help you use that scene, one of the main characters in that scene, Jamie Foxx, is also in the movie ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home(2021)’ Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about Jamie Foxx’s character:

Jamie Foxx as Max Dillon / Electro:
An Oscorp electrical engineer from an alternate reality who gained electric powers after an accident involving genetically modified electric eels. Foxx reprises his role from Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014).

The reason I am saying these things is because, if you choose to use idea ‘At’, you may be thinking about that scene from the movie ‘Miami Vice’ to give idea ‘At’ it’s effectiveness. So, here we go: The movie ‘Miami Vice’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 29 minutes and 16 seconds into the movie. The quote starts 29 minutes and 19 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Sonny Crockett(Colin Farrell): ‘Why do I get the feeling everyone knows we’re here 15 blocks out?’

Ricardo Tubbs(Jamie Foxx): ‘Cause everybody knows we’re here 15 blocks out.’

And that’s when it happens. When you use idea ‘At’, you may recall their approach to see ‘Crazy Pig’. Idea ‘At’ does not include the actual meeting with ‘Crazy Pig’, just getting that feeling that they are being ‘directed at’ by everyone. That’s when you’ll notice the people, even the graffiti on one of the walls. They’re all causing Crockett and Tubbs to feel that they’re being ‘directed at’, and it’s the only reference I can think of that makes idea ‘At’ work. If you can think of a better one, a more compatible one for you, you can always change the idea, since it’s your idea if you choose to take it.

There are guns shown in that scene, but those guns are not being used. Crockett and Tubbs are just being ‘directed at’, and also keep in mind that it’s just a movie. The people are real, but they are all portraying a character, they’re all acting. So, to repeat myself, just use the being ‘directed at’ scene in that movie. The rest of the movie is not to be used, not to be watched, for the use of this advice. The scene starts around 29 minutes and 16 seconds into the movie, soon after they get out of the car, and ends around 29 minutes and 44 seconds into the movie, before they enter the building. The ‘directed at’ scene is less than 30 seconds long! Just to be clear about what it is you may be using when using idea ‘At’.

That scene feels like, as a recommendation feeling, it feels like you’re being ‘Star Trek’ tractor beamed to see ‘Crazy Pig’. You don’t have to use the song ‘Dura’ while thinking about that scene. The music video ‘Dura’ was to help you find the illustration more useful.

It is now 4:21 PM EST for me. I am going to close this idea now. It is my belief that explaining this part of idea ‘Effort of resolve’ was the hardest part. Now that I got it out of the way, it should be a lot easier to explain the rest of the ideas, the ideas that I have already planned to explain. I’ll close this list, and continue with the explanations, such as explaining idea ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything.’ in the next list. I plan to do that starting tomorrow morning, since I have to find a music video and trailer for it. So, if you are there tomorrow, I’ll see you then.

Rated TV-14 viewer discretion for tv series ‘Resident Alien’. Rated R viewer discretion for movie ‘Our Brand Is Crisis’. Rated TV-MA sci-fi viewer discretion for tv series ‘Star Trek: Picard’. Rated R strong violence, language, mature themes for movie ‘Miami Vice’. Use only refurbished for advice references recommended. Throw away rest of episode, series, and movie. [Use mental bookmarks ‘Effort of resolve’ and ‘At’ for reference, allocation, and prevention when needed.

Salutations.

It is now 7:34 AM EST for me.

Before I begin typing again, I want you to know my physical situation. For those of you who have been reading this blog for a while, you may have read that I have back problems. In the beginning, when these back problems started to be obvious, if I would get an episode with my lower back, I may have to stay home for over 2 months until I can go back to work. That only happens once every few years. When I would go to the hospital for it, after examining me, I was told to see a specialist about it. Eventually, I found a team of doctors that knows my problem, treats me, and then I can go back to work soon afterward. And that’s what happened to me again. It is the lower right side of my back. While I was in the public laundromat, my lower back felt agitated, and then I felt this pain. I would have to sit down a few times and it would subside, allowing me to be able to go back home. That happened, yesterday, 3/18/2022. Yesterday I made an appointment, but one of the doctor’s won’t be available, not until Monday. They’re familiar with my back problem. Now, it doesn’t feel as bad as when I was in the laundromat, but while I was trying to sleep earlier, there were moments when the pain would linger and not subside, preventing me from sleeping. And now, if I try to move around a certain way, like putting on a sock, bump into something, or even move around while sitting, I would feel something like a muscle spasm in that area, so there’s no way I’m going to work like that. I’ve been through worse. I remember some years ago, I would have to make an effort just to take a shower, since my back wouldn’t allow me to stand for prolonged periods of time. I saw something on youtube where a man only takes a shower once a week because he lives in one of the coldest parts of the world. Well, in my lifestyle, I take showers once a day, and during that time with my back problem, believing that I had to take a shower at least once a day, even though my back would give out, after a few tries trying to take a shower, my body and my persistence eventually won, allowing me to take a basic shower. Once I was in the process of taking a shower, for some reason, my back had the strength to allow that.

Well, now, it’s not that bad. Like I said, I’ve been through worse. However, I can’t work like this, so I’m going to see that doctor this coming Monday, and hopefully my back will be treated, and I can go back to work again.

Right now, I’m sitting on a couch using wifi, the wifi is OK. My back discomfort, as long as I don’t move wrong, whatever that is, I won’t experience another muscle spasm. I’m going to look for yet another music video and trailer, and then after I find them, I’ll start typing again. I’ll see you then.

It is now 12:12 PM EST for me.

Since my beginning time was 7:34 AM EST, it looks like I’ve spent let’s say about 4 hours! finding a music video and trailer! Even though I’ve been doing this for a certain amount of years, I think the reason why it’s taking me so long to find them is that, the more you learn how, the more finicky you may get. For example, country music videos are easy to select, but you may choose to look for variety. I think that’s why many people who are really good at certain things don’t participate. It’s because they are really good at it. They also look for variety, something with a challenge. Not everyone, and not all of the time, of course.

The music video that I have watched for the 1st time earlier today and have chosen for this advice is called ‘Say It Again’ by Griff. I found it by searching in www.google.com for the phrase ‘mtv push’, and then selected ‘MTV PUSH – Season – TV Series’. That was link ‘https://www.mtv.com/shows/push’. I scrolled down to ‘PLAYLISTS’, clicked the ‘>’ button, and eventually selected ‘Griff’. I then selected publisher ‘Griff’ from www.youtube.com, and then eventually selected ‘Say It Again’. It has at least 857 thousand views, and was published 1 year ago. Here’s a quote from a review from inceleb.wordpress.com:

‘ Unlike Forgive Myself, where Griff sings about falling in love with the wrong guy and how she needs to forgive herself for falling in love each time, ‘Say It Again’ describes how it is good to open up about your feelings and how everything will turn out in the end. ‘

The main reason I reference reviews is to add reassurance that the music video is acceptable to be used for the list, not to ‘keep in mind’ the meaning of the music video/song as it is presented by the review. If I remember it as I watch the music video, I may choose to use it, but for this music video, I forgot what it was, and did not actively use it while watching the music video ‘Say It Again’. However, I did still meet by basic expectation. However, if you choose to watch music video ‘Say It Again’, in my opinion, it’s pretty relaxing to watch. Here’s a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Say It Again’:

‘Cause I know that even if I was the wisest of them all
It don’t matter, not at all
If you don’t believe it so

Before I reveal to you the trailer, I want to give you a reason why I chose it. As far as I am aware of, there are only 2 ‘short in stature’/dwarfism movie or tv show celebrities that I am aware of, Warwick Davis from the 1988 sci-fi movie ‘Willow’, and Peter Dinklage from tv series ‘Game of Thrones(2011+)’. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about Warwick Davis:

‘ When Davis was 11, his grandmother heard a radio advertisement calling for people who were 4 feet (120 cm) tall or shorter to be in Return of the Jedi.[7] To Davis, who was a fan of the Star Wars films, it was a dream come true. During the filming of Return of the Jedi, Mark Hamill himself bought Davis every Star Wars action figure that he did not already own. ‘

For the trailer that I watched earlier for the 1st time, I chose ‘Official Meet the Cast Clip (2022)’ for the tv series ‘Willow’. As of now, here is what ravemotionpictures.com says about the release date for the tv series ‘Willow’:

‘ Willow’s premiere date has not been made specific yet. However, the investors of the series have stated that the series would most probably get released in 2022. However, the authentic information about the release of the series on the specific platform and the trailer’s release is kept secret. ‘

As of now, I would just use ‘Google News’ from my Iphone 12 mini to find out what is streaming. Since I’m using my laptop, I accessed ‘Google News’ from it, and selected one of my ‘Saved stories’, the one called ‘2022 TV Premiere Dates: The Full Winter And Spring Schedule’ from ‘Cinemablend’. If you search in www.google.com for the phrase ‘google news’ and select that, and then select the ‘Cinemablend’ article, then scroll down, you should find the category ‘2022 Premiere Dates TBD’. Here’s the entire article, there’s not much:

The following TV shows are expected to arrive at some point in 2022, however no official premiere dates have been set:

Alice in Borderland Season 2 (Netflix)
Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas (Netflix)
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners (Netflix)
First Kill (Netflix)
Interview With The Vampire (AMC)
Locke & Key Season 3 (Netflix)
Magic: The Gathering (Netflix)
Resident Evil (Netflix)
She-Hulk (Disney+)
The Sandman (Netflix)
The Umbrella Academy Season 3 (Netflix)
Willow (Disney+)
The Witcher: Blood Origin (Netflix)

I selected ‘Willow’ from that list.

There’s no tv show trailer yet, but there is an official ‘meet the cast’ trailer. To watch that ‘Willow’ meet the cast trailer, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘willow 2022 trailer’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 24 thousand views. It was published 4 months ago.

If you choose to watch that ‘meet the cast’ trailer, I recommend that you watch it using the ‘Willow tv series’ wikipedia.org ‘Cast’ reference. All of the people obviously shown are also indicated in wikipedia.org. To me, it looks like Warwick Davis is introducing the other main characters for the tv series ‘Willow(2022)’ while they are all sitting in some sort of park bench. In my opinion, it’s very entertaining to watch, but it’s done very quickly. The video clip is only 3 minutes and 20 seconds. If you choose to watch it, I hope you enjoy it. I’m going to watch it again before I continue.

Effort of resolve:

All right! It is now 1:34 PM EST for me.

Over 99% of the time, I would never write this stuff down. This would be the 1st time that I would put it into words, the ideas. So, let me try to explain idea ‘Effort of resolve’, continuing from the last time I was explaining it: if you experienced instigation in the past, certain instigations would contemplationally impose upon you an inclination to make an effort to resolve that instigation. Idea ‘Effort of resolve’ helps you quantify that sense of effort of resolve so that you can better manage it, instead of letting it, let’s say, adversely influence how you cope from that instigation experience. To give you an illustration example of a person, at least via imagination, that is able to professionally? manage such efforts of resolve is in the movie ‘Our Brand Is Crisis(2015)’ starring Joaquim de Almeida as Pedro Castillo, the Bolivian Presidential candidate who hires Jane. If memory serves, Pedro Castillo, according to the movie, already was President, but wants to be re-elected. So, based on his previous experience with already being President, at least in imagination, he has experience to more objectively manage efforts of resolve. The illustration example with Pedro Castillo was when their bus was stopped by what seems to be an angry group of people, and Pedro Castillo calmly and clearly addressed that the bus’s front glass window was broken, and that he is aware that there is a man wearing the same jacket that he is wearing. The movie ‘Our Brand Is Crisis’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, the 1st scene starts 1 hour, 12 minutes, and 31 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote, translated into English by subtitle:

Pedro Castillo: ‘Please calm down. Stop throwing rocks because you’ve already broken my windshield.’

The 2nd quote starts 1 hour and 14 minutes into the movie:

Pedro Castillo: ‘And that jacket, I tell you, is very nice.’

Emphasis of resolve:

All right. I’m going to try to identify a sense of emphasis of resolve using the movie ‘Below(2002)’ as an illustration example reference. From that illustration reference, I can create several variations. In that scene, there are people in the submarine that are actually trying, as a group, to create a disturbing, escalating sense of resolve. They actually want that to happen to their minds. There is a ‘voice of reason’ amongst them, one of the men trying to keep it under control, but everyone else wants to support the harrowing, disturbing interpretations that they are thinking of. The movie ‘Below’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, refurbished and edited for advice, that scene starts 59 minutes and 28 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Sonar #1(Sebastian Knapp): ‘Rudder malfunction. When we tried to shut down the props, no dice. Wouldn’t respond. We’re on a runaway boat, fellas. Now, can any of you top that?’

Man #2: ‘Well, I had a strange thought.’

Man #3: ‘Take a number.’

Man #2: ‘Yeah, but this one’s real creep-show stuff.

1 minute 10 seconds:

Stumbo(Jason Flemyng): ‘I don’t get it.’

1 minute, 34 seconds into the movie, the ‘voice of reason’ steps in, dismissing the disturbing things that the other men were saying using reasonable explanations:

Pappy(Christopher Fairbank): ‘Hydrogen from the batteries, CO2, ozone from the electrical shorts – that’s what we’re breathing right now. Like those deep sea divers that don’t get enough oxygen– head starts playing tricks on ’em. We got mechanical problems, that’s all, okay? We always got mechanical problems.’

Now, when you experience, from your chosen perspective, an escalating or excessive effort of resolve, you can contemplationally choose to not use it, to not become it. You may sense something about it, but you don’t have to use it, you don’t have to ‘become’ it. Those men from that illustration example from the movie ‘Below’, they’re doing the exact opposite! They’re trying to encourage each other to ‘become’ the disconcerting, and if you choose to see it this way, ‘excessive’, contemplations that they are encouraging each other to create. The ‘voice of reason’, Pappy, is trying to encourage them to not use such disconcerting contemplations. It’s the best 1 illustration example I can think of for now.

It’s now 2:37 PM EST for me. I’m going to stop typing now and close this list, but since I’m not working tomorrow because of my lower back problem, I’m going to try to finish explaining idea ‘Effort of resolve’ in the next list tomorrow, Sunday, 3/20/2022. I’ll use the standard music video and trailer addition tomorrow. So, if you are there tomorrow, I’ll see you then.

Rated PG sci-fi violence and viewer discretion for movie ‘Willow’. Rated R violence, viewer discretion for movie ‘Our Brand Is Crisis’. Rated R horror violence and viewer discretion for movie ‘Below’. Use only refurbished for advice references recommended. Throw away rest of movie. Saluations.

It is now 8:25 AM EST for me.

I originally planned to continue to explain idea ‘Effort of resolve’, but because of the epiphany(I call it ‘epiphany’) you may have experienced using the idea called ‘Available objectivity’ from the last list, Wishlist #1312, I’m going to offer you instead 2 more ideas to help you prepare you to continue with idea ‘Effort of resolve’. The 1st idea is called ‘Disappointment’, and I haven’t thought of a name for the 2nd idea yet. So, for clarification, here is a quote from idea ‘Available objectivity’ again. According to Amazon Video, it’s from episode 4.7 ‘The Doctor’s Daughter’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Doctor Who(2008)’, a conversation between General Cobb(Nigel Terry) and The Doctor(David Tennant). The reference was designated to be refurbished for the advice. The scene starts 12 minutes and 29 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote again:

The Doctor: ‘A second ago, it was peace in our time, now you’re talking about genocide.’

General Cobb: ‘For us, that means the same thing.’

So, it is what General Cobb said: ‘For us, that means the same thing.’ , that is contemplationally being used. I suspect that, during the 1st few days of using it, the adults especially felt a sense of what I call ‘epiphany’, a positive effect that the idea is working. It’s been my experience that such a feeling is temporary, but I still have concern as to how the people, from kids to adults, reacted to that ‘General Cobb’ quote. And that is why today I am introducing to you 2 more ideas, to help prepare you to continue to use idea ‘Effort of resolve’. Next Saturday, I plan to continue to explain idea ‘Effort of resolve’.

It is now 8:37 AM EST for me. I am now going to look for a new music video and trailer for the advice in this list, and then after I select them, I will then begin explaining those 2 ideas. I’ll see you then.

It is now 11:13 AM EST for me.

I’ll present to you the music video and trailer in the order that I found and watched them earlier today. The tv series trailer was the 1st one that I found. It is called ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’. I found it in the ‘signed in’ youtube homepage. I eventually selected the one offered by publisher ‘Star Wars’. Just go to www.youtube.com, search for phrase ‘star wars’, select the publisher from one of the selections offered, then select ‘VIDEOS’. Trailer ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ was published 2 days ago, and already has almost 11 million views! It already has 30,000 comments! Here’s a quote from one of the comments:

‘ The music mix in this trailer is the most on point thing ever. That transition from Duel of The Fates into battle of The Heroes is marvelous. ‘

And here is the premise from www.wikipedia.org to help you understand the trailer, if you choose to watch it:

‘ Ten years after the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), Obi-Wan Kenobi is watching over Luke Skywalker on Tatooine when he finds himself embarking on a “rollicking adventure”[1][2] that pits him against the Inquisitors, who are bent on destroying any remaining fragments of the Jedi Order. ‘

So, like that comment that I chose said, the music used while watching the trailer really does make it entertaining to watch. If you like watching tv shows ‘The Mandalorian’ and ‘The Book of Boba Fett’, then you should also enjoy watching the trailer for ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’. Here’s another quote from wikipedia.org:

‘ Obi-Wan Kenobi is scheduled to premiere on May 25, 2022, and will consist of six episodes. ‘

It is now 11:32 AM EST for me.

So, after I selected the trailer ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ for the 1st time earlier today(I didn’t watch the entire trailer. I only saw a few seconds of it, and then decided to select it. I watched the entire trailer after I finally selected and watched the music video.), I proceeded to look for the music video. As usual, it was an effort to find. Finally, the music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today is called ‘It Gets Dark’ by Sigrid. I found it in www.youtube.com, publisher ‘Vevo’, category ‘New Videos by Genre’, sub-category ‘Vevo Brand New POP’, and the description provided for that category is ‘The latest videos from the biggest stars!’. As of now, music video ‘It Gets Dark’ is #4 of 76. And here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘It Gets Dark’:

I, I’ve never, ever been this far away from home
And now I know
It gets dark, yeah, it gets dark
And I, I’m moving at the speed of light, I had to go
But now I know
It gets dark so I can see the stars

And here is a quote from unitedbypop.com for the song ‘It Gets Dark’:

‘ An ode to accepting the bad times so the good things can break through, the new song shows yet again Sigrid’s talent of crafting something so personal, yet, universal. ‘

And here is a partial quote from one of the comments:

‘ Sigrid is really talented. Her confidence and energy are very inspiring and that’s not a lot of what we see these days. ‘

To watch music video ‘It Gets Dark’ for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘sigrid it gets dark’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 120 thousand views. It was published 3/11/2022, yesterday.

1st, I want to say that, as I was watching music video ‘It Gets Dark’, I surprisingly enjoyed it. However, when I selected it before I watched it, I was disappointed in it. I eventually contemplationally said ‘Even benchwarmers get to play.’ , and that allowed me to watch it. I chose it because I had to choose something before I begin giving you your recommended advice. Soon after I started to watch it, I was surprised to discover that I actually like it. The meaning of the song from the review selected integrated with the music video as I watched it, making the music video enjoyable to watch. So, if you choose to watch music video ‘It Gets Dark’ by Sigrid, I recommend that you give it 20 seconds or so, and you, too, may be surprised that you may also find the music video enjoyable to watch.

I’m going to watch the ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ trailer again before I begin the actual advice.

Disappointment:

It is now 12:33 PM EST for me.

1st, let’s get the formalities out of the way. Disappointment can be used reasonably, for example, when used to evaluate others, to help them develop, to improve. This example, I don’t know if it’s available streaming or whatever. I’m just making it available to you. It’s from the movie ‘Streets of Gold(1986)’ starring Klaus Maria Brandauer as Alek Neuman, Wesley Snipes as Roland Jenkins, and Adrian Pasdar as Timmy Boyle. Here is a description from www.imdb.com about the movie:

‘ Alek is an immigrant who has just moved to the U. S. He was banned from competing for the USSR Olympic boxing team because of his religion. Depressed and alcoholic, he finds happiness and redemption when he trains two fighters. ‘

If memory serves, there was a scene in the movie when Alek was evaluating both Roland Jenkins and Timmy Boyle while they were boxing with another manager. Both men gave Roland Jenkins a lot of praise in their evaluations of him, and both men express a lot of disappointments when evaluating Timmy Boyle. The disappointments, among other things, were used to help Timmy Boyle improve his boxing ability.

So, I stipulate, I believe that disappoinments can be used reasonably in American society.

And now, to the instigation part. I’m going to quote a scene from the movie ‘Mission: Impossible(1996)’ starring Jean Reno as Krieger, Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, and Ving Rhames as Luther. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 13 minutes, and 48 seconds into movie. Here is the starting quote:

Krieger: ‘I don’t think you’re in any position to give orders, do you? Not while I’m holding this.’

Soon after, Ethan Hunt shows him several magic tricks involving misdirection, convincing Krieger that he does not actually have the disc.

1 hour, 15 minutes, and 28 seconds into the movie, Krieger throws away the disc.

1 hour, 17 minutes, and 2 seconds into the movie, Luther notices that Ethan Hunt is taking the disc out of the garbage that Krieger threw away. Here is the quote:

Luther: ‘Krieger did have the Noc list?’

Here’s the definition of idea ‘Disappointment’ for this list that I am trying to get to. An instigator may improperly impose an impression of disappointment that may contemplationally cause you to not use ‘the answer’, certain aspects of what you have learned that are acceptable to use, but the experienced disappointment is causing you to forsake it. Refurbished for advice of course, in that ‘Mission: Impossible’ scene, Krieger did have the Noc list, but Ethan Hunt’s imposed upon disappointment caused Krieger to believe that he did not have the Noc list. So, if you extrapolate from that ‘Mission: Impossible’ illustration, if you experienced mild to moderate forms of instigation before, and a few of those experiences still bother you when you recall them, then some? of those few instigation experiences may also be interpreted as out of context disappointments that may discourage you from using ‘the answer’. Let’s quote what ‘the answer’ means, to make it easier to identify:

the answer: ‘certain aspects of what you have learned that are acceptable to use, but the experienced disappointment is causing you to forsake it.’

There is this trick that I invented for idea ‘Disappointment’, but it depends on the trailer for movie ‘La La Land(2013)’ starring Emma Stone as Mia, and Ryan Gosling as Sebastian. It’s based on the trailer offered by the streaming service Hulu. So, you would have to have the streaming service Hulu to see that trailer. I looked in youtube and google, and I couldn’t find that trailer. If you have Hulu, search for ‘la la land’, select it, then scroll down and select ‘EXTRAS’ to watch the trailer.

Now, if you watch that trailer, you should notice that Mia(Emma Stone) wreaks of disappointment! The trailer begins with Mia auditioning for an acting role, and it later gives the impression that she did not get that role. And to make it even more obvious, 44 seconds into that trailer, Mia is expressing doubts to Sebastian about her career goals. Here is the quote:

Mia: ‘Maybe I’m not good enough.’

Sebastian: ‘Yes, you are.’

Mia: ‘No, maybe I’m not.’

Sebastian: ‘Yes, you are.’

Mia:(shaking her head in disbelief.)

Not just her:

So, the ‘trick’ is to use Mia’s disbelief as an illustration reference to the impressions of out of context mild to moderate instigations that you have experienced, that still bother you, so that more objectively recall such experiences. For example, think of those scenes from the movie ‘La La Land, or use that trailer, those scenes where Mia expresses disbelief, contemplationally say something like ‘Not just her’, recall those experienced instigations that may still bother you with a scene or more involving Mia’s disbelief or her efforts that lead to disbelief, like that audition, with the intent to more objectively recall those mild to moderate forms of experienced instigations that may still bother you, to sense them as disappointments more objectively thought about, so that you may be able to allocate them better, to allow you to use more those aspects of what you have learned that are acceptable to use, but were repressed because of such impressions of out of context disappointments.

It is now 1:50 PM EST for me. I am going to stop typing now, and I’m going to close this list. I don’t want to use more time to explain the 2nd idea. I could explain it, but I want to do other stuff today. At least I typed in one of those ideas. Anyway, next Saturday, I’m going to continue explaining idea ‘Effort of resolve’. I believe it may be very useful to know, since it’s an idea that I am still actively using. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Well, before I close this list, I’m going to watch again that ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ trailer.

Before I watch that trailer, I want to mention that, as I was typing this list, I had another leg cramp, my right leg. It’s not as bad as the previous ones. I took 1 Hyland’s Leg Cramps PM pill, and I used a little Hyland’s Leg Cramps ointment on my right leg, and the leg cramp went away. I am now going to watch the trailer.

Rated TV-PG sci-fi violence and viewer discretion for tv series ‘Doctor Who’. Sci-fi violence and viewer discretion for trailer ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’. Rated R viewer discretion for movie ‘Streets of Gold’. PG-13 violence and viewer discretion for movie ‘Mission: Impossible’. PG-13 viewer discretion for movie ‘La La Land’. Salutations.

It is now 6:51 AM EST for me.

Here is the plan: I haven’t done anything yet. I will, of course, look for a music video and trailer. I am going to explain, well, I will at least start the process to explain idea ‘Effort of resolve’ today. The explanation, by intent, will recommend the use of one illustration example from the tv series ‘Hawkeye(2021)’ starring Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and one illustration example from tv series ‘The Mysterious Benedict Society(2021)’ starring Marta Kessler as Constance Contraire. What holding me back, what I’m also going to do, is that, if you choose to pursue additional illustration references which are not required, I will also recommend specific illustration examples from tv series ‘Extras(2005-2007)’ starring Ricky Gervais as Andy Millman. That may not work contemplationally, the expectations of that intent, but that’s what I’m going to try to do. You’re just recommended to use those 2 illustration references, both I think are available streaming from Disney+, but the ‘Extras’ illustrations you are not obligated to watch. I’m doing it this way because, to me, it’s no longer available streaming from Amazon.com. When I looked at my Amazon account, I have it available streaming for season 2 and the finale, but I purchased that I think years ago, and that’s why I still have it. I don’t think it’s available streaming now for new viewers. However, you may purchase the whole thing, season 1, 2, and the finale, as a used DVD purchase. All 3 are still offered as one official package. Currently, you can get it used for about $50 with prime shipping, or about $20 with standard shipping. Keep in mind that it was/is a very popular tv series, with most? of the celebrities still active. It originally aired the year 2005, not ‘that’ long ago, and the population of the US according to www.google.com for 2005 was about 300 million, meaning that what is shown in Amazon.com, the DVD availability, is made for you to reasonably understand it. In other words, based on my belief and I can’t prove it, for certain DVD purchases only, when it says something like ‘Only 7 left in stock – order soon.’ , I don’t believe it means that there’s only 7 left in the entire country! I don’t know how it works, how Amazon.com presents those DVD offers, but that can’t be right, not for the entire country, as a personal belief, not something that I can prove. Anyway, that’s what I’m going to do, fast forward through the ‘Extras’ DVD set that was delivered to me yesterday and choose examples of character Andy Millman to be illustration examples for idea ‘Effort of resolve’, and then present the refurbished examples that I find acceptable/appropriate to you. For example, you may not choose to watch them now, but maybe in the future when circumstances may be different for you in relation to advice said, you may choose to watch them, or maybe someone you know might want those recommendations, or other reasons in relation to advice said. So, when I start typing again, I should have everything ready, the music video, the trailer, and those extra Andy Millman recommendations that you are not obligated to use, but may choose to use as additional examples. It is now 7:31 AM EST for me. I’ll see you then.

It is now 11:45 AM EST for me.

To look for a music video, I got desperate. I finally looked up the singer Lisa Loeb who made the song ‘Stay’ in www.youtube.com, I then selected publisher ‘Lisa Loeb Official’, clicked ‘VIDEOS’, and then eventually selected a music video she made 2 years ago called ‘Skeleton’. Even though it’s not a ‘new’ music video, I watched it for the 1st time earlier today. Here’s a quote from one of the comments:

‘ I’m so glad I randomly found this on youtube, and so glad Lisa is still making music and still wearing glasses! ‘

And here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Skeleton’:

If we meet as friends again
Can we pretend we were something then
Tell your new friends where we’ve been
That we’re not just skeleton
That we’re not just skeleton

Here’s a recommendation to watch music video ‘Skeleton’: think of music videos as convenient familiarities used for communication. For example, when certain people communicate to certain prospective business clients via video conference, like using your smartphone to video communicate with another(I don’t know what that’s called exactly), that person may present certain acceptable familiarities to that prospective business client, like wearing a suit during the video conference, or presenting something that the client wants to see. Let’s say for example that I met that client originally in a restaurant, and that client while video conferencing to me wants me to present something from that meeting during that video conference. Like that. Music videos can be construed as presenting many convenient familiarities. They do it very well in that ‘business video client’ context. For example, if you choose to watch the music video ‘Skeleton’, there is a scene 2 minutes and 28 seconds into the video where there are cats just sitting there somewhere, like it’s natural for them to just do that. I don’t know where that is, but to me, that’s an obvious familiarity that music video entertainingly presented, in my opinion. There are other moments in that music video that relaxingly present certain familiarities. I recommend that you watch it in that context, how music video ‘Skeleton’ presents certain familiarities, relaxing inducing familiarities.

For the trailer, I found it from my ‘signed in’ youtube homepage. It is called ‘THEODOSIA Trailer (2022)’, and the publisher from www.youtube.com is ‘Movie Coverage’. In www.youtube.com, I then eventually searched for phrase ‘theodosia’, and found from the selection that it orignally came from ‘Theodosia | Official Trailer | HBO Max Family’, and that was published 7 days ago. I then eventually checked www.wikipedia.org for link ‘List of HBO Max original programming’, scrolled down, and under one of the categories with the same name, ‘Co-productions’, tv series ‘Theodosia’ will release March 10, 2022, season 1 will have 26 episodes and be 30 minutes each.

If you choose to watch the trailer, in my opinion, it looks entertaining to watch, something for the new generation of kids. The language use seems acceptable for them to watch, along with the sci-fi special effects.

All right! It is now 12:21 PM EST for me. The 1st thing that I’ll do is quote the 2 illustration examples used for idea ‘Effort of resolve’, then explain what ‘Effort of resolve’ means, which will include another illustration example, and then finally present the ‘Extras’ tv series illustration examples separate from the original idea, which you are not obligated to use.

Effort of resolve:

The 1st illustration example for idea ‘Effort of resolve’ is in episode 1.6 ‘So This Is Christmas?’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Hawkeye(2021)’ starring Tony Dalton as Jack Duquesne and Jonathan Bergman as Armand VII. It’s the conversation between the 2 of them during the Christmas party. I think that the illustration example is only available from the streaming service ‘Disney+’. I’ll give you the entire scene quote, and then emphasize the important part of that scene. According to Disney+, that scene starts 13 minutes and 48 seconds into that episode. Here is the quote:

Armand VII: ‘Hey, Jack. I thought you were in jail.’

Jack Duquesne: ‘I was, until your father bailed me out.’

Armand VII: ‘Mom said I was gonna get your wine collection.’

Jack: (laughs)’What? You’re not old enough to appreciate my wine collection.’

Armand VII: ‘Well, I will be someday.’

Jack: ‘The problem is it will have peaked by then.’

Armand VII: ‘Not if you go back to jail, it won’t.’

Jack: ‘Do you remember when you peed in your pants in The Hamptons? I do. Everybody does.’

So, the illustration example is how Armand VII reacted when Jack Duquesne said quote:

Jack: ‘Do you remember when you peed in your pants in The Hamptons? I do. Everybody does.’

Here’s how I’m using that scene, refurbished for advice, for idea ‘Effort of resolve’: Jack Duquesne wanted Armand VII to feel a sense of ‘effort of resolve’ that Armand VII could not resolve immediately/at that moment. When you look at Armand VII’s face and composure responses, you can? tell that he is not able to resolve that ‘effort of resolve’ that Jack Duquesne wanted Armand VII to feel. Jack was reasonably certain that, when Armand VII heard what Jack said, that Armand VII would try to resolve it, but he could not resolve it ‘real time’, causing Armand VII to look distressed and mildly worried. In my opinion, this ‘Hawkeye’ illustration example is very convenient because of how easy it is to see an adult causing a boy to experience an ‘effort of resolve’ that the boy could not immediately resolve. And why would an adult man do that to a boy? If you watch that scene, you may also sense an impression understanding as to why that man caused that boy to experience that. Also, keep in mind that it is part comedy, this ‘Hawkeye’ tv show, and that they’re all actors portraying. In that context, it’s not real.

The 2nd illustration example for idea ‘Effort of resolve’ is in episode 1.3 ‘Depends on the Wagon’ from sci-fi tv series ‘The Mysterious Benedict Society(2021)’, I think also only available streaming from Disney+. According to streaming service Disney+, the scene starts 39 minutes and 29 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Jackson(Ben Cockell): ‘Hey, what are you two doing out?’

Kate Weatherall(Emmy DeOliveira): ‘We couldn’t sleep. We thought a brisk walk might help.’

Jillson(Katherine Evans): ‘And you’re off the pathway. You need to come with us.’

Constance Contraire(Marta Kessler): ‘Don’t. She has Bursitis. It’s gross. And contagious.’

Jillson: ‘Well, you’re not supposed to be out this late. Back to your rooms. We’ll be watching.’

In episode 1.8 ‘Big Day Today’ from tv series ‘The Mysterious Benedict Society’, Nicholas Benedict and his twin brother Nathaniel Benedict, both portrayed by Tony Hale, suspected that Constance was psychic, which explains how quickly and effective her statement was to Jackson and Jillson. Refurbished for advice, here is the recommended interpretation of that scene for this advice: when Constance said to both Jackson and Jillson that Kate had Bursitis, both Jackson and Jillson could not create a preferred solution to their sense of ‘effort of resolve’ because they are both not medically trained. All of the students went through a medical screening, but they did not have the expertise themselves to verify what Constance said, and that convinced both Jackson and Jillson to let them go with a warning.

I just thought of this a few minutes ago. I think I had the idea before typing this in, but I did not apply it to that ‘Mysterious Benedict Society’ reference, not until a few minutes ago. To be clear, avoid contemplationally turning science fiction into reality. When the 2 Benedicts suspected that Constance was psychic, I imagined a girl saying to someone ‘Are you psychic?’ Have the option to not interpret experienced mild to moderate instigations as having science fiction elements treated as real elements.

Anyway, here is the definition of ‘Effort of resolve’: An instigator may cause you to experience an effort of resolve from an instigation that seems to require more of an effort of resolve that you currently have during the moment of the experienced instigation. The popular example of that instigation that I am trying to identify is that you are encouraged to experience a mildly adverse inclination to interact with an emphasis of effort of resolve that you don’t have the contemplation effort seeminly required to give you a preferred solution to that adverse inclination of effort of resolve the instigator wants you to try to resolve. For example, in that ‘Hawkeye’ illustration example, Armand VII was experiencing an adverse inclination of an effort of resolve he was not able to create a preferred solution for. That caused him to feel distress. The solution I am encouraging for you to have the option to use for idea ‘Effort of resolve’ is that, if you experience such a mildly adverse inclination of effort of resolve from an instigation and/or inadvertency, that you contemplationally have the option to not use that effort of resolve. In both illustration examples, Armand VII and Jackson and Jillson both interacted with that mildly adverse effort of resolve. They both used it. I’m recommending that, if you experienced, for example, an out of context non relevant instigation, that you may contemplationally choose to not even use that adverse inclination of effort of resolve. You may feel something about it, but you don’t have to become it.

Available objectivity:

Idea ‘Available objectivity’ is part of idea ‘Effort of resolve’. The illustration example for idea ‘Available objectivity’, according to Amazon.com streaming, is in episode 4.7 ‘The Doctor’s Daughter’ from sci-fi tv show ‘Doctor Who(2008)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and the entire series of ‘Doctor Who’ from 2005+ I think is available from HBO Max streaming service, in case you may want to binge watch it without needing to buy any DVDs/Blu-rays, if you just want to watch them from a streaming service. According to Amazon Video, that scene starts 12 minutes and 28 seconds into that episode, and of course that scene is refurbished for advice when used. Here is the quote:

The Doctor(David Tennant): ‘Hang on, hand on. A second ago, it was peace in our time, now you’re talking about genocide.’

General Cobb(Nigel Terry): ‘For us, that means the same thing.’

Here is the definition of idea ‘Available objectivity’ as it is used for idea ‘Effort of resolve’: [An instigator may exploit an innocent person’s sense of available objectivity as a sense of ‘effort of resolve’ relates to certain interpretations.] For example, during the holiday of Easter, an attractive, single available woman shows you a cute bunny rabbit in a basket, but as you see that bunny rabbit, you also experience a mildly adverse effort of resolve, and you associate that ‘effort of resolve’ to that cute bunny rabbit in the basket. In other words, there’s nothing wrong with what you are perceiving, more specifically, that cute bunny rabbit, even though there’s an associated slightly adverse ‘effort of resolve’ associated with that evaluation. The solution is to simply? manage many forms of adverse effort of resolve based on your available objectivity, not just what contemplation it is associated to. So, whether it’s a cute bunny rabbit in a basket or an obvious instigation, if it has a mildly adverse associated ‘effort of resolve’ manage it regardless. That is why I provided that ‘Doctor Who’ illustration example, to help you manage it as if it were the same thing, so to speak: ‘For us, that means the same thing.’, refurbished with inaproprieities removed and in relation to advice.

All right. It is now 2:53 PM EST for me. Since the next few ideas at least will involve the use of idea ‘Effort of resolve’ anyway, I’m going to close this list now and just continue with the explanation of ‘Effort of resolve’ in the next list, with the explanation of those other ideas. I plan to present to you those few ‘Extras’ examples in the next list, which you are not obligated to use. So, if you are there next week, I’ll see you then.
