Salutations.
It is now 8:21 AM EST for me.
Before I begin looking for a music video and trailer for this advice, I want to recommend to you stuff that I bought from Amazon.com yesterday. Here’s the 1st one: if you use a public laundromat and you use public transportation, such as a bus, to get there, I recommend that you use a laundry backpack. To find one in general from Amazon.com, just search for phrase ‘laundry backpack’ in Amazon.com, and it should offer you a selection of backpacks with a variety of sizes and colors. Here’s the one that I found from Amazon.com yesterday. I didn’t get it in the mail yet, but it should arrive today:
‘ Laundry Backpack Bag, 140L Extra Large Laundry Bag Backpack with Zipper Mesh Wash Bag, Durable Heavy Duty Laundry Bag with Shoulder Straps,Multiple Pockets Laundry Bag for College,Laundromat,Apartment ‘
—
The link from Amazon.com provides pictures, descriptions, and even a few video illustrations to help you understand how it works. For this model, it offers black and grey. According to that link under category ‘Additional Information’:
Date First Available: November 29, 2021
So, it’s a relatively new product. Because this one has less than 10 reviews for it, I used another laundry backpack link from Amazon.com. This one as of now has 207 global reviews. Here’s what it’s called:
‘ Laundry Backpack Bag, 115L Extra Large Laundry Bag with straps, Heavy Duty Laundry Bag Backpack, Portable Backpack laundry bag for College Dorm, Apartment, Laundromat, College Laundry Bag for students ‘
—
This one has 7 colors to choose from, but has a maximum capacity of 115L. The one I chose has a maximum capacity of 140L. They’re both around only $20, so if you think the one I recommend is too big, you can always use this one. If there’s a UPS store conveniently available to you, you can always return Amazon stuff to them by giving them the code provided by Amazon. Anyway, the 1 review is from them, and if you choose to, you can read more reviews from them. You may search for the word ‘public’ to find that review:
‘ This was definitely a GREAT buy. I was able to put a King size comforter, sheet, pillow case and my other laundry inside this backpack. I’m 6’4″big/tall 65 yr old guy with a cane. Was able to take the laundry on my back w/o any issues on public transportation.
I have two backpack laundry bags and this one is used for heavy duty load. ‘
—
I still use the stair climber cart I purchased in August 30, 2020, but as of now, I only use it to carry the water containers up the stairs that I get delivered for my water cooler. If you are interested in that, just search in Amazon.com for phrase ‘stair climbing cart’. It has a 3 wheel design, allowing you to pull up items easier using the stairs. Right now, the focus is the ‘laundry backpack’.
—
The 2nd item that I recommend is called a ‘hat chin cord’. If you wear a hat, and from time to time, the wind may cause it to leave the top of your head, then a hat chin cord may keep that hat of yours on your head. They have 2 varieties that I noticed from Amazon.com, one that clips to your hat, and one that is attached to your hat. So, if your hat is not super valuable, I recommend that you use the one that is attached to your hat. You can still take it off when it’s not windy. To search for this item on Amazon.com, just search for phrase ‘hat chin cord’. Here is the one that I chose:
‘ Hat Chin Cord, Black Flexible Removable Hat Chin Strap with Spring Loaded Stop Cord Lock,Pack of 5 ‘
It only costs about $9, and Prime shipping is available. This one, as of now, has 111 global reviews. Here is a quote from one of those reviews:
‘ I bought a rainhat and wanted extra assurance it would stay on in windy conditions. I bought these and had no problems attaching it. I’ve been out in storms, and my hat doesn’t slip or fly away. I’m glad it came in a package of 4 because I’m adding them to my winter hats too! ‘

It is now 9:12 AM EST for me. I’m going to look for a music video and trailer again. I’ll get back to you later today.
—
It is now 12:50 PM EST for me.
I recently ordered again KFC chicken using UberEats. I have eaten, I have some spare KFC food for later, and now I’m ready. The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this list is called ‘Western Wind’ by Carly Rae Jepsen. I found it by searching for phrase ‘new songs may 2022’ in www.youtube.com, after that, at the upper left hand corner I selected ‘FILTERS’, and for ‘UPLOAD DATE’, selected ‘This week’. I then selected the hourglass(search) and then selected ‘New Songs Of The Week (May 6th, 2022) | New Music Friday’. As of now, according to youtube, it was published 17 hours ago by publisher ‘InMusic Official’, and now has 1,672 views. A video clip of music video ‘Western Wind’ starts 1 minute and 3 seconds into that video selection. Here is a quote from rollingstone.com about the music video:
Nearly a month after Carly Rae Jepsen debuted her new single “Western Wind” at Coachella, the singer has finally shared the studio version and video for the single, her first new music in over a year.
‘ In the visually arresting video, the singer is seen in a lush landscape wearing pretty, flowing pastel outfits, aptly capturing the season and embracing spring fever. “Comin’ in like a western wind/Do you feel home from all directions?,” she sings on the chorus. “First bloom, you know it’s spring/Reminding me, love, that it’s all connected.” ‘
—
And here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Western Wind’:
Coming in like a western wind
Do you feel home from all directions
First bloom, you know it’s Spring
Reminding me love that it’s all connected
(The wind is coming)
Coming in like a western wind
—
And here is a quote from one of the comments:
‘ i became a fan of carly only this year when i listened to emotion album. that album was pop perfection. when i heard she’s coming back, i was beyond excited. now this song… THIS SONG IS IT. she never disappoints. i hope she gets the recognition she deserves. i love u carly, thank u for saving pop music. ‘
—
In my opinion, I thought it was relaxing to watch. I didn’t have to worry about the lyrics or what’s shown in the music video, allowing me to think about other things. If you are also selecting a music video and trailer for your ideas, then you know what I’m talking about. Very relaxing to watch.
—
The video review clip that I recommend for this list that I watched for the 1st time earlier today comes from the video selection ‘Top 10 Most Anticipated NEW Spring 2022 Anime’. I found it by searching for phrase ‘anime summer 2022’ in www.youtube.com, and it was one of the 1st selections offered. It was published 1 month ago, has over 481 thousand views, and the publisher is ViniiTube. I was originally looking for Lauren Moore from Funimation, just doing a word search, but I couldn’t find her giving new anime reviews. So, after that, I just looked for anyone that does it, and that’s how I found publisher ViniiTube. I like Lauren Moore for this stuff, but anime reviewers are the priority. From those 10 reviews, I chose #8, ‘Aharen-san wa Hakarenai’. That anime review starts 3 minutes and 22 seconds into that video clip. I’m only recommending the given review clip, not the actual trailer. I like the way the reviewer explains the anime. The reviewer, who I’m assuming is a man, gives a very concise and entertaining to hear review. Here’s a short quote of the reviewer’s words, starting 3 minutes and 35 seconds into the video clip:
‘… However, she’s also a ball of surprises, completely ignoring the concept of personal space, and being filled with antics that are bound to drive anyone mad. ‘
—
It is now 1:32 PM EST for me. I am going to try to find one of the references before I begin.
—
It is now 2:51 PM EST for me.
Communicate assess:
I couldn’t find that reference, even though I used the Apple TV device. I suspect that the scene was removed from streaming. Anyway, I shall begin. The mental bookmark phrase that I am contemplationally actively primarily using is called ‘Communicate assess’. It’s a variation from idea ‘Realize’, and these ideas I invented within the past week. Since it’s almost 3:00 PM already, I’ll just focus on explaining idea ‘Realize’ for now. Even though, in my opinion, idea ‘Realize’ doesn’t have the ‘zing that the past 3 or so ideas have, such as ideas ‘The 3rd one’, ‘Restore enthusiasm’, and ‘Not make sense normal’, it’s still one of the most current ideas that I invented, and I am actively using that idea myself. Also, I believe that such an idea may be useful to you. Win, win, win’, so to speak. I’ll start with giving you the 1st illustration for idea ‘Realize’, and then explain it’s use.
The illustration that I’m going to use, I used before, but I’m giving it another interpretation. That scene is in episode 1.6 ‘So This Is Christmas?’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Hawkeye(2021)’. The episode is available streaming from Disneyplus, and according to Disneyplus, that scene starts 13 minutes and 56 seconds into that episode. Here is the quote:
Jack Duquesne(Tony Dalton): ‘(laughs) ‘What? You’re not old enough to appreciate my wine collection.’
Armand VII(Jonathan Bergman): ‘Well, I will be someday.’
Jack Duquesne: ‘The problem is it will have peaked by then.’
Armand VII: ‘Not if you go back to jail, it won’t.’
Jack Duquesne: ‘Do you remember when you peed in your pants in The Hamptons? I do. Everybody does.’
—
The highlighted moment is how Armand VII reacted when Jack said quote:
Jack Duquesne: ‘Do you remember when you peed in your pants in The Hamptons? I do. Everybody does.’
—
And this is how I interpreted that scene for idea ‘Realize’: Jack Duquesne wanted Armand VII to realize something contemplationally in a way that would bother him, and he could not acclimate to it ‘real time’. That is why, as Armand VII heard what Jack Duquesne said to him, Armand VII looked bothered by the experience. He could not resolve it as he was hearing it. Jack Duquesne even shook his head somewhat, trying to ‘snap out of it’. How Armand VII reacted to what Jack Duquesne said to him is the main reference for idea ‘Realize’. Certain instigations may cause you to realize something contemplationally that you can’t just ‘snap out of’, based on how you manage your sense of realizing. The intent of idea ‘Realize’ is to improve your ability to manage your sense of realizing as it relates to mild to moderate experiences to instigation.
Here’s an illustration of a man ‘coming to the rescue’. He notices that a person is experiencing an instigation that could cause that person some distress for about 2 weeks, and so this man changes how this person’s sense of realizing managment interacts with such an experience, in a way that avoids 2 weeks of distress. Since it doesn’t seem available streaming from Amazon.com, you may still purchase it streaming from www.youtube.com. If you choose to purchase it streaming from youtube.com, just search for phrase ‘stargate universe seizure’ in www.youtube.com, and scroll down to select publisher ‘Stargate Universe’. Select and purchase episode 2.15 ‘Seizure’ from series ‘Stargate Universe(2011)’. From publisher ‘Stargate Universe’, that scene starts 29 minutes and 2 seconds into that episode. Here is the quote:
Worker(Jackie Blackmore): ‘How can you possibly control the power flow from so small a device?’
Dr. Rodney McKay(David Hewlett): ‘Because, technically speaking, as far as you’re concerned, I’m from the future.’
—
(And this is when celebrity Lou Diamond Phillips portraying Colonel David Telford steps in to save the day)
Colonel David Telford: ‘Dr. McKay appreciates your help.'(He puts his hand on the worker’s arm, allowing her to leave.)
—
Now, this illustration reference surprised me when I 1st used it. It was several months ago, I think. Even though you already watched this movie, you may be pleasantly surprised when used for idea ‘Realize’, or you may be pleasantly surprised anyway. The movie is called ‘Jack Reacher(2012) starring Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher, and Rosamund Pike as Helen Rodin. I’m only quoting the gist of it, but refurbished for advice, you may see the entire scene if you want to. The movie is available for Amazon Prime, and according to Prime Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 6 minutes, and 14 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Jack Reacher: ‘Would you tell me what you see?’
Helen Rodin: ‘I see the same things I see every day.’
Jack Reacher: ‘Well, imagine you’ve never seen it. Imagine you spent your whole life in other parts of the world, being told every day you’re defended freedom… ‘
—
The point is that Jack Reacher was trying to give Helen Rodin a sense of realizing. I think that feeling may only work once, but even though you have seen that movie before, if you watch that scene again, you may feel refreshed for watching it. Something to do until next Saturday.
—
It is now 4:16 PM EST for me. I’m not closing this list, but will instead continue it next Saturday. Based on past performance, I may make another new idea up until next Saturday that I will use, but I believe that idea ‘Communicate assess’ should be offered to you, even though I may be using another idea by next Saturday. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.
It is now 7:45 AM EST for me.
I’m just?(not accurate enough to say ‘just’) letting you know that I’m about to find a music video and trailer for this list. Before I go, here’s something that I discovered earlier today that I think you might find useful. I’m assuming that most of you change your garbage bags when they’re full. When I do it, I squish it down somewhat to allow me to make some sort of horizontal curl, and then make a knot from that. As I would squish it, some of the air would go on my face, forcing me to smell somewhat what was in that garbage bag. Earlier today, I discovered that, when you would squish it down, you can squish it in another direction so that the air that comes out of that garbage bag won’t go on your face and nose, allowing you to avoid somewhat that smell that let’s you know somewhat what was in that garbage bag.
So, to explain more specifically, when you change your garbage bag and squish it a little in order to close it, I recommend that you point that garbage bag in another direction as you squish it, so that the air that is in that garbage bag doesn’t go on your face and nose.
Since I just discovered that it can be done earlier today, you may deduce that, for many years, the air from previous garbage bags have been going on my face and nose. I just started redirecting that garbage bag air earlier today.
Anyway, I’m about to look for that music video and trailer. After I find them, I’ll come back later today and let you know what I’m going to do. I’ll see you then.(Why didn’t anyone tell me about this sooner?)

It is now 9:44 AM EST for me.
All right. The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for it to be used for this advice is called ‘Higher’ by Michael Bublé. I found it by searching in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘new music may 2022’, click the magnifying glass(search), click ‘FILTERS’ on the upper left hand side of the screen, then for ‘UPLOAD DATE’ click ‘This week’, and as of now one of the 1st selections offered should be ‘Top Songs of the Week | May 13, 2022’. The publisher is ‘Hot Music Charts’, and was published May 13, 2022, yesterday. There are 100 songs in this video collection, and the video clip for song ‘Higher’ starts 2 minutes and 48 seconds into that video clip. As of now, it is #73 out of 100.
Here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Higher’:
Whoa, because when you go low and I get higher
When you move that slow, it lights my fire
I might be falling for ya, I don’t know (High)
I think it might be what you came here for
Whoa, when you go low and I get higher
When you move that slow it lights my fire
I’m at attention, I ain’t got no shame (High)
No inhibition, I’m just glad you came, whoa
—
And here are 2 paragraphs and the headline from variety.com about the song ‘Higher’:
‘ With a Little Help From His Friend Paul McCartney, Michael Bublé Found Himself in the Album He Always Wanted to Make ‘
‘ Michael Bublé is the rare artist who actually enjoys doing press. “How many people go to a mall and sit in the food court all day just hoping somebody will just come up to them and talk?” the Canadian superstar muses charmingly. Already naturally chatty, Bublé is especially animated when it comes to discussion his just-released 11th studio album, “Higher” — a project he’s been working towards his whole life. ‘
‘ By the time Bublé came to record “Higher,” however, the healing process had begun. “I started to live again,” he beams. “I was so ready to take the feeling of being grateful and happy, and just put something beautiful out there.” ‘
—
If you want to, you may read more of that review from variety.com. I found it by searching in www.google.com for phrase ‘michael buble higher reviews’. To watch music video ‘Higher’ for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘michael buble higher’. It should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 5.6 million views! It was published March 25, 2022, less than 2 months ago. As of now, there are 1,943 comments. Here is a quote from one comment:
‘ I always waited for this moment, something new, something with a lot of intensity, the music, the lyrics of the song and each movement of each one of the dancers is spectacular, the dancers make that video more exciting. I hope that in the future you can make more videos like this one, a bit of flavor and movement makes our souls more happy. ‘
—
In my opinion, when I watched the music video ‘Higher’, I noticed that Michael Bublé, near the beginning, for a few scenes, demonstrated that he can dance very well ‘one on one’, just him and one of the dancers, very well. After proving to the viewers that he can, in my opinion, he then also continues to dazzle us with imaginitive choreography with many dancers. I don’t plan on watching that music video again, but in my opinion, watching the music video and listening to the lyrics are OK, available for the general public to watch.
—
The trailer that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend to be used/watched for this blog is called ‘The Orville: New Horizons | Trailer | Hulu’. I found it from my ‘signed in’ youtube homepage. To watch the trailer for free, in www.youtube.com search for phrase ‘the orville new horizons hulu’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 4.4 million views! It was published May 12, 2022, less than 2 days ago.
In my opinion, it’s good to have more quality sci-fi tv show viewing availability. For example, there’s Star Trek’s ‘Strange New Worlds’, ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’, and now we have ‘The Orville: New Horizons’ season 3. Here’s a quote from one of the comments:
‘ The real “New Star Trek” is back on screen: So looking forward to “The Orville” season 3 ‘

It is now 10:32 AM EST for me.
Here’s what I’m going to do: I invented an idea a few weeks ago called ‘Relate’. But before I type that in, I’m going to type in 2 ideas to prepare you for it. The purpose of idea ‘Relate’ is to make more tenable those mild to moderate instigations you may have already experienced. However, for just a short moment, there may be some discomfort associated with that. So, if you don’t want that feeling of discomfort, you don’t have to use this idea. The instigations I am referring to are the ones where other people may have insulted/offended you verbally. You may use that old nursery rhyme as an indicator to what I am talking about. Here is a quote of that rhyme, which you can find more information from wikipedia.org:
Sticks and stones may break my bones
But names will never harm me.
—
If you are using Wishlist #1319, ‘Restore enthusiasm’, then refurbished for advice, like Reddington(James Spader) said in an episode of ‘The Blacklist’, Reddington quote: ‘The time is ripe.'(I don’t know if that scene is still there.) The synchronized enthusiasms that you created from your imagination should help you use idea ‘Relate’. I’m guessing it’s probably from the song ‘A Little More Love’ from Olivia Newton-John, but if memory serves, I gave you that song just to help you get familiar with the idea, so that you may choose your own music, but, you know, that’s also the 1st time I typed that idea in. People re-purpose, and here we are. Still, I don’t think everyone is a fan of Olivia Newton-John’s music, so it’s good to have the option of choosing your own music for that idea.
—
It is now 11:01 AM EST for me. I’m going to order food from UberEats now, and then I’ll be right back. I’ll see you then.
—
It is now 11:41 AM EST for me.
Before explaining idea ‘Relate’, I am going to start with 2 ideas to prepare you. 1st thing, here is a quote from the movie ‘Speed(1994)’ starring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock from wikipedia.org:
‘ Mac has a local news crew record the UHF transmission to rebroadcast it in a loop to fool Payne while all of the passengers are offloaded onto an airport bus. ‘
So, the movie ‘Speed’ is an action movie, and in that movie, all of the passengers safely leave the bus. I’m say this so that, if you choose to, you may more likely use that scene as a refurbished for advice reference. The idea is that, it is my belief that the general public mostly avoid embarrassing and awkward situations. For example, if a civilian experiences an embarrassing situation, that person is not going to continue presenting certain aspects of that embarrassing situation, like he/she won some sort of award, or it’s a positive affirmation he/she wants many people to emulate. It’s not something that is going to remain in his/her recognizable identity for long periods of time. It’s something that is experienced, not presented again, and ‘life goes on’. There is a scene in the movie ‘Speed’ that, in a manner of speaking, does the exact opposite. I believe that having the ability to maintain the identity of and present certain unpleasant experiences could be useful to you. Of course, you choose when to do such a thing. I am offering you to have such an ability, and of course you choose when to use that ability. The scene, refurbished for advice, is in the movie ‘Speed’, and that movie is available streaming from Amazon.com for purchase and rental. I recommend that you purchase it, so that you may avoid needing to spend money on it again in the near future. According to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 25 minutes, and 47 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Jack Traven(Keanu Reeves): ‘Remember, no big movements. Just look whipped.’
Ortiz(Carlos Carrasco): ‘That ain’t gonna be too hard.’
So, 1 hour, 26 minutes, and 13 seconds into the movie, you see everyone in the buss ‘looked whipped’, so to speak, a very convenient and useful illustration in my opinion for this idea. So, when you use this idea, you don’t have to remember exactly what the character portrayed by celebrity Keanu Reeves said, but he did say something to prepare everyone. The gist of the phrase that you’ll probably remember what Ortiz said quote:
‘That ain’t gonna be too hard.’
—
The reason why I believe that scene from the movie ‘Speed’ is useful for this idea is because, in the context of an action movie, the people in that bus are presenting a sincere situation of despair. And when the character portrayed by Keanu Reeves instructs them to continue presenting themselves in such a way, one of the bus passengers says that it won’t be too hard to do so, since they are already presenting themselves in such a way.
So, when you use the idea(I forgot to type this part in), just imagine that portrayal from Keanu Reeves saying something to you, to help you present yourself in such a manner. And no, it’s not in some sort of crazy dangerous situation like the movie ‘Speed’ presents. This idea just helps you present and maintain certain perspectives that you may otherwise avoid, reasonably presentable perspectives, and within reason of course. If you don’t know of a situation now, you may soon think of examples that will be useful for you to do such a thing. I don’t want to get into this right now.
—
It is now 1:40 PM EST.
It’s something:
The 2nd idea uses a scene from the James Bond movie ‘Casino Royale(2006)’, what Vesper Lynd(Eva Green) said to James Bond(Daniel Craig), a conversation context that James Bond introduced for her to participate in. For this list, instead of boys, it will be girls, and I’ll extrapolate from that. The movie ‘Casino Royale’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour and 28 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Vesper Lynd: ‘All right. By the cut of your suit, you went to Oxford or wherever, and actually think human beings dress like that. But you wear it with such disdain, my guess is you didn’t come from money and your school friends never let you forget it. Which means you were at that school by the grace of someone else’s charity, hence the chip on your shoulder.’
—
So, instead of James Bond when he was a kid in that school, it will be from a similar school but with girls or all girls in it, and celebrity Kate Mulgrew from her portrayal as Captain Kathryn Janeway of ‘Star Trek: Voyager’ will be used in this story, from when she was a kid and teenager in such a school system. Let’s call her Kate. Kate will represent kid and teenager James Bond. She will be the student who is not rich. The one who will represent one of the rich girls/teenagers will be celebrity Amy Adams, her portrayal of Kathryn Merteuil from movie ‘Cruel Intentions 2(2000)’. Let’s call her Kathryn. And here’s the story: Like James Bond, Kate attended a school that has mostly rich kids. Parents who are rich send their kids there. She became friends with a group of kids there, they did things together of course, but those students that are rich also had an exclusive club made of other rich kids, and Kate was not allowed to be in that club. Kate eventually created a legitimate school club, and all of her friends are accommodated to attend and participate in that club. At 1st, when they were kids, her rich friends made it clear that their participations were not official, a situation that Kate quickly adapted to and also accomodated. Such participations were very rare, very sporadic, but Kate always made it a point that the participations of her friends will always be accomodated in this legitimate school group.
When they were teenagers, a situation arose, and one of her friends showed up during one of Kate’s meetings, Kathryn Merteuil, and she asked Kate if it was OK for her to drop in. Kate said that her visits are always accommodated by her, not those exact words, but that’s the gist of it, and that caused Kathryn to cry because Kathryn and the other rich students from time to time talked about Kate not being in their exclusive club, and that caused them to hug.
—
I call this idea ‘It’s something’. The story’s intent is to allow you to consider another alternative, if you are not allowed to join some sort of situation, such as an exclusive club. Kate could not join her friend’s club, so she eventually created her own club, but it was a legitimate school club, and she always accommodated the possibility that her friends may visit from time to time. And those visits did occur, even though they were very rare. That gave Kate ‘something’, even though she was not allowed to join that exclusive club of theirs.

Relate:
It is now 2:41 PM EST for me.
When I created this variation of idea ‘Relate’, a few weeks ago I think, it was while I was watching music video ‘stabilise’ by Nilüfer Yanya. So, part of using idea ‘Relate’ is to watch the music video ‘stabilise’, but using the context that I will type in, if you choose to of course. To watch music video ‘stabilise’ for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘Nilüfer Yanya stabilise’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 325 thousand views. It was published 6 months ago, and the publisher is ‘Nilufer Yanya’. I searched for a review by searching in www.google.com for phrase ‘Nilüfer Yanya stabilise reviews’, and I chose a review from stereogum.com, and this is the quote that I used:
‘ It’s set in depths of reality in every day life where we are the only one’s truly capable of salvaging or losing ourselves. ‘
—
I used the interpretation that such a phrase is encouraging people to use their sense of self reliance to find answers in their lives, and that’s how I watched the music video ‘stabilise’, that it’s meant to somehow help you find answers by using your own sense of self reliance. And that’s how you watch music video ‘stabilise’, except you skip the part when she’s playing her guitar in front of her fans. You use all of that other stuff in the beginning and the middle of that music video, but skip the ending part.
If you choose to watch music video ‘stabilise’, I’ll go over it with you to show you what I’m talking about. 1st, I don’t really follow the lyrics. I don’t know what she’s actually saying, even though she’s singing in English. I’m just using the review and what is shown to me from that music video. (I just checked for the 1st time a minute or so ago, and Nilüfer Yanya does have a wikipedia page. Even though she was born in England and sings in English, she does have a Turkish heritage.) In the beginning of the music video, Nilüfer Yanya is jogging, refurbished to present an attitude identity. 23 seconds into the music video, refurbished for the idea, Nilüfer Yanya is presenting personal photos of herself, but acceptable to be seen. 54 seconds into the music video, Nilüfer Yanya looks like she is requesting some sort of car service. I’m just interpreting that as Uber, and then she enters the Uber car. For that scene, I imagined Nilüfer Yanya using what I call ‘attitude identity’ to enter that car. It’s like something you may notice when reading comic books. For example, I glanced over Action Comics #1042, Superman is currently is Warworld, and I’m not really reading it, but I noticed that while Superman is fighting, he is also verbally trying to recruit some that he is fighting to join his cause. Now, in my opinion, doing that presents a certain ‘attitude identity’. I believe that people have many virtues, but when trying to convey the meaning of ‘attitude identity’, I choose to use main characters in comic books to do it, like for example Superman. Another main character in comic books that expresses ‘attitude identity’ in my opinion is ‘Ninja-k’ from Valiant Comics. Most of the time when Ninja-K fights someone, he also tries to present some sort of dialogue with the fight, which helps identify what type of ‘attitude identity’ Ninja-k is trying to use. And that’s what I recommend that you see when you see Nilüfer Yanya use when entering that Uber ride, that she is also using ‘attitude identity’. She is making sure that she is presenting a sort of ‘attitude identity’ as she is entering her Uber ride, and the ‘attitude identiy’ is meant to help you use your sense of self reliance to find your own answers.
And it get’s even more obvious, if you are following this ‘attitude identity’ build-up. 1 minute and 27 seconds into watching that music video, you get to the ‘Nilüfer Yanya riding a bicyle’ scene. She is riding it with a man who is also expressing a certain ‘attitude identity’, and it’s entertaining to watch him ride his bicycle in that context. Nilüfer Yanya is also still expressing her ‘attitude identity’ as she is riding her bicycle.
And finally, about 2 minutes and 8 seconds into the music video, she starts playing her guitar and performing in front of her fans. It’s there, of course, but you don’t need to see that part, not for this advice.
So, while watching the music video ‘stabilise’ in a sort of roundabout similar context, this is the idea/story that I created: Before I begin, let me reference episode 6.22 ‘Let’s Dance’ from tv series ‘Northern Exposure(1995)’. Since I don’t know if it’s available streaming, I’m just going to quote a website. That website was found searching in www.google.com the phrase ‘northern exposure 6.22 let’s dance’. I’m using website moosechick.com:
‘ After having insulted Mrs. Whirlwind, Phil, in his attempt to make ammends, only makes things worse. Marilyn suggests he take cotillion a Cicely tradition for over 70 years. Even Michelle admits that he has atrocious table manners — it seems Phil is fond of dipping his sausage in his egg yolks (can you imagine!) and making that sucking sound while he eats… Oh stop! The horror! Phil soon finds himself sitting next to Chris at Marilyn’s cotillion class. ‘
—
If memory serves, Phil, the town doctor, was invited to Mrs. Whirlwind’s house for dinner. Because Phil did not know cotillion, Mrs. Whirlwind was insulted, but reasoned to herself that Dr. Phil didn’t know any better.
So, here’s the story that I imagined while watching music video ‘stabilise’: This is from the perspective of a man in the record industry. Since I’m not in the entertainment industry, let’s call him a music producer. When this music producer was talking to Nilüfer Yanya in a casual business meeting, there were certain aspects of her attitude that he privately felt insulting, like Dr. Phil’s lack of cotillion. However, this ‘insult’ is normal, since music performers are not music producers. There are some music performers that don’t bother him at all, such as Carly Rae Jepsen. But whether they bother him or not, music performers are not music producers, and he is used to that flux of unintentional insults. How could they know?
—
So, the idea is to imagine how the music producer interacts with music performers that unintentionally insult him based on him being a music producer, something that music performers are not. And that is when relating comes in. For the sake of this imagined example, it is normal to sense some unintentional adversity, since they do not know cotillion, so to speak, and you’ll get used to such a sense of relating.
And now, here is the discomfort part. Remember the rhyme:
Sticks and stones may break my bones
But names will never harm me.
—
Here is a quote from wikipedia:
“Sticks and Stones” is an English-language children’s rhyme. The rhyme is used as a defense against name-calling and verbal bullying, intended to increase resiliency, avoid physical retaliation and to remain calm and good-living. The full rhyme is usually a variant of:
Sticks and stones may break my bones
But words shall never hurt me.
—
So, before I begin, I’m giving you a warning, that this part of the advice may create some discomfort, let’s say for 30 seconds or so. After that, the mild verbal insults that you experienced should sense to be more tenable in your mind. If you don’t want to experience that discomfort, then you can stop now.
—
All right! You read the warning, so here it is: If you experienced minor verbal insults, recall one of those insults that bother you, and mix it with that record producer sense of relating, the story that I created while watching the music video ‘stabilize’. Notice that the experienced instigation, whether intentionally done or not, is discouraging you from having the relating perspective that the record producer has, the one he learned from relating with record performers who don’t know cotillion, so to speak, since record performers are not record producers. It can be said that verbal insults discourage a reasonable way of interacting with a certain common sense of business relating, if you can call record producers and the like using a common sense of business relating.
In other words, when you experience certain verbal insults, they cause you to interact with a sense of relating that discourages a certain reasonable sense of relating, like the one that music manager uses when interacting with music performers. If you experienced verbal insults, then such insults may discourage your sense of relating, which in turn will prevent you from pursuing other forms of opportunities.

It is now 3:56 PM for me. Well, that was it, the explanation for idea ‘Relate’. Next week, I plan to add variations to idea ‘Relate’, allowing me to finally close this list. So if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.
