8/13/2022
It is now 8:04 AM EST for me.
Last week, I thought my older laptop was working, allowing me to use it’s DVD-ROM drive to read the ‘Star Trek: The Complete Collection’ DVD-ROM comic books from Git Corp. However, yesterday, I think the DVD-ROM drive no longer works. It broke. I called the specialist, the person that sells and fixes computers, that I want to purchase a laptop that has a DVD-ROM drive so that I can read the digital comic books. He has… (I didn’t want to type in the word ‘he’. I made a mistake. I wanted a generalistic identity to be used.) Like I was saying, ‘he’ has it, but he was going to close the store an hour early. Since my days off are Friday and Saturday, I’ve decided to buy that laptop this coming Friday, 8/19/2022. 1st, I’ll go to the laundromat, and then I’ll go there. I’ll go grocery shopping after I get that new laptop. Of course, I’m going to request that he shows me that the ‘Star Trek’ disc will work on that new laptop before I buy it. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable request.
So, that means I won’t be talking about those ‘Star Trek’ comic books today, since I wasn’t able to review that ‘Star Trek’ disc. However, I want to reference it before offering/giving you idea ‘Self’. So, the plan is that, sometime after I purchase that new laptop this coming Friday, I will review that ‘Star Trek’ disc, and then next Saturday I’ll try to reference as many comics within that day that I reasonably can. I know I didn’t say this last week, but I don’t think I looked at every comic book in that disc. I’m not certain, but I think what I did a certain amount of years ago was just read the other publisher’s comic books, this they didn’t make that many, and then there are 2 publishers that have many comics, but I only randomly looked at those comic books. Even though I may have done that, there are references from certain comic books that I did/do use, and I am not able to find such references anywhere else, only from that ‘Star Trek’ comic book collection. So, to be clear, next Saturday I’ll talk about certain ‘Star Trek’ comic books from that disc, and then the following Saturday I’ll finally explain idea ‘Self’.

Like I do usually, I recommend things I usually buy from Amazon.com, things I think may be useful to you. You don’t have to buy it, it’s just a recommendation. Yesterday, I purchased from Amazon.com this:
‘ 100 Pack Disposable Plastic Adult Bibs ‘
—
It’s only about $17 dollars, and it has Prime shipping available, so I’m getting it tomorrow. From the photos, it looks white/transparent, but from one of the reviews, the person said it’s clear. Either way, I plan to use it when I eat in a public restaurant before I go to work. Many times, even when I’m careful eating, something still goes on my shirt. I plan to use that adult bib to make sure that nothing food related will go on my clothes again. So, if you eat in a public restaurant, let’s say you’re an adult, and during your lunch break, you eat in a public restaurant, you may want to purchase your own plastic adult bib as well. After you’re done using it, just throw it away. And if you’re thinking about this thing we’re doing, about using permanent shopping bags instead of disposable plastic bags, keep in mind that our garbage bags are still made out of plastic, and I haven’t read anywhere about changing those to something more biodegradable yet. It’s a plastic disposable bib. That’s what it’s designed for, like garbage bags. I recommend that you read about it in Amazon.com to decide if you want to use it.
I was considering purchasing another type of bib from Amazon.com that is made of paper called ‘NEATsheets’. They are twice as expensive for 100 sheets, but they have 4 different designs to choose from. You might want to consider that if you are interesting in using a disposable bib that is made of either paper or cotton, depending upon the design that you choose. Clearly, it seems like it’s not made out of plastic. If you are interested, Amazon.com provides illustrations in it’s website link to it.
—
[8/14/2022: It is now Sunday, 9:18 PM EST for me.
I looked at the disposable bibs today, and they were too small for me. I wanted something that covered more of my clothing. Just a few minutes ago, I purchased this:
‘ 50 Pack 44 X 30″ Large Disposable Aprons Clear Plastic Waterproof Individually Wrapped Painting Aprons Disposable Smocks for Adults Painting Cooking Picnic Party Etc ‘
—
and this time, because it’s 44 X 30, that should be enough. Also, it’s clear. I also purchased it from Amazon.com. Here’s a quote from the Amazon link:
‘ 50 aprons, each one is individually packaged,.You only need to pull out a pack when you need it. Easy to carry and easy to use. ‘
—
It’s only about $7 for 50 aprons, and that’s with Prime shipping available. If you search in Amazon.com for the phrase:
‘ clear aprons 44 x 30 prime ‘
—
they also sell 100 of them for about $13. I only plan on using them 5 days a week, so if I choose to use them, 50 aprons is OK for me for now.
So, if you want more clothing coverage, I recommend the 44 X 30 aprons, and they’re clear. Amazon.com’s product link offers more information, including illustrations. If you want a smaller clear apron, search for phrase:
‘ clear disposable apron ‘
—
And Amazon.com also offers a 24″ X 37 size. :8/14/2022]

So, what I’ll do today is look for that music video and trailer, and then give you other ideas, maybe a story or 2 today. I’ll start typing again later today. See you then.

It is now 10:29 AM EST for me.
The music video that I recommend for this advice and watched for the 1st time earlier today is called ‘Stay The Night’ by Sigala, Talia Mar. In my opinion, the lyrics are OK, and watching the music video for this advice is OK. For example, if watched in the context that I recommend, an 8 year old girl should be able to watch it without any major issues. I found it by searching in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘new songs august 2022’. This time, I didn’t click ‘FILTERS’. I scrolled down to ‘Top 40 Songs Of The Week’, selected it’s publisher, ‘MUSIC CHARTS’, and in category ‘Uploads’, I selected ‘Top 40 Songs Of The Week – August 20, 2022 (UK Singles Chart)’, published 3 hours ago as of now. A video clip of music video ‘Stay The Night’ is #11 out of 40, and starts 3 minutes and 6 seconds into that video selection. Here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Stay The Night’:
Stay the night
Baby, we can bring the music back to life
Just you and I
Stay the night
Even if we both get lost inside the lights
We’ll be alright
—
And here is a review quote for the song ‘Stay The Night’ by pinoyfeeds.com:
‘ Sigala is king of providing us with our buoyant blue-skied summer soundtracks, and ‘Stay The Night’ remains true to form. Packed with high-octane energy, Talia Mar’s vocals are perfectly paired to create a real standout pop moment that is set to soundtrack sunsets and sunrises, festivals, house parties and dancefloors across the globe. ‘
—
To watch music video ‘Stay The Night’ for free, search for phrase ‘stay the night sigala’ in www.youtube.com, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 3 million views. It was published 2 months ago by publisher ‘Sigala’.
In my opinion, the music video focuses on basic elements(elements I’m familiar with), dancing choreography, music video special effects, vivid colors.
In my opinion, the choreographed dancers are consistently wearing blue purple clothing, and one of the dancers, no offense intended, compared to the other dancers, a woman, seems to be overweight. Let’s say that’s her natural body build, but compared to the other dancers, she looks overweight. Later in the music video, you’ll also notice the bikers. I just wanted you to know that I noticed those things, and I still recommend that music video for this advice. You don’t have to watch it or use it for this advice if you don’t want to. I just thought that the strategy would help you learn the ideas via attention span.

It is now 11:04 AM EST for me. I’m going to order some food, probably from UberEats. I’ll start typing again soon.

It is now 1:00 PM EST for me.
The trailer that I chose for this advice and watched for the 1st time earlier today is called ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power – SDCC Trailer’. I started the search by using one of the publishers I selected from my ‘signed in’ youtube homepage, Kinocheck.com. I selected ‘VIDEOS’, and for ‘Uploads’, one of the recent selections is ‘THE LORD OF THE RINGS: The Rings of Power (2022)’. I then went to www.youtube.com and searched for phrase ‘the lord of the rings trailer’. And from one of the selections, I selected ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power – SDCC Trailer’. I selected it because it has over 11 million views, and was published 3 weeks ago, July 22, 2022. There was one that has over 31 million views, but that’s just the teaser trailer, and was published 5 months ago.
I selected ‘The Lord of the Rings’ trailer because it’s obvious fantasy sci-fi, and ‘The Lord of the Rings’ franchise is very popular. You get to see Sauron in physical form, and maybe? get to see how the rings were created.

Student:
I invented idea ‘Student’ recently(within a week or so) to go with the ‘Star Trek’ comic books. I thought it would help you with using those ‘Star Trek’ comic book references. And here is the story: Have you ever tried to pursue a certain goal, whether you are an actual student or a working adult, and the expectations of that goal are preventing you from achieving that goal? Let’s say it’s a participation goal. Idea ‘Student’ recommends that you consider participating with certain goals as a student. The expectations will, of course, be student related, intentionally different, but that’s what allows you to participate. You will not be hampered by it’s original expectation participations. And if it’s a participation goal, for certain one’s, you may actually be physically there, even though you are there as a student.
This is my reasoning why that ‘student’ option may work for you. Let’s say that many? companies/corporations are offering many high school students active participation opportunities, made for students of course. The reason that I imagine is because, even if they seemingly waste using such opportunities, they still are participating as students. Companies and corporations that I imagine believe that participating as a student has a strong student foundation. Students tend to participate in groups, and even if someone from the group chooses to no longer participate, that person may later choose to join the group again. Also, there are difficulties that are compensated for simply? by being a participating student. I think if you take the inaproprieities out, the fantasy tv series ‘Legacies(2018-2022)’ offers a lot of illustration examples, since most of the main characters are students, and even when they falter many times, with the help of each other and their teachers, they manage to pick themselves up and continue. You may imagine, if you choose to, that all of those special powers and supernatural opportunities they seem to be exposed to, refurbished of course, could be construed as opportunities that some corporations and companies offer for them to use, since they are students. Of course, there’s a lot of danger in these episodes, so just take those examples off, and use the illustrations refurbished that make more sense.
Here’s an imagined scenario that I made from episode 3.7 ‘Yup, It’s a Leprechaun, All Right’ from fantasy tv series ‘Legacies(2021)’. The episode is available streaming from streaming service Netflix and Amazon.com, so if you want to have available all 4 seasons, Netflix has all 4 seasons available as part of it’s monthly service fee. You can possibly? watch all 4 seasons in 1 month, then cancel that service. Here’s a quote from the ‘summary’ available from www.imdb.com about that episode:
‘ After the Salvatore School runs into some financial difficulties, Lizzie suggests they hold their first fundraiser. ‘
—
And here’s the imagined story that I created from that ‘fundraiser’ storyline: A company offers the high school students of the Salvatore School’ a certain resource opportunity, and they used that opportunity to help create their public fundraiser. Some of the people in that community discovered that the Salvatore School is using a certain resource opportunity that they are familiar with in their fundraiser. They have their own ideas as to how they are using such an opportunity, and it is clear that the Salvatore School has no idea what they are using. And of course, out of basic courtesy and respect, those adults allow those Salvatore School students to use that opportunity in such a way, and because of their own experiences with such an opportunity, they choose to attend their fundraiser. In fact, those adults are so inspired by such an exposure, that they eagerly choose to contribute money to their fundraiser. And here is the refurbished for advice illustration with inaproprieites removed from that episode. I’m using Amazon Video for the quote, and that scene starts 15 minutes and 33 seconds into that episode. Here is the quote:
Rich Woman(Mary Stein): ‘I’ll take it. He looks absolutely delicious.'(She’s referring to the statue that Hope(Danielle Rose Russell) created.)
Hope: ‘How did you get in here?’
Rich Woman: ‘Who is he?’
Hope: ‘Someone I miss… very much.’
Rich Woman: ‘He’ll be right in my foyer if you ever want to come and visit. How much?’
Hope: ‘It’s not for sale. This is happening really fast.’
Rich Woman: ‘Everything has it’s price.’
Cleo(Omono Okojie): ‘It is $91,000.’
Rich Woman: ‘Done.’
—
And of course, since those ‘Legacies’ episodes tend to have a lot of violence, remove the inaproprieities that are in the rest of that scene.
So, to recap, if you have certain goals that have certain expectation difficulties, I recommend that you consider participating in those goals as a student, which of course means that your expectations for those participations will be student related, not like your original expectations. However, that may still be useful to you, for example, for certain one’s, that means that you may physically be there as a student, and that can be useful to you.

Unrequited reciprocation(s):
It is now 3:04 PM EST for me.
I’ll give 2 examples for idea ‘Unrequited reciprocations’. 1st, here’s the definition of word ‘unrequited’ that I am using from www.dictionary.com:
‘not returned or reciprocated’
—
The 1st example/story is based on the refurbished character Angel(David Boreanaz) from tv series ‘Angel(1999-2004)’, but instead of being a vampire, Angel is just an employee for a company. And here’s the story: Angel has many projects that are ongoing, but most of those projects have no tangible representation. In other words, they’re just in his mind. Those are projects that don’t have any obvious reciprocations, called ‘unrequited reciprocation(s)’. One day, he decided to present one of those projects to management. When management approved of that project, that is when you get to see the project reciprocations you are normally accustomed to, associated with actual resources and actual people using those resources.
—
Based on how I imagine it, that ‘Unrequited reciprocation(s)’ story was meant to show you that many? projects start as possibly something in someone’s mind that doesn’t even have a physical, tangible identity, until that person, for example, presents it to management, and if it’s approved, actual resources and actual people are put to work on it, allowing you? to notice it. I imagined that, if you are a kid reading this blog, than maybe you’re trying to get some sort of reciprocation for your private ideas, when, in the reality that I imagined, there are many ideas that are actively used that are not getting any of that obvious reciprocation, not until management gives it some sort of project approval existence, and that may happen only? if you submit it to management for approval for such an existence. In Angel’s mind, he believes that many of the projects that he is actively working on, those projects don’t even have obvious tangible recognitions that you may be accustomed to as a kid.
—
The 2nd example/story is based on the performance of character Ladon Radim(Ryan Robbins), a Genii scientist. Actor Ryan Robbins is in 5 episodes of ‘Stargate Atlantis’ as Ladon Radim. The one I’m quoting is in episode 1.10 ‘The Eye’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate: Atlantis(2005)’. The episode is available streaming from Hulu, 13 minutes and 24 seconds into the episode:
Ladon Radim: ‘I should have seen this coming.’
—
13 minutes and 39 seconds into the episode:
Ladon Radim: ‘Looks like Atlantis is being powered by five small generators, each responsible for a separate area of the city. Major Sheppard has just disabled the one generator that powers Stargate Operations in this tower.’
—
I watched all the episodes of ‘Stargate Atlantis’, and I remember a better quote, but I don’t want to look for it, so I’m using that one. Here’s the story I made from that available quote just now(I made the story a while ago already, but I just want to be somewhat accurate): Ladon Radim, a Genii scientist, was working on a project that involves the study of Ancient technology, the original inhabitants of Atlantis, but he was doing that on his own. It’s not a project that is normally part of his job as being a Genii scientist, nor is it a project that he is benefitting from financially. So, when the Genii government discovered that he was learning about Ancient technology, eventually, Commander Acastus Kolya(Robert Davi) needed him in order to take control of Atlantis from the Stargate team.
—
In the 2nd example/story, Ladon Radim was given a job by his government for something that was basically just a personal project for him, something that was not being reciprocated by anyone else.
—
It is now 3:36 PM EST for me. I am going to close this list now. Next Saturday, if all goes according to plan, I will recommend a few ‘Star Trek’ comic books from that disc collection, and also offer you my interpretation of them, and the following Saturday, I will finally explain idea ‘Self’, unless I change my mind again. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.

Rated TV-14 fantasy violence, viewer discretion for tv series ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’, ‘Legacies’, and ‘Angel’. Rated TV-PG sci-fi violence, viewer discretion for tv series ‘Stargate: Atlantis’. Use only refurbished for advice references recommended. Throw away rest of episode and series.
