Greetings.
It is now 8:24 AM EST for me.
Before I talk about the advice, I want to talk about a few other things. Based on recent past experience, I have chosen to use the Microsoft Edge browser because there’s no problems using the ‘Update’ button. When I use Chrome, I have trouble using the ‘Update’ button. So, earlier, I started using Microsoft Edge, and all of a sudden, I was getting a lot of virus detection pop ups. This is how I stopped the pop-ups:
The description I am about to give is generalistic(not all of the details are in it). Initially, I just pressed the ‘x’ button when the pop-ups would show up. When the pop-ups didn’t stop, I searched for this phrase on www.google.com: ‘microsoft edge stop virus detection pop ups’. From the search results, I tried this one, but it was already selected:
In Edge, go to Settings and more at the top of your browser.
Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects.
Turn on the Block (recommended) toggle.
—
That didn’t work. I tried another method from the selections offered that involved disconnecting my internet connection, but that didn’t work either. Finally(the one that worked), I used the word ‘malware’ from the selection, I created a new tab, created a new tab, selected it and kept the button on that tab and then moved the tab to the screen. The reason is because the pop ups were on the right hand side of the screen, blocking the menu created when selecting the 3 dots(…) on the upper right hand side of the screen. when you move the tab from the top, you can use it’s menu screen(…), since it’s away from the pop ups. To find that tab again, click on the Microsoft Edge logo located at the bottom of your screen, and then click the tab you’re looking for. So, click the 3 dots(…), scroll down and then click ‘Settings’, and for ‘Search settings’, search for phrase ‘malware’. Scroll down to ‘Enhance your security on the web’, and when I 1st saw that, the black dot was turn off. You can see 3 faint/light options. Click the black dot to turn it on, and you are offered 3 options, ‘Basic’, ‘Balanced’, and ‘Strict’. Since I wasn’t using any of it before, I selected ‘Basic’, and the pop-ups stopped! I think it stopped as soon as I selected the black dot, and then I selected ‘Basic’. And that’s it. No more virus detected pop ups.
—
That’s it. I’ll talk about the other stuff later. As for the advice, I am finally going to explain idea ‘Self’ today, but I just made that decision earlier today. At 1st, I was going to explain an idea called ‘Humility’, and I was thinking about that for the past few days. However, earlier today, I thought about 1st impressions. Since Christmas is coming, families preparing to meet and greet each other, plus other chosen job related Christmas events, attention span use in general would shift towards that, and that means for me that 1st impressions for idea ‘Self’ would also change. In other words, it’s better for idea ‘Self’ to exist before December, to avoid an adversely affect 1st impression created by December Christmas preparations(in my opinion). Therefore, I will try to explain idea ‘Self’ today, next Saturday explain idea ‘Humility’, and then finally start explain the ideas that I recently created. Of course, since it will be December then, it won’t matter as much. I’ll just do it for the sake of routine. It is now 8:50 AM EST for me. I’m going to look for that music video and trailer, and after it’s prepared, I’ll get back to you later today, hopefully within the hour. I’ll see you then.
—
It is now 11:02 AM EST for me. To help avoid ambiguity if you choose to watch the music video, here’s a short quote from a review of it’s song. To find the review, I searched for phrase ‘mimi webb ghost of you music video review’ from www.google.com, and I chose link ‘http://www.womeninpop.com/’:
‘ Lyrically, the song tells of the pain after a relationship ends ‘I know you’re gone / But I’ll still hold onto the ghost of you’, she sings. ‘
—
And based on that quote, I’m recommending the music video for you to watch. If you use that quote as you watch the music video, you may find it more understanding and acceptable to continue to watch. The music video that I watched for the 1st time and recommend for this advice is called ‘Ghost of You’ by Mimi Webb. I found it from my ‘signed-in’ youtube homepage, the ‘Watch later’ list. I have a short collection of publishers there to help me with this blog. I used publisher ‘Hot Music Charts’. I chose that publisher from www.youtube.com, selected ‘VIDEOS’, and then selected ‘Top Songs of the Week | November 25, 2022’, published 1 day ago. A video clip for music video ‘Ghost of You’ starts 8 minutes and 14 seconds into that video collection. Here’s a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Ghost of You’:
I can’t face
Somebody taking you for drinks and dates
Cause you know I wonder
You know I wonder if it feels the same, the same
—
In my opinion, my interpretation of music video ‘Ghost of You’ is that Mimi Webb, while in that music video, likes walking around the neighborhood singing, and when the scenery changes, she also changes her appearance, such as the clothing that she wears. Even though I only watched it once, I have no complaints about what I watched, no ‘red flags’, so to speak. It’s a nice song, nice choreography, and I recommend it for this advice.
—
It is now 11:42 AM EST for me.
The movie trailer that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this advice is called Project ‘Gemini'(2022)’. I found it from one of the publishers from my ‘signed-in’ youtube homepage, KinoCheck.com. Just select publisher from www.youtube.com, select ‘VIDEOS’, then select ‘The Best NEW Alien & Monster Movies 2022 & 2023 (Trailers)’ published 1 day ago. The movie trailer Project ‘Gemini’ starts 21 minutes and 4 seconds into that video collection. I recommend that you watch movie trailer ‘ Project ‘Gemini’ ‘ from that video collection.
Since there are not too many words spoken in the trailer, and I didn’t notice any direct violence(according to www.imdb.com, there is moderate violence, but I’m only recommending that you watch the trailer), I noticed more the special effects and soundtrack for that video clip. Here is a quote that I found from www.google.com when searching for phrase ‘project gemini movie reviews’. The quote is from link ‘horrorcultfilms.co.uk’:
‘ It gave me Alien and Event Horizon vibes at times, and whilst it borrows certain essences from those films, it’s its own creature and manages to create something intimate that works. ‘
‘ The lighting, set design and aesthetics create an incredible atmosphere within the film complimented by sound work that fits the movie like a glove. ‘
—
So, to be clear, I recommend that you watch movie trailer ‘Project ‘Gemini’ ‘ for it’s special effects and soundtrack.

Self:
It is now 11:55 AM EST for me.
Let’s get this over with. I’m calling idea ‘Self’ a ‘Beginning idea’ because, based on the explanation that I invented, people(usually kids) have difficulty using such an idea because of how it interacts with their current developed strategies. It’s something that someone may use when starting from the beginning, and such a use of strategy may not interact well with people who are avoiding beginning ideas in their current use of strategy. So, if you choose to consider using this idea, let’s imagine that, let’s say that an adult man after working a few years in his job is starting to experience mild to moderate forms of instigation from a few co-workers. And so, this single man may have chosen to use certain forms of tv shows and movies to help develop his personal strategy, to more tenably experience mild to moderate forms of instigations. In this imagined situation, the 1st thing this single man used is in the movie ‘The Nutcracker and the Four Realms(2018)’, starring Mackenzie Foy as Clara Stahlbaum, and Morgan Freeman as Drosselmeyer. Here is a quote from the ‘Plot’ section from wikipedia.org, the scene from the movie that emphasizes the meaning for idea ‘Self’:
‘ She imprisons Clara, Captain Philip, and the male regents, causing Clara to blame herself. ‘
‘ Clara opens her egg-shaped music box again and discovers a mirror, illustrating that all she needed was herself. ‘
—
The movie ‘The Nutcracker and the Four Realms’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hour, 5 minutes and 23 seconds into the movie, when Clara discovers a mirror insider her music box(You may watch more of the movie refurbished for advice for more content and understanding).
To improve the effectiveness of that scene for idea ‘Self’, I recommended a change in how you reacted when seeing a swarm of mice directed by ‘The Mouse King’. In episode 1.5 ‘Part V’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi(2022)’, there is a scene when Inquisitor Reva, Third Sister(Moses Ingram) was kneeling as she was being promoted by Darth Vader to be the Grand Inquisitor. The episode I think is available streaming only from Disneyplus, and that scene starts about 3 minutes and 8 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:
Reva: ‘It is my great honor to be invited aboard, Lord Vader.’
Darth Vader(James Earl Jones?): ‘I am not interested in civilities.
—
3 minutes and 23 seconds into the episode:
Darth Vader: ‘You have done well. Kneel… Grand Inquisitor.’
—
That is an illustrated example of kneeling to show fealty(fidelity; faithfulness). In at least 2 previous lists, I recommended that you imagined those mice looking like a body. It did so in the movie. And many of those mice created an image of a person kneeling, and in the head of that image ‘The Mouse King’ is kneeling to Clara Stahlbaum, showing fealty to her, like Reva was showing fealty to Darth Vader. The Mouse King would be dressed in some sort of wardrobe befitting such a presentation, kneeling, showing the other mice how he wants them to look. I thought that such an image would make their original violent appearance to be more tenable to think about, and that in turn would cause the ‘Self’ illustration in the movie to also be more tenable to watch. Well, that was the plan, anyway.
—
It is now 12:49 PM EST for me.
The reason I used the movie ‘The Nutcracker and the Four Relms’ is because of this quote from wikipedia.org:
‘ The film grossed $174 million worldwide… ‘
—
Based on that quote, it’s a popular movie made available worldwide, making it more likely available to single men who are using certain tv shows and movies to improve their strategy when experiencing certain forms of instigation.
All right. Here is the idea behind idea ‘Self’: The reason for idea ‘Self’ is to take into account that certain forms of experienced instigation involve your sense of self. So, when you experience those involvements, instead of being influenced by it, to become it, so to speak, you allow yourself to a point to sense it’s emphasis, but not become that emphasis, to not be involved with that emphasis.
The best, most convenient illustration example of a person easily becoming the emphasis of self created by an instigator is in episode 1.5 ’12 Hours’ from action tv series ‘The Transporter(2012)’. It’s how Dieter Hausmann(Charly Hübner) reacts to Giles(Josh Blacker). The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com. Let’s examine one of those examples. According to Amazon Video, one example starts, according to Amazon Video, 45 minutes and 40 seconds into the episode. The episode quote is refurbished with inaproprieities removed:
Giles: ‘So… …you a Senna fan as well as your boss? Because I think Senna… was terrible(edited). You hear me, Dieter?’
Dieter Hausmann: ‘Dieter? Uh, Dieter is not here.’
—
Let’s imagine that Dieter Hausmann does not have an obvious strategy to experience many forms of instigation. Giles believes that he doesn’t, which is why Giles said quote:
Giles: ‘You hear me, Dieter?’
—
Not to be rude or anything, but if you found that scene to be funny, like laughing to yourself when Giles said that, you may choose to use that as an indicator that Dieter’s sense of self is being influenced by what Giles said. Even though Dieter claims to not be Dieter, Giles does not believe him, and continues to manipulate Dieter’s sense of self, also believing that Dieter doesn’t have an obviously developed sense of strategy to experience certain forms of instigation.
Here’s another scene where Giles is manipulating how Dieter interacts with his own sense of self. The scene starts 46 minutes and 24 seconds into the episode:
Giles: ‘Tell your pal to put down the wrench. He’s making me nervous.’
—
When Giles said ‘He’s making me nervous.’ , it is Dieter Hausmann that became nervous! You can see that, based on the expression on Dieter Hausmann’s face that he became nervous when Giles said that ‘he’s making me nervous’. So, even though that statement was directed at himself, the intent was for Giles to cause Dieter Hausmann to become nervous.
The great thing about that entire scene is that you get to compare Giles and Dieter Hausmann to Frank Martin(Chris Vance), who is like a human superman based on how that show makes him look. Comparing Frank Martin to Dieter Hausmann and Giles makes their scenes easier to use for such learning purposes.
—
All right. It is now 1:28 PM EST for me.
The next illustration example I am going to recommend for you to use, if you choose to use this aspect of this advice, is to allow yourself to have an example of experiencing an emphasis to your sense of self, but not become it, to not get involved with it, as it relates to certain forms of instigation experience and it’s inadvertencies. If you experience an instigation that involves a certain sense of emphasis, you may contemplationally say ‘Self’ so that, even though you feel that sense of emphasis, you don’t have to become it, and you don’t have to get involved with it. That scene, refurbished for this idea, is in the movie ‘Annapolis(2006)’, starring James Franco as Jake Huard. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 49 minutes and 58 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Whitaker(McCaleb Burnett): ‘Keep filling.’
Loo(Roger Fan): ‘Stop.’ (drops container)
Whitaker: ‘Congratulations, Loo. You can join Huard on marching tours this weekend.’
—
That scene, refurbished, and you may watch more of the movie refurbished for more content and understanding, helps you relate to an emphasis imposed upon your sense of self. So, if you experience an instigation that causes you to feel an emphasis of self, you may consider that scene as a reference, allowing you to not become that emphasis, to not be involved with such an emphasis. Even though in reality for example, that emphasis only lasts a few seconds, that means that with the help of idea ‘Self’, you were able to more objectively sense such an emphasis of self, and not become it.
—
I believe that I invented idea ‘Self’ several years ago, and in that time, in my opinion, idea ‘Self’ is a very important idea to have. In the beginning, based on my speculation, when you experience instigations that involve in a very obvious way your sense of self, the experience can be very obvious. That sense of emphasis can be very obvious. However, over time, your objective experience by intent should allow your strategy to improve, and your own personal strategy you should notice very soon after using idea ‘Self’ should noticeably improve.
—
It is now 1:43 PM EST for me. I am going to close this list now. Next Saturday, I will explain idea ‘Humility’, and then the following Saturday I will finally start typing in the new ideas that I have already created, unless I change my mind again. So, if you are there next Saturday, I’ll see you then.
—
It is now 1:51 PM EST for me. I will also continue to upgrade idea ‘Self’ in other lists.
