Greetings.

It is now 6:39 AM EST for me.

I am going to continue as planned. Here is the definition that I am using for the idea. I’ll give you the meaning 1st, then I’ll give you the actual phrase:

‘ to tell someone something they do not know, especially something that happened when they were not there: I haven’t seen the latest report, so perhaps you could fill me in? ‘

The name for this idea is ‘Fill me in’. The meaning was found in www.google.com when I searched for phrase ‘fill me in meaning’. It was the 1st selection offered. I am going to look for a music video and trailer for this idea now. In 2 hours or so, after I am done preparing them for this idea, I’ll present them to you. So, if you are there later today, I’ll see you then.

It is now 10:01 AM EST for me.

The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this advice is called ‘FLOWER’ by JISOO. I found it by selecting in www.youtube.com publisher ‘InMusic Official’, select ‘VIDEOS’, select ‘Hit Songs of March 2023 | March 2023’s Hottest Songs’ published 14 hours ago. Music video clip from music video ‘FLOWER’ starts 1 minute and 38 seconds into that video clip collection. Here is an english translation quote from the lyrics of song ‘Flower’:

I fly away like a white petal
It’s all on you that you didn’t hold on15
Drawn by a gentle wind
Spring comes but we say bye bye bye

To watch music video ‘Flower’, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘jisoo flower’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with 91M views! The title is ‘JISOO – ‘꽃(FLOWER)’ M/V’, and it was published 6 days ago by publisher ‘BLACKPINK’.

In my opinion, there are some interesting variations of synchronized dancing. Here are the highlights: Dancing with other dancers doesn’t start until 1 minute and 5 seconds into the music video. The singer shows the palm of her hands, and then the scene changes with the palm of her hands shown, but with other dancers. A similar ‘change scenery’ effect occurs 1 minute and 37 seconds into the music video. The main singer is dancing alone in a room, but seconds later, she is using the same dance but in another location and with other dancers. That happens a few times within a few seconds.

In my opinion, I like the synchronized dancing variety, and I recommend that you watch music video ‘Flower’ for this advice.

The movie trailer that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend to be watched for this advice is called ‘YOUR CHRISTMAS OR MINE? Official Trailer (2022)… ‘. I found it by selecting from www.youtube.com publisher ‘Rapid Trailer’, select ‘PLAYLISTS’, select ‘Best COMEDY Movies!’, and trailer ‘YOUR CHRISTMAS OR MINE? Official Trailer (2022)… ‘ is #74 in that list. Here is a quote from www.imdb.com about the movie:

Hayley and James are young and in love. They both make the same mad split-second decision to swap trains and surprise each other. Passing each other in the station, they are completely unaware that they have just swapped Christmases.

So, in my opinion, 2 people who fell in love with 2 different cultures/beliefs unintentionally experience each other’s Christmas’s. If you choose to, you may refurbish that, and just imagine spending different Christmas’s from students from your school or coworkers from your job that have different cultures/beliefs than your own, to see how they spend Christmas. If you are an adult, whether or not the women are married or single, using the asterisk(*) to customize further via your imagined discretion, just imagine all* of the women being single, and for the women who practice an obviously different cultures/beliefs, imagine experiencing their Christmas’s, like the movie trailer ‘YOUR CHRISTMAS OR MINE?’ did. I didn’t see the movie, so that imagined scenario is for just watching the movie trailer. It’s just a recommendation, and you may just imagine one of the women where you work, etc.

Fill me in:

It is now 11:07 AM EST for me.

I plan to type in 4 stories for idea ‘Fill me in’. In the 1st story, I’m using main character Joe Dominguez(Cheech Marin) from tv series ‘Nash Bridges(1996-2001)’ and John Sheppard(Joe Flanigan) from tv series ‘Stargate: Atlantis(2004-2009)’ in the story. You can use how they looked in their respective tv shows. They’re going to portray businessmen in the story.

So, here it is: Joe Dominguez has an arrangement with his wife, he works, and his wife does everything else. In this story, Mr. Dominguez’ wife arranges all of the job related social events that they will both attend. As they are both attending it, Mr. Dominguez knows almost nothing about the social event, but later, after the event, while Mr. Dominguez is at work, John Sheppard ‘fills him in’ as to what had happened during that social event. So, as Mr. Dominguez listens to John Sheppard as to what was going on, that explanation becomes a reality in Mr. Dominguez’s mind.

The point for the 1st story is to help the kids compartmentalize/partition better job and project related expectations that they may imagine. For example, if a kid is a little overwhelmed about thinking about certain project and job imagined expectations, that kid may imagine a CEO turning that overwhelmed contemplation into 3 jobs. So, in an imagined sense, not necessarily an accurate sense, the reason why that kid was somewhat overwhelmed thinking about it is because that 1 job/project may actually be the equivalent of 3 jobs/projects! The 1st story for idea ‘Fill me in’ shows, even if it’s just imagined, it shows a married man because of his job expectations, he is not able to keep up with the real time expectations of knowing what the job related social event is about, he doesn’t even have the ability to verify that he and his wife will attend, but if he is just physically able to attend, the understanding part will come later when his friend/coworker John Sheppard ‘fills him in’ later when he is at work. Joe Dominguez is not able to both plan and attend job related social events as well as do his job. That is why his wife does everything else, including planning the attendance of those social events, and his coworker John Sheppard at work ‘fills him in’ allowing Joe Dominguez to have an understanding of the social event that he physically attended. So, if this arrangement works, all Joe Dominguez has to do is be at that social event, and later when at work a coworker will ‘fill him in’ with the understanding he will find useful about that social event. The example shows you that even adults can’t do everything, that they rely on others for participation and understanding.

It is now 11:52 AM EST for me.

The 2nd story is based on a refurbished for story quote from the movie ‘Hart’s War(2002)’ starring Colin Farrell as Lt. Thomas W. Hart. I’ll give the quote 1st, refurbished, then I’ll try to say the story. I’m using some tears to make the story, since I’m only imagining the story’s existence in job related reality. It’s meant to allow you to repurpose an imagined created plausibility for idea ‘Fill me in’. The movie ‘Hart’s War’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts about 51 minutes and 43 seconds into the movie. Keep in mind that the quote is refurbished. I wasn’t able to identify the character talking to Lt. Hart. I’ll just call him ‘Soldier’. Here is the quote:

Lt. Hart: ‘You know where I wish I’d never been?’

Soldier: ‘Where’s that?’

Lt. Hart: ‘The Waldorf.’

Soldier: ‘It’s not personal. He just can’t stand being lied to.’

Lt. Hart: ‘I never lied to him.’

Soldier: ‘That guy Lutz they threw you in with? He was a level-one interrogator. McNamara(Bruce Willis) had him, too. When a guy won’t talk, they just keep kicking him up the ladder. Level two, level three. It takes weeks. He was in there for a month. And the only guy you saw was Lutz. And he spit you out of there in three days.’

52 minutes and 30 seconds:

Soldier: ‘See, the thing about the Colonel is he’s not like you and me. He’s West Point, fourth-generation. He was raised on all this.’

Here’s the 2nd story: Keep in mind that I just imagined this. More and more jobs want employees to have more of a ‘hands on’ approach to doing their jobs. I imagined a job where it’s not possible to have a satisfying, even a compromised understanding of what you are doing. There’s a lot of information involved in the participation, so when employees in the beginning participate in such a job, most of them for what they have done may cry about certain aspects of their participations, may even experience some sort of confusion. It’s not that the job itself is doing anything extreme to them, it’s just that their expectations of understanding are being tested. For a refurbished for advice music video reference, I’ll use a link found from www.google.com using phrase ‘hands to myself selena gomez music video reviews’. I chose the headline ‘Selena Gomez: ‘Hands To Myself’ Music Video Review’ from socurrent.com. Here’s the quote:

‘ Also on the topic of acting, the music video also holds a surprising twist at the end where Selena Gomez appears to be arrested when her victim returns home and calls the police on her. ‘

That’s the impression I am using from music video ‘Hands to Myself’. Here’s the imagined scenario: Selena Gomez, while participating in her new job, because it’s not possible to fully understand based on her current expectations of understanding, that causes her to experience some sort of confusion. During that state of confusion, Selena Gomez breaks into a celebrity’s home, believing that she is in a relationship with him, but she’s not, and when that celebrity goes home and finds her there, he calls the police, and she then gets arrested. Later, her job sympathizes with her situation, and is considering bailing her out of jail. I used music video ‘Hands To Myself’ for a previous story in this blog.

Now, in this story, I’m using William A. McNamara(Bruce Willis) from the movie ‘Hart’s War’, but McNamara is just an employee. Let’s say that at least almost all of the employees experience some sort of disorientation with their use of understanding. However, compared to Lt. Hart, McNamara and a number of other employees that have also worked with McNamara already have field experience. For example, for whatever reason, one of those employees didn’t talk to anyone, and when he was questioned, like in the beginning of movie ‘Hart’s War’, he noticed that McNamara was in the room during the questioning, and since he has worked with him in the past, that alone allowed that employee to explain what he had done. He didn’t do anything remotely like in the movie ‘Hart’s War’, but for imagined simplicity, let’s say he did that pointing thing, and he cried about it. Everyone eventually gave the interrogators what they wanted to hear.

Now, when Thomas Hart was questioned, he doesn’t know who McNamara is, and he has not field experience. Although he tried to, he wasn’t able to tell the truth to the others. He didn’t realize until later that everyone told the interrogators what they wanted to hear.

Now, let’s ‘fast forward’ a few years, and see how they are doing. They noticed that the new employees are making very similar mistakes that they had made when they started working there. Privately, that allowed them to feel better about what they had gone through. Keep in mind that none of them have actually been interrogated. The ‘Hart’s War’ illustration is just an imagined simplified reference. The new employees were learning to acquire a changed sense of understanding for the job.

After a few years of participating in such a job, the employees learn to give a certain presentable participation, but afterwards they seem to leave the participation altogether, like a group of them are sitting in a room, and they have completely disassociated themselves from the participation. To help fix that imbalance when needed, if those employees choose to, they may accept from individuals an acknowledged sense of being ‘filled in’ about what certain projects they did in the past. For example, in the project was recorded to allow children to observe what they did, then of course if a child made an inquiry as to what they did specifically, they may choose to acknowledge being ‘filled in’ by that child. For that, I’m using a scene, refurbished for advice, in episode 1.9 ‘Move along Home’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine(1993)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts, refurbished for advice of course, 20 minutes and 47 seconds into that episode. I’m just going to quote a scene from that episode to relate to it, 22 minutes and 4 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Doctor Julian Bashir(Alexander Siddig): ‘But I did everything she did.

Lt. Jadzia Dax(Terry Farrell): ‘No, Julian, you didn’t.’

Bashir: ‘I followed her footsteps, exactly.’

Jadzia Dax: ‘But you didn’t say the rhyme.’

So, whatever it is that was recorded, certain kids can relate to it, and if they talked to those employees, management gave permission to those employees to allow themselves to be ‘filled in’ by those kids. If you choose to watch that scene, I think there’s enough kid involvement imagined plausibility for the idea.

It is now 1:17 PM EST for me.

I want to get this over with today, so I’m going to skip the 3rd story and explain the 4th story. The main character is Benoit Blanc(Daniel Craig) from the movies ‘Knives Out(2019)’ and ‘Glass Onion(2022)’, but instead of being a crime investigator, he is a CEO of a company. The 4th story is based on a commercial that I watched several years ago. I didn’t even make an effort to find that commercial. I just thought about it. In that commercial, a woman is in her car talking about her boss to herself. Soon after that, her boss shows up, I’m guessing that her car is very close to her job, and her boss, a man, is calmly talking to her about her job assignment. He didn’t say anything else to her except about her job assignment. I forgot what the commercial was about.

So, based on that commercial and the 3rd story, but I’m not explaining the 3rd story for lack of adequate blog time, I’m going to say that when CEOs ‘fill in’ their employees, it’s possible that the employees may need some additional time to process certain conversations that CEOs may give them. And this is where the story starts: Um, a woman employee from Benoit Blanc’s company is out a few days from the job, but because of the information Benoit Blanc was giving her for certain past projects, he has reason to believe that it’s because of how he was ‘filling her in’ for those past projects. Of course, he didn’t do anything wrong, but he knows from experience that certain employees tend to need more time to process certain instructions given to them by their CEOs, more specifically, by himself. So, with a certain experience that most non managerial employees may imagine, because I’m certainly imagining it, he arranges himself to visit her, to personally help her acclimate to whatever it is that he told her. He buys some take-out food, and he also goes to the supermarket for food to cook(bacon, eggs,etc.). He’ll play it by ear to see what she prefers. When he arrives at the house early that morning, he talks to her landlord, presents his ID for the landlord to hold on to, explains to the landlord that he is her tenant’s boss and she hasn’t shown to work for a few days, and he’s there to help her with her malady.

Now, let’s change the focus to the lady. While she was in bed early that day, she was thinking about what her boss said to her, from the beginning up until recently, and she’s like that woman in the commercial, in a mental lucid state trying to acclimate to what her boss said to her. And when she sensed that someone was in the kitchen cooking bacon and eggs based on the sound and the smell of it, what surprised her wasn’t the fact that she believes that it’s her boss, Benoit Blanc, cooking that food. She did not invite her boss to do that. Based on how she is imagining/conceptualizing it right at that moment, you may see Benoit Blanc’s back as he is currently cooking the bacon and eggs in the kitchen using the kitchen stove. What is surprising her is that he is actually a part of her lucid contemplations, that he already belongs to it! That is because Benoit Blanc, her CEO boss, designed those conversations to ‘fill her in’.

Now, to give you a comparison, and I originally made it to be a part of the idea for me to use, I imagined having my chosen avatar, Bernard Lowe(Jeffrey Wright) from the tv series ‘Westworld(2016-2022) to do that instead of her actual CEO boss Benoit Blanc. As I recently changed the story, when Bernard does it, as Bernard is cooking the bacon and eggs, he wakes her up by verbally trying to explain to her why he is there. He says something that wakes her up, and then he explains that Benoit Blanc was going to be here to help her recover. She then replies by saying that ‘You are not my boss.’ He explains further after that. The point is that you have something to compare to that story when her actual boss, Benoit Blanc, was cooking the food.

I recommend that, if you choose to, you think about that moment when Benoit Blanc was cooking her food. I recommend that you allow yourself to be relaxed by it.

It is now 1:43 PM EST for me.

I am going to close this list now. Next Thursday, 4/13/2023, I will finally explain idea ‘Strength’, unless I change my mind again. So, if you are there next Thursday, I’ll see you then.
