Salutations.
It is now 9:32 AM EST for me.
Even though it’s only a few days before Christmas, in case you don’t have a clock, this is a digital clock that I purchased for myself recently from Amazon.com:
Peakeep Large Digital Clock, Alarm Clock for Bedrooms – Large Big Numbers 5 Dimmers for Seniors, Battery Backup Loud Alarm Clock with USB Charger Port (White)
—
The digital clock that I was using for years recently broke, and I chose that one from Amazon.com’s selections. Right now, it’s only about $15 with Prime shipping available, and it has 2 purchase options, one with a white display, and one with a blue display. In my opinion, if you are currently not using a clock, and then you choose to use a digital clock, you should notice a more improved sense of time. Personally, I’m not using it’s alarm setting. I’m using the alarm from my smartphone, the free Alarmy app. For this alarm clock, I selected the #3 brightness setting. Amazon.com’s page for the digital clock has a lot of illustrations, and 492 reviews. One of the main reasons I purchased this clock is that is has a normal plug you plug into an outlet, such as a wall outlet. One of the images shows it, saying ‘AC/DC Adapter Powered’ and ‘Adapter(included)’.

I’m thinking of what food to order from DoorDash today. I think I’ll order from KFC again, since, in a manner of speaking, I’ll get it in ‘no time’, since it’s relatively close. There are other restaurants, but they’re located in another city, and it take a while for the driver to deliver the food. I’ll probably stop typing around 11:00 AM today to order the food.
I’m going to look for that music video and trailer soon to recommend to you. After I do that, I’ll give you the bookmark for the idea I finally decided to type in, as well as the explanation. For simplicity and ease of learning the idea, the illustration references for the idea will all come from the movie ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny(2023)’ starring Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Helena. I may take up to an hour or so to find both music video and trailer to recommend. So, if you are there later today after I prepare them and start typing, I’ll see you then.

It is now 11:32 AM EST for me.
I recently ordered KFC food, and like I said, it should arrive in ‘no time’. Since I’m typing in this blog, I seem to be enjoying the convenience of certain foods delivered more than the food itself.
The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this advice is called ‘Hero’ by Alan Walker & Sasha Alex Sloan. Here is a review that I found searching in www.google.com for phrase ‘sasha sloan hero music video reviews’. I chose link www.promonews.tv:
A lone spaceship uncovers a lost fortress, in Mads Neset’s science fiction-inspired promo for Hero.
Featuring vocalist Sasha Alex Sloan, the video explores the idea of heroism as a visual aesthetic and theme, evidenced by the larger-than-life statues which are based on fan-submitted drawings as part of a contest in the lead-up to the release.
Boasting stunning visual effects, epic landscapes, and inspired performances, the video is an incredible feat with a lingering after effect.

I found it by selecting in www.youtube.com publisher ‘Top Mixes: Music 2023’, select ‘Videos’, then select ‘Top Music 2023 Playlist 🎤 Best Songs 2023 So Far 🎤 Today’s Music Hits 2023’, which was published 9 days ago. ‘Hero’ starts about 2 minutes and 37 seconds into that video collection. To watch the music video, search in www.youtube.com phrase ‘sasha sloan hero’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with 41M views! It was published by publisher ‘Alan Walker’ 7 months ago.
In my opinion, I like the special effects. Like the review said, ‘the video explores the idea of heroism as a visual aesthetic and theme’. A woman is singing solo with those special effects mostly.
Here is a quote from the lyrics:
Been here before
It’s in my muscle memory, I’m pretty sure
I’ve felt this energy, there’s something in your touch
Something reminding me of us

The tv series trailer that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this advice is called ‘Percy Jackson and The Olympians | Official Trailer | Disney+’. I found it by searching for phrase ‘percy jackson trailer’ in www.youtube.com. It was published by publisher ‘Disney Plus’ 1 month ago, with 7.4M views! According to wikipedia.org:
On December 13, 2023, it was reported that the first episode will also be available to stream on Hulu from December 20 until January 31, 2024.
—
Also according to wikipedia, it will start with 2 episodes tomorrow, with a total of 8 episodes for season 1.

It is now 11:50 AM EST for me.
The food should be ready soon, so I’ll prepare to get it. Soon after I eat the KFC food, I’ll start typing again, let’s say within half an hour. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.
—
It is now 12:46 PM EST for me.
I am going to prepare the references for this idea now. This should take only maybe 10 minutes or so.

It is now 12:53 PM EST for me.
Extreme familiar solve:
In this explanation, I’m going to start with a premise, and then build from that. Here’s the premise: Under normal circumstances, such as at work or at school, many extremes aren’t part of your participations. Here’s the definition of the word ‘extreme’ from www.dictionary.com that I’ll use in this blog:
of a character or kind farthest removed from the ordinary or average:
extreme measures.
—
Let’s start with non-managerial employees that have been working in the same job for several years or more: Here’s a question for you: Do you speculate that, for those that instigate you, that for certain experienced instigations those that have instigated you have been talked to by management? about that situation? If you choose to, that could be an indication to you that certain experienced instigations are not accepted where you work. However, you still experienced it. Let’s say that, over time, you’ve learned to not contemplationally treat certain experiences as something that you ‘brought up’. So, for example, even though you experienced something about an instigation, you did not ‘bring it up’ yourself. Also, you did not agree to use that experience.
So, what an instigator might do to you, knowing that you are building a certain self created tolerance for experienced instigations, is cause you to contemplationally experience a certain familiarity of extreme to resolve. And that is where the movie ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny(2023)’ comes in. Part of Helena’s(Phoebe Waller-Bridge) form of communication in the movie involves causing other people, certain people, to interact with certain extremes in order for her to achieve certain goals. The 1st illustration example, according to Amazon Video, starts about 1 hour, 1 minute, and 29 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Indiana Jones(Harrison Ford): ‘What exactly do you owe this guy?’
Helena: ‘Just some bail money and a lifetime of happiness.’
[12/20/2023: It is now 2:26 AM EST for me. I’m about to quote a scene from the movie ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny(2023)’ made by character Indiana Jones(Harrison Ford). According to Amazon Video, that scene starts about 1 hour 43 minutes and 44 seconds into the move. Here is the quote:
Indiana Jones/Mr. Jones: ‘And I’m just guessing, but I don’t think you’ve been shot nine times, including once by your father.’
—
By using that quote, I am not encouraging any sort of gun interaction. I am not encouraging anything reckless and/or dangerous to occur just to learn these ideas. It is just an illustration reference, a direct quote from the movie, to show that Indiana Jones/Mr. Jones has experience with extremes, and that he is able to directly interact with certain extremes. Since one of the things about idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’ is to be able to sense certain mild to moderate forms of extremes, and yet not commit to those extremes, based on the premise given at the beginning of this list, I tried to make certain actions from Indiana Jones/Mr. Jones, refurbished for advice of course, an example of someone that is trying to be sympathetic with someone that is obviously encouraging other people to commit to and interact with certain extremes. Again, I am not encouraging any gun interaction to occur, nothing that is reckless and/or dangerous to be used, just to learn these ideas. 12/20/2023]

So, Helena promised to marry Rahim, but then left him, causing Rahim to experience and commit to an extreme that should not be part of his chosen lifestyle, refurbished for advice. So, refurbished for advice, Indiana Jones made the deduction that Helena causes others to interact with extremes in a non-stable manner in order for her to achieve certain goals. She does experience remorse/feel guilty for what she has done somewhat, but it’s a means to an end. He’s learning to talk to her. In one situation, Mr. Jones tried to sympathize with her use of extremes inducing upon others. Here is the conversation, refurbished for advice, where Mr. Jones tries to sympathize with Helena. The scene starts, according to Amazon Video, 1 hour, 43 minutes, and 30 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Helena: ‘Yeah, I get it. I get it.’
Mr. Jones: ‘No, you don’t get it. You’re half my age. You haven’t been forced to drink the blood of Kali.’
Helena: ‘No. Fair enough.’
Mr. Jones: ‘Or been tortured with voodoo. And I’m just guessing, but I don’t think you’ve been shot nine times, including once by your father.’
Helena: (chuckles) ‘Dad shot you?’
Mr. Jones: ‘Don’t talk to me. Just go ahead. I’ll follow you.’
—
So, Mr. Jones sympathized with Helena, allowed herself to feel better, by indicating to her that he experiences various extremes by other people, including by her own father! That caused Helena to laugh, a possible indication that Mr. Jones’ sympathy in communication worked.
In other words, Mr. Jones has years of experience interacting with certain extremes, making certain examples of his interactions useful for idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’. If you choose to use idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’, if you suspect that an instigator is encouraging you to interact and commit to certain extremes that should not exist at work/school, contemplationally say ‘familiar’ to identify that the instigator wants you to interact and commit to such a sense of familiarity to resolve, but don’t use it. Don’t treat it as if you brought it to your own attention. Don’t use it. Even though an instigator may cause you to experience a mild to moderate extreme, you don’t have to use that sense of familiarity.
Notice that, in the movie, Mr. Jones does not impose any extremes upon his students, his colleagues, his family. He never imposed any extremes upon Helena, even though he clearly is capable of imposing extremes upon his foes.
One obvious ‘bait’, something that an instigation may impose upon you to experience to cause you to interact and use certain notions, is discomfort itself. Pain, whether it be emotional or physical pain. Yes, of course treat your discomforts, treat your pain, but don’t let instigators turn it into effective bait that causes you to interact and use certain instigation associated notions, like excesssively interacting with extremes that should not be committed to at work or at school. The intent of idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’ is to allow you somewhat, at least for very mild forms of instigation identified by the idea, to allow you to experience very mild to mildly moderate extremes, and yet not allow such experiences to adversely affect your belief that certain extremes does not belong at school and/or at work. Idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’, by intent, allows you to experience certain mild extremes, but not become them, not use them, not bring them up.
Blame also is an effective ‘bait’ that causes you to commit and use certain extremes. I’m guess, but I think it’s possible that certain experienced instigations has a lot of associated blame involved. The instigator really wants you to blame that person, causing you to interact with such experiences, even when such an interaction is to identify such an experience as wrong, so that he/she should experience some sort of disciplinary action.
OK. How to use idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’ more. If you choose to use idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’, when you contemplationally say ‘Familiar’, do not resolve that sense/contemplation of familiarity. Allow yourself to sense that familiarity, but don’t resolve it. Don’t solve it. Another form of ‘bait’ that instigators may use to cause you to commit and use certain notions is to try to resolve such notions. If you are able to sense an extreme inducing familiarity that encourages you to resolve it, but instead, when you contemplationally say ‘Familiar’, you allow yourself to sense an inclination to resolve an extreme familiarity, even when it involves some minor discomfort, but you choose to not resolve it, then in my opinion, idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’ could help you manage more extreme familiarities, since, with it’s use, you are more able to sense minor extreme familiarity resolvings, yet not use them, not become them, not bring them up contemplationally.
To help the kids remember the word ‘extreme’ in idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’, I recommend a scene in animated episode 8.14 ‘The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show’ from tv series ‘The Simpsons(1997)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts about 14 minutes and 13 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:
Poochie: ‘Hey, kids, always recycle… TO THE EXTREME!’

I know that my explanation for idea ‘Extreme familiar solve’ is not as understandable friendly as other ideas I have typed in the past, but I believe that if you just read and tried to use it, that in time you will get better at it’s use, better at understanding and better at effectiveness.
When I personally contemplationally say ‘Familiar’, sometimes I feel a certain mild discomfort associated with such an experienced instigation, but what I also feel is me not actively using such an extreme familiar sense of resolving. In other words, I ‘feel’ it, but I don’t become it.

It is now 1:55 PM EST for me.
I am going to close this list now. Next Tuesday, I do have ideas to type in, but what also happens is that I invent more ideas during that week that approaches next Tuesday, so I’ll decide then what I’ll type in. So, if you are there next Tuesday, I’ll see you then.
