Salutations.

It is now 8:39PM EST for me.

I’m going to start preparing my laundry around 2:30AM EST tomorrow, Tuesday, 1/23/2024. That means that I have over 5 hours to type this blog. I will start explaining the ‘Slow’ ideas that I have been postponing for maybe several years now. From time to time, I would think about typing in those ideas, but other ideas seemed to have more priority to be typed in. But because of the recent ideas, I think that I am able to finally explain the ‘Slow’ ideas now.

But before I do that, I want to explain a recent idea that I invented within the past week.

Prepare(revisited):

I am going to address a few references from the blog, but I don’t want to find them myself. If you have read the recent lists, then you know what I’m talking about. Otherwise, you can use the ‘Search… ‘ option from the blog’s homepage, www.ionicbreeze1.com, to find them. Just type in the keywords.

In one of the recent lists, I offered you that ‘Automatic’ idea that uses that song from ‘The Pointer Sisters’. I recommended that you would use your tv to play the Youtube tv app using your Apple TV+ device, or a device that can play Youtube from your tv, such as a Firestick, and while using headphones connected to your tv, you would listen to the song ‘Automatic’, and move your body to it, under the conditions that I have explained. This ‘Prepare’ idea is also like that, but this time, if you choose to, you will be moving your body a little while watching the music video ‘Into The Groove’ by Madonna.

1st, here’s a premise for idea ‘Prepare’, to prepare you more to use idea ‘Prepare’. I’m making this idea for single men who are still pursuing relationships with single women, but are unsuccessful. Since I am also a single man, I thought that this advice may be useful to other single men.

I’ll start the advice with an upgrade for the idea ‘Prepare’ that I explained in a previous list. When you prepare in advance in imagination, contemplationally, without actually doing anything, so to speak, maybe you’re too specific about it. In past lists several times, I made the metaphor of drawing a circle on a blank piece of paper. I recommended that you should not make the paper too exact for the drawing of the circle to appear. To allow the identity of that drawn circle to exist more, I recommended that you should have more paper to work with, allowing the drawn circle to be seen more. If the paper use is too exact, for example, you may not even be able to see that circle. If you want further illustration, just imagine drawing a circle on a notepad, and you may notice that you able to easily see that circle, with the help of all of that extra paper to allow you to see it.

The ‘extra paper’ that I’m recommending that you add to your imagined? preparings is more of an accommodated use of considering. Here’s an illustration example from the episode ‘Wild Blue Yonder’ that aired Dec 2, 2023 from tv series ‘Doctor Who’. (I found the www.imdb.com link searching for name ‘david tennant’.) The episode is available from streaming service ‘Disney+’, and that scene starts around 24 minutes and 14 seconds into that episode. Even though it’s established that those 2 aliens are trying to repeatedly scare The Doctor(David Tennant) and Donna Noble(Catherine Tate), they don’t know that yet. They just met. What The Doctor is trying to do with them is establish diplomatic relations with them. If you watched the episode, they yet again escaped from a dangerous situation. However, they didn’t just arrive and ‘did that’. The Doctor tried to reason with them, and he used a lot of considerations before eventually choosing to allow himself and Donna Noble to escape from that situation. Here is the quote:

The Doctor: ‘Whatever shape you wanna take, that’s fine. You can do whatever you want. I just wanna say it’s very nice to meet you. I’m The Doctor. This is Donna.’

Donna: ‘So are they.’

The Doctor: ‘If you can just get those bodies to calm down, we can talk. That’ll be nice, don’t you think?’

The imagined preparings that I’m talking about are the ones that you(single men) may have created in order to interact with women. Instead of being so exact with those preparings, I recommend that you add more of an awareness of your use of considerings that may be useful when added to preparings that involve women. That way, you’ll have more to work with.

When I created this idea, which was within the past few days ago, I was looking at my ‘History’ section from my Youtube Premium app. (I use Youtube Premium to take out the commercials when watching music videos.) I noticed that, as I would watch samples of previously selected music videos, that their original epiphany is no longer there. That’s what encouraged me to watch music video ‘Into The Groove’ by Madonna. And while I was watching that music video within the past few days, I imagined this scenario:

Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about the music video:

‘ No official music video was shot for “Into the Groove” instead, a clip consisting of compiled scenes and footage from Desperately Seeking Susan ―the lyrics matching the images and scenes― was put together by Doug Dowdle from Parallax Productions, a company that specialized in movie-related music videos during the 1980s.[42][70] It was added to MTV on the week of March 30, 1985. ‘

I imagined someone that looked like the character Gary Glass(Mark Blum), one of the main characters in the music video ‘Into the Groove’, the man that wanted to dance with Susan(Madonna), as they looked in the music video, which was added to MTV on 1985. He was doing some dance alone in a room, expressing to himself some sort of positive acknowledgement for a job related project yielding positive results. As he was (sort of) dancing to himself, Susan portrayed by Madonna enters the room to greet Gary Glass. Gary Glass stopped dancing, and greeted Susan. In their conversation, he said that he hasn’t seen her since one of their formal job party celebrations, which was 2 years ago. Now, since this was imagined, in a manner of speaking, Susan was always there. She works for the same company Gary Glass works for, uses the same building. However, while Gary Glass was dancing, Susan was drawn to see him again, because he was expressing a certain positive acknowledgement that Susan wanted to also experience.

Before we continue, if you haven’t done so already, I recommend watching that scene in episode ‘The Giggle’, which aired Dec 9, 2023 from tv series ‘Doctor Who’. It is streaming on Disney+, the scene where the 2 Doctors are playing a game of catch with The Toymaker(Neil Patrick Harris). That scene starts about 46 minutes and 16 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

The Toymaker: [gasps] ‘Catch. Of course, before we begin, there is one thing to remember. It’s a simple game, really. But I think– if you drop it, you lose.’

The Doctor: [grunts]

All right. So, here’s what I recommend single men do while using this idea: Using your Apple TV+ device, or device used to watch tv apps, such as your Firestick, wear your headphones connected to your tv, be in a relaxed position, like relaxing on your bed with your head elevated to watch tv, and use your youtube tv app to watch the music video ‘Into The Groove’ by Madonna. To find it, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘madonna into the groove’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with 76M views! It was published 10 years ago by publisher ‘Madonna’. For repeated watching, I recommend that you start around 17 seconds into the music video, not the beginning.

As you are watching the music video, let’s start by imagining that you are dancing with Susan(Madonna) as she was back in 1985 when the music video ‘Into the Groove’ was made. The idea is that you are presenting, practicing, and collecting positive acknowledgements that Susan wants to interact with, the one’s that you are presenting to her, in the form of dancing. You can always extrapolate from it, use it to talk to her without actually dancing with her.

Now, in an anonymous context, you can imagine dancing with other women in your workplace that you choose to dance with. Even though you’re just imagining it, the idea of ‘anonymously’ dancing with them is because you are gathering positive acknowledgements, but in a context that will be anonymously used associated with them. Here’s a definition of the word ‘anonymous’ from www.dictionary.com:

without any name acknowledged, as that of author, contributor, or the like:
an anonymous letter to the editor; an anonymous donation.

The reason you are ‘anonymously’ gathering positive acknowledgements is that you may use those imagined acknowledgements to help those without those people knowing who is giving them help. So, for example, if you find it difficult to communicate with certain people, you may choose instead to ‘anonymously’ help them without needing to communicate directly to them.

Next, as a recommendation, you may also choose to dance with women that you find attractive, that may be single. I imagined dancing with a woman that looks like Gwyneth Paltrow, but is single and maybe also younger than the original for practice.

Now, using ‘The Giggle’ scene, when the 2 Doctors are playing the game ‘Catch’ with The Toymaker for the fate of the Earth, imagine ‘one at a time’ dancing with your selected women, but selected women using ‘The Doctor’s help to also dance with women from various moments in time and space. I believe that older kids watch ‘Doctor Who’, and it’s just imagined. This is something you may not have done before, giving you something more to work with as you also dance with women with your normally selected options, as you practice and collect imagined positive acknowledgements from them. And if you want to, you may also use the asterisk(*) option. You don’t have to. It’s just imagined, anyway.

If you are imagining dancing with women anonymously, keep in mind that you are not actually dancing with them. let’s say you don’t get along with these women. You’re doing it in a context that is collecting data with their imagined dancing anonymously.

So, as you are watching the music video ‘Into The Groove’ while relaxing on your bed with your head relaxingly positioned to watch your tv as an example, you can move your body a little as you are watching that music video when using this idea. In relation to advice said, you may change this idea all you want. And of course, for everyone else(kids/teenagers, adults), in relation to advice said, you can change this idea, customize it for your use.

It is now 10:25PM EST for me.

I am going to explain idea ‘Slow’, but in the next list, which I will set up today soon after I close this list. I want to start explaining idea ‘Slow’ in a fresh, new list.
