Salutations.
It is now 11:03PM EST for me.
I made an attempt to start typing around 7:00PM EST earlier today, but I wasn’t able to. Therefore, after I type a little now, I will continue typing around 7:00PM EST tomorrow, maybe even a few hours earlier than that. For me, Tuesday is ‘the day I do things one day earlier’ day. Things like preparing cardboard recycling I do Tuesday instead of Wednesday, the day for me when cardboard recycling is collected in my area. So, even though more tasks occur on a Tuesday for me, overall, it saves me more time.
Next Monday, I should be ‘on time’ to type at 7:00PM EST, or even a few hours earlier than that, because I am choosing to not work Presidents’ Day, officially Washington’s Birthday, February 17, 2025, next Monday. I will have more time available to type in this blog next week.
The core advice, which starts with idea ‘Avoid’, I will start typing 7:00PM EST tomorrow. For that idea, I will provide for it a music video and trailer. I can still type in other forms of advice in the meantime that I will not make an effort for it to have a music video and trailer, such as ideas that are quick and easy for me to explain. I’ll do that in this list. I have given myself the time allowance of less than 1 hour to do that now.
Currently, I don’t see anything in my Amazon.com recent purchases that I would want to recommend to you in this blog.
—
Before I continue, I want to add a comment to Wishlist #1487 and #1488. Here is a quote from Wishlist #1487, published 1/28/2025, for idea ‘Improving communication’:
Here’s a quote from link www.music-news.com:
‘ “People have said Let Me Go feels like a break-up song but it really is a love song and it’s about loving that person so much that all you want to do is see them happy and see them with somebody that makes them happy.” ‘
—
To help improve communication more when using the ideas in this blog and future ideas, one of the things that I recommended was for single women that I find attractive to imagine that I selected celebrity singer Hailee Steinfeld to be my avatar, and to sing certain selected lines from her performance in music video ‘Let Me Go’.
At the end of that list, without needing to change it, for the original list that I gave, I typed in these words:
‘ Use mental bookmarks ‘Can’t express’, ‘Improving communication’, and ‘Avatar’ for reference, allocation, and prevention when needed. ‘
—
I’m addressing the words ‘when needed’. In other words, to the single women that I find attractive that I recommended to, you don’t have to keep imagining celebrity singer Hailee Steinfeld singing you those selected words. If you misunderstood and/or I wasn’t clear enough in explanation, then allow me to be ‘clear enough’. In relation to advice said, you can choose to use it or not to use it. I’m not obligating you to continue to imagine Hailee Steinfeld singing to you. When you feel like using the idea, then it’s up to you to use it. When you choose to not use it, then don’t use it.

For idea #1488, published 2/04/2025, I want to make a comment for idea’ ‘I am not going to ‘rub it in’ ‘: Even though you have no intentions of doing something, you can also still be encouraged to not do that something. Specifically, if you are a non-managerial employee, even though you already chose to not pursue a managerial career in your job, certain experienced instigations can still discourage you from pursuing a managerial position. If you are overly encouraged to ‘rub it in’ because of exposure to certain overemphasized issues, that inclination to ‘rub it in’ may discourage you from pursuing a managerial career, even though you have no intentions of having a managerial career in the future. This is not an example about ‘doing the right thing’, and ‘don’t do bad things’. Having the option to pursue a managerial career is a career opportunity. Even though you chose to not pursue such an opportunity, under normal circumstances, it probably is still a career opportunity for you, and experienced instigations should not mentally manipulate such an opportunity to not be made aware to you. Sure, choose to not pursue such a career opportunity, it’s a ‘free country’. You should also have the awareness that you have such an opportunity.
Also, ‘when needed’ also applies to idea ‘I am not going to ‘rub it in’ . You don’t have to keep using the idea. In relation to advice said, you can start and stop using it whenever you like. In my opinion, having such an option should already improve you use of career strategy. You can argue, you can ‘rub it in’. If you choose to not do such things, then I acknowledge that as well. I’m not trying to turn you into a priest or a nun. The option to ‘not rub it in’ could help with your career goals. For example, and I made this up, I have no proof that this happened, a man who was notorious as a teenager in high school for being an instigator, he used what he learned as an instigator in school to pursue a managerial career, and that includes the ability, the choice, to ‘not rub it in’ when it suits him, which allowed him to considerably develop that strategy when he chose to participate in a managerial program, allowing him to have a career in management.

It is now 11:59PM EST for me.
I am going to continue typing at about 7:00PM EST Tuesday night and stop typing now. I am going to buy some food 1st, and then prepare my clothes for the laundromat. Some time after that, I will go to the supermarket and buy some food and incidentals. I didn’t order any food to be delivered, because from now on, when I order food and other things from the supermarket, I order for an amount that should last for at least 2 weeks. Since I’m a single man, that’s just basically 12 packs of diet soda, non-carbonated diet drinks, and of course enough hand towels and toilet paper to last at least 3 weeks. I’m still single, and as of now, I’m also still not in a relationship. Just single man stuff to last for at least 2 weeks. It might even last for 3 weeks. I’ll make an assessment later today.
So, if you are there at 7:00PM EST, that’s the time zone where I live, EST, later today, I’ll see you then.(I don’t know what your equivalent time zone is.)
—
It is now 10:32PM EST for me.
In case you want to know, I didn’t go to the supermarket earlier today, but I did 2 tasks 1 day earlier. 1 of the tasks was preparing the cardboard for recycling. Quickly said, this is how I would prepare the boxes: I would have 1 big box, and 1 medium size box. The big box, also made of cardboard, is where I would place the boxes, usually big enough to store up to 1 week’s worth of boxes. When I would start flattening them, I would pour as many of those boxes from the big box into the medium size box. The box would be near a table. As I would flatten the boxes, cardboard, etc., I would place the smaller boxes, such as the ‘Ben & Jerry’s’ pint size boxes, folded paper bags, that small brown roll from toilet paper, on the table. Later, I would place those small items in another paper bag, such as the one’s that you would get from food delivery, I would put those small items in that bag, close it, and then tie it closed with twine purchased from Amazon.com. If you check your recycling rules, I think they may require you to use twine to tie up your cardboards. This is the one that I purchased:
Leecogo 3mm Jute Twine 328 Feet Heavy Duty and Durable Brown Twine for Crafting, Gardening, and DIY Projects
—
It’s only about $8 with Prime shipping available, and based on my experience, for one person recycling, that should last maybe 3 months. If it looks like you may need to order another one, it’s only $8 with Prime shipping. In my opinion, no need to order more until you need to. It’s just a recommendation. Amazon.com offers a variety of shapes and sizes of twine.
Place the smaller box on a chair, then pour the cardboard and boxes from the big box into the smaller, medium box. Take a piece of cardboard/box that needs to be flattened, flatten it, then place the flattened piece on the floor, or if it’s very small, place it on a nearby table.
All of the other cardboards, just flatten them, and place them on the floor. When you are done flattening all of them, you group them up in a manner that you can bundle them up incrementally. For example, the cardboard coming from 12 pack sodas I group them up, bend them in half and flatten them again, and then I bundle them using the twine. To hold them while you cut a piece of twine to bundle them, what I do is place them between one of my arms and one of my sides, like you are turning one of your arms and one side next to your stomach into a huge paper clip. Just put the bundle between one of your arms and one of your sides, and apply enough muscle effort to hold them in place. Once you cut enough twine, you can place the bundle on a table, and bundle it using the twine. If you can, if the table is not tall enough, put some sort of platform on the table, like another box, something that you can place the bundle on so that you can bundle the cardboard more easily with the twine.
Repeat the process with another group of boxes. For example, larger sized boxes may have to be cut once so that you can fold them and bundle them. If you order tv dinners, etc., you can also bundle them separately.
After all that is done, for example, you may have 4 small bundles. If you reasonably can, you can 1st cut a long enough string, put them all on top of each other, and then bundle them together using that one string. If you cut a piece of twine that is too short, just tie that small piece of twine to the new piece of twine that you will use. Make the knot twice. After all, you are just bundling up cardboard.
You may find my explanation of bundling up cardboard and boxes for recycling useful to you. For example, before this advice, you didn’t use your arm and side to hold the bundle together, maybe in the beginning, you chose to stack them up as you flatten them.(If you did that, would that stack fall from time to time?) In my opinion, I think my explanation may help upgrade your own routine to bundle cardboard and boxes.
I just thought of saying this recently; I didn’t just start recycling cardboard that way. I gradually changed how I prepared the recycling cardboard and boxes. Earlier today, I learned to place the folded cardboard and boxes between one of my arms and one of my sides for the 1st time. That’s when I felt like ‘the time was ripe’ to recommend how to prepare cardboard and boxes for recycling. I’m new at using the folded boxes using one of my arms. The bundle that I made earlier today was the 1st time that I did that.

I ordered Chinese food takeout a few hours ago. I ate, I have some extra food for later, and I’m ready to go.
Earlier today, in case my current laundry bag needs to be replaced, or I would just choose to replace it for convenience, I found this ‘new to me’ laundry bag from Amazon.com that I purchased:
Laundry Bag Backpack, 125L Extra Large Travel Laundry Bags with Shoulder Straps, Adjustable & Extendable Design, Laundry Hamper Bag with 3 Pockets for Laundromat, College, Travel, Camping
—
The brand is called ‘JOINPRO’. Just search in amazon.con for phrase ‘joinpro large laundry bag’, then select the one with 125L.
Even though I looked before for large laundry bags, in my opinion, this laundry bag is the most convenient one that I have purchased from Amazon.com. It’s only about $20 with Prime shipping available, and they have 6 different colors to choose from. I only use it for going to the laundromat, but they have illustrations for other uses. If you want to know, when I fill the laundry bag, I don’t think it’s reasonably possible to carry it anywhere for even a short distance. It’s too heavy. So, what I do is use 2 straps, and one of those holding devices that uses 3 wheels on each side instead of 1 wheel. That way, if you live in a house that requires you to use steps, the 3 wheels allows you to more easily move that cart while using those steps.

It is now 12:06AM EST for me.
I am going to look for a music video and trailer to recommend for this list now. That should maybe take about an hour and a half to find and prepare. So, if you are there around that time, I’ll see you then.
—
It is now 1:49AM EST for me.
Before I begin with the music video and trailer recommendation, I want to take another break. I’ll relax a little, and then I’ll start typing again.
—
It is now 3:36AM EST for me.
Sorry for the delay. I just purchased my 1st 700W oil heater from Amazon.com:
JASUN Oil Filled Radiator Heater with Adjustable Thermostat, Mini Portable Space Heater 700W for Indoor Use, Overheat Safety, Quiet Work, White
—
With tax, it’s only about $44 dollars, and since I have Prime shipping, it’s arriving later today.
I was trying to decide between JASUN and Air Choice:
Air Choice Oil Heater, 700W Oil Filled Radiator Heater with Adjustable Thermostat, Overheat Protection, 2 Heat Settings, Quiet & Durable Electric Heating for Indoor Use, Office, Home, White
—
I found 2 700W oil heaters from Amazon.com, and they even look similar, both even have a similar price, both offer white and black models.
JASUN has 2 video reviews.
Here is a quote from one of JASUN’s comments. I searched for phrase ‘electricity bill’ after scrolling down and clicking ‘See more reviews’:
‘ This model fits the bill perfectly. It uses about half the electricity of a full-size plug-in radiator. ‘
—
I plan to leave that mini oil heater on all of the time, until it(the weather) gets warmer. One of the oil heaters I own just broke, I’ve used it for years. The other one still works. I look forward to seeing the difference on my electricity bill. Oh, and I recommend buying one, just a recommendation, if you think your heating bill is too high. I recommend considering it. You don’t have to buy it, and you don’t even have to consider it. It’s just a recommendation.

It is now 4:12AM EST for me.
The music video that I watched the 1st time a few hours ago and recommend for this advice is called ‘ATTITUDE’ by IVE. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about them:
Ive (Korean: 아이브; RR: Aibeu; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean girl group formed by Starship Entertainment.
Ive is known for their catchy songs and achieving one of the most successful recent debuts in K-pop, having received several rookie awards and featuring on Forbes Korea Power Celebrity 40.
—
Age verification from www.google.com:
How old are the girls in IVE?
IVE Members: K-Pop Group’s Names, Ages, Leader, More | J-14
The six members of IVE are: Yujin, 19, IVE’s leader (and former leader of IZONE), Wonyoung, 18, another popular former IZONE member, main dancer Gaeul, who is the oldest member at 20 years old. Next is Liz, who is 18, Leeseo, 15, and Rei, 19, who is originally from Japan.

—
glittermagazine.co quote:
IVE Shines With Self-Confidence in ‘Attitude’ Music Video
The music video unfolds in a tense corporate setting, sharply contrasting with the song’s high-energy vibe. It opens with a fax machine cycling through pictures of each group member before shifting to scenes of the group performing in office spaces, sterile hallways, warehouses, and even what appears to be a lecture hall.
Unlike the video’s setting and the group’s clothing, the choreography is a direct reflection of the song’s energetic and cheerful sound. Each movement is sharp, intricate, and flawlessly synchronized, with seamless transitions and formations that showcase each member’s strengths. The choreography exudes confidence and assertiveness, perfectly aligning with the song’s title, “ATTITUDE.”
—
quote from the lyrics, translated into English:
My emotions flow a little differently
I focus on things others don’t
Dress up to impress but I’m impressing everyone
Whether you want to or not, you’ll look for me
—
I found it by selecting in www.youtube.com publisher ‘InMusic Official’, select ‘Videos’, then select ‘New Songs Of The Week (February 7th, 2025) | New Music Friday’ published 4 days ago. A video clip from the music video ‘Attitude’ starts about 2 minutes and 42 seconds into that video collection.
To watch the music video, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘ive attitude’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with 15M views. It was published 8 days ago by publisher ‘STARSHIP’.
If you choose to watch the music video, 30 seconds into the music video, it zooms into a person using a coin to remove the silver coating covering words underneath. In my opinion, if you are familiar with those lottery games you may purchase from smaller stores and such, you may imagine that smell when a person/you? would buy those tickets, and maybe use a coin to also remove that silver coating to see if you have won something. The music video helps you associate the smell of that experience to that scene in the music video.
The choreography uses high resolution detail, creating an entertaining music video watching experience. There’s also a lot of synchronized dancing.

The movie trailer that I watched for the 1st time a few hours ago and recommend for this advice is called ‘The Friend Trailer #1 (2025)’. I found it by selecting in www.youtube.com publisher ‘Rotten Tomatoes Trailers’, select ‘Videos’, then select ‘The Friend Trailer #1 (2025)’. It was published 9 hours ago.
Here is a quote from screenrant.com about the movie:
‘ The latest trailer has been released for The Friend. Co-directed by Scott McGehee and David Siegel, the latest drama is about a writer who adopts a Great Dane that belonged to her late friend and mentor. The film stars Naomi Watts and Bill Murray in the lead roles, with a supporting cast that includes Ann Dowd, Constance Wu, Carla Gugino, Cedric Cannon, Owen Teague, and Sarah Pidgeon. It was written by Siegel and McGehee and was based on the 2018 novel by Sigrid Nunez.
Structurally, it seems that the film will have a good number of flashbacks mixed in with its present-day scenes. This makes sense when the production has gotten an actor as big as Murray to play Walter. As both Iris and Walter’s dog grieve the loss of their loved one, his presence is still really felt in the scenes. If done effectively, The Friend will holistically explore who Walter was as a human and why he is so missed. ‘
—
What I also like about the movie trailer ‘The Friend’ is that the character celebrity Naomi Watts is portraying seems to be single, a single woman with a certain self acceptance of her single/not married social status. She’s presenting herself as having a normal life with her ‘single’ status.
—
It is now 4:56AM EST for me.
I am going to take another break. When I start typing again, I will start by explaining idea ‘Avoid’. I will give myself 2 hours to finish explaining this idea. I’ll see you when I start typing again.
—
It is now 6:03AM EST for me.
Avoid:
2 reasons for the idea I’m about to type in:
1: I want to give you a more tenable reasonable sense of interacting with a sense of avoiding as it relates to reasonable interactions, such as interactions involving work or school.
2: There’s a character in the sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate SG-1’ portrayed by Amanda Tapping called Samantha Carter that I would want to fortify as a person in a sci-fi context maintaining the status quo of not using developed and developing strategy to more tenably interact with experienced instigation. It is my belief that billiions of people don’t have a developing strategy to interact with experienced instigation, if they are experiencing instigation at all. I want you to have a ‘story example’ of a woman that is encouraged to interact without needing to use special strategy to interact with experienced instigation.
One example, imagined by me, American jobs in general have a workforce that doesn’t type in a blog in order to cope with experienced instigation. One of management’s priorities is to allow their workforce to be productive based on their job designations, to allow them to be productive based on their job descriptions. Sure, you can always learn other things, but those ‘other things’ should not be a requirement if it’s not a requirement based on your job designations. Of course, that definition may not be exact, but I believe it helps you fundamentally differentiate what you are and are not obligated to do when you are working.
—
I’m going to begin with the movie ‘Boiler Room(2000)’ starring Nicky Katt as Greg Weinstein, and Vin Diesel as Chris Varick. It’s been a while since I saw that movie, and I don’t want to quote the scenes from that movie. It is, however, available streaming from Amazon.com, if you want to look for that scenes.
What I am going to do is refurbish a few of those scenes to make idea ‘Avoid’. If memory serves, Greg Weinstein is the boss, and Chris Varick is one of his employees. In one scene, you see Chris Varick and Greg Weinstein arguing about something, and all of the new employees are watching them argue. Refurbished, of course, what Chris Varick was showing to the new employees was that he was able to actively interact with certain aspects of avoiding, that even he personally would want to avoid, in a job related context. But even though he was presenting that sense of avoiding interaction with his boss, Greg Weinstein, the new employees were not able to see that arguing in that context, at least not at that moment. In fact, since this is just a story, even years later, those employees that witnessed that conversation still never recalled it that way.
—
That’s the story. I remember that the character Seth Davis(Giovanni Ribisi) did perceive Chris Varick as a job related mentor and a friend. Certain reasons why he interacts with Chris Varick as if Chris is his mentor is because of how he interacts in general with the employees in that investment firm, especially with the boss, Greg Weinstein. Apparently, you can see that Chris Varick has an ability to interact with certain notions that he would rather avoid, but that only seems apparent when he interacts with their boss, Greg Weinstein, with certain issues. He probably interacts that way with everyone, but in a manner of speaking, you’d probably have to be a psychiatrist/therapist to be able to see that.
I’m just adding this now, that is why Greg Weinstein showed that conversation to the new employees, to help them be more productive, to help them interact with situations more, even situations that they would rather avoid, job related situations, of course.
—
The 2nd example for idea ‘Avoid’
—
I’m going to continue this idea this coming Monday, around 7:00PM EST. Since I’m not working the holiday, I should have no problems finishing it. I thought I could finish this idea in one day, and I was wrong. Sorry for the inconvenience. When I continue this coming Monday, I’m going to find another music video and trailer, and I am going to continue in this list. I won’t make another list for it. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.

2/17/2025
It is now 10:20PM EST for me.
I ordered Kentucky Fried Chicken a few hours ago, and I have eaten some of it, with some for later. Also, I did my laundry earlier this morning. Since I’m not working during the holiday ‘Washington’s Birthday’, which is today, I have some extra time to finish this blog. I still am going to the supermarket tomorrow morning, and also pick up some more arthritis cream from the pharmacy, but not needing to do the laundry is a big relief for me.
The mini oil heater that I purchased didn’t work, so I’m going to the UPS Store to get Amazon.com credit for it. I just checked a few hours ago earlier today, and found out that it didn’t work. As soon as I discovered that, I ordered the 2nd option I considered:
Air Choice Oil Filled Radiator Heater, Small Oil Heater with Adjustable Thermostat, 700W Electric Heating, Durable & Overheat Protection, Quiet, Ideal for Indoor Use Home Office, White
—
That is also about the same price as the other oil heater, with free shipping for Prime members. I have to wait about a week before I receive it. If you start from it’s Amazon.com referenced website, it offers you a coupon, but it’s only for $2. I selected it anyway. I don’t usually return Amazon.com items I choose to not use. But since it’s an oil heater, I decided to return it.
For now, since I only have 1 oil heater, I moved that heater from my bedroom to the living room, the place where I type this blog, until the new 700W heater arrives. Once I am satisfied with this 700W oil heater, I will order another one, and just use those 2 heaters. Even if I leave one of them on all of the time, I don’t think my electricity/heating bill will be much, compared to using a 1500W oil heater all of the time. And since this cold weather/winter is almost over, at least I will be more prepared for the next winter, and any other short term cold moments throughout the year. If you are interested in purchased an ‘Air Choice’ 700W oil heater from Amazon.com, it comes in white and black.
In case you don’t know, if you need to return an item purchased from Amazon.com, check www.google.com for ways of doing so. This is how I do it:
Drop your items at The UPS Store
You can also take your returns to The UPS Store. When selecting the method for returning your Amazon purchase, choose The UPS Store Dropoff. You don’t need to have your items boxed or labeled. Instead, The UPS Store will pack, label and ship your return for free. UPS will email you a return shipping code ahead of time that you’ll need to show to an employee.
—
If you choose The UPS Store, don’t forget that return shipping code, or it’s going to be a hassle for them to help you retrieve that code for them while you are there. For me, I haven’t returned an item in years, but if I can, I will use my printer to print out that return shipping code to give to them to avoid that hassle.
Here’s a partial quote from the Amazon.com link, the ‘exact’ reason why I’m buying it:
‘ Energy-saving Radiator Heater: The oil filled radiator heater is energy-efficient; at 700W, it effectively heats a 120 sq. ft. room; the adjustable knob allows you to set the heating power; say goodbye to high electricity bills and upgrade your winter comfort with this mini heater ‘
—
In my opinion, the quote helps me believe that ‘there is no shame’ in wanting to reduce your electricity bills.
—
The answer:
Before I continue with idea ‘Avoid’, since this is a public blog and kids could be reading this blog, even though it’s just an idea and I just imagined it, I believe it may be useful to you. I imagined many people reading this blog have pre-set ‘answer’ expectations for it. Sure. None of my business. But if you believe that America is a ‘melting pot’ of different cultures and beliefs, isn’t it possible that ‘the answer from a few of these lists have already provided ‘the answer’ to certain individuals practicing these different cultures and beliefs? If you consider this as a postulate, some people reading this blog already found ‘the answer’ for certain notions. I believe that the main reason this is possible is the fact? that this blog is made available to them somehow. For example, and it’s just one example, not all examples, if this blog somehow is addressed in a business meeting, then it’s made available to those attending that business meeting. As an illustration example, I imagined I think a few years ago, refurbishing episode 7.8 ‘Space Race’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate SG-1(2003)’, the reason why Samantha Carter(Amanda Tapping) participated in that ‘space race’ was because the awareness of it was made available to her during a meeting. That’s it.
If you are interested, episode ‘Space Race’ is available streaming from Amazon.com, and it’s included if you have Prime.
Also, if you noticed from many sci-fi tv shows, they tend to have a beginning, a middle, and an end. For the adults, if you have a job that involves project participations that have a quick ‘beginning, middle, and ending’, then many things could exist in such a participation, since it focuses on concise brevity. One example, you get to put more of yourself into it, knowing that it will finish very soon. Then you can relax. And since it’s brief, a certain answer may exist in such participations, since it wants ‘an end’, a conclusion. If you watch sci-fi tv shows, then at least you have sci-fi illustration examples of situations that tend to have a lot in it because it will conclude/end very quickly(within that episode).
—
It is now 11:31PM EST for me.
I am going to take a short break, and then after that, I will look for another music video and trailer for the rest of idea ‘Avoid’. After explaining that idea, I may also explain idea ‘186’, an arbitrary number name I gave that idea. If I explain that idea, I don’t know what other idea I will type in, if I choose to type in another idea. I should start typing again in 2 hours. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.
—
It is now 2:40AM EST for me.
The music video that I watched for the 1st time a less than 3 hours ago and recommend for this blog is ‘Still Falling For You’ by Ellie Goulding. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org:
‘ “Still Falling for You” is a song recorded by English singer Ellie Goulding for the soundtrack to the film Bridget Jones’s Baby (2016).
It was released as a single on 19 August 2016.
The music video for “Still Falling for You” was directed by Emil Nava and premiered on 25 August 2016. The video featured Ellie Goulding singing the song behind a projector. The projector showed scenes from the Bridget Jones’ Baby and abstract, colourful and other patterns with an inclusion of birds as the projected background. In between the video, there were also cuts made to show scenes from the film. ‘
—
I found the music video by selecting in www.youtube.com publisher ‘Current Chart!’, select ‘Videos’, then select ‘TOP 20 Most viewed SONGS by female artists and female-fronted groups! FEB 2025!’, published 6 days ago. 24 seconds into the music video, a video clip from song ‘Love Me Like You Do’ by Ellie Goulding is played. I didn’t select that music video. Instead, I selected publisher ‘Ellie Goulding’, select ‘Videos’, select ‘Popular’, and that’s where I found ‘Ellie Goulding – Still Falling For You (From “Bridget Jones’s Baby” Original Soundtrack)’, which was published 8 years ago, with 220M views.
Here is a quote from the lyrics:
This love is never growing old
You make it new
Still falling for you
Still falling for you
—
In my opinion, music videos for popular movies tend to be made with high quality, and have acceptable lyrics.
—
I could not find a movie/tv show trailer, so instead I selected an MSC Cruise commercial promoted by entertainment celebrities Orlando Bloom and Drew Barrymore. I found it from link ‘All the Official NFL Super Bowl Commercials 2025’ from publisher ‘Mining Asteroids’, published 12 days ago with 2.1M views. The 3 commercials start 11 minutes and 18 seconds in that video clip collection. I then searched in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘msc cruises super bowl commercial 2025’, and selected link ‘Let’s Holiday on MSC Cruises’ from publisher ‘MSC Cruises USA’, published 8 days ago with 2M views. ‘Let’s Holiday on MSC Cruises’ is the one I am recommending to watch. Here is a quote from link ‘adweek.com’ about the commercial(it’s the closest one):
‘ THE AD: The spot opens with a handsome Orlando Bloom explaining to the viewer that an MSC cruise is not just a vacation, but a European holiday, one presumably as aristocratic as the accent Bloom uses to describe it. But before he can elaborate, Bloom is interrupted by Drew Barrymore, who counters that an MSC cruise also has everything an American might expect from a trip to sea.
The commercial, having found its theme, thus embarks on a back-and-forth, with Bloom and Barrymore describing the amenities offered on MSC Cruises filtered through their British and American sensibilities.
Bloom praises the football matches airing on big-screen televisions, while Barrymore counters that they are called games. Bloom praises the architecture of the cruise liner, while Barrymore praises the sharkitecture of a feature. Bloom orders pasta in Italian, while Barrymore calls for buffalo wings. The bit continues, winnowing down in focus until the two debate the pronunciation of the word schedule. ‘

In my opinion, the MSC Cruise commercial starring Orlando Bloom and Drew Barrymore helps you relax.

It is now 3:15AM EST for me.
Finally!
I am going to take a short break, and then I will continue with the explanation to idea ‘Avoid’. I’ll see you soon.
—
It is now 3:33AM EST for me.
Let’s start with a scene from episode 5.16 ‘Brain Storm’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate: Atlantis(2008)’. The scene is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 27 minutes and 31 seconds into the episode:
Dr. Jennifer Keller(Jewel Staite): ‘This is embarrassing. Look at you. The greatest minds this world has to offer, and if I didn’t know any better, I’d think there was a bunch of sixth graders in here. You guys need to suck it up and get along.’
Bill Nye: ‘It’s like I’ve always said, you see, people are more alike than they are different… ‘
Keller: ‘Not now, Nye.’
Bill Nye: ‘Okay.’
Keller: ‘Our lives are at stake here. We need a solution, and we need this fast. Please. Come on. The rest of us are counting on you.’
—
There are other examples in the episode. This explanation is about comparing Dr. Rodney McKay(David Hewlett) and Dr. Jennifer Keller to the civilian scientists in that situation, that McKay and Keller both have experience interacting with situations that they would rather avoid, impossible situations from the perspectives of the civilian scientists, and you can tell from that speech Dr. Jennifer Keller gave to those scientists. You can tell that D. McKay and Dr. Keller are maintaining a sense of composure that the civilian scientists cannot. Even though both are trying to be mature about such a sense of avoiding experience, they’re still not anthropologists, psychiatrists, or even diplomats. If you watched the previous ‘Stargate: Atlantis’ episodes where they are involved with, they’ve both been through a lot of situations they would rather avoid. It’s not like they are encouraging such violence and trauma to be inflicted upon them. And, of course, the Stargate program is highly fortified. They get high levels of treatment after each and every ordeal. You can tell that their experiences with such situations that they would rather avoid have given them experience interacting with yet another situation that they would rather avoid introduced in that ‘Brain Storm’ episode.
Here is an illustration reference of one of those situations that Dr. Rodney McKay(David Hewlett) would rather avoid, but was forced to experience. According to Amazon Video, that scene is in episode 1.11 ‘The Eye’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate: Atlantis(2005)’, when both McKay and Dr. Elizabeth Weir(Torri Higginson) are interacting with Commander Acastus Kolya(Robert Davi). According to Amazon Video, that scene starts 19 minutes and 48 seconds into the episode:
Kolya:(grunts as he grabs McKay)
McKay: ‘You still need me if you want the city. You still need both of us.’
Kolya:(releases McKay and walks away)
—
Notice that both McKay and Weir are not fighting Kolya, and Kolya does not believe them to be a threat to him. While Kolya is grabbing McKay in anger, all Weir could do is grab Kolya. In my opinion, it is an obvious ‘hands on’ experience that illustrates a participation that the participants in peril would rather avoid, but both are forced to experience and interact with such an experience. A lot of those ‘Stargate: Atlantis’ episodes involve situations that the participants would rather avoid, but are forced to experience and interact with.
Refurbished for advice, in the next episode Kolya is in, Kolya kidnaps Major John Sheppard(Joe Flanigan) and McKay to solve a puzzle. Kolya made the deduction that their government chose them to work together knowing that the results of their team-ups would create vital results to their Stargate program. Believing this, Kolya kidnaps them to solve a puzzle, to prove to himself and to others in his government how useful Sheppard and McKay are. Also, this is the 1st time Sheppard tells McKay that he took the MENSA test. The episode, according to Amazon Video, is 1.16 ‘The Brotherhood’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate: Atlantis(2005)’. The quote starts 36 minutes and 25 seconds into the episode:
McKay: ‘How’d you know that?’
Sheppard: ‘It was on a MENSA test.’
McKay: ‘You’re a member of MENSA?’
Sheppard: ‘No, but I took the test.’
McKay: ‘When?’
Sheppard: ‘You want to talk about this now, Rodney?’
McKay: ‘Right. Right.’

It is now 4:49AM EST for me.
Now I’m going to speed things up for the idea.
Here is a quote from Wishlist #1484, published 1/06/2025:
‘ The illustration reference is in episode 1.3 ‘Sisterhood Above All’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Dune: Prophecy(2024)’. The episode is available to purchase streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts about 27 minutes and 34 seconds into the episode:
Raquella Berto-Anirul(Cathy Tyson): ‘Your voice, it stopped me outside. I’ve never felt anything like that.’
Young Valya Harkonnen(Jessica Barden): ‘I’m sorry.’
Raquella Berto-Anirul: ‘Don’t be. Has that ever happened before?’
Young Valya Harkonnen: ‘Once. With my brother. (edited) He said I ordered him to swim when he couldn’t.’
—
In my opinion, Valya’s commitments to the Sisterhood caused her to define and cultivate that experience with her use of voice to a form that is useful to the Sisterhood. If it was not for the Sisterhood, she may not have developed such an experience in such a way. ‘

Using the movie ‘The Flash(2023)’ starring Ezra Miller as Barry Allen, The Flash, I made the story that The Justice League, which includes The Flash, that they experience a lot of situations that re-define and cultivate experiences. In episode 5.19 ‘Vegas’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Stargate: Atlantis(2008)’, it is verified again that the government is interacting with other alternate realities. So, here’s the story situation: The US government, for example, anticipated that, when the governments from their reality continue to interact with governments from other, alternate realities, superheroes will be discovered and created, like what could have occurred in the movie ‘The Flash(2023)’. They made the deduction that that should be regulated. Samantha Carter(Amanda Tapping) chose to regulate the influx of superheroes that will soon exist in America.
According to the story I made, Sheppard(Joe Flanigan) was contacted by another Sheppard from an alternate reality. That Sheppard is also interacting with other Sheppards from other alternate realities. They made the discovery that they could become Superman, but not the Superman from the comic books and the movies. Based on the alternate realities that they are aware of, there is no such thing as a Superman from Krypton. However, the Sheppards from various realities can acquire super powers, and such super powers create a specific weakness from the material known to them as Kryptonite. The Sheppard that does not know about such things is being invited by the Sheppard who chose to be called Superman in his reality to also become Superman. The Sheppard that knows will give the original Sheppard all the information he needs to know to become Superman, including who to contact in his reality. That Sheppard agreed to be Superman.
Some years pass, and the original Sheppard helped discover the members of The Justice League, from the movie ‘Justice League(2017)’. He chooses to call himself Superman, but the other members of The Justice League are from the movie.
Rules of engagement:(name invented around 5:30AM EST)
Not part of the story, some years ago, I saw a storyline in the Previews book, that big book you may choose to order comic books from, and in it, there was a story introduction that said that Superman was accused of some sort of crime he didn’t commit, and the rest of The Justice League were trying to apprehend him.
In the story I made recently, Sheppard was also accused of some sort of incident that he did not commit, and the rest of The Justice League were trying to apprehend him. The 1st person that discovered where he was was not one of The Justice League, but was instead Samantha Carter from the Stargate Program. She entered his hideout using teleportation technology, and accused Sheppard of that crime, and she was about to apprehend him. Basically, she was going to teleport him to a holding cell the government made specifically just for him.
Here’s a quote from Wishlist #1478, published 11/25/2024:
‘ The purpose of watching the music video for this advice is to imagine in an acceptable context to you entitlements that women fill it up with that are uncontested and unchallenged. Based on how I imagined it, in other words, for example, a woman watches the music video ‘Boo’d Up’, and they contemplationally fill it up with entitlements, entitlements in my opinion that just happen to be uncontested and unchallenged. It’s not a requirement to be anything, I’m not requiring it to have uncontested and unchallenged entitlements. That’s just how they turn out, based on my use of imagination. I don’t have any proof that’s happening.
Like the recommended way to watch the music video ‘Torn’, for repeated viewing, you only have to choose selected moments in the music video. You don’t have to watch the entire music video again.
As an illustration example, using acceptable, reasonable entitlements for you to interact with, just imagine sticking your imagined hand into the music video ‘Boo’d Up’, and allow yourself to hold a flower. That flower represents a few of those entitlements that women fill that music video with. The flower is not going to melt like snow. It has a stable identity. Feel that flower, parts of it that you choose to. Once you do that, then I believe you have some progress interacting with certain entitlements with women. ‘

And this is where it happens: Sheppard is explaining to Samantha Carter the rules of engagement that Sheppard invented for his situation: if Sheppard resolves the situation, then how he is treated now should take into account the possibility that he may resolve the situation in the near future. For the sake of this story, let’s say that the phrase ‘rules of engagement’ describes how Sheppard recommends that he be treated as he is trying to resolve the situation. As Sheppard is talking to Samantha Carter, explaining to her what those rules of engagements are, he is also imagining/conceptualizing Samantha Carter being surrounded by white flowers, each flower representing specific aspects of entitlements that Samantha Carter believes she is entitled to, and that includes Samantha Carter’s efforts to maintain the ‘status quo’, that she chooses to not have a developed strategy to cope with experienced instigation.
After about an hour of talking with her, Samantha Carter agrees to give Sheppard some more time, to allow him to resolve that situation of his. As she is leaving that room, getting ready to teleport, she said to Sheppard quote:
Samantha Carter: ‘You’d better be innocent.’
—
Soon after Samantha Carter leaves, Sheppard was thinking to himself, that Samantha Carter is not the person he is worried/concerned about the most. That person is Batman. He thinks to himself ‘Who carries a piece of Kryptonite in his utility belt?’ Sheppard believes that Batman has Kryptonite in his bat suit.
—
Yes, Sheppard does not want to be teleported into a government created holding cell, and so he tries to reason with Samantha Carter to avoid going to jail, so to speak, in a way that promotes the existence of people to not need experienced instigation advice. When you imagine people getting in trouble in school, and those people have to talk to the principal. When they go to the principal’s office, let’s say for example with their parents, don’t these people present themselves in a way that promotes what is supposed to exist in a school? When Sheppard was trying to reason with Samantha Carter, he was doing so like he was presenting himself to the principal, and he is with his guardian.
I forgot to mention that, while he was talking to Samantha Carter, like the comics, he was wearing a Superman shirt. It had the letter ‘S’ on it, and the rest of it. It looked like silver aluminum, but it had a special silver light glow. And that symbol was just on a normal t-shirt. He was wearing casual ‘at home’ clothing when Samantha Carter showed up.

It is now 5:49AM EST for me.
I am going to close this list now. This coming Monday, 2/24/2025, about 7:00PM EST, I will explain idea ‘186’, and a few more ideas, to prepare you for the new strategy idea that I had already invented and upgraded, unless I change my mind again. So, if you are there, I’ll see you then.
