Salutations.

It is now 6:56AM EST for me.

Just saying quickly that I’m going to start typing again around 8:30AM, maybe sooner. See you then.

It is now 8:42AM EST for me.

I am going to look for and prepare that music video and trailer again. After that, I’ll start typing again, recommend them to you, and explain ideas ‘Enable’, ‘Prepare’, and ‘Impetus’. If you are there later today, I’ll see you then.

It is now 9:40AM EST for me.

The music video that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this advice is called ‘It Is What It Is’ by Jenna Raine. Around 53 seconds as I was watching the music video, I realized that I didn’t know how old she was, and confused, I stopped watching it around 59 seconds as I was watching it. I eventually searched in www.google.com for phrase ‘jenna raine how old is she’, and from category ‘People also ask’, I selected question ‘When was Jenna Raine born?’, and here is the quote:

‘ How old is Jenna Raine? Born on February 17, 2004, Raine is 20 years old at the time of writing. ‘

What a relief! I wanted to watch it without the confusion. For example, it the singer is a teenage girl, I want to watch it knowing that the singer is a teenage girl. No confusion. Anyway, I found the music video by selecting in www.youtube.com publisher ‘Current Chart!’, select ‘VIDEOS’, select ‘Best New Songs – August 26.2023!’ published 4 days ago, about 12 seconds into the video clip selection, a video clip of music video ‘It Is What It Is’ showed, and it’s #28 out of 30.

Here’s a quote from the lyrics:

Hey! Lemons make lemonade
Flowers bloom in the rain
Growing up is a pain
And it is what it is
Okay! It’s not the end of the world
There’s always light where it burns
Just remember the words
And it goes like this
It is what it is, what it is, what it is, what it is
It is what it is, what it is, what it is, what it is

And here is a quote from link thehoneypop.com that I found from searching in www.google.com for phrase ‘jenna raine it is what it is music video reviews’:

‘ Let us begin by saying that ‘It Is What It Is’ is more than simply a song; it’s an emotional yet fun ride in the form of music that everyone and anyone can relate to. Jenna has taken the small blips and mishaps that happen in our day-to-day lives and created a song that reminds us that everything will be okay! She has taken personal vulnerability and put an adorable twist on it in order to connect with people. Let’s be honest, that’s certainly not an easy thing to do!

My goal is to be a light in a troubled world. I want my music to make people feel less alone!

Jenna Raine on the inspiration behind her music. ‘

To watch music video ‘It Is What It Is’, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘jenna raine it is what it is’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with 163K views. It was published 6 days ago by publisher ‘Jenna Raine’.

In my opinion, I think that a lot of 8+ year old girls, if they choose to watch it, may find it useful relating to Jenna Raine’s emotional expressions, something that she does a lot of in the music video. To be clear, to avoid some ambiguity, I find it entertaining to watch her emotionally express herself in the music video. It’s something that I would find useful, to incorporate certain emotional expressions in certain ideas that I type in this blog. As I was watching it earlier today, I imagined being in a new relationship, and my girlfriend was complaining about something, and I was avidly listening to her complain. New relationship smell, so to speak.

‘ The tv series trailer that I watched for the 1st time earlier today and recommend for this advice is called ‘The Wheel of Time Season 2’. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about the series:

The Wheel of Time is an American high fantasy television series developed by Rafe Judkins for Amazon Prime Video. The series is based on the novel series of the same name by Robert Jordan with Brandon Sanderson.

The series was renewed for a second season in May 2021, before the series premiered, which is set to premiere on September 1, 2023. In July 2022, ahead of the second-season premiere, the series was renewed for a third season. ‘

I found it by searching in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘amazon prime video’, select publisher ‘Prime Video’, select the magnifying glass search icon. If you don’t see it, click the > icon until it shows, then search for phrase ‘the wheel of time’. After I verified it’s existence, I searched in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘the wheel of time season 2’. Both presented the same answer. I selected ‘The Wheel of Time Season 2’ from publisher ‘Prime Video’. It was published 1 month ago with 3.3M views.

In my opinion, if you watched season 1, then you’ll probably watch season 2. As quoted earlier, ‘…before the series premiered, which is set to premiere on September 1, 2023. ‘ season 2 will start showing tomorrow.

It is now 10:19AM EST for me.

I’ll take a short break, and then I’ll start preparing the references for idea ‘Enable’. If you are there, I’ll see you then.

Enable:

It is now 10:49AM EST for me.

Here’s the definition of the word ‘enable’ that I’ll use for this advice from www.dictionary.com:

to make able; give power, means, competence, or ability to:

I’m going to use 2 characters, 1 from the movies, and 1 from a tv show. They will both be employees of the same company, a normal company, to illustrate what I mean for idea ‘Enable’.

Before that, I’ll begin with an explanation: If you have already experienced mild to moderate forms of instigation for several years or more, than the experience may be daunting and discouraging to you. Since I’m originally giving these ideas to kids(trying to) and non-managerial employees(mainly), let’s address non-managerial employees for now, it can be a daunting, discouraging experience for certain expectations. However, if you are a non-managerial employee, and I am also a non-managerial employee, for idea ‘Enable’, I offer you an imagined perspective that illustrates certain situations that managerial employees, at least many of them, do all of the time: they regularly enable non-managerial employees. This imagined example, since I don’t know if this actually happens in real life, I just believe that it does, and I just imagined it, it’s intent is to help mitigate/lessen certain daunting, discouraging experiences that a certain exposure to mild to moderate forms of instigation over the years may create.

1 of the main characters for the story is celebrity Keanu Reeves. I’ll use his actual name as the employee name. As a reference for the story, let’s use his character Neo from the ‘Matrix’ movies, such as ‘The Matrix Resurrections(2021)’. According to www.imdb.com, one of his ‘upcoming’ movies is ‘Constantine 2’. Refurbished with inapproprieities removed, and even if I didn’t see it yet, let’s use that too.

The 2nd main character, refubished with inapproprieities removed in relation to advice, is Holland Manners portrayed by actor Sam Anderson. I’m using his character name, Holland Manners, for the story. The quote for Holland Manners is in episode 1.22 ‘To Shanshu in L.A.’ from fantasy tv series ‘Angel(2000)’. The tv series ‘Angel’ is available streaming from Hulu. You can use that if you already have Hulu to reference it. Otherwise, it’s also available streaming from Amazon.com, and you can just buy the 1 episode if you choose to. The scene starts, according to Amazon Video, 31 minutes and 10 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Lilah Morgan(Stephanie Romanov): ‘Aren’t we going to be late?’

Holland Manners: ‘You never want to be on time for a ritual. The chanting, the rites(edited)– they go on forever.’

So, if you experience some sort of ongoing instigation induced ritual, this scene may help you allocate/mitigate/remove such an experience.

Here’s a short quote about Holland Manners from wikipedia.org, ‘List of minor Angel characters’:

‘ Holland Manners (portrayed by Sam Anderson) is head of Special Projects at Wolfram & Hart, and is instrumental in the goings-on there in parts of the first and second seasons. He supervises Lilah Morgan, Lee Mercer and a number of other lawyers at the beginning of the series. ‘

So, here’s the story: Holland Manners, a managerial employee, trained a new non-managerial employee, Keanu Reeves. After his training, he can’t believe, so to speak, what he was just trained to do. Feeling very enabled, Keanu Reeves decided to quit the company and use that training in other pursuits. A year later, Keanu Reeves decided to try to get his original job back, the one that gave him the training that enabled him. He visited the company, more specifically, he visited the one that trained him, Holland Manners, and Holland Manners greeted him with a smile. Holland Manners is still doing the same thing, among other things, he’s still giving that very enabled form of training to new employees, and usually they still continue to work for the company, except for Keanu Reeves, who had left the company to used that very enabled form of training for other endeavors, but he decided to come back to the company, if they will choose to take him. I’m sure Holland Manners will put in a good word for him to come back. It shouldn’t be difficult for the prodigal son Keanu Reeves to come back.

Prepare:

It is now 11:45AM EST for me:

Here is the definition of the word ‘prepare’ that I am using for this idea. It’s from www.dictionary.com:

to put things or oneself in readiness; get ready:

I created idea ‘Prepare’ using a music video power ballad. I searched in www.google.com for phrase ‘power ballad definition’, and I selected the definition from link www.urbandictionary.com:

power ballad:

‘ An emotional hard rock/heavy metal song, often with a slow tempo, dramatic sung vocals, and many instruments, including acoustic ones and synthesizers. Power ballads usually start soft, then heaviness builds up with drums and heavy electric guitars.

In the eighties, almost every metal band had its power ballad. ‘

Since I would like to believe that I am careful when introducing music videos for you to watch, this music video that I am recommending for you to watch, one of their members was in a car accident and lost his arm. He performs in the music video, and it’s obvious that he lost his arm. If you don’t want to watch that music video because of such a complication, you don’t have to. It’s just advice. I’m not obligating you to watch it. It’s a very popular song, and I created idea ‘Prepare’ while watching that music video. For references about the accident, if you choose to, you can just search in www.google.com for phrase ‘def leppard car accident’, and there are a lot of links that reference that car accident. Here’s one of the headlines from one of the links:

‘ Def Leppard’s one armed drummer: Rick Allen accident … ‘

I don’t want to put anyone ‘on the spot’. It has always been true that I’m not obligating anyone to watch these music videos. It’s presented as just advice to me.

Here’s a quote about the song from www.wikipedia.org:

‘ “Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad” is a song by English hard rock band Def Leppard from their fifth studio album, Adrenalize (1992). In the United States, the song reached number seven on the Album Rock Tracks charts and number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100, making the song the most successful single from the album in the US. ‘

To watch the music video ‘Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad?’ by Def Leppard, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘def leppard have you ever’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with 8.2M views. It was published 5 years ago by publisher ‘DEF LEPPARD’.

All right. To give you more of a sense of what I’m talking about, here’s a story. I’m creating it from a scene, extrapolated, from the movie ‘Avengers: Endgame(2019)’ using the character Valkyrie(Tessa Thompson). If you have streaming service ‘Disney+’, the movie is available from them. It’s also available from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 49 minutes and 30 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Valkyrie: ‘You shouldn’t have come.’

Bruce Banner(Mark Ruffalo): ‘Ah! Valkyrie! Great to see you, angry girl!’

Valkyrie: ‘I think I liked you better either of the other ways.’

So, Valkyrie(Tessa Thompson) is one of the main characters of the story. The other, who represents my avatar refurbished with inapproprieities removed for advice, is John Constantine portrayed by Matt Ryan, from sci-fi tv series ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow(2016-2022)’.

Here’s the story: Like The Hulk did in the movie ‘Avengers: Endgame(2019)’, during that time period, while the Asgardians were getting settled in their new home on Earth, via my avatar John Constantine, I visited Valkyrie. I didn’t make an appointment. Understandably, she knows who John Constantine is, and she avoided my messages. So, I went there directly. When I was there, outside, Valkyrie was sparring with another Asgardian. As I was trying to talk to her, she chose to stop sparring, and we sat down somewhere and she allowed herself to have a conversation with me.

The story’s intent was to illustrate that women in general accommodate men in ways that they may not notice initially, if ever. For example, when I imagined talking to her while she was sparring, Valkyrie made sure that I did not interact with her sparring match, since she knew that I was human, and would easily get hurt. Even though I did not make an appointment, not for a lack of trying, she chose to accommodate a form of communication with me, awfully considerate of her, and awfully taken for granted when men experience certain forms of communication with women. Also, since Valkyrie is an Asgardian, it makes it even more obvious that she is using her impossible years of experience and Asgardian technology to do such things.

Now, using the premise that women in general accommodate men in many ways, at least when they choose to, and men tend to not notice such forms of accommodation, then using that premise evaluation, it may benefit you(managerial employee) to prepare for certain situations in advance. When I use idea ‘Prepare’, I use it in the context of idea making. I haven’t made any obvious commitments yet. Still, even if you just do that, it may be useful to you.

When I invented idea ‘Prepare’, it was while I was watching the power ballad music video ‘Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad?’ using my Apple TV plus device and subscribed youtube app for tv viewing. I created situations that women in general may prefer men to have the ability to prepare for. For example, even though you are not actively doing such things, if a situation occurs, you may choose to present your ability to be prepared for that situation.

Here’s it’s upgraded meaning: suppose a single man is being instigated at work by several single women, and the experience is daunting/discouraging that single man. Using idea ‘Prepare’, that single man still may be able to use a perspective that represents him being prepared for something, even though that ability to be prepared is being daunted/discouraged by certain instigations from certain single women. According to idea ‘Prepare’, if a woman accommodates a certain sense of being prepared, then all that man has to do is choose to initiate that sense of being prepared. So, the ‘battle’, the ‘struggle’, is for the man to maintain the ability to inititate a sense of being prepared, even though that man’s sense of preparing is being daunted/discouraged by the instigations of certain single women where that single man works.

Just like Valkyrie did with me in that imagined story, I was already initiating a sense of being prepared for certain things, and she chose to accommodate my chosen communication to be prepared for certain things. Smart woman.

So, in other words, learn to prepare for certain forms of communication with the hope that certain women may choose to accommodate such forms of preparing, even though a few women where you work are seriously daunting/discouraging you from developing such a variety sense of being prepared.

It is now 1:18PM EST for me.

I am going to close this list now. I will explain idea ‘Impetus’ this coming Wednesday, and then I will start explaining idea ‘Do something’ next Thursday, unless I change my mind again. I look forward to relaxing in an idea explaining context once I’m done explaining idea ‘Impetus’. After that, I could take my time explaining idea ‘Do something’, unless I change my mind again. If you are there, I’ll see you then.
