It is now 6:41PM EST for me.
Positive mental attitude:(name created 6:50PM EST)
I’m typing this idea now to encourage me, to give me a reason to type in the strategy idea, and it applies to this blog. I don’t have a name for it right now, but I think it’s useful to me(and to you) to type it in.
Here’s the idea: Suppose the boss created a project using obviously presented positive mental attitude. After a short while, let’s say a week, he no longer wants to present it using a positive mental attitude. For his own reasons, he no longer wants to continue giving the project it’s identity. You, however, believe in that project, and you have the ability to continue presenting that project using your own positive mental attitude.
As of 6:50PM EST, the name I created for this idea is ‘Positive mental attitude’.
There are times when I don’t want to type anything in. Let’s say that, during those moments, I’m the boss that no longer has that positive mental attitude. But since I will probably type something in anyway, I can imagine also being one of the employees that believes in the project, and can still present it using a positive mental attitude. Here’s an illustration example, refurbished for advice. In this example, keep in mind that I believe it’s a safe assumption that many kids watch this tv show. If you watch past that illustration reference, the danger will be over/averted. However, duing that moment, it does seem quite bleak/bad. However, even during that moment, people still are able to present a ‘positive mental attitude’. The scene is near episode 11.2 ‘The Ghost Monument’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Doctor Who(2018)’. The scene starts 44 minutes and 8 seconds into the episode:
Graham O’Brien(Bradley Walsh): ‘Who says so? We’ve come this far, haven’t we? Who says we’re giving up? Any of us? Really? Even you, Doc? No, come on, we ain’t having that, are we?’

So, even though I may not feel like typing in this blog from time to time, I’m going to use some of that positive mental attitude, when I choose to type in this blog anyway.
If you choose to have such an ability, in my opinion, it’s a useful ability to have a positive mental attitude, to be able to present let’s say a project participation, even though the original presenter no longer has an interest in that project. If the original presenter allowed you to find that project useful, even though that presenter no longer reasonably wants to present that project, if you choose to, your ability to maintain a positive mental attitude may still find such a project useful, even if it’s just something that you learned from that project. In my opinion, many common mild to moderate instigations discourage you from having and maintaining a positive mental attitude.

In my opinion, while Kate Bollinger’s band was playing outside in a nice, sunny day, Kate was still sleeping at her home. The band wakes her up, and she tells them that, as soon as she’s ready, she’ll be right with them. Near the last part of the music video, you finally see her playing the guitar and singing outside with her band. That scene starts 1 minute and 48 seconds into the music video. At the end of the music video, she’s watching her music video on TV.
Earlier, I was trying to find out if she was single or not, because I think she looks pretty, but I couldn’t find that information.

The hotel commercial that I watched earlier today and recommend for this advice is called ‘Choice Hotels | A Stay For Any You – Comfort Hotels & Cambria’. The spokesperson in the commercial is entertainment celebrity ‘Keegan-Michael Key’. I found it by searching in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘hotel commercials’. I scrolled down and selected publisher ‘Choice Hotels’, selected ‘Videos’, then selected ‘Popular’. I chose ‘Choice Hotels | A Stay For Any You – Comfort Hotels & Cambria’. It was published 9 months ago with 6.2M views.
In my opinion, it’s only 30 seconds long, but there’s a lot to watch. He talks about the various options the hotel service could offer you.

Let’s start with the ‘Sticks and Stones’ rhyme from wikipedia.org:

The rhyme is used as a defense against name-calling and verbal bullying, intended to increase resiliency, avoid physical retaliation, and/or to remain calm and indifferent.

In my opinion, ‘name-calling and verbal bullying’ is an adverse, common form of instigation to get your attention. For example, let’s say that, while you are in a public setting, an instigator tries to get your attention by causing you to react, by making sudden moves, to cause you to contemplationally ‘bring something up’. If you did not agree to have a conversation with that instigator, you can use primary bookmark ‘Not agree to address or discuss anything’, variation ‘Bring to my attention’.
That’s the 1st stage of the idea. A month or so ago, I was contemplationally using those phrases, identifying the experience as someone trying to bring to my attention something, but I did not agree to address or discuss anything with that person.
So, that ‘bringing to my attention’ feeling was from the instigator. However, what I learned from the experience is that bringing something to my attention may have resistance when it feels like it’s coming from you. Since you believe you are innocent, why would that evaluation feel like it’s your creation? That’s what you use. If you follow this logic, and you start with the evaluation that it’s coming from the instigator, the next step is to evaluate the experience, when it happens, that it’s coming from yourself. And that’s when you can use the deduction that an experienced instigation’s adverse effects can come from an ineffective use of your own strategy, or at least it’s easier to evaluate it as such, and then you practice to not use an ineffective use of your own strategy. (The important thing is that I explain it for the 1st time, so that, hopefully, I could explain it better later.) For example, when you experience something from an experienced instigation that you think is embarrassing, that evaluation that involves embarrassment you could choose to not use, so even though you feel embarrassed, you can still choose to not use it, and you may interpret it as an ineffective use of your own strategy.

Even though you may choose to not address or discuss certain things involving experienced instigation, an instigator may still aggressively impose upon you a sense of reciprocation that you did not agree to participate with. Contemplationally say ‘Reciprocate’ to allow yourself to more tenably feel/experience somewhat such an aggressive effect, and yet also choose to not use/become/solve it.

I’m a non-managerial employee. I don’t know how managerial employees interact with each other, but based on this article, I’m not saying that all managerial employees are rich. I’m saying that managerial employees, compared to non-managerial employees, have a much more diverse experience. From our(non-managerial) point of view, it may seem like they do everything. They handle everything, and a few? of those experiences may involve something like what Nvidia managerial employees may experience, and that type of experience may involve a projection of aggressive arguing to non-managerial employees. Of course, in my opinion, instigators in general for many situations are non-managerial. When certain managerial employees in general present a sense of aggressive arguing, one may assume that there is some sort of accountability, that such an expression is being tempered by others in management. That ‘accountability’ may not exist with non-managerial employees, making them still the most common form of instigators at work, in my opinion. When you experience a sense of aggressive arguing from an experienced instigation, contemplationally say ‘Aggressive argue’ to help you manage the experience more.
