Salutations.
It is now 10:29 AM EST for me.
I recently thought of the possiblity that some? of the kids reading this blog are wondering why the other? kids are giving this blog a certain amount of attention. For example, the question ‘Who does he think he is?’ may be used as an indicator to identify such a phenomenon. Also, it’s none of my business to address such a thing, since they? never gave me permission to do so. For example, that could be a private belief not meant for others to know about.
Let me try to answer that question, so to speak, to help you have more clarity. One way of seeing it could be like the series ‘The Flash(2014+)’. Although I am not an avid ‘Flash’ watcher, I remember one scene when Cisco(Carlos Valdes) said that he is still learning to explain to Iris West(Candice Patton) certain scientific terminologies. Based on my understanding of the series, Iris is not a scientist, not like Barry(Grant Gustin) and Cisco are. However, they are all working together, and that creates situations where Cisco would also choose to explain to Iris certain scientific terminologies that, of course, Barry would understand, but Iris would initially not. Also, since they’ve been working together for years, they’ve created a generalistic way of treating each other, even though Iris is not a scientist.
To the kids that are wondering who I am, maybe those other kids have learned to treat the information in this blog with a certain generalistic consistency, even though I am not ‘this’ or ‘that’.
And to be clear, I am not trying to be condescending to anyone. I’m just trying to offer more clarity and continuity to the kids wondering why those other kids are finding this blog so useful.
Also, another possibility why those other kids seem so eager is because this is the 3rd idea, the ‘jump in point’ idea. I will present this idea and the past 2 ideas, the ‘Stop solving!’ idea and the ‘Sour face’ idea as a package deal, so to speak, and then after this idea, I will type in a new idea. Both the ‘package deal’ ideas and the new ideas may be useful to them. There are, of course, probably other reasons why for other kids. I just want to help out.

The music video that I recommend for this list and have chosen earlier today and watched for the 1st time is called ‘Electric’ by Katy Perry. I found it scrolling down my youtube.com ‘signed in’ home page. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about it:
‘ Good Morning America shared a thirty-second sneak peek of the “Electric” music video on May 13, 2021, which premiered in full the following day.[9] It was directed by Mexican-American filmmaker Carlos López Estrada.[8]
The video starts with Perry and Pikachu hanging out in Hawaii. After the two stop in a lighthouse, they travel back in time. They encounter the younger versions of themselves, who are performing at the farmer’s marketplace.[10] The older version of Perry subtly manipulates the marketplace to help the younger version of herself find her style in music. Afterwards, she gets her younger version to join a talent competition being held at the island.[7] By the end of the video, the younger version of Perry gives her first club performance as the older version of Perry and Pikachu looks on from the crowd. ‘
—
In www.youtube.com, music video ‘Electric’ has over 43 thousand comments as of now. Here is a quote from one of those comments:
‘ Now that Katy Perry made a Pokemon Song, she has to be the next Pokemon Live Action movie. ‘
—
And here is a quote from the lyrics to song ‘Electric’:
I know you feel it, feel it
If you believe it then you can
There’s no reason that this life can’t be
Electric
Oh, I can see it, see it
If you believe it then you can
There’s no reason that this life can’t be
Electric
—
So, my opinion of the music video ‘Electric’? It’s like what wikipedia.org said. She goes back in time and helps her past self out. Plus, there are relaxing visuals. And since it’s a ‘Pokemon’ music video, there is absolutely nothing I have to worry about it, so to speak, whether it be the video itself, or it’s lyrics. That feels great!
—
Finding music video ‘Electric’ was surprisingly easy. All you had to do was look at your youtube ‘signed in’ home page, if you have it, and scroll down for a little while. Finding the movie trailer, to me, was more difficult. The movie trailer that I watched for the 1st time in it’s entirety earlier today, but I did see a few scenes of it in the past, is called ‘Godmothered(2020)’. Here is a quote from www.imdb.com about the movie:
‘ A young and unskilled fairy godmother ventures out on her own to prove her worth by tracking down a young girl whose request for help was ignored. ‘
—
Originally, earlier today, it was taking me too long to find a movie trailer, so what I did was look for that trailer with the superhero squirrel in the ‘History’ section of my youtube account. I recommended it once, and I figured that they? probably made another movie like that. That movie is called ‘Flora and Ulysses’, and it’s offered by publisher ‘Walt Disney Studios’ from www.youtube.com. I went there, and there was no new movie. So, what I did, I just selected a movie that I previously considered, that is also from ‘Walt Disney Studios’, and from their youtube site, that’s how I selected movie ‘Godmothered’. Movie ‘Godmothered’ is obviously displayed on the home page of publisher ‘Walt Disney Studios’.
In my opinion, the movie trailer, and I did not see the movie ‘Godmothered’ itself, just the trailer, it reminds me of the movie ‘A Simple Wish(1997)’, when a bumbling fairy godfather portrayed by celebrity Martin Short tries to grant a girl’s wish.

Jump-in point:
It is now 11:24 AM EST for me. I just/recently changed my mind, and I don’t want to type the whole idea in again. I’m just going to ‘copy and paste’ certain parts of Wishlist #1245 here. You can find it by typing in ‘1245’, or by typing in ‘the breakfast club’ in the ‘Search…’ option on ionicbreeze1.com’s home page.
So, here’s quotes from Wishlist #1245:
In my opinion, the reason why this episode is an effective ‘jump in’ point for people new at learning such advice is because it has a recovery reference, an experience that allowed Mack to change his opinion of Deke Shaw. Here’s the gist of that reference.
27 minutes and 4 seconds:
Mack: ‘Well, sorry to disappoint.’
Roxy Glass(Tipper Newton): (scoffs) ‘It’s not me you should feel sorry for. It’s that kid of yours.’
Mack: ‘What did you say?’
Roxy: ‘Don’t play dumb. He looks just like you. Even has your name.’
Mack: ‘How do you know about him?’
Roxy: ‘Deke checks in on him every couple weeks, brings him and his brother school supplies, toys, even got ’em a drum kit.’
Mack: ‘I didn’t know.’
Roxy: ”Course not. You left that kid. What do you care?’

Changing your default perspective starts with episode 7.7 ‘The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and the D’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2020)’. I recently discovered that certain instigations encourage you to resolve a certain sense of overemphasized effort. It’s like the experienced instigation is encouraging you to believe that you may have to ‘match’ it’s impression of overemphasized effort. And the best illustration examples that I am aware of that show one person encouraging another person to try to resolve an emphasized sense of effort is in episode 7.7 ‘The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and the D’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2020)’, from the perspective of ‘Mack’ Mackenzie(Henry Simmons) as he interacts with Deke Shaw(Jeff Ward). In that episode, Deke Shaw is not trying to be an instigator to Mack, but from the perspective of Mack, Mack is still trying to resolve impressions of emphasized resolving effort coming from Deke Shaw. So, what I’ll do with that episode is ‘walk you through it’, so to speak, and explain to you those moments in the episode where Mack is encouraged to resolve emphasized effort.
Of course, the episode is refurbished for advice, so just take out the inappropriate stuff. Keep in mind that it’s just a tv show made for entertainment, and just remove/don’t use the inappropriate interpretations.
Episode 7.7 ‘The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and the D’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2020)’ is available streaming from Amazon.com. According to Amazon Video, the 1st scene of excessive effort resolving from the perspective of Mack caused by Deke starts 9 minutes and 3 seconds into the episode, when Deke somehow found where Mack lived. Mack did not intend for Deke to know where he lived. Mack wanted to be left alone. For a short moment, Deke was in the apartment, and then Mack caused him to leave. You can even tell from Mack’s presentation of composure that he did not want Deke to be there.
—
The 2nd scene occurs 10 minutes and 38 seconds into the episode. When Deke arrived to give Mack groceries, he noticed that the groceries he left there in the recent past were still there. Mack intentionally left those groceries to be there, to show to Deke that he does not want him to leave any groceries by the door.
—
Before I explain the 3rd scene, I want to type in a quote from the movie ‘Unlocked(2017)’. Here is a quote from wikipedia.org about the 2 main characters in the quote:
Noomi Rapace as Alice Racine, a CIA interrogation officer.

—
The reason why I’m quoting the movie ‘Unlocked’ is because, for people who are using cable tv, I think it’s one of the most popular movies watched repeatedly because of the quarantine.
The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 45 minutes and 20 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:
Alice: ‘So who trained you?’
Jack: ‘I play video games.(Laughs)’
Jack: ‘Marines. Four tours. Iraq.’
—
Going back to episode 7.7 ‘The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and the D’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2020)’, it is my belief that that episode can be used as a ‘jump in’ point for new readers. In other words, if you are giving instigation advice, you may use that episode as a reference for those who are new at getting such advice. I am now going to comment on that scene when Deke and his band performed the song ‘Don’t You (Forget About Me)’ from the movie ‘The Breakfast Club’. That performance starts, according to Amazon Video, 13 minutes and 15 seconds into the episode.
So, here’s that quote from the movie ‘Unlocked’ again:
Alice: ‘So who trained you?’
Jack: ‘I play video games.(Laughs)’
Jack: ‘Marines. Four tours. Iraq.’

I’m now going to explain a story an employee I worked with who is a veteran told me and a few others several years or so ago. I believe that the story could be told to kids, like a grandfather allowing his grandchildren to know something about the fact that he is a veteran, something that could be publicly known generalistically. Here’s the story that he told us: As he was visiting someone from his military days, he rang his doorbell. He introduced himself to that other man, and thought that he could be invited in, so that they could talk about their previous experiences together. The man that he visited did not want to talk about it. The employee then said something to him.(What he said I don’t think was meant to be threatening. It was his ‘goodbye’ words, before he left.)
And now, if you choose to, you can now go to Deke’s performance, 15 minutes and 4 seconds into the episode:
Deke: ‘Hey, hey, hey, hey’
‘Ooh, ooh, ooh’
‘Yeah!’
—
It’s that scene when Deke sang ‘Yeah!’, and then took his jacket off.
To understand that effect, here’s a quote from the lyrics to that song:
Will you recognize me? (recognize me)
Call my name or walk on by (walk on by)
—
You see? It is my opinion that one of the interpretations of that song is ‘What will people do if they haven’t seen each other in years, and in some future situation, they see each other again?’
Suppose, as you are walking on the sidewalk, you see someone from years ago, let’s say from high school. Will you greet that person? Will you walk past that person without greeting him/her? What will you do?
In that context, I think the song can be rather personal, and in my opinion, that’s what make’s Deke’s performance funny, especially that moment when he take’s his jacket off and says ‘Yeah!’ In my opinion, it is like he is making fun of the people who could not greet such people in a more socially acceptable context. Sure, people have their reasons for not being able to talk about certain things, and many of those reasons are probably personal reasons. Still, it is a popular song, and I believe that, even though many people are aware that personal reasons may cause another people to not greet that other person, it still may be interpreted as funny when people casually think about such situations. Also, Deke’s performance helps create that laughter. And as a precaution, I gave you that quote from the movie ‘Unlocked’ because Jack Alcott lied about his training, as discovered by Alice, and he later admitted to it in the movie. I’m guessing that he was trained by the government more specifically.(It’s a movie. Why not?)

It is now 2:31 PM EST for me. I ordered something from Uber Eats, and I just finished eating. I’m now going back to episode 7.7 ‘The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and the D’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2020)’. I’m not going to comment on everything. I’ll talk about some of what’s in that episode. 18 minutes and 26 seconds into the episode:
Deke: ‘We can’t talk here. We got to fall back to HQ.’
Mack: ‘Please tell me you didn’t.’
Mack:(commenting from HQ) ‘Of course you did.’
—
18 minutes and 55 seconds into the episode:
Mack: ‘This is a top-secret military facility, not a party pad for you and your friends.’
Deke: ‘It feels like you’re overreacting.’
—
20 minutes and 4 seconds:
Deke: ‘Yeah, but I bet her crystal ball didn’t show a certain Big Bang coming. Am I right?’
Mack: (Breathes deeply.)
—
24 minutes and 33 seconds:
Mack: ‘This is you repeating the same old patterns. You build something out of a lie, you pretend it’s yours, then you surround yourself with a bunch of sycophants!’
—
Now, the reason why I believe episode 7.7 ‘The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and the D’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2020)’ is such a useful reference is because it gives you several examples as to how Deke is causing Mack to experience excessive, escalating contemplation efforts to resolve, and it even gives you a reference that help Mack mitigate all of those ‘efforts to resolve’ experiences. The intent to know what those escalating contemplation efforts to resolve are is to help you identify escalating contemplation efforts to resolve when you experience them from instigations, so that you can use your ideas to help yourself mitigate/lessen such experiences. An instigator may use such escalating contemplations to resolve as bait to cause you to adversely interact with other notions.
—
It is now 11:35 AM EST for me. I am going to close this list now, and then check to see if all of that ‘copy and paste’ makes sense. Next Saturday, I will probably type in several of those new ideas I have already invented, so if you are there, I’ll see you then.
