Salutations.

It is now 5:35 PM EST for me.

I used too much of my time to do other things, so I’m not typing in any ideas today. But since I’m not working for another few more days because of this cough, I should be able to type more ideas in tomorrow.

Just to clarify, I’m not a doctor. This past Thursday, 1/6/2022, I checked google to see if there was a vaccine for a cough, since I have a cough. And that’s when I discovered about a ‘whooping cough’. Here’s a quick quote from wikipedia.org about what a ‘whooping cough’ is:

Whooping cough, also known as pertussis or the 100-day cough, is a highly contagious bacterial disease.[1][10] Initial symptoms are usually similar to those of the common cold with a runny nose, fever, and mild cough, but these are followed by weeks of severe coughing fits.[1] Following a fit of coughing, a high-pitched whoop sound or gasp may occur as the person breathes in.[1] The coughing may last for 10 or more weeks, hence the phrase “100-day cough”. ‘

‘ The primary method of prevention for pertussis is vaccination. ‘

Pertussis vaccines are effective at preventing illness[42] and are recommended for routine use by the World Health Organization[43] and the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. ‘

And I got this ‘question and answer’ from www.google.com:

‘ Can I get the vaccine if I have a cough?

Your doctor will consider your age, symptoms, and overall health. Generally speaking, if you have a regular cold, then you should be fine to get your vaccine without delay. ‘

‘ Infection induces incomplete natural immunity that wanes over time.[49] A 2005 study said estimates of the duration of infection-acquired immunity range from 7 to 20 years and the different results could be the result of differences in levels of circulating B. pertussis, surveillance systems, and case definitions used. The study said protective immunity after vaccination wanes after 4–12 years. ‘

So, if you have from time to time a bad cough that takes you a few weeks to recover from, that bad cough could be a ‘whooping cough’, and you would benefit a great deal if you got the whooping cough vaccination. If you want to know more about it, I recommend that you read the wikipedia, org article. Based on my experience, I’m assuming that your pharmacy should have it. You should be able to get it the same day. And if you don’t have the cough now, but you’ve had it several times before, I recommend that you get that vaccination to prevent needing another 2 weeks to recover from it again.

Tomorrow, I’m going to delete this list and start over. Since I believe that knowing about the ‘whooping cough’ vaccine could be very useful to you, I’ll say something about it again tomorrow. I’ll see you tomorrow if you are there.

Salutations.

It is now 5:20 PM EST for me.

Um, today, I ended up sleeping later than usual. I did other things, including fast forwarding through season 5 of ‘The Good Fight’ starring Christine Baranski as Diane Lockhart. Next thing I know, it’s after 5:00 PM. Thanks to that whooping cough vaccine, I feel pretty good. I think I’ll be able to go to work in a week or so. Since I feel better, I’ll very likely make a new list tomorrow. When I do, I’ll delete this list and start over with this list. I’ll talk a little about the vaccine, then start the idea finally. So, if you are there tomorrow, I’ll see you then.

Salutations.

It is now 1:26 PM EST for me.

I changed my mind again. Instead of starting a new list, I’m just going to continue with this one. It took me way too long to find a music video and movie trailer for this list, so I chose to just not start over. I want to introduce the music video and trailer 1st, and then I’ll talk about the idea.

The music video that I recommend you use for this advice is called ‘ARE YOU LETTING GO?’ by Dreamer Boy and BENEE. I’m not recommending that you watch the entire music video, only the parts of the video where BENEE is being shown. You don’t have to be too literal about that. Basically, you’re just not required to watch some of the beginning and some of the ending of that music video. You may watch the rest of it, even though BENEE is not in every scene.

I found music video ‘ARE YOU LETTING GO?’ in www.youtube.com, publisher ‘Vevo’, click that then scroll down to ‘New Videos By Genre’, click it or scroll right, and for ‘All New INDIE’, click ‘VIEW FULL PLAYLIST’. Music video ‘ARE YOU LETTING GO?’ is #22 out of 80 music videos. Here is the description for ‘All New INDIE’: ‘The latest videos from the underground.’ Benee has a wikipedia page. Here is a short quote:

Stella Rose Bennett[1] (born 30 January 2000[2][3]), better known as Benee (stylised in all caps; pronounced /ˈbɛniː/[4]) and formerly Bene,[5] is a New Zealand singer and songwriter from Auckland. In both 2019 and 2020, she consecutively won Single of the YearBest Solo Artist and Best Pop Artist at the New Zealand Music Awards. ‘

And here is a quote to the lyrics to song ‘ARE YOU LETTING GO?’:

Are you letting go?
Are you even close?
Are you letting go?
Are you even, even?

Here is a quote from imprintent.org:

‘ Taylor continues, “This is a song that I really wanted to have BENEE appear on because it shows that there is someone else and she gives the other side of the story in some ways. I have loved her vocal delivery and writing for some time now and her song ‘Happen to Me’ really inspired me to reach out and ask her to join me on this song. I am so happy to share this little heartbreaker with the world and so cool to have be BENEE a part of it.” ‘

I didn’t watch music video ‘ARE YOU LETTING GO?’ for the 1st time earlier today. I think I saw it as a consideration for another list a few weeks or so ago. I did watch the whole thing at least once, but like I said earlier, I’m only recommending Benee’s performance. To watch music video ‘ARE YOU LETTING GO?’ for free, search in www.youtube.com for phrase ‘benee are you letting go’, and it should be one of the 1st selections offered, with over 330 thousand views. It premiered Oct 27, 2021, over 2 months ago.

So, the part that I’m recommending for you to watch starts 1 minute and 22 seconds into the video. In my opinion, she basically sings in a moving car. I like her ‘singing in a moving car’ performance. You can then stop watching it 3 minutes and 8 seconds into the music video. Since I’m assuming you’re also evaluating the music video, there is that odd scene that begins around 2 minutes and 15 seconds into the music video, where one person is behind another person. When watched at normal speed, it does look odd, but when you pause it, I believe it’s not inappropriate. When you’re watching that part of the music video, there are a lot of images presented to you very quickly. It is, after all, a music video. You don’t have to use that scene, and in my opinion, it does look odd at 1st, since the images are presented very quickly.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy Benee’s music video performance.

All right. It is now 2:15 PM EST for me. After looking for over 2 hours to find a trailer, I finally decided to find the trailer from the publisher of ‘The Colour Room’, the trailer I recently recommended. However, I didn’t remember the name of that trailer, but I did remember that one of the main characters was portrayed by a man that was also portraying a main character in tv series ‘A Discovery of Witches’. After using www.imdb.com, I disovered that that main character’s name is Matthew Goode. I clicked that, and that is how I found the name ‘The Colour Room’. I searched for phrase ‘the colour room trailer’ in www.youtube.com, and that’s how I discovered that the publisher is ‘Sky TV’. I clicked that, and eventually chose to use trailer ‘Finding You’. Here is a plot quote from wikipedia.org about the movie ‘Finding You’:

‘ After an ill-fated audition at a prestigious New York music school, Finley Sinclair travels to a coastal village in Ireland to begin a semester studying abroad. There she meets heartthrob movie star Beckett Rush, who is shooting the latest installment of his medieval fantasy-adventure franchise. They begin an unlikely romance, but when forces surrounding Beckett’s stardom threaten to crush their dreams, Finley must decide what she will risk for love. ‘

The man faces this particular issue mostly in the tadalafil 20mg no prescription age of 45- 57. I have no memory with InLife so you can be certain that the information here will not be biased in any manner. This InLife review is about separating yourself from buying levitra without prescription the masses by acquiring abilities and skills that the minority others use or posses. It should be consumed in viagra 100 mg empty stomach for optimum efficiency. They improve the cialis soft functioning of the male sex hormone, testosterone which helps the man perform better.

Keep in mind that I’m only recommending for you to watch the trailer. It premiered Jul 7, 2021. The reason I am recommending it is how quickly it goes from ‘going to Ireland to improve my violin playing’ to ‘coming of age romantic comedy’. In my opinion, based on the trailer, the movie will try to give you a proportioning of both. You should notice the main character absorbing and learning from Ireland, and well as her romantic pursuit with the other one. In my opinion, it’s the best trailer from the selections that I looked at earlier today, and I recommend that you use it for this advice.

Focus:

It is now 2:40 PM EST for me. Before I give you the upgrade for idea ‘Not work solve’ from the previous list, I want to offer you an idea that I call ‘Focus’. I just made the name up a few minutes ago. Let’s start with a scene from comedy fantasy movie ‘Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian(2009)’. The movie is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 1 hr, 4 minutes, 5 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Tuskegee Airman #2(Craig Robinson): ‘Race you to Paris?’

Amelia Earhart(Amy Adams): ‘You’re on.’

Larry Daley(Ben Stiller): ‘Whoa. Hey, hey! No, no! Not now. We got to… ‘

Amelia Earhart: ‘But it’s just a quick jaunt over the pond… ‘

Larry Daley: ‘No, come on. We got to go. We don’t have time. Come on.’

The 2nd illustration example is from movie ‘Page Eight(2011)’ starring Bill Nighy as Johnny Worricker. Here is a quick quote from wikipedia.org:

Page Eight is a 2011 British political thriller, written and directed for the BBC by the British dramatist David Hare, his first film as director since the 1989 film Strapless.[1] The cast includes Bill NighyRachel WeiszMichael GambonTom HughesRalph Fiennes, and Judy Davis. ‘

‘ Johnny Worricker is a long-serving MI5 officer. ‘

I can’t find the movie ‘Page Eight’ from the usual streaming services, such as Amazon Video and Google play. You can buy it’s DVD from Amazon.com, but I want you to have access to it immediately. In www.google.com, I searched for phrase ‘page eight billy nighy streaming’, and from that search result, I found 1 link that allows you to see the entire movie for free without much hassle. It’s called ‘Watch Free Page Eight Full Movies Online HD – HDToday’, and it’s address is ‘https://hdtoday.tv/’. Just click the ‘ ‘Watch Free Page Eight Full Movies Online HD – HDToday’, and it should easily lead you directly to the movie. As the movie is running, if it stops, there’s just one ad in the middle. Select the ‘X’, and the ad is removed, and the movie continues. According to that streaming movie, the quote starts 13 minutes and 47 seconds into the movie. Here is the quote:

Max Vallance(Richard Lintern): ‘Oh, these days I also raise a little money for the Party.’

Johnny Worricker(Bill Nighy): ‘Don’t look at me. I’m apolitical.’

Max: ‘You’re a-everything, aren’t you, Johnny? You’re going to have to choose sides one day, you know.’

It is now 3:15 PM EST for me. In the 1st example, Amelia Earhart was going to have a flying race with one of the Tuskegee Airmen. Larry Daley had to remind her that she already has another obligation, and that she does not have time to race against that Tuskegee Airman.

The 2nd example refurbished for advice is the one I want you to use. Johnny Worricker is aware of many activities, but he still chooses to be neutral, to not actively participate with such activities. If you choose to emulate/improve having such an ability, that may allow you to be exposed to such activities, and you may eventually still not get involved with such activities. That is what idea ‘Focus’ is all about. If you were exposed to certain activities, would you have the ability to say ‘no?’, to not actively get involved with such activities? Refurbished for advice and using that quote, Johnny Worricker has such an ability, and you may use his illustration example to show you how to manage exposure to such activities/involvements. If you choose to, ‘Page Eight’ is offered by Amazon.com as both DVD and Blu-ray, with prime shipping, and it’s about $10 for both DVD and Blu-ray.

More to work with:

Micro-projects:

It is now 4:04 PM EST for me. I am going to try to give you more to work with by giving you a story, a story that I imagined certain instigation groups working with management have created. Let’s start with the 1st story, one that I call ‘Micro-projects’. I imagined that there are assignments that management may give employees, but those projects have a ‘locked in’ participation time. Suppose management wants something done that may take only 3-6 months to achieve. However, they can only assign a participation that lasts for let’s say 4 years. So, the employee that accepts that project is prepared to do it for 4 years. 2 years later, management has to cancel that project, and the employee is upset because he/she made a 4 year commitment with it. Management didn’t say this, but that assignment was only needed for 3 months.

And this is when instigation groups ‘step in’. Instead of management assigning 4 year projects that would only need maybe 3 months, management would give instigation groups what I call ‘micro-projects’. In a volunteer basis, the instigators that volunteered would participate in these short projects, maybe 3 months, maybe only 3 days, since the alternative is eventually upsetting to the employees who committed to the full term. Imagine an instigator doing something that he/she would complete within a month, a project that would otherwise be assigned to an employee for 4 years to complete!

It is now 4:22 PM EST for me. What I am about to do is type in a generalistically explained instigation group created with management project. Let’s say management gave the instigation group up to 5+ years to complete this project. This particular instigation group has less than 10 people in it, and they created a project that has many goals in it. After the 1st year, it is now comprised of many goals being met, not just 1 goal, and many of those goals are working together to achieve an ideal goal. Every day that passes, a whole number percentage estimate is made that estimates how much of their goal is being met. There were times that over 90% of that goal was met, but they all agreed to wait, and the number would again drop to under 80% the following days. They estimated that, after 5 years, if they just continued to work with it, a near ideal goal would be achieved regardless. To help you imagine this, I have already selected, refurbished of course, a scene in episode 4.8 ‘Year of Hell(Part 1)’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Star Trek: Voyager(1997)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that scene starts 12 minutes and 25 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Obrist(John Loprieno): ‘No superior enemy forces. No unexpected diseases. Calculations indicate a 98% restoration. Our race is thriving once again.’

Annorax(Kurtwood Smith): ‘The, uh… the colony at Kyana Prime… That was restored as well?’

Obrist: ‘No, sir. In this timeline, the Imperium does not extend that far.’

Annorax: ‘Then our mission has failed. Begin calculations for our next incursion.’

The ‘brains’ of that instigation group is portrayed by Phil Coulson(Clark Gregg), based on a refurbished for advice quote of episode 7.9 ‘As I Have Always Been’ from sci-fi tv series ‘Agents of SHIELD(2020)’. The episode is available streaming from Amazon.com, and according to Amazon Video, that quote starts 7 minutes and 59 seconds into the episode. Here is the quote:

Phil Coulson: ‘…you don’t remember anything in the next reset, so then you have to learn everything all over again.

Jemma Simmons(Elizabeth Henstridge): ‘That’s awful.’

Coulson: ‘It’s annoying. ‘Cause who has to teach you every time? This guy.(points to himself)’

So, if you choose to use this idea, this is what you do: Refurbished for advice, of course, you imagine that you are in this group, and Phil Coulson, who is also in the instigation group and is the one that created the project with management on behalf of everyone in the group, Coulson is explaining the project to you. You may visit any aspect of the project and do something else with it, like learn from it something that it is capable of teaching you. It is a little like being able to visit the ‘Farscape’ universe, the one starring Ben Browder as John Crichton. You have an active understanding for many of the project goals in the main project.

It is now 4:58 PM EST for me. I am going to close this list now. Even though I feel like I am recovering from the whooping cough, I only want to commit to this coming Saturday to make another list.

Rated PG viewer discretion for movie ‘Finding You’ and ‘Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian’. TV-MA viewer discretion for movie ‘Page Eight’. TV-PG sci-fi violence, viewer discretion for tv series ‘Star Trek: Voyager’ and ‘Agents of SHIELD’. Use only refurbished for advice references recommended. Throw away rest of episode, series, and movie. [Use mental bookmarks ‘Focus’, ‘More to work with’, and ‘Micro-projects’ for reference, allocation, and prevention when needed.
